UTILIZING FLASHCARDS TO IDENTIFY PHONOLOGICAL ERRORS AND ENHANCE LEARNING ENGAGEMENT AMONG STUDENTS WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES
Education is a right for every individual. For students with mental disorders, teaching English poses a unique challenge that requires teachers to find effective teaching media for vocabulary instruction. This study aims to identify phonological errors of students with intelectual disabilities learning vocabulary and explore how to teach vocabulary to students with intelectual disabilities using flashcards the research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, involving observation and auditory analysis to identify four voice recordings from students with different intelectual disabilities. The results reveal that students who experienced ADHD and communication disorder showed good engagement during the learning process, but encountered pronunciation errors. Meanwhile, students with autism and slow learning experienced difficulties in both participating in learning activities and pronunciation. These difficulties are caused by intelectual disabilities affecting their socialization abilities and leading to learning delays. Based on these findings, it can be said that the use of flashcards is effective as a vocabulary-learning medium for students with mild mental disorders. However, for students with more severe mental disorders, a more authentic approach is required. This is important for educators to understand students’ conditions in determining the appropriate teaching media
Case Study on the Impact of Workload, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan, Tbk
This study investigates the impact of workload, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance within the receiving division of PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk, a building materials retailer in Indonesia. A significant decline in this division's performance, from "Excellent" to "Fair" between January and June 2024, prompted this research. The study's novelty lies in examining the interplay of these three factors within this specific organizational context, addressing inconsistencies in prior research regarding their impacts on performance. Employing a quantitative approach, primary data were collected through questionnaires (n=85) and interviews with the division manager. Path analysis using SmartPLS 4 was utilized to analyze the data. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between workload and employee performance (p=0.008), supporting Hypothesis 1. However, contrary to expectations, work motivation did not significantly influence performance (p=0.532), rejecting Hypothesis 2. Hypothesis 3 was supported, demonstrating a significant positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance (p=0.000). The R-squared value of 0.770 indicates that 77% of employee performance variance is explained by the three examined variables. The study concludes that while workload and work discipline significantly affect employee performance in this context, work motivation requires further investigation and potential intervention strategies to enhance its impact. The results provide valuable insights for PT. Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk to improve its employee performance by focusing on workload management and reinforcing work discipline
GREEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP: TRANSFORMING CHALLENGES INTO PROFITABLE SOLUTIONS
Green entrepreneurship serves as a vital link between environmental sustainability and economic profitability, providing innovative solutions to global issues like climate change and resource scarcity. This research investigates the dynamics of green ventures, emphasizing their capacity to convert environmental challenges into profitable opportunities. Utilizing the SALSA framework, a systematic literature review was conducted across prominent databases, identifying 120 relevant articles published between 2020 and 2025 on eco-innovation, financial performance, market trends, and regulatory impacts. The findings indicate that eco-innovation is a significant driver of success, with green entrepreneurs leveraging sustainable technologies, circular economy principles, and collaborative networks to address environmental issues while gaining a competitive edge. Contrary to the belief that sustainability-focused businesses are inherently unprofitable, the study demonstrates that green ventures often achieve financial success through long-term cost savings, premium pricing for eco-friendly products, and alignment with increasing consumer demand for sustainability. Regulatory frameworks, including subsidies, tax incentives, and environmental certifications, also play a crucial role in supporting green ventures by encouraging innovation and enabling market growth. These insights highlight the potential of green entrepreneurship as a viable approach to achieving both environmental and economic objectives. The study addresses a critical gap in the literature by integrating environmental and financial perspectives, offering actionable recommendations for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs to advance sustainable business practices and foster economic growth
Classification of Public Sentiment Related to Stunting in Indonesia Using BERT and SVM
Stunting is a serious health issue in Indonesia, including in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT), which requires an analysis of public perception to support data-driven policies. This study proposes sentiment analysis using deep learning and machine learning approaches to classify public opinions regarding stunting from social media/online platforms. It aims to evaluate the performance of the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and SVM (Support Vector Machine) models in identifying sentiment (positive, negative, neutral), compare the advantages of BERT (transformer-based) and SVM (traditional machine learning) for sentiment classification tasks, and analyze the linguistic and contextual factors influencing sentiment polarity through text feature extraction. The research methods include collecting text data from digital platforms, text preprocessing, and model training with BERT embeddings as input features for SVM. The results are compared with traditional baselines (TF-IDF and word2vec) to measure accuracy improvement. The evaluation results show that for Negative Sentiment (86 tweets) Precision: 58%, Recall: 58%, F1-Score: 58%, Accuracy: 100%. Neutral Sentiment (814 tweets) Precision: 30%, Recall: 20%, F1-Score: 25%, Accuracy: 100%. Positive Sentiment (100 tweets) Precision: 60%, Recall: 75%, F1-Score: 68%, Accuracy: 100%. Meanwhile, SVM with various kernel types showed performance differences in sentiment classification

Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan di Sektor Energi dengan Risiko sebagai Mediator
The development of financial performance analysis, sustainable finance, and risk management in Indonesia has put pressure on companies to improve their social responsibility. This study aims to look at the correlation between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), with financial performance, and risk as a mediator in companies in the IDX energy sector whose business activities are closely related to the environment. This research is descriptive quantitative with the help of SMART-PLS 4.0.9.9 as a statistical tool to process panel data from 27 samples of companies in the IDX energy sector during 2021-2023 with a total of 81 observations. KLD (Kinder, Lydenberg, and Domini's) Measurement is used as a proxy for CSR. Meanwhile, financial performance is measured by 2 approaches, namely accounting based measures and market based measures. The risk variable is measured based on the standard deviation of the daily stock return. This study found that CSR has a significant relationship with the company's financial performance. However, there is no significant relationship between CSR and risk, risk and financial performance, and risk as a mediating variable, in companies in the energy sector on the IDX 2021-2023. The results of this study indicate that CSR can contribute to improving the company's financial performance, so stakeholders can pay attention to this aspect. The limited research time covering 3 years of observation will limit data coverage and not reflect long-term trends. In addition, the proxies used have limitations in interpreting the results as a whole. Future research is expected to develop this study in reviewing the influence of both the energy sector and other sectors

Airport branding and stakeholders collaborative communication
This research examines how stakeholders collaboration affects airport branding by exploring the role of cooperative efforts in shaping brand identity and reputation. It investigates how transparent communication, alignment with stakeholders expectations, and engagement with various groups-such as investors, consumers, local communities, and business partners aero and non-aero as well as local governments contribute to developing a cohesive and competitive branding strategy. This research utilizes a bibliometric approach, which aims to provide an overview of the global trends of this topic, as well as identify the dominance of the most influential authors, co-authors, institutions, countries, and publications in this field. The data was obtained through the Scopus database through a relevant keyword search that resulted in 639 articles, and then data processing and analysis were carried out through the tools VOS Viewer, RStudio Biblioshiny, and ScientoPy. Modern branding today does not just rely on unilateral communication but becomes more cooperative by involving various stakeholders. However, there are limited studies that provide a comprehensive overview of this field. The findings show that branding and stakeholders collaboration are increasingly important in shaping corporate identity, enhancing reputation and fostering long-term sustainable relationships. Some of the dominant and influential authors and institutions in research in this area are from Europe, the United States, and Australia, but contributions from developing countries are still minimal. This study recommends further in-depth research in developing countries, including Indonesia, given the great potential in airport branding development that can be done through stakeholders collaboration with a holistic approach that includes transparent communication, utilization of local cultural narratives as differentiating elements, and integration of sustainability values to build a relevant and globally competitive brand image
