Get PDFThe history of "ENFMPP" has almost 100 years. The first sample, certified as a reference material, was issued in 1965. Since, over 1200 reference materials (as RM sets or single RM) of fine precious metals (PM) and PM and non-ferrous metal alloys were produced. The latest issue is certified reference materials of fine gold needed for laboratories in Russia and other countries. At present time the JSC "ENFMPP" has all the capacities (technical and professional ones) to produce and certify reference materials of precious metals.История ОАО «ЕЗ ОЦМ» насчитывает почти 100 лет. Первый образец, аттестованный в качестве стандартного образца предприятия, выпущен в 1965 году. С тех пор разработано более 1200 стандартных образцов (комплектами СО и отдельными СО) состава аффинированных драгоценных металлов и сплавов на основе ДМ и цветных металлов. В числе последних разработок - стандартные образцы состава золота аффинированного, востребованные в России и других странах СНГ. В настоящее время ОАО «ЕЗ ОЦМ» имеет все возможности (технические и профессиональные) для выполнения работ по изготовлению и аттестации стандартных образцов на основе драгоценных металлов

Get PDFConsidered problematic issues of the development of reference materials (RMs) for aircraft industry. The focus is on the methods for choosing the RM chemical composition and metallographic structure, and the use of different technologies for their production with high intra- and between item homogeneity. Considered problematic issues of the RM program, shows the need to expand and optimize the range of RMs. The present work is performed within framework of the integrated research concept 2.1. "Fundamentally oriented research" ("Strategic concepts of development of materials and technologies for their processing for the period up to 2030").Рассмотрены проблемные вопросы разработки стандартных образцов авиационных материалов. Основное внимание уделено описанию способов решения проблемных вопросов, связанных с выбором композиции химического состава и использованием различных технологий для обеспечения высокой внутри- и межэкзем-плярной однородности материала стандартных образцов по химическому составу и металлографической структуре. Рассмотрены проблемные вопросы формирования программ выпуска стандартных образцов, показана необходимость расширения номенклатуры СО и ее оптимизации. No full textThe paper presents a summary of analyzing Technical Regulations of the Customs Union TR TC 029/2012 "Safety Requirements for Food Additives, Flavorings and Technological Processing Aids". Information on certified reference materials (RMs) for composition of citric acid is provided. Certified characteristics of the RM are, on the one hand, mass fraction of the base substance and, on the other hand, mass fraction of impurities - toxic elements (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury). The first batches of the given RMs are produced, which are registered in the State Register of the approved types of certified reference materials GS010300-2013 and GS010143-2012.Представлено резюме о проведении анализа Технического регламента Таможенного союза ТР ТС 029/2012 «Требования безопасности пищевых добавок, ароматизаторов и технологических вспомогательных средств». Приведены сведения о стандартных образцах (СО) состава кислоты лимонной. Аттестованными характеристиками СО являются, с одной стороны, массовая доля основного вещества, с другой - массовая доля примесей - токсичных элементов (свинец, мышьяк, кадмий, ртуть). Изготовлены первые партии указанных СО, которые зарегистрированы в Государственном реестре утвержденных типов стандартных образцов Российской Федерации ГСО 10300-2013 и ГСО10143-2012

Get PDFConformity assessment is the activity to determine whether specified requirements relating to a product, process, system, person or body are fulfilled. Often measurements are used to show that the measurand is within (legal) tolerances. Currently analytical methods are available to test whether tolerances are met with a preset level of confidence, e.g. 95%. The test requires the availability of the overall measurement uncertainty and the statistical distribution of the measurand. In absence of better information this distribution is assumed to be Gaussian. The new point in this paper is that Monte Carlo methods can be applied directly to perform the conformity assessment. The reason is that the Monte Carlo process generates the cumulative distribution, whereby the (legal) tolerances can be compared directly. The advantage of this process is that the type of distribution does not need to be known and the (worst case) assumption of the distribution being Gaussian can be avoided. Consequently, for a Monte Carlo method the difference between tolerances and acceptance criteria is slightly smaller than for analytical methods. A test of the Monte Carlo method applied to a calibration of a high-pressure gasmeter meeting MID tolerances demonstrates the applicability of the method in practice

Erythropoietin preparations derived from recombinant DNA technology are a mixture of isoforms with different biological activity, which determine the biological properties pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics, efficacy and safety of medicinal product. Erythropoietin preparations derived by using recombinant DNA technology are a mixture of isoforms with different biological activity, that determine the biological properties, pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetics, safety and therapeutic efficacy of the drug. However, at production of erythropoietin, its pharmacological activity is controlled only by the ability to stimulate erythropoiesis, despite the multiplicity of different directions of action of drugs erythropoietin. The drug is dispensed and applied on this indicator. The international reference standard, a European reference biologic drug or calibrated by him enterprise standard samples are used by manufacturers to assess the quality of erythropoietin in the Russian Federation. The urgency of developing domestic standard samples for the evaluation of biological activity and physico-chemical characteristics of erythropoietin preparations produced by recombinant DNA technology
