The Effect of Credit Circulation, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Interest Rate on Return On Assets (ROA) Due to Non-Performing Loan (NPL) on Credit Unions in Indonesia
Credit Unions or commonly known as CUs are quite developed in Indonesia, especially on the island of Kalimantan. One of the Credit Cooperative Centers that house Primary CU in Indonesia has service areas in 34 Provinces in Indonesia, namely the Credit Union Credit Cooperative Center Indonesia (PUSKOPCUINA). The CU under the auspices of the PUSKOPCUINA movement has grown very well and has become a reference for CUs in Indonesia in terms of development and empowerment. CU's contribution is still not significant in boosting national economic growth, so more comprehensive research is needed. The development of CU in Indonesia is inseparable from the development of the Return On Assets (ROA) contained in the CU. The Kalimantan credit union movement is under the auspices of PUSKOPCUINA which has different regional and cultural characteristics. This is what researchers see as necessary to research the Effect of Outstanding Credit, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Loan Interest Rates on Return On Assets (ROA) Due to Default Credit (NPL) at Credit Unions in Indonesia. The research objective was to test and formulate solutions to problems arising from the influence of Outstanding Credit, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Loan Interest Rates on Return On Assets due to Non-Performing Loans. The method used was quantitative research with Path Analysis in the data processing. The research population was the CU movement in Indonesia with a sample of 40 CUs under PUSKOPCUINA. The data used was outstanding credit data, Loan to Deposit ratio, non-performing loans, loan interest rates, and return on assets of 40 CU at PUSKOPCUINA in 2015-2019 with the model used to analyze panel data called the panel data model analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study showed that the Loan to Deposit ratio, non-performing loans, and loan interest rates had a significant effect on the return on assets of CUs in Indonesia
KERJASAMA GURU BIMBINGAN KONSELING DENGAN GURU KELAS DALAM PENERAPAN TEORI COGNITIF PADA SANTRI DALAM MENGHAFAL AL QUR’AN DI SDIT ROBBI RODIYAH CURUP
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerjasama guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dengan Guru Kelas dalam Penerapan Teori Cognitif pada Santri dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an di SDIT Robbi Rodiyah Curup (SDIT RR 1, SDIT RR 2, SDIT RR 3). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rasa penasaran pada sekolah ini yang menggunakan 2 kurikulum (Diknas dan Kemenag) dengan fullday school, dengan tambahan program tahfidz dan para santri memiliki karakter religius, serta dapat menikmati kehidupan sehari-hari efektif (KES). Program tahfidz merupakan program unggulan yang butuh keseriusan, ketekunan dan keikhlasan kerja cognitive yang perlu pengkondisian guru di sekolah. Penelitian ini memakai metode mix method (kuantitatif-kualitatif), data akan diungkapkan dengan angket tentang fase kognitif yang hasilnya dipresentasekan secara kuantitatif dan data akan didalami secara kualtitatif dengan wawancara mendalam (depth interview), observasi dan kemudian akan dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pertama; Kerjasama guru BK dan guru kelas sesuai fungsi masing-masing. Guru BK berperan sebagai konsultan dalam memahami permasalahan dari tahapan cognitive santri pmenghafal Al-Qur’an, menjaga semangat santri, pengkondisian dan perlakuan orang tua di rumah. Sedangkan guru kelas sebagai pemegang kendali dalam mengontrol hafalan santri dan kordinasi dengan orang tua santri. Kedua; Bentuk Kerjasama yang melibatkan orang tua adalah; buku kendali hafalan, parenting dan pengajian rutin, konseling, serta orang tua harus berakhlakul khorimah
ANALISIS KAJIAN PENDIDIKAN MITIGASI BENCANA KEKERINGAN PADA SISWA MADRASAH ALIYAH PONPES WALISONGO KOTA PONTIANAK
Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan mengetahui pengetahuan, upaya mitigasi dan adaptasi siswa terhadap bencana kekeringan di Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Walisongo Kota Pontianak. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed methods sequential explanatory. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan angket, tinjauan pustaka terkait pendidikan mitigasi bencana dan wawancara mendalam. Subjek penelitian yaitu melibatkan 100 siswa dan guru geografi MAS Walisongo yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Pontianak Kota, Kota Pontianak Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Validasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validasi triangulasi. Untuk menghindari keraguan data maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian bahwa analisis kajian pendidikan mitigasi bencana kekeringan pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Ponpes Walisongo Kota Pontianak perlu ditingkatkan. Pendidikan mitigasi bencana khususnya kekeringan disisipkan dalam mata pelajaran geografi dengan cara yang tepat dapat memberikan kemampuan siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Namun berdasarkan hasil jawaban angket siswa dan sebaran materi ajar, mitigasi baru diperoleh pada siswa kelas XI MAS, sehingga kelas bawah masih belum familiar dengan istilah mitigasi bencana. The Effectiveness of Nature of Science-Based Learning Programs to Stimulate Complex Problem-Solving in Global Warming
This study aims to measure students' complex problem solving on the concept of global warming. This study used a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were 52 grade 11 high school students in Pesawaran District using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses eight essay questions as complex problem-solving instruments with six skill indicators, namely 1) articulating the problem, 2) identifying the desired result, 3) brainstorming creative options, 4) analyzing and choosing the best option, 5) developing an action plan that will achieve the result desired end 6) establish a plan of action and adapt as needed. The results showed that there was an effect of learning using the nature of science on students' complex problem solving with an increase of 0.75 in the high category in the experimental class compared to the control class with an increase of 0.35 in the medium category
Validity and Practicality of the STEM-Critical Thinking Video in Science Education: Hydraulic Lift
This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and students' responses to video experiments oriented towards STEM activities and critical thinking. The research problem is that the implementation of experimental activities in schools is still very rarely used because, limited learning time and the learning that is carried out has not been able to train students' critical thinking skills. The research method used is Research and Development, the research design uses the Plomp model which consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, the prototyping stage and ends with the assessment stage, but this research is limited to the prototyping stage. The instruments used to collect data were validity sheets (26 questions), practicality sheets (18 questions) and interview sheets (5 questions). VHL was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively based on the results of validity tests, practicality tests and interviews. The results of the validity test from the three expert reviewers showed that VHL obtained a score of 0.92 with a very high validity category. In terms of practicality, the VHL scores 98% (very practical). In terms of students' responses to VHL, the majority of students stated that they were happy, interested and enthusiastic about learning to use VHL. Therefore, VHL with the theme "Hydraulic Lift" is categorized as feasible and practical to help grade 8 students in practicing critical thinking skills on the concept of material pressure
Analisis Struktural dalam Novel Chicago Karya Alaa Al Aswany
Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah unsur struktural dalam novel Chicago karya Alaa Al Aswany serta memperlihatkan keterkaitan antarunsur struktural dalam novel tersebut. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik kepustakaan. Analisis struktural novel adalah penelitian mendasar yang penting dalam pengkajian karya sastra sebelum karya tersebut ditelaah menggunakan teori yang lebih dalam lagi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tema sentral yang dimiliki novel ini, yaitu diskriminasi dan percintaan. Tokoh dalam novel terbagi menjadi dua yakni tokoh utama dan tokoh tambahan. Tokoh utama meliputi Syaima’ Muhammadi, Ro’fat Tsabit, Muhammad Sholah, Thoriq Hasib, Naji Abdu Shomad, Ahmad Dananah dan John Graham, sedangkan tokoh tambahan adalah Karam Dus, Shofwat Syakir, Marwah, Caroll, Kris, Sarah dan Zaenab. Latar yang digunakan dalam novel ini yaitu di Kota Chicago, Amerika Serikat, banyak juga berlatar di Universitas Illinois Chicago khususnya dan ada juga beberapa yang berlatar Mesir. Novel ini berlatar waktu antara paska tragedi 11 September 2001 di Menara Kembar Amerika Serikat dan sebelum Revolusi Mesir tahun 2011. Alur yang digunakan adalah alur campuran karena diselipkan peristiwa kilas balik di tengah-tengah alur maju atau progresif. Tahapan Alur terbagi menjadi lima, yaitu tahap situation, tahap generating circumstance, tahap rising action, tahap climax, dan tahap denouement. Sudut pandang yang digunakan adalah sudut pandang orang pertama dan sudut pandang orang ketiga serba tahu. Dalam novel ini pengarang juga memberikan amanat bahwa kita harus menjunjung nilai toleransi dan perdamaian, berpegang teguh pada agama, tidak hanya mengejar kesuksesan duniawi saja serta pesan kritik pada pemerintah bahwa kediktatoran harus dihapuskan dan pemerintah harus lebih demokratis. Hubungan antarunsur intrinsik saling mendukung dan mengikat sehingga unsur-unsur yang satu dengan yang lain tidak dapat dipisahkan membentuk tatanan yang padu dan kesatuan yang utuh dalam novel ini
Cognitive Flexibility in Learning Mathematics Senior High School
Cognitive flexibility in learning mathematics is necessary to solve problems with various mathematical ideas. In completing assignments, students have different perspectives so as to bring up creative solutions that encourage problem-solving skills. This study aims to determine students' cognitive flexibility level in high school mathematics learning. This quantitative descriptive research aims to describe the contents of a variable in research, without being intended to test a particular hypothesis. The source of data used in this study was class XI students in Pontianak City totaling 173 people. Data is collected by questionnaire with data analysis calculating the percentage index results of questionnaire answers. Based on the results of the questionnaire categorizing the level of cognitive flexibility ability of students in learning mathematics, it was found that there were 39 students with the category "very high" cognitive abilities, 115 students in the "high" category, and 19 students in the "moderate" category. This shows that most high school students in Pontianak City on average have high cognitive flexibility abilities in mathematics learning. This data is supported by the statements of mathematics teachers who describe the ability of students to achieve cognitive flexibility, of course, with maximum effort in teaching. From a teaching point of view, mathematics teachers have certainly considered more innovative teaching techniques in order to grow these abilities
Penerapan Modul Elektronik Sigil Berbasis Saintifik pada Materi Teori Kinetik Gas untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Ranah Kognitif dan Motivasi Belajar Siswa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar ranah kognitif siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan modul elektronik Sigil, (2) Mendeskripsikan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022 melalui penerapan modul elektronik Sigil. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, angket, wawancara dan kajian dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan modul elektronik Sigil berbasis Saintifik pada materi Teori Kinetik Gas dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar ranah kognitif dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Persentase ketuntasan siswa pada hasil belajar ranah kognitif meningkat dari 61,29% pada tahap pra siklus, menjadi 74,19 pada siklus I, dan mencapai 90,32% pada siklus II. Persentase ketercapaian motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan. Pada pra siklus persentase kelima indikator motivasi belajar siswa berada di bawah 76%. Pada siklus I terdapat tiga indikator motivasi belajar yang mampu mencapai target penelitian, dan pada siklus II semua indikator mampu mencapai target penelitian yaitu memenuhi motivasi belajar kategori tinggi dengan persentase 76%.Kata Kunci: Modul Elektronik; Perangkat Lunak Sigil; Teori Kinetik Gas; Pendekatan Saintifik Application of Scientific-Based Sigil Electronic Modules on Gas Kinetic Theory to Improve Cognitive Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation of StudentsABSTRACTThis research aims to: (1) describe the increase in cognitive learning outcomes of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year through the application of the Sigil electronic module, and (2) describe the increase in learning motivation of students in class XI MIPA 3 at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year through the implementation of the Sigil electronic module. The research design used was classroom action research (PTK) using the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models. The subjects of this study were 31 students of class XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques included test techniques, questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of the scientific-based Sigil electronic module on gas kinetic theory can increase the cognitive learning outcomes and learning motivation of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 7 Surakarta in the academic year 2021/2022. The percentage of students' completeness on cognitive learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage was 61.29%, then increased in the first and the second cycle as much as 74.19%, and 90.32% respectively. The percentage of students' learning motivation achievement had also increased. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of all indicators of student motivation was below 76%. In cycle I, there was only 3 indicators of learning motivation that were able to achieve the research target, while in cycle II, all indicators were able to achieve the research target, namely fulfilling the high category of learning motivation with a percentage of ≥ 76%
DIGITAL LITERACY AMONG TEACHERS IN SINGKAWANG CITY: AN ANALYSIS OF GENDER, AGE, AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS
One of the demands of teachers in Generation Z is being able to have digital literacy content that supports their functions and work. There is no research related to the influence of gender, age, and socioeconomic status on digital literacy competency teachers in Singkawang City. This study aims to review whether there are significant differences in teachers' digital literacy abilities in terms of gender, socioeconomic status aspects of those who are able, moderate, or poor, and the age of teachers in different generations. This research method includes the descriptive quantitative inferential survey method. The number of volunteer respondents as research subjects was 200 teachers from 50 elementary and junior high schools who taught in Singkawang City and were selected by the voluntary response sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument for teachers that contained 17 items that had been proven valid. Data were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test for gender and the Kruskal-Wallish H test for age and socioeconomic status. The results showed that (1) the significance value was 0.063 > 0.005, which did not show a significant difference between teachers' digital literacy skills based on gender; (2) the significance value was 0.075 > 0.05, meaning that there was no difference in teachers' digital literacy seen from socioeconomic status (able, moderate, and underprivileged); and (3) the significance value is 0.106 > 0.05, indicating that there is no difference between teachers whose age includes the baby boomers generation, generation X, and the millennial generatio
Bibliometric Analysis: Adobe Flash Cs6 Research in Mathematics Learning
The use of animation on Adobe Flash media in learning mathematics has many benefits, especially in helping students understand mathematics more meaningfully, connecting mathematics with the real world, visualizing, and understanding the importance of mathematics. This study aims to capture the landscape of previous research that is relevant to Adobe Flash in mathematics learning in the last decade, namely from 2012 to 2022 using bibliometric analysis with the help of the VOSviewer application. The Google Scholar database was used to search for data with the keywords "adobe flash" and "mathematics learning" which were then refined to become 72 publications. The trend of publications related to Adobe Flash in learning mathematics has increased from 2015 to 2018, while the most publications occurred in 2021 with 19 documents. Publications in 2018 have been cited in more than 150 citations. The focus of research related to Adobe Flash in learning mathematics is 1) problems, motivations and interests; 2) development, contextual teaching and elementary school; 3) outcomes and technology. The keyword "Adobe Flash" is not directly related to the keywords contextual teaching, android and stem. The new themes related to this field are pandemic, interest, e-learning, stem and primary school
