    PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA BANJIR PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 10 SIGI

    Indonesia, yang terdiri dari banyak pulau, sangat rentan terhadap perubahan iklim. Peristiwa alam seperti gempa bumi, tsunami, letusan gunung berapi, banjir, kekeringan, dan lainnya adalah akibat dari perubahan iklim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh media video animasi terhadap kesiapsiagaan Bencana banjir pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Sigi . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Pre –eksperimental one group pretest dan posttest, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh , sampel dalam penilitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI ips SMA Negeri 10 Sigi yang berjumlah 36 orang dari satu kelas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, uji T, dan uji determinasi R-square.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan media video animasi tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa masuk pada kategori “Kurang siap” dengan persentase (52,7%) ,kemudian setelah diberikan media video animasi tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa masuk dalam kategori “Siap” dengan persentase (77,6%) . Nilai signifikansi regresi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media video animasi terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Sigi  

    Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Google Workspace For Education Training On The Improvement Of Teachers' Digital Competence

    In the era of educational digital transformation, enhancing teachers' digital competence has become a critical challenge. This study investigates the effectiveness of Google Workspace for Education training in improving the digital competence of teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Padang, a school preparing to become a Google Reference School. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 40 teachers as respondents through a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality and linearity tests, and Pearson correlation. The results reveal a strong positive correlation (r = 0.891, p < 0.001) between the training and teachers’ digital competence, indicating that the training significantly improves their ability to utilize digital tools for teaching, collaboration, and classroom management. Furthermore, the training content, methods, and teacher engagement were found to play critical roles in shaping effective outcomes. These findings support the notion that structured and pedagogically aligned training is essential for equipping educators with relevant digital skills.     Digital Literacy Integration Model and Creative Thinking for Enhancing Vocational Student Competencies in the Society 5.0 Era

    The vocational education sector faces significant challenges in preparing graduates who meet industry demands in the digital era. Data from SMKN 1 Padang shows that the achievement of vocational competencies is still not optimal with aspects of knowledge 65%, skills 70%, occupational safety and health 70%, and work tests 70%. This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Literacy, Learning Styles, and Critical Thinking on Student Competencies of SMKN 1 Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The sample consisted of 81 active students of SMKN 1 Padang selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The research model showed excellent psychometric quality with all constructs having adequate validity and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.925, AVE > 0.597). Structural model evaluation revealed that Digital Literacy (β = 0.275, p = 0.008), Learning Styles (β = 0.266, p = 0.050), and Critical Thinking (β = 0.411, p = 0.004) had a positive and significant effect on Student Competencies. The model explained 82.3% of the variance in Student Competencies (R² = 0.823). The results of the study confirmed the importance of integrating Digital Literacy, appropriate Learning Styles, and the development of Critical Thinking in improving Student Competencies in Vocational High Schools. These findings provide important implications for the development of holistic learning strategies in vocational education

    Gender and Power Relation in Margaret Atwood's Novel The Handmaid's Tale

    This study examines the intersection of gender ideology and power relations in The Handmaid’s Tale, a novel by Margaret Atwood that portrays a dystopian society governed by patriarchal control. Employing Feminist Critical Discourse Analysis (FCDA) as the methodological framework, this research investigates how gender ideology is embedded and reproduced through the novel’s language and social structures. Specifically, the study addresses three research questions: (1) What elements of gender ideology are depicted in the novel? (2) How are gender ideology and power interrelated? (3) Why are these themes central to the narrative? Utilizing a qualitative approach, the analysis focuses on narrative and discursive elements to uncover representations of gender inequality and the systematic repression of women’s autonomy. The findings indicate that the novel reflects real-world patriarchal ideologies by illustrating how language and institutional norms uphold gendered power imbalances. This research contributes to feminist literary scholarship by demonstrating how literature can expose, critique, and resist oppressive social structures through discourse

    Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan metode estafet writing dengan kemampuan menulis teks narasi peserta didik. Kegiatan di laksanakan dengan mengimplementasikan jenis pendekatan eksperimen pada jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Langkah pertama pada pendekatan ini yakni menentukan dua variabel yang di gunakan pada penelitian. Variabel pertama di tempatkan sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensional dan variabel lainnya di tempatkan sebagai pengukur perbedaan yakni kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang di terapkan yaitu probability sampling dengan menetapkan dua sampel penelitian. dari jumlah populasi 101 siswa kelas VII 33 siswa didapatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis teks narasi terlihat perbedaan yang signifikan karena telah menggunakan metode menulis bergilir (estafet writing). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji-t yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan metode estafet writing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan peserta didik dalam menulis teks narasi

    Examining the Absorbency and Elasticity Properties of Modified Coconut Fibre: An Alternative Material for Diapers Filling

    Research on absorbent core and elastic-modified coconut fibre is motivated by the use of coconut fibre in terms of water absorption and elasticity. This study aims to: (1) determine the percentage of the absorbent core and elastic-modified coconut coir; (2) compare the percentage of the absorbent core and elastic-modified coconut fibre to the diapers X. The design used was experimental. The tools and materials consisted of modified coconut fibre, a Pasteur pipette, a specimen clamp, and a software system. Modified coconut coir was made from a mixture of Cinnamomum verum and Mutingia calabura L., with a sample mass ratio to diapers X, which was 1:40, circular shape with a diameter of 3 cm. The treatments for modified coconut coir were sun drying (Sample A) and a hair dryer (Sample B), which resulted in differences in the Absorbent core (Ab) and Elastic (E). The sample was forwarded for the E-test through the Tracker software system, which can detect the centre of mass of the object through the experimental video recording, and the other sample was measured Ab through the difference in the volume of water absorption. The results showed that Sample B could be used as an engineering material for Ab and E diapers X. It was concluded that: (1) %Ab-Sample B = 38.36%, %Ab-Sample A = 25.57%, %E-Sample B = 1.2%, %E-Sample A = 0.5%; (2) comparison of %E-Sample B to %E-Diapers X was 67%, and %E-Sample A to %E-Diapers X was 27%

    This study aims to test and find empirical evidence regarding: (1) there is a positive influence of capital structure on company value, (2) there is a positive influence of company growth on company value, and (3) there is a positive influence of capital structure on company value with company growth as a moderating variable. The sample used in this study was a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during a 4-year observation period (2010-2013). The total sample was 13 companies. Data were collected using a purposive sampling method. The results based on moderated regression analysis (MRA) showed that: (1) capital structure did not affect company value, (2) company growth affected company value, and (3) capital structure affected company value with company growth as a moderating variable. Thus, the research hypothesis was not empirically supported

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dalam perspektif Islam, dengan studi pada pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Gunung Alip, Kabupaten Tanggamus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software statistik untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Etika Kerja Islam, Budaya Organisasi, dan Kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara parsial, variabel Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Dalam perspektif Islam, etika kerja yang dilandasi nilai-nilai keimanan, budaya organisasi yang selaras dengan prinsip syura (musyawarah), serta kompetensi yang disertai amanah dan profesionalisme, merupakan pilar penting dalam menciptakan kinerja yang unggul dan berkah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi instansi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai berbasis nilai-nilai Islam

    Evaluasi dan Perancangan Ulang Tata Letak Gudang PT X dengan Metode Class Based Storage

    This research aims to optimize the storage layout in the warehouse of PT X Bekasi Branch through the application of the class-based storage method with ABC analysis. Currently, the placement of stock is still done randomly which causes difficulties in finding goods, as well as long distances and travel times in retrieving goods. This study was conducted for three months from September to November with a qualitative descriptive method. The stages of the class-based storage method are determining the location based on the class where class A (fast moving) must be close to the entrance and exit access, class B (medium moving) does not have to be so close and class C (slow moving) can be very far. The results of this study show a reduction in distance and travel time with a total average distance of 1,361 cm, a percentage of 11.01% and a reduction in time of 20.01%. In addition, it also obtains a class division to determine the distance to the outbound access into 3 categories, namely the fast moving category of 22 items, medium moving of 11 items and slow moving of 11 item

    Preferensi Konsumen Terhadap Metode Pembayaran Digital di TikTok Shop dan Implikasi Bagi Pengembangan UMKM di Kota Singkawang

    Transformasi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam perilaku konsumsi masyarakat, termasuk dalam hal metode pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap metode pembayaran digital di TikTok Shop serta implikasinya bagi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Singkawang. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari 100 responden perempuan usia 20–45 tahun yang pernah bertransaksi di TikTok Shop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 77% konsumen lebih memilih metode pembayaran digital, seperti e-wallet (44%), QRIS (31%), dan PayLater (2%), dibandingkan transfer bank manual (23%). Preferensi ini dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kemudahan, kecepatan, dan keamanan transaksi digital. Selain itu, fitur interaktif seperti live shopping turut mendorong minat konsumen untuk berbelanja di TikTok Shop. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi strategis bagi UMKM, antara lain pentingnya adopsi sistem pembayaran digital dan pemanfaatan konten interaktif untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam bentuk pelatihan literasi digital dan fasilitasi teknologi guna mendorong transformasi UMKM yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di era ekonomi digital
