PERANCANGAN PROTOTYPE APLIKASI MOBILE LITERASI DAN MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN UNTUK GENERASI PRODUKTIF MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING
adults aged 18–25. However, high usage of financial applications is not always supported by sufficient financial literacy, resulting in a gap between the ability to use digital tools and to manage personal finances effectively. This study aims to design a mobile prototype called “KELOLA” to support financial literacy and personal financial management for young users. The research applies the Design Thinking approach, including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. The interface was created in Figma to produce an interactive high-fidelity prototype. Usability testing was conducted using Heuristic Evaluation with four evaluators experienced in UI/UX. The assessment focused on six heuristic principles, including system visibility, real-world match, user control, minimalist design, flexibility, and error handling. The results show that most indicators received low severity scores (0–1), indicating only minor usability issues that did not disrupt user flow. Overall, the KELOLA prototype demonstrates good usability and has strong potential for further development. The rapid growth of digital technology has increased the use of mobile financial services among young adults aged 18–25. THE EXISTENCE OF KEDONGANAN AS A CULINARY TOURISM DESTINATION AND LOCAL SOCIO-ECONOMIC DYNAMICS
This study aims to analyze the existence of Kedonganan as a culinary tourism destination based on Community-Based Tourism (CBT) and the accompanying socio-economic dynamics amidst increasingly complex business competition. Using a mixed methods approach, data was collected through a survey of 24 culinary business actors, field observations, and in-depth interviews with the Head of BPKP2K. The findings indicate that the implementation of CBT in Kedonganan has successfully encouraged community participation in the tourism sector and increased local income. However, on the other hand, weak regulations that are no longer relevant to developments in the field have triggered unhealthy competition in tariffs and commissions among business actors, as well as fraudulent practices that have damaged the destination's reputation. From an Institutional Theory perspective, the crisis is identified as a crisis of regulatory legitimacy and social disintegration that directly impacts tourism sustainability and tourist satisfaction. Although social norms and community values remain strong, they are not enough to offset the weak oversight system and ineffective sanctions. In response to the crisis, an evidence-based approach has been implemented, accompanied by incentives, training, and cross-stakeholder collaboration to rebuild the collective reputation. This research emphasizes the importance of regulatory reform, fair incentive mechanisms, and strengthening community capacity in maintaining a balance between economic growth, cultural preservation, and social sustainability in community-based tourism destinations
AI Literacy, Readiness, and Ecosystem Support in Student AI Adoption
Artificial intelligence has rapidly become a routine part of students’ academic workflows, reshaping how they learn, create, and complete tasks. This study examines the extent to which AI literacy and AI readiness influence AI adoption among university students, and whether an AI-supportive learning climate strengthens these relationships. Using data from 187 students in Jakarta, the research employs Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate both direct and moderating effects. The findings show that AI readiness is the strongest predictor of AI adoption, highlighting the importance of psychological preparedness, confidence, and openness toward AI tools. AI literacy also demonstrates a significant positive effect, suggesting that conceptual understanding, functional skills, and critical evaluation abilities are essential to meaningful AI integration. Furthermore, an AI-supportive learning climate positively moderates both relationships, indicating that institutional and instructional encouragement amplify the translation of literacy and readiness into actual adoption behavior. To enrich interpretation, the study also presents descriptive evidence of students’ primary purposes for using AI, which are largely tied to core academic activities such as completing assignments and understanding difficult concepts. Despite its contributions, the study is limited by its cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported data, and focus on an urban sample. These limitations restrict causal inference and may not fully capture the diverse conditions across Indonesian higher education. Future research should incorporate longitudinal designs, broader regional samples, and mixed-method approaches to capture evolving patterns of AI engagement. Overall, the study contributes to a deeper understanding of how individual capabilities and supportive environments jointly shape AI adoption in higher educatio

Rethinking disability empowerment:Inclusive communication management in arts-based social entrepreneurship
Indonesia’s 22.5 million persons with disabilities face multilayered exclusion, such as physical, communicative, attitudinal, and systemic, resulting in low labor force participation (49,2%). While social entrepreneurship has emerged as a strategic mechanism for inclusive participation, the specific role of communication management in art-based disability empowerment remains underexplored, creating a critical gap between theory and practice. A qualitative multiple case study was conducted at two Bandung-based social enterprises. Tab Space (technology-oriented, providing platforms for artists with disabilities) and PUKA (culturally-oriented, adapting traditional Sundanese arts for diverse disabilities), from February to July 2025. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and focus group discussions with 10 informants. Data analysis was done using thematic analysis with the help of NVIVO 15 software. Analysis identified two core dimensions: Brand Awareness (175 coding references), dominated by Brand Recognition (39%) and Brand Recall (34%); and Communication Management (98 coding references), led by Interpersonal Communication (36%) and Competence (25%). PUKA employs a “product-first” strategy, while Tab Space adopts a “personal-adaptive” approach. Multi-level challenges were identified, spanning microsystem emotional dynamics to macrosystem cultural stigma. The study introduces the Integrated Model of Inclusive Communication for Social Entrepreneurship (IMCSE), synthesizing asset-based communication, multi-level engagement strategies, and a paradigm shift from charity-based to rights-based communication, social entrepreneurship theory, and disability studies within the Indonesian art context. IMCSE recognizes people with disabilities as equal partners in the inclusive social entrepreneurship ecosystem
Communication Management Model for Mental Health Prevention and Intervention Program at Telkom University
This study aims to analyze the management of internal and external communication in Telkom University's mental health prevention and handling program and to formulate a suitable communication management model to enhance the program’s effectiveness. The research is motivated by the high urgency of mental health issues among students and the need for an integrated communication system between internal stakeholders and students as the primary target. Adopting a qualitative case study approach grounded in constructivist theory, this research employs in-depth interviews with key stakeholders—including the Head of Student Affairs, academic advisors, counselors, and students—followed by thematic analysis using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that internal communication has been systematically designed by the Directorate of Student Affairs, Career, and Alumni (Ditmawa) through a hierarchical structure involving the Vice Dean II, heads of student affairs, department heads, academic advisors, and counselors. The main challenges in implementation include limited technical human resources (administrative staff) and the low active engagement of academic advisors. External communication employs a multi-channel approach, utilizing social media, MyTelU, iGracias, and other campus programs. However, its effectiveness is still influenced by students' digital literacy and their initiative in accessing information. The proposed communication management model consists of four stages: planning, implementation, monitoring & feedback, and evaluation. This model emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and the optimization of integrated digital channels to effectively reach students. Theoretically, this study strengthens organizational communication perspectives in the context of mental health in higher education. Practically, the model can serve as a strategic reference for building an adaptive and collaborative communication system.
Pengelolaan Anggaran Produksi Film Hybrid: Implementasi Production Triangle Pada Film Maya Can’t Have Nice Things
The film Maya Can’t Have Nice Things utilizes the hybrid method in the production process, combining live-action and animation elements to create production cost efficiency. In budget management, the producer plays a crucial role by implementing the production triangle concept, prioritizing cheap and good in strategic decision-making. The producer collaborates with other departments to optimize resources, such as using one location for multiple sets, borrowing props, and integrating animation to reduce physical set costs. Additionally, the producer plays a creative role to ensure the director's vision is achieved in the film. The use of CGI technology allows for the replacement of expensive visual elements, providing artistic flexibility without sacrificing visual quality. Although there are unforeseen costs, the budget management remains aligned with the initial production budget, even allowing for the allocation of surplus funds to other departments that support the film's creativity. Thus, the implementation of the hybrid method, along with adaptive and efficient production budget planning, demonstrates that the producer can maintain a balance between low cost and high quality, which is key to the success of independent film production
