Support Needs of the Seminar Participant for the Promotion of the Clinical Nursing Research.
No full text看護職者には,より質の高い看護の実践に向け研究活動を行うことが求められており,大学による支援への期待は大きい.中部大学生命健康科学研究所保健看護部門では,平成29年度に「看護と研究倫理」をテーマにセミナーを開催し,看護研究の実践にあたっての支援に関するニーズ調査を参加者に行った.研究に関する困り事は,一般参加者20名のうち85%が研究時間の確保の難しさを挙げており,次いで,実践での疑問を研究に結びつける方法(30%),結果のまとめ方(30%)であった.自由記述では,研究計画の立て方から結果の公表に至る研究プロセスを段階的に学習する機会に対するニーズがあった.教員の多く(76.7%)も研究時間の確保を困り事として挙げた.また看護職から教員に転向した新人教員への研究導入や臨床との協働による研究を支援する必要性が示唆された.本調査により把握された看護研究の支援に関するニーズを基に,研究所保健看護部門による今後の活動を発展させ,学内での看護研究を推進するとともに,臨床からの研究指導の要請に応じる体制を構築するなど,研究支援による地域貢献のあり方を検討していきたい
Age-related Interrelation of Vibration Sens by Tuning Fork in Normal Subjects
No full text振動覚検査にはC128Hzの音叉を用いるのが一般的である。本研究では音叉の振動強度を一定にするために振り子式の刺激装置を作成し、若年者と高齢者の感受性を比較した。また、振動覚に関与する受容器としてはパチニ小体とマイスナー小体が挙げられるが、受容器により周波数の閾値は異なる。そこでC128Hz・C256Hz・C30Hzの音叉を用いて検査を行った。高齢者には触圧覚検査も実施した。対象は本学学生20名と地域在住の高齢者44名である。測定は背臥位で両側内果において実施した。振り子式刺激装置の刺激で振動を知覚できなかった者については、叩打棒を用いて音叉の刺激強度を強めて再検査を実施した。各周波数間の比較では若年者、高齢者ともに有意差を認めなかったが、若年者と高齢者との比較では全ての周波数で有意差を認めた。高齢者では256Hzで最も閾値が高い傾向であったが、振動覚と年齢の相関はいずれの周波数においても認められなかった。触圧覚と年齢には有意な相関が確認された。振動感覚の加齢変化を評価するには、音叉による検査では精度に限界があると考える
Coping with suggestions: A look at the appropriateness of offering suggestions in Japan and the U.K.
No full textThe study focuses on the speech act of suggestions. 20 participants were used; 10 from the U.K. and 10 from Japan. The study was conducted using a discourse completion task (DCT). The DCT was translated into Japanese for the Japanese participants. The DCT presented the participants with eight real life situations and asked them to give their natural response. The situations were written in an attempt to elicit a suggestion, to find out whether Japanese speakers are less likely to offer suggestions than their British counterparts. Four situations asked for a response to a peer of equal status and four asked for a response to situations involving a colleague of higher status. The study found that native English speakers are far more willing to offer suggestions to someone of a higher status than the Japanese native speakers. It is the writers belief that the lack of willingness to engage with fellow students or teachers can cause students to have an uncomfortable experience when studying abroad. It also hinders their ability to maximize the opportunities provided by discussing topics with peers and teachers. It is the writers hope that research in this field can better prepare Japanese students to have an enjoyable and beneficial experience on study abroad programs

No full text本研究では、若手保育者の保護者支援に焦点を当て、どのような場面で困難さを抱えているのかについて明らかにすることを目的とし、経験年数5年未満の保育者5人を対象とする半構造化面接法によるインタビュー調査を行った。若手保育者が抱える保護者支援の困難さとして、「保護者の性格や態度、病気」「子どもをめぐる問題」「コミュニケーション問題」「保育方針の食い違い」が抽出された。このような問題の解消を目指し、保育者養成段階において保護者支援に必要な専門技術を伝授できる教育体制を強化することが課題である

Moral Education and Teachers as the Model: Through Analysis of “New Concepts of Ability<
No full text本研究の目的は、近年注目されている〈新しい能力〉やその指導方法について分析しつつ、道徳教育においてモデルの役割を教師が引き受けることの困難の構造を指摘することである。まず、〈新しい能力〉の特徴を整理する。そして、道徳教育で目標とされている「道徳性」も〈新しい能力〉の特徴を有していることを明らかにする。次に、〈新しい能力〉の育成に向けた「教科する授業」に言及しつつ、その理論的背景として徒弟制度的のあることを指摘する。徒弟制度においては学習者の目標とモデルとが必然的に一致している。それに対して、学校教育においてそれらを一致させなければならない。ここに道徳教育のモデルを買って出る教師の困難がある。こうした困難をベイトソンの「メタローグ」概念に基づいて構造的に捉えていく。The purpose of this paper is to indicate the structure of difficulties that teachers face in having charge of a moral model. At first, I arrange the characters of “new concepts of abilities.< Then, I point out that “moralities< as the goal of moral education have the same characters. Next, I explain the “do a subject< lesson aiming to nurture “new concepts of abilities.< The lesson\u27s concepts derive from apprenticeships. In apprenticeships, the goals of learners are naturally in consistency with the models. On the other hand, in school education, teachers have to strive after the consistence. Difficulties of teachers who are in charge of the moral model come from here. I make clear the structure of the difficulties by referring the Bateson\u27s concept of “Metalogue.
