出門在外,總是會提心吊膽地想著會不會被人綁架擄人?會不會出車禍?行駛這段路會不會塞車?登山時,如果失足了怎麼辦?等安全面的問題。
隨著創新科技快速發展,智慧型載具已成為不可或缺的科技產品。根據相關研究報告,約有80%的人日常生活中接觸到科技產品進行應用。若將上一段生活的問題導入智慧型載具,將能夠提升生活上的品質。
故本研究運用Google Map衛星定位系統,結合人工智慧危急預防系統,與搭配感測器系統,建置一套『智慧預防與即時求救定位系統』。

A Kinetic Study of L-Tyrosine Oxidation by Banana Leaf Tyrosinase

本研究擬以北蕉(Giant Cavendishii, AAA)葉的酪胺酸酶為材料,探討其與單酚基質L-tyrosine作用產生遲滯期(lag phase)之動力學關係。北蕉葉之粗抽液經硫銨分劃後進行動力學分析,發現影響遲滯期主要因素有酵素與單酚基質濃度、pH值、基質配位基之位置特異性以及添加微量雙酚。期待藉由農業廢棄物香蕉葉對單酚基質廣特異性及其作用機制,應用於工業及醫療上。
ABSTRACT
This study investigated the kinetic analysis of L-tyrosine by tyrosinase. The tyrosinase used was extracted from the leaf of banana (Giant Cavendishii, AAA) and partially purification by ammino sulfate fractionation. The activity was determined by a lag period, that duration depended on the monophenol and its concentration, as well as enzyme concentration, pH, and the presence of catalytic amounts of diphenol. Moreover, the lag phase decreased with increasing diphenol concentration, it was possible to evaluate Kact, the activation diphenol constant, which showed a value of 0.70 μM toward L-tyrosine. Substitution position of phenol was exhibited increasing hydroxylation rate with para- than other position. The study was indicated that banana leaf tyrosinase exhibit wide substrate specificity toward monophenol, making its potential in medical and industry
改良本體論建置輔助學習系統以改進教學
[[abstract]]摘 要
本文旨在建置一輔助學習系統,以知識本體論為基體,並加入推論法則改良;探討此系統對改進教學之學習成效及其影響,應用於生物學課程。
另有概念對學生往後學習知識可能造成重大影響,而存於人體消化系統等生理相關概念更會破壞往後的學習。人體消化系統教學若能強化本體知識內涵,可增加學生對消化器官間整體的作用關係更加了解,並能微觀系統的動態過程,才能深入了解概念本體的特質進而修正另有概念。
本體論已廣泛地應用於探討知識領域概念化的方法,透過知識與推理的相互作用,當概念性知識在影響個體執行推理作業時,同時影響個體的概念成長。
本研究建置人體消化系統本體論,其保留了概念結構的特性,並協助學習者學習有順序和結構的本體知識,透過描述概念之間的屬性關係及概念實例的加強說明,可補足概念構圖的不足,並加入推論法則可推論出概念間彼此的關聯性與邏輯性,學生可藉由推論法則的規則,學習到推理的依據和過程,協助個體對領域知識的推理作業反應進而強化概念學習。
ABSTRACT
This study is major to establish an assistant-learning system based on the knowledge ontology. Alternative conceptions existed in correlatively concepts of a course knowledge may affect the subsequent learning. Previous reports have pointed that the course teaching shall strengthen instinct knowledge to help students understand the whole knowledge structure. Additionally, the characteristic of concept ontology can be realized deeply to revise the alternative conception.
Today, the ontology is an important method to investigate the conception of knowledge field. By means of interactions between knowledge and deduction, the concept knowledge also influences individual concept growth.
This study established knowledge ontology of course not only to reserve properties of the concept structure but also to help leaner learn successive and structural intrinsic knowledge. By describing properties between concepts and concept instance to replenish the insufficiency of the concept map with SWRL deduction, the relationship and logic of inter-concepts were able to be concluded. Students can learn concluded basis and process by using rules of deduction principle to assist individual deduction for field knowledge and strengthen concept learning
Chiku Lagoon Waters near Marine Water Quality Monitoring

海洋立國的我們,長期以來對海洋環境的忽略,使海洋遭受嚴重的破壞與污染,所以有必要對海洋環境,作更多的研究。保護這個生態環境不被破壞及汙染。本研究調查範圍北從臺南市海岸將軍溪北側,南至曾文溪河口,總共進行2次的水質調查與環保署公告海域水質做比較,目前臺南市沿海海域水質大部分皆符合所有類別海域水質標準。
Abstract
As we found by ocean, has long been ignored on the marine environment and it suffered serious damage and pollution. Therefore, there is necessary for more research on the marine environment to protect the ecological environment destruction and pollution. This research investigated range is including Tainan coast from the north side of general Creek to Tsengwen estuary. It totally has been done two times for the water quality survey and compared with water quality in the sea which is announced by EPD. Currently, the majority of Tainan coastal marine water quality is in compliance with all categories of marine water quality standards
澎湖縣國小教師工作價值觀、工作生活品質與工作投入研究
[[abstract]]本研究在探討澎湖縣國小教師工作價值觀、工作生活品質、工作投入之現況及其關係,採問卷調查法進行研究,有效樣本276份。以單因子變異數分析、逐步多元迴歸分析等進行資料分析,獲得結論如下:1.澎湖縣國小教師的性別、擔任職務、學校地區等背景變項在工作價值觀上具有顯著差異。2.國小教師的性別、年齡、年資、婚姻狀況、擔任職務、學校地區等背景變項在工作生活品質上也有顯著差異。3.「自我實現」、「休閒健康」對整體「工作投入」具有顯著預測力
利用DHTML提昇網路購物之即時回饋
[[abstract]]購物網站中的即時回饋(Real time feedback)設計可提升顧客購物之意願。除了網頁互動性外,線上即時回饋在網路商城之設計亦扮演重要之角色,因網路購物即時回饋最大的優點是讓客戶可立即獲知商品或商城之相關資訊,故電子商城中高度使用網路購物即時回饋,能提高客戶購買次數並增加其再訪商城之高度意願。隨著網路科技的發達,電子商城也隨之普及,如何利用線上即時回饋來提升商城與客戶之間的互動性日益重要。本論文主要討論「線上購物即時回饋」之重要性,與如何利用由HTML, CSS與JavaScript三種網頁程式所組成之DHTML來設計「線上購物即時回饋」,並以實際範例加以說明
利用電場分離回收矽廢料中碳化矽與矽之研究
[[abstract]]在製造矽晶圓過程中,切割步驟造成了大量的廢料產生以及矽原料浪費,因此,除了回收廢料中具有高經濟價值得碳化矽研磨粒子外,隨著矽原料價格日漸攀升,回收切損的矽變得越來越重要。本研究探討在電場下,矽與研磨粒子的分離機制,並分析實際工廠產出的切割廢料在電場促進下的分離效果。首先,以矽與碳化矽粒子混合來模擬矽泥,測量兩種粒子的特性差異,並研究不同酸鹼值下的分離效果。根據分離的粒子特性差異與理論公式得知,粒子之終端速度、角度及位移會受到密度、粒徑大小以及表面帶電性質等影響,以致分離效果不同。本研究使用的分離方法免除了有毒物質與強酸的使用,藉此減少對環境的二次污染
