Socialization of Operational Guidelines for Credit Score Assessment for Lecturers in the Mathematics and Natural Science Education Department, Tanjungpura University
Get PDFIn general delays in promotion to lecturer rank are caused by two things, namely factors from the lecturers themselves and administrative system factors that were less supportive. Even though the rank and position of a lecturer will affect the quality of learning in tertiary institutions, it will even affect the accreditation of study programs. The objectives of this activity are: To provide education to lecturers in the PMIPA department about the flow/procedure and calculation of the credit score for each component for promotions and positions. The methods in the activities are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. To determine the participants' understanding of the socialization material by distributing a questionnaire on Google Forms.From the results of the evaluation carried out on the content presented at the Operational Guide to Credit Score Assessment socialization the most satisfied the participants as well as the benefits and interesting and informative presentation of the material. The level of understanding of the participants on the socialization material was generally satisfactory. The lecturers enthusiastically participated in the socialization from the start to the end of the event and with the many questions asked. To make it easier to archive documents and administration for Tridharma activities that have been carried out from the start, they have been separated so that it is easy to find when proposing them. This program aims to improve the quality of learning and good character of students. In addition, the emergence of the concept of freedom of learning for students and teachers through the independent learning curriculum makes the problems faced by schools more complex. This activity aims to assist schools in developing the GSM program and increasing understanding of the independent learning curriculum. The activity was carried out six times which included discussion, practice and program assistance in Depok District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of the training and mentoring activities show that there has been an increase in the understanding of educators on the concept of GSM and the Independent Learning Curriculum. In addition, teachers are also able to design products in the form of GSM programs that can be implemented in their school
Hegemoni dalam Novel "Imarah Ya'qubiyan" Karya 'Ala Al Aswany
Get PDFThis study aims to discuss the level of hegemony and the use of hegemony by the authorities in the novel Imarah Ya'qubian. The research data is the novel Imarah Ya'qubian by Ala Al Aswany. Data collection was carried out by means of literature studies and analytical techniques. Data analysis techniques included identification, classification, and analysis in accordance with the theory put forward by Antonio Gramsci. This research method, namely descriptive qualitative approach and Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony. The object of research is the novel Imarah Ya'qoubiyan. The results of the study show that at the level of hegemony, integral hegemony is found in 68 data; hegemony declined 22 data; and minimum hegemony of 23 data. This indicates that the designation of Egyptian social strata in the novel Imarah Ya'qoubiyan tends to eliminate dictatorial and despotic intervention. This is evident from the dominance of constructive consensus power, hegemony was successfully created by diplomatic acceptance because there is a mutual relationship. Utilization of hegemony by the dominant class, found for the benefit of social class with a quantity of 53 data; economic interests 26 data; political interests 19 data; and ideological interests 15 data

Setiap budaya memiliki tradisi yang diyakini dan di gunakan, tiap tradisi memiliki arti tersendiri. Desa Punggur Kapuas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya merupakan salah satu Desa yang dikenal dengan Desa multikultural dengan keberagaman, suku, budaya, dan tradisi. Salah satu suku yang ada di Desa Punggur Kapuas adalah suku Bugis dengan beragam tradisinya dan tradisi yang masih sering di laksanakan adalah tradisi makan dalam kelambu. Tradisi makan dalam kelambu dilakukan dengan tujuan bentuk rasa hormat kepada leluhur yang telah tiada, juga mempertahakan adat istiadat serta kebiasaan yang dilakukan nenek moyang pada zaman dahulu di Bugis makan dalam kelambu ada dua jenis makan dalam kelambu yang dilakukan seorang perempuan sebelum menikah dan makan dalam kealambu yang dilakukan dalam prosesi naik ayun. Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan simbol nonverbal serta prosesi yang terdapat dalam tradisi makan dalam kelambu masyarakat Bugis di Desa Punggur Kapuas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Teori analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan semiotik. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah tradisi makan dalam kelambu di Desa Punggur Kapuas Kecamatan Sungai Kakap yang berupa: prosesi Makan dalam Kelambu, bentuk simbol dan bentuk makna dari alat atau benda yang digunakan pada tradisi makan dalam kelambu

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan masalah sosial yang terdapat dalam kumpulan puisi Lucia Priandarini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Aspek yang dikaji adalah masalah sosial yang terdapat dalam sebelas puisi. Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the motivation and performance of employees at the Department of Social and Community Empowerment of Tarakan City, either directly or indirectly. This study uses a quantitative method with a "survey" approach to obtain data and information related to research variables at the Department of Social and Community Empowerment of Tarakan City. All employees of the Tarakan City Social and Community Empowerment Service, amounting to 49 people as the population as well as the research sample. The types and sources of data needed in this study are in the form of primary data and secondary data, while to obtain these data by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. To test and prove the hypothesis is done statistically by path analysis (path analysis). Based on the results of research and data analysis found that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, the better the leadership, the more motivating employees' work. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, the better the organizational culture is carried out, the more motivating employees work. Work motivation has a (negative) and insignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the organizational culture is carried out, the more employee performance will be. There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of leadership, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. Motivation does not mediate the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance

Molah Gati Innovation in Improving The Quality And Efficiency of School Administration in Mataram City

This research article discusses the implementation of Integrated Digital-Based School Management, or Molah Gati, in Mataram City. This initiative is in line with the global movement towards digital transformation in education. Molah Gati uses a Belajar.id account based on Google Workspace for Education (GWE) to integrate various digital features, such as Google Site, Google Form, Google Sheet, Google Meet, Google Drive, and Google Doc. The goal of Molah Gati implementation is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school administration. This article provides a concrete evaluation of the implementation of Molah Gati at SDN 23 Ampenan, Mataram City, using qualitative research methods. The results show the positive impact of Molah Gati in the efficiency of letter filing, online teacher meetings, real-time monitoring of teaching tools, extracurricular recording, and reporting of educational activities. This innovation was successfully replicated in several regions and received significant support from related parties, as indicated by the Regional Innovation Index
Penerapan Alat Peraga SIDAIR Berbasis Lingkungan Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Siklus Air Kelas V
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi siklus air melalui penerapan alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan untuk kelas V. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 8 Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif berjenis Pre exsperimental dengan bentuk one group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 8 Singkawang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa teknik sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu kelas yaitu kelas eksprimen yang diberi perlakuan dengan alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan berjumlah 34 siswa. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat peningkatan minat belajar siswa kelas V antara kelas pretest dengan kelas posttest yang diberikan perlakuan yaitu menggunakan alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan yang dianalisis menggunakan uji t dengan t_hitung = 10,154 > t_tabel= 2,034.; (2) Respon siswa terhadap alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas V sebesar 92,48 dalam kriteria sangat positif. Respon guru terhadap alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas V sebesar 94 dalam kriteria sangat positif. Penerapan alat peraga SIDAIR berbasis lingkungan terbukti dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan memberikan pengaruh yang sangat positif dalam pembelajaran
