    The purpose of this study was to describe the early history of the formation of the Kuda Kepang Barongan culture, the views of the community on culture and the impact and existence of the Kuda Kepang Barongan culture in Pontianak by the Margo Tresno Association, the methods used were observation, in-depth interviews with informants, the results, the traditional art of Kuda Kepang Barongan that grows and develops in Pontianak City thanks to the Margo Tresno Association is evidence of the acculturation of Javanese ethnicity in Pontianak. Obtained were early history Initially, the existence of the Kuda Kepang Barongan culture was sparked by the Margo Tresno Association which wanted to maintain the existence of Javanese ethnic culture in Pontianak. The community's view of this culture was welcomed by the artists with the presence of horse braid players who were not only from Javanese ethnicity but other ethnicities also participated. the cultural arts of the barong braid horse further enrich the culture in the city of Pontianak in particular, this is in accordance with the characteristics of the city of Pontianak which has a variety of cultures and ethnic groups which is commonly called multicultural.     The world of education requires newest learning media when technology is growing. The development of Physics learning media with Augmented Reality technology is a solution to bring forward education. The development of Physics learning media PHY-ART aims to describe the development of Augmented Reality technology for physics learning media, and find out the impact of implementing Physics learning media PHY-ART on improving students' laboratory skills. A total of 78 high school students were researched with pre-test and post-test to determine the students' laboratory skills before and after. After using Physics learning media PHY-ART, it is known that AR technology improves students' laboratory skills. The physics learning media PHY-ART can be used by educational practitioners to improve laboratory skills and can be used as an alternative in the variety of learning media

    Meta-Analysis of The Effect of ICT-Based Learning Media on Students' Biology Learning Outcomes

    The use of ICT-based learning media can improve student learning outcomes. Re-analysis was carried out in this study regarding the use of ICT-based learning media in improving student learning outcomes from the theses that had been selected and selected in line with the topics studied. This study aims to determine the meta-analysis of the effect of using ICT-based learning media on students' biology learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive survey research. Using a purposive sampling technique, 20 theses of Biology education students at FKIP Untan for the 2017-2021 period were summarized. The calculation of the effect size of 20 undergraduate thesis students in biology education resulted in an average effect size of 0.85 (SD = 2.80). It shows that ICT-based learning media contributed 32.89% to improving student biology learning outcomes. The ICT-based learning media type with the most significant influence is video media, with an average effect size of 1.18 (SD = 4.34). Video media contributed 37.08% to increasing student biology learning outcomes. The relationship between variables obtained from research results based on the material taught and the use of ICT-based learning media that has the most significant influence is applied to the digestive system material with an average effect size of 1.18 (SD = 4.34). ICT-based learning media can improve students' biology learning outcomes in digestive system material by 37.08%. Based on the school level, ICT-based learning media that significantly influences students' biology learning outcomes is implemented in junior high schools. Using ICT-based learning media can improve student biology learning outcomes in junior high schools by 42%

Komik adalah perpaduan antara ilustrasi dan juga teks, oleh karena itu dalam penerapannya cerita memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam komik. Komik dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena di dalamnya memiliki amanat atau pesan-pesan terutama untuk anak-anak. Metaverse merupakan masa depan dari dunia internet dan teknologi. Analisis komik bergambar Timun Mas yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan objektif, dengan metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dari analisis ini menggambarkan situasi atau kejadian yang bersifat deskriptif untuk mengidentifikasi komik bergambar Timun Mas. Tujuan analisis ini untuk mengembangkan komik bergambar sebagai media pembelajaran menulis di era metaverse, dengan adanya komik bergambar dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan minat pembaca dalam menulis.     education, character education which aims to develop the ability of students to make good and bad decisions, maintain what is good and realize that goodness in everyday life wholeheartedly. This study aims to identify the impact that occurs on students if there is no character value in class X physics learning on particle dynamics material. The method used is a qualitative method. The instrument used is document study. The data collection technique is document study by collecting books and related literature. The sample used in this study is the material for class X in the Physics Teacher book curriculum 2013. The results of this study indicate that there are some character values that are not embedded in the particle dynamics material. This is because these values are not applied and directed at the ongoing learning. Of course, no character values in particle dynamics material can have a sustainable impact or long-term and short-term impacts that will be repeated by every student. It is hoped that in the future it can be further refined so that each character value can be listed and applied to learning so that it will build a better generation

    PT. Bosowa Isuma as a partner in the Kedaireka 2022 Matching Fund Program has not diversified commodities and production results in carrying out cultivation activities. The purpose of this activity is to carry out the cultivation of white snapper (Lates calcarifer) in order to diversify the cultivation business. The method of implementation by training and application of white snapper farming in a 5,000 m2 fish pond owned by PT. Bosowa Isuma. The stages of implementation in the form of training and application of pond cultivation include: 1) Preparation of ponds; 2) Seed stocking; 3) Feeding; 4) Sampling and Grading; 5) Water quality measurement; 6) Pest and disease control; 7) Harvesting. The results obtained were in the form of increased understanding, knowledge and insight into white snapper farming and harvesting 1,005 white snapper weighing between 90-200 grams within 80 days of maintenance. The expected output is training and white snapper farming, students get enough knowledge and skills about white snapper farming technology to get a job and entrepreneurship with sufficient income, and get 20 credits of experience outside the campus. This activity can help pond farmers in increasing income and welfare

    Training On How To Enlarge Dendrobium Orchids From Seedling Pots Using The Semi Hydroponic Method In Punggur Kecil Village, Kubu Raya Regency

    Punggur Kecil village, Kubu Raya district, is represented by its poor people who depend on agriculture as it is. Most of the community are Malays living in the village with a very narrow land area, making it impossible to carry out agricultural cultivation that requires a large scale of land. The problem faced by the Dasa Wisma Kenanga women's group is that they rely on their life by taking orchid species in the forest and farming as it is. This is done because the family's income from selling cultivated vegetables is uncertain, especially during the rainy season and fluctuations in the price of vegetables which have recently declined and are sometimes not marketed. The activity results show that the level of material acceptance is excellent. The majority of 67% of participants can understand the material. The level of understanding in how to grow orchids from seedling pots using the semi-hydroponic method was divided into 68% understanding, 27% very understanding, and only 5% stating a little experience. Continuation of the program, 70% of participants want it. Overall, the participants liked the semi-hydroponic orchid enlargement method, with 27% preferring semi-hydroponic orchids, 14% preferring ordinary orchid cultivation, and 64% picking the combination of both

    Integration of Murotal Art in Peer Counselling for the Development of Subjective Well-Being

    The study of subjective well-being is a very important and urgent need now and in the future especially in Islamic boarding schools as a culture of education in Indonesia. The research aimed to develop subjective well-being through the integration of murotal art in peer counselling. The research method was quasi-experimental action research, namely carrying out an initial assessment, providing treatment, and a final assessment. The research subjects were 273 male students at the Al-Mukmin Muhammadiyah Tembarak Temanggung Islamic Boarding School as the population, and 17 male students as samples based on random sampling technique with subjective well-being as the problem variable and the integration of murotal arts and peer counselling as the intervention variable. The data collection technique used closed questionnaire instruments, and then data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in the average subjective well-being score of 19.16 (15.45%) which was confirmed by understanding and changes in behaviour in self-acceptance, opening up, and networking. These findings were evidence that the integration of murotal art in peer counselling can be used to develop subjective well-being

    Integrating Mathematics, Community, Culture, and Place: A Conceptual Framework for Instructional Design

    This study proposes a novel instructional design framework that intertwines mathematical concepts with elements of community, culture, and place. The aim is to enhance student engagement and understanding of mathematics by making learning more culturally responsive and contextually relevant. Employing a mixed-methods approach involving teacher interviews, classroom observations, pre- and post-intervention surveys and tests, the study examines the potential benefits of this integrated approach along with its practical challenges. Results indicate that despite initial difficulties in implementation such as time constraints or parental resistance to non-traditional teaching methods, many teachers reported improved student involvement and comprehension when classes were connected to local communities or cultures. Importantly, the study found no significant main effects or interaction effects for grade level or ethnicity on both engagement and understanding scores pre-and post-intervention. This suggests that this instructional model can be equally effective across diverse student populations thereby potentially reducing disparities in mathematical achievement. The findings highlight the potential advantages of an inclusive pedagogical strategy in enhancing mathematics education while acknowledging further research is needed to confirm these results across different settings

    Penerapan Bahan Ajar Fisika Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Tenun Ikat untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa pada Materi Gaya dan Hukum Newton

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat belajar siswa dengan penerapan bahan ajar fisika berbasis kearifan lokal tenun ikat pada materi Gaya dan Hukum Newton. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas X sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas X1 sebanyak 27 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi dan lembar angket minat belajar dengan 15 pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi bahan ajar dari 3 orang validator diperoleh nilai rata-rata persentase materi sebesar 76,92% dengan kategori valid dan nilai rata-rata persentase media sebesar 79,62% dengan kategori valid. Hasil analisis N-Gain diperoleh bahwa besar peningkatan minat belajar menggunakan bahan ajar fisika berbasis kearifan lokal tenun ikat sebesar 0,82 dengan kategori tinggi. Rata-rata persentase minat belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah di terapkan bahan ajar fisika berbasis kearifan lokal tenun ikat secara keseluruhan untuk semua indikator sebesar 56,8% dengan kategori cukup baik menjadi 93,2% dengan kategori sangat baik.Kata Kunci:Bahan Ajar Fisika; Kearifan Lokal; Gaya; Hukum Newton; Minat BelajarImplementation of Physics Teaching Materials Based on Local Wisdom of Ikat Weaving to Increase Students’ Learning Interest in Force and Newton LawABSTRACTThis research aimed to determine the increase in students' interest in learning by applying physics teaching materials based on local ikat weaving on Force and Newton's Laws. The research used was quantitative research with quantitative descriptive methods. The population used was 50 class X students and the sample used was class X1 with 27 people. The research instruments used in this research were a validation sheet and a learning interest questionnaire sheet with 15 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the results of the validation of teaching materials from 3 validators obtained an average material percentage value of 76.92% in the valid category and an average media percentage value of 79.62% in the valid category. Meanwhile, the results of the N-Gain analysis showed that the increase in interest in learning using physics teaching materials based on local ikat weaving was 0.82 in the high category. The average percentage of students' interest in learning before and after applying physics teaching materials based on local ikat weaving overall for all indicators was 56.8% in the quite good category to 93.2% in the very good category
