FORMULASI dan UJI ANTIOKSIDAN EKSTRAK BAYAM MERAH (Amaranthus tricolor linn) SEBAGAI SEDIAAN GUMMY CANDY
Daun Radikal bebas merupakan gugus atom yang memiliki satu atau lebih elektron tidak berpasangan. Antioksidan dapat menstabilkan radikal bebas dengan melengkapi kurangnya elektron dan menghambat reaksi berantai. Antioksidan sebagai penyumbang radikal hidrogen dan bertindak sebagai akseptor radikal bebas sehingga bisa menunda tahapan pembentukan radikal bebas pada tubuh. Salah satu alternatif sumber antioksidan yaitu antosianin yang terdapat dari bayam merah (Amaranthus tricolor Linn). Ekstrak bayam merah dibuat sediaan gummy candy agar mempermudah anak-anak dalam mengonsumsi sayuran dengan rasa, bentuk warna dan aroma lebih menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat sediaan gummy candy kemudian mengetahui kandungan antioksidan dalam sediaan gummy candy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan tiga formula sediaan gummy candy pada konsentrasi ekstrak berbeda yaitu F1(5%), F2(10%), F3(15%). Kontrol positif yang digunakan untuk melihat nilai antioksidan dari sediaan yaitu asam askorbat. Proses ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Evaluasi karakteristik sediaan meliputi uji organoleptik, pH, kadar air, dan antioksidan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan semua formula memenuhi karakteristik dari uji organoleptik dan dengan nilai pH (3,5-3,8). Kadar air formula 1 dan 2 memenuhi standar SNI namun formula 3 melebihi standar SNI dengan presentase (21,27. Kadar antioksidan semua formula digolongkan sangat aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sediaan disimpulkan bahwa gummy candy ekstrak bayam merah memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang sangat kuat untuk menangkal radikal bebas dan karakteristik sediaan memenuhi standar SNI, dengan formulasi terbaik sediaan yaitu formula 1 dengan nilai IC50 4,45 ppm

Perkembangan Teknologi sangatlah pesat terutama dalam bidang penjualan ataupun promosi yang mendorong masyarakat memilih untuk menggunakan sistem berbasis online, faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat didorong oleh Revolusi Industri 1.0 sampai dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0, perkembangan ini juga mendorong pelaku usaha untuk bersaing menentukan strategi bisnis menggunakan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini. Pelaku usaha seperti warung Ibu Neny tidak terlepas dari kendala dan berbagai hambatan dikarenakan kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi yang berkembang sehingga menyebabkan orientasi kewirausahaan menjadi berkurang dan warung Ibu Neny masih menggunakan metode yang belum terkomputerisasi sehingga dalam menjual, memasarkan produk dan mengolah data penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual. Dengan begitu untuk memudahkan warung Ibu Neny dalam memasarkan produknya dan juga untuk mengelola sistem administrasi pada warung Ibu Neny akan dirancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Penjualan berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan Flask sebagai web framework
Aplikasi Pendataan Kondisi Hewan Ternak Berbasis Android Menggunakan RestApi Firebase
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendataan dan mengetahui hasil pengujian aplikasi pendataan hewan ternak di kampung ternak jogja. Permasalahannya adalah pada Peternakan yang ada di kampung ternak jogja masih belum mempunyai sistem pendataan hewan ternaknya sendiri, karena memang untuk pendataan hewan ternak belum ada di kampung ternak jogja itu sendiri. Dengan begitu penulis ingin mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pendataan berbasis android oleh penulis untuk digunakan pada kampung ternak jogja ini. Penerapan penelitian yang dipakai oleh penulis menggunakan REST API Firebase dari Realtime database. Proses pendataan yang diterapkan oleh penulis pada kampung ternak jogja berupa data hewan ternak yang akan selalu dikirimkan setiap harinya menggunakan aplikasi. Data ini nantinya akan ditampilkan dan akan dimonitor oleh admin yaitu BPK. Bambang itu sendiri sebagai ketua perkumpulan peternak di kampung ternak jogja. Penggunaan aplikasi ini sangat sederhana dan mudah karena para peternak hanya menginputkan hasil pendataan setiap harinya pada setiap sapi dan kambing. Data yang diinputkan berupa pakan yang digunakan oleh peternak, jumlah kematian, jumlah hewan yang terkena penyakit, dan kondisi hewan ternak tersebut. Proses kegiatan tersebut akan selalu memperluas dan memantau agar kualitas dan perkembangan hewan ternak tersebut baik
Unlocking the Power of Intellectual Capital: Will it Increase the Entity Value?
This research examines the relationships between Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital, and Relationship Capital toward Firm Value in Indonesia's property and real estate companies. The aim is to analyse the power of intellectual capital in leveraging business performance. The target population for the study constituted all property and real estate sector companies in Indonesia total 215 observations within 2018-2022. The data was processed using an ordinary least square approach to gain the t-value of this relationship. This research measures the intellectual capital variable not from a financial or value-added perspective but from a descriptive side using for-way coding indicator. We found that relational capital has a significant positive relationship toward firm value. The study emphasized the need to change the proxy for firm value or to add some bridge between intellectual capital and financial performance to create a clear understanding
KNOWLEDGE OF NUTRITION - HEALTH REPRODUCTION AND ITS ASSOCIATION WITH RISKY BEHAVIOR AMONG 15-19 YEARS OLD ADOLESCENTS
This study aims to describe the relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and reproductive health among adolescents and their engagement in risky behaviors. The research method used was a survey conducted with a randomly selected group of adolescents aged 15-19 years. The results indicated that most adolescents have limited knowledge of balanced nutrition and reproductive health. However, the findings also showed a positive relationship between knowledge of balanced nutrition and healthy eating behaviors, while a negative relationship was found between knowledge of balanced nutrition and risky behaviors such as the consumption of fast food and alcoholic beverages. Knowledge of reproductive health also proved to be significant, with adolescents possessing better knowledge being more likely to avoid risky reproductive health behaviors, such as unprotected sex. In conclusion, this study provides insights into the importance of knowledge about balanced nutrition and reproductive health in shaping adolescent behaviors and highlights the need to enhance their understanding through appropriate educational programs and intervention
ANALISIS PENCAHAYAAN LAMPU PENERANGAN JALAN UMUM (LPJU) PADA JALAN TOL SEMAYANG
Several issues with public street lighting are often found and do not meet the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). Common problems include uneven spacing between streetlight poles, improper pole heights, poorly organized streetlight installations, and incorrect selection of lamp types and wattages according to the SNI standards. The lack of streetlights on busy road sections results in inefficient operation and discomfort for road users due to inadequate light intensity at the streetlight locations caused by various factors. To address these issues, solutions are needed to improve the existing situation, including energy-saving measures for public street lighting. Some necessary actions include replacing non-compliant streetlights and conducting evaluations by relevant authorities after installation works are completed. The existing condition of streetlights along the Semayang Toll Road shows an average illumination level produced by 150W SON-T lamps of 3.1 lux with light uniformity of 0.0, which does not comply with SNI 7391:2008. Simulation results using Dialux 4.13 software indicate that the average illumination level produced by Philips LED luminaires of 150W is 11 lux with a light uniformity of 0.106 lux, meeting SNI 7391:2008 requirements. Similarly, for Philips LED luminaires of 120W, the average illumination level is 11 lux with a light uniformity of 0.114 lux, thus meeting the standards. Based on the simulation results using Dialux 4.13 software, the use of 120W LED lamps for public street lighting on the Semayang Toll Road can lead to a 20% reduction in electricity consumption.
PENGARUH VARIASI DIAMETER PULI TERHADAP KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR MESIN PEMIPIL JAGUNG TIPE MCT 5-60
Abstract Corn is one of the main ingredients that can be processed into several types of food to meet the needs of the community. The process of processing corn using tools is growing rapidly along with technological advances so as to provide convenience for the community, especially farmers, in processing agricultural products. The machine used is a sheller type which is expected to reduce long processing times and save fuel costs if used in the long term. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in pulley diameter on fuel consumption of the MCT 5-60 corn sheller engine using a Mct 5-60 15 sheller engine and an additional GX 160 diesel engine with a power of 5.5 PK for the purpose of experimenting data collection with pulley 2 inch, 2.5 inch, and 3 inch with a fixed rpm of 1500 at the time of this test with 3 trials each. Specific fuel consumption is defined as the amount of fuel used to produce a unit of power to determine the effect of variations in pulley diameter on fuel consumption. The test method uses the experimental method, namely by changing the variation of the diameter of the pulley on the engine that is driven with a load of 3 kg, the diameter of the pulley is 2 inch, the fuel is 16 ml and the average time is 2.27 minutes, the pulley is 2.5 inch the average material burn 12 ml and the average time is 1.22 minutes. The 3 inch pulley is 5 ml and the average time is 1.04 minutes. and the size of the diameter of the pulley which is driven by a 4.5 inch diameter engine and the best results on a 3 inch diameter pulley with an average fuel consumption of 5 ml and an average testing time of 1.04 minutes
Monitoring System for Website-Based Micro Hydro Power Plant using Firebase
The use of electrical energy is a basic need for everyone. Micro Hydro Power Plant is one of the technologies that has developed recently. This technology has little adverse impact on the environment. This plant utilizes flowing water, discharge from water, and water pressure. The highlands or mountainous areas where there is flowing water. This water flow can be used as a driving force to drive a turbine, which is the driving force for this power plant because the generator uses a generator that requires motion power to generate electricity. Because this plant utilizes flowing water as a power source to drive a turbine and turn a generator. So basically, where there is running water, there is electricity. Moreover, micro Hydro does not need to build large reservoirs like hydropower. The purpose of making this system is to make it easier to check the condition of the MHP equipment and record the data obtained from the sensors that have been installed. Aplikasi Pemandu Wisata Berbasis Android Untuk 10 Wisata Bali Baru
Tourism has a very significant role in the Indonesian economy. In 2016, the Indonesian government prioritized 10 tourism destinations as "10 New Bali Tourism". However, tourists often face difficulties in finding accurate and efficient information about public facilities at tourist attractions. To overcome this problem, this research aims to develop an Android-based tourist guide application. This application is designed to help tourists find facility information quickly and accurately. This research was carried out through a series of stages, including design, analysis, design, implementation, testing and application maintenance. The result of this research is the development of a tour guide application that is useful for tourists. This application makes it easy for them to find accurate information about public facilities around the tourist attractions they visit. Unit testing of this application shows that no errors were found in the application functions. Usability test results were also very positive, with 88% of tourist users stating they were willing to use this application again in the future. This shows that this tour guide application has succeeded in providing an effective solution to the problems faced by tourists in searching for information on facilities at tourist attractions. Thus, this application can be a valuable tool in enhancing the tourist experience and supporting the growth of the Indonesian tourism industry. This research has produced an Android tourist guide application to facilitate travelers in finding public facilities at the "10 New Bali Tourism" destinations. With an 88% user satisfaction rate, the main contribution involves improving the traveler experience, supporting the growth of the tourism industry, and making a positive contribution to the Indonesian economy
Implementasi Metode SVM Pada Sentimen Analisis Terhadap Pemilihan Presiden (Pilpres) 2024 Di Twitter
The focus of the research is the use of Twitter as a platform to express the political opinions of the Indonesian people regarding the 2024 Presidential Election. By utilizing sentiment analysis using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, this research aims to evaluate the accuracy of SVM in classifying tweets and compare the performance of four types of SVM kernels. Visualizations of positive and negative sentiments are also generated to provide a clearer picture. The stages of the research involve Twitter data collection, and pre-processing with steps such as data cleansing, case folding, tokenizing, stemming, and filtering. Labeling is done to identify sentiment, then feature extraction using TF-IDF. SVM implementation with linear, polynomial, RBF, and sigmoid kernels is performed, followed by model evaluation using precision, recall, F-measure, and accuracy metrics. The study used SVM to analyze the sentiment of the 2024 presidential election on Twitter data. As a result, out of 3938 tweets, 1575 were positive and 2363 were negative. The SVM model achieved 95.05% accuracy, superior in predicting negative sentiment. Comparison of SVM kernels shows the highest accuracy in the linear kernel 95.43%. Sentiment analysis on tweets shows a majority of positive support for Ganjar 54.9%, while Anies and Prabowo have support levels of 15.8% and 29.3% respectively
