English Learning in Islamic Boarding School Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone (Ethnographic Studies)
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the process of learning English in Islamic boarding school Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone. Using ethnographic methods. The results of the study show that (1) analyzing the needs and the environmental context in the formulation of learning objectives, (2) using 2 curriculum that is the curriculum of 2013 for general subjects and the curriculum of special pesantren religious subjects, (3) adjustment of learning materials with context, social function , text structure, and linguistic elements, (4) using approach (Contextual Teaching and Learning-CTL), (5) Educators, and learners have a mutually exciting learning role to be interesting and fun, (6) developed language environments such as the implementation of English flag ceremonies, sports competitions and the arts that use English in extracurricular activities. The conclusion of the effort to habituate the use of English and has four language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Feedback Effectiveness Attributional Modification Schunk Model for Improvement of Academic Self-Efficacy Primary School Students in Math Lesson
Get PDFThis experimental study examines the effect of Schunk Model's attributional feedback to improve academic self-efficacy of elementary school underachievers and low achievers in mathematics. The hypothesis that student who receives an attributional feedback, either oral or written, both get higher scores on self-efficacy and mathematics achievement than control group was Examined. The elementary students' grade III and IV Whose mathematics Reviews their achievements were below average grade was Involved as a research subject. With the random procedure, the subjects were assigned to one of three groups: (1) oral attributional feedback, (2) written attributional feedback, (3) reinforcement feedback and (4) no treatment. Profile analysis indicates that oral feedback and reinforcement attributional more effective to increase of mathematics self-efficacy and students' achievement than written. Analysis of variance with Least Significant Difference indicates that students who receive either oral or written feedback attributional got higher scores on mathematics self-efficacy and achievement than the control group. Furthermore, factorial design analysis indicates that attributional feedback, either oral or written, was more effective than low achievers to underachievers
Relations Entrance Test Interview with Learning Outcomes
Get PDFThe problem in this research is how the relationship between the results of tests Interview on learning outcomes. The approach used in this study was cross-sectional survey method. Population in this study were all students accepted at the Physical Education Program Health and Recreation (PJKR) Sports Sciences Department of the Faculty of Education (Guidance and Counseling) of Tanjungpura university for 2016/2017 amounted to 46 students. Sampling using saturation sampling technique is the determination of the sample by using the entire population of 46 people. Results showed that having interviews to higher learning outcomes are highly satisfactory 33 people (73%) and the results of interviews to low learning outcomes satisfy 1 (2%), while those with interviews to low learning outcomes that are very satisfying 1 (2%). For high-interview test results with the learning outcomes of praise amounting to 8 people (17%) and who had lower test interview with the learning outcomes of praise numbered 2 (4%)

Design research is to find out how the problems that arise in the process of knowledge sharing and absorbing. Data collected by the identification of issues related to knowledge management based on Information Technology at the University of Maarif Hasyim Latif through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results of this study were to prove that iCloud system model developed at the University of Maarif has been contributing to 1) the implementation of the knowledge sharing process of the development activity of sharing and absorbing knowledge at the University Maarif Hasyim Latif to improve the innovation of ability. 2) Information technology has a major role in supporting the process of knowledge sharing on the development and absorbs knowledge sharing activities

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keefektifan bahan ajar berbasis pendidikan karakter untuk meningkatkan kesantunan tindak tutur imperatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripstif dengan bentuk penelitian Research and Development (R dan D). Subjek yang dipilih mahasiswa kelas C Sore dengan jumlah 33. Instrumen pengumpul data adalah tes kesantunan berbahasa, wawancara, dan observasi. Untuk menganalisis keefektifan dari bahan ajar berbasis pendidikan karakter berbahasa untuk meningkatkan kesantunan berbahasa menggunakan desain pre eksperimental:one group pretest - posttest design. Berdasarkan output Test Statistics di atas, diketahui Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000. Karena nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima”. Artinya terdapat perbedaan antara hasil kesantunan berbahasa mahasiswa sebelum dan setelah menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis pendidikan karakter berbahasa, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “ada pengaruh penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis pendidikan karakter berbahasa melayu dialek Pontianak pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia IKIP PGRI Pontianak
Pemajasan dalam Kumpulan Cerpen Rectoverso Karya Dewi Lestari
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan majas yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso Karya Dewi Lestari (2008). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif dan bentuk penelitiannya kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan stilistika. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang terdapat dalam cerpen disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Majas perbandingan yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso yaitu gaya bahasa perumpamaan 35 kutipan, metafora 11 kutipan, personifikasi 12 kutipan, dan antitesis 7 kutipan. 2) Majas pertentangan yang terdapat dalam Rectoverso yaitu gaya bahasa hiperbola terdapat 17 kutipan, gaya bahasa klimaks 11 kutipan, antiklimaks 1 kutipan, dan hipalase 1 kutipan. 3) Majas pertautan yang terdapat dalam Rectoverso yaitu gaya bahasa sinekdoke terdapat 1 kutipan, dan gaya bahasa eufemisme 2 kutipan. 4) Majas perulangan yang terdapat dalam Rectoverso yaitu gaya bahasa tautotes 2 kutipan, anafora 7 kutipan, epistropa 2 kutipan, dan anadiplosis 1 kutipan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso karya Dewi Lestari, maka dapat disimpulkan: (1) Majas perbandingan yang digunakan Dewi Lestari dalam kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso. (2) Majas pertentangan yang digunakan Dewi Lestari dalam kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso. (3) Majas pertautan yang digunakan Dewi Lestari dalam kumpulan cerpen Rectoverso. Management of Drought Disaster in Indonesia
Get PDFThe drought disaster in Indonesia has occurred since 1811. Indonesia with tropical climate is highly sensitive to the climate anomaly El-Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) which is a source of drought. In addition to El Nino, the drought in Indonesia is also influenced by positive Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) which constitute a regional climate phenomenon in Indian Ocean. The drought has widespread, complex impacts which lasts for a long time after the drought itself ends. This widespread impact lasting for so long is caused by the fact that water is a basic need and vital for every living creature, irreplaceable by any other resources. The impacts in agriculture sector include limited irrigation water, reduced planting areas, decreased land productivity, declined crops production, and less farmer’s income, and from social perspective, the drought disaster may promote division and conflict which expand to include the conflict between water users and even between (local) governments. This paper summarizes efforts in managing drought disaster in Indonesia from the context of disaster management cycle

Get PDFKeberadaan Pendidikan Jasmani telah diakui oleh pemerintah dalam Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional pasal 42 khususnya isi kurikulum pendidikan dasar dan menengah yang menetapkan pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai mata pelajaran yang wajib diberikan di sekolah mulai tingkat SD sampai dengan SLTA. Maka guru Pendidikan jasmani harus mampu melakukan inovasi-inovasi yang membuat pembelajaran yang aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan agar siswa mudah untuk melakukan gerakan-gerakan yang anggap sulit. Pendekatan kontekstual ini diterapkan mengingat bahwa sejauh ini pendidikan masih didominasi oleh pandangan bahwa pengetahuan sebagai perangkat Uji coba produk ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data sebagai dasar untuk menetapkan tingkat kelayakan dari produk yang telah dihasilkan.dalam produk bagian ini hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah: (1) Desain uji coba, (2) subjek uji coba, (3) instrument pengumpulan data, (4) teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap kebutuhan bahan ajar Penjaskes pokok bahasan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas dengan pendekatan kontekstual yang ditulis lengkap dan mudah dipahami. Berdasarkan dari hasil angket kebutuhan siswa dan guru, bahan aja ini akan berisi 3 bab, bab I: sejarah, bab II: hakekat renang, bab III:gerakan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas. Bahan ajar ini dikemas dengan dikemas dengan ukuran A4 dengan jumlah halaman 30 dan ukuran huruf 14. Nilai rata-rata yang diberian oleh guru terhadap prototype bahan ajar ini yaitu 86,25 dengan kategorisangat baik dan dari dosen ahli sebesar 74,25 dengan kategori baik. Setelah melakukan perbaikan, maka bahan ajar ini berisi 3 bab, bab I: mengenal renang, bab II: Gerakan teknik dasar renang, bab III:gerakan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas. Mengacu pada hasil penelitian tersebut, peneliti menyarankan agar guru membantu siswa dalam penggunaan bahan ajar ini agar dapat belajar Penjaskes pokok bahasan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas dengan baik. Selain itu, para peneliti lain disarankan agar melakukan pengembangan lebih lanjut terhadap bahan ajar Penjaskes pokok bahasan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas dengan pendekatan kontekstual untuk melengkapi kekurangan pada bahan ajar tersebut dan untuk menguji efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar Penjaskes pokok bahasan teknik dasar renang gaya bebas dengan pendekatan kontekstual
