Learning Experience of Childcare Person in Charge of Handicapped Children at a Workshop Using a Case Study
No full text障害児保育担当者を対象とした事例検討型研修会を実施した。検討事例は発達障害の疑われる年中男児であり、検討課題は友達関係のトラブルであった。事例検討の導入と最後に、ミニ講義を挿入した。参加者はミニ講義内容と事例検討を通じて、自分の経験を再整理し、新たな発見が見られた。特に、(1)子どもが安心し、充実した生活を送ることを中心とした保育所の機能、(2)長所を伸ばし、欠点はカバーする発達障害児保育の基本方針、(3)ペアレント・トレーニング技法の中心である「まなざしを向ける行動」の意味と内容、(4)トラブル場面での事前対応、例外に目を向けた対応、(5)生活支援等での援助のタイミングと量の適否、(6)援助を通じて、自己肯定感を育てる、(7)子どもの気持ちを理解する方法等の内容から、参加者は自己の保育を振り返る手掛かりを得ていた
Is the physical strength maintained about Kasugai frail elderly care prevention project?
No full text2008年4月から2011年3月までに要支援1、2を対象とした春日井市K病院の介護予防通所リハビリテーション運動器機能向上プログラムに参加した138名のうち、初回、3ヶ月、1年、2年後の体力測定ができた26名を分析対象に体力の維持について検討した。参加者は56～91歳で平均74.8 ±8.4 歳であり、75歳以上が14名(53.8%)であった。性別では男性が6名(23.1%)、女性が20名(76.9%)であり、要支援1が14名(53.8%)、要支援2が132名(46.2%)であった。既往歴では、下肢の骨関節疾患(53.8%)、腰痛および脊椎疾患(30.8%)、高血圧(34.6%)、骨粗鬆症(26.9%)を有する割合が高かった。経時的変化では、要介護度、痛みに有意な変化はみられなかったが、TUG(初回>3ヶ月、初回>1年、初回>2年、14.7→12.3→11.4→11.0秒)、長座体前屈(初回<2年、3ヶ月<2年、1年<2年、22.5→22.1→24.7→29.7cm)、5m最大歩行時間(初回>3ヶ月、初回>1年、初回>2年、7.1→5.8→5.4→5.2秒)に有意な変化がみられた。特に最初の3ヶ月にバランス、歩行能力の改善がみられ、1年後、2年後と維持されており、長期的な体力の維持に寄与できたと考えられた。今後は、対照群との比較などが必要と考えられた
Plasma Surface Treatment of Carbon Nanotubes and its Application for Improvement on Wearing Resistance of Polymer Composite Films
No full textWe investigated the effect of plasma-treated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) that are composited into a polyurethane (PU) film. This report especially focused on one of mechanical properties of PU film, the wear resistance, to find how the plasma-treated CNTs give contributions to improve the resistance. Our experimental results suggested that plasma-treated CNTs significantly enhanced the wear resistance when the CNTs treated with the plasma that was made of nitrogen–carbon dioxide mixture gas. We also made fluorescence measurements to find the possible causes of the improvement. The measurement showed that the surface of the CNTs treated with nitrogen– carbon dioxide plasma had an indication of isocyanate group, which generally hardens PU film. The plasma likely attached the functional group on CNTs, and then the CNTs added extra wear resistance of a polyurethane film
Comparison of residents intention between Pre and Post-rebuilding of suburban area
No full textThis report analyzed the results of a questionnaire given to a suburban area in a rebuilding process and compares how residents\u27 intention of daily life has changed after rebuilding the area to how it was before. The findings of this analysis can be useful in effective redevelopment planning for suburban areas where aging and population decline are an issue
