Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning Terhadap Higher Order Thinking Skills Peserta Didik SMA Negeri di Kota Singkawang pada Materi Hukum Archimedes
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) peserta didik setelah diterapkannya model Problem Based Learning (PBL), (2) mengetahui persentase HOTS peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diterapkannya model PBL, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh PBL terhadap HOTS peserta didik pada materi hukum Archimedes. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental dan jenis desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPA dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes HOTS yang sebelumnya telah diujicobakan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,65. Deskripsi HOTS peserta didik dianalisis menggunakan Rasch Model diperoleh bahwa kemampuan menganalisis merupakan kemampuan yang paling banyak dikuasai oleh peserta didik, diikuti oleh kemampuan mencipta, dan terakhir kemampuan mengevaluasi. Persentase HOTS peserta didik dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel diperoleh bahwa kemampuan menganalisis dan mencipta mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,72%, dan kemampuan mengevaluasi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 6,16%. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL terhadap HOTS dianalisis menggunakan effect size, diperoleh bahwa PBL memiliki pengaruh terhadap HOTS peserta didik sebesar 0.53 dengan kategori sedang
Increasing Ability to Understand Fairy Tale Through Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) Strategy
Get PDFThe DRTA strategy is basically designed for group reading teaching. This strategy has received great attention from language teachers over the last two decades because of its ease and emphasis on developing high-minded processes. In addition, DRTA involves an active understanding and exchange of ideas among learners. Effective also in directing the social dynamics of learning groups of learners. Individual and group predictions about the content of reading are developed on the basis of individual backgrounds and information contained in the text. This strategy requires teachers to create hypotheses and make predictions about the content of the reading. Group dynamics will generate predictions and provide opportunities for learners to link these predictions with reading content. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of DRTA strategy in reading comprehension learning; describe the improvement of the ability of learners in reading fairy tales. The result of the research can be known based on the gain index of the initial and final test of the experimental class and control class, there is an increasing difference between the learning by using DRTA strategy and the learning using conventional strategy from percentage gain improvement in the experimental class higher than the control class. While the gain index of the experimental class is 0.57 (including the medium category) with the lesson using the DRTA strategy and for the control class with the gain index of 0.45 (including the medium category) with the reading comprehension learning conventional strategy. From the difference of gain, index can be concluded that there is a difference of understanding between learners who learn by using DRTA strategy with students who study conventionally. Between the two experimental classes, the average value of learners who learn to use DRTA is higher than that of learners who learn to use conventional learning. RISK AND FINANCIAL HEALTH LEVEL OF SHARIABANKING
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to analyze financial risk and financial health level of sharia banking in Indonesia. This is done to obtain empirical evidence about the possible relationship and influence of financial risk, Non Performing Financing and operational risk (ATMR for operational risk) and bank financial health (Net Operating margin, Return on Asset and Return on Equity) Banks, inflation and Gross Domestic Product as a control variable in sharia banking in Indonesia. This study used panel data analysis and used 9 Islamic banks withinfive years in a period, from 2012 to 2016, so the sample used in this study were 45 data. Data is processed by using Eviews software version 9 and Microsoft Excel. The results showed that simultaneously financial risk did not have significant effect onNOM, but had significant effect on ROA and ROE. Partially, NPF variables had only significantly influence on NOM, FDR and NPF variable had significant effect on ROA, while FDR variable had significant effect on ROE. The control variable used in this study did not affect the existing level of financial health

This research focuses on related Laws with the efforts to minimize Income tax. In general tax planning referred to engineered the business process and tax payer transaction. The aim is tax payable in minimal number but under taxation regulation scope. The outline of this study focus on planning effort of Tax Income Article 23 to minimize tax expense payable run in PT. TRIPERKASA AMININDAH Surabaya. Tax planning that done in this company refer to provision in accordance with Directorate General of Tax Decision Number : Kep-305/PJ/2001 on the estimates of nett income. Tax planning had done by this company in addition to refer the regulation also based on the condition of this company which experiencing poor performance. Then the aim that will be reached from that tax planning to reach minimal expense over the Income Tax Article 23 it can be done with gross up method. From the analysis result on the alternative it can draw a conclusion that PT. TRIPERKASA AMININDAH Surabaya has made adjustments on the regulation above, calculation of Income Tax Article 23 with gross up method in fact be able to saving the tax then suitable with the tax planning aim that is effort to minimize tax expense payable.

This study is research in one school that located in Bengkayang which is one of the districts the outermost in Indonesia that the student has behind from academic, computer ability, Indonesian language, English language, etc. Therefore this study aims to show the importance of knowledge transfer based on local wisdom in learning in this school. The aim of this research is to show that knowledge transfer based on local wisdom is very helpful in learning method especially at district Bengkayang, one of the outermost district in Indonesia.
A Study of The Best Selling Smartphone in The Two Biggest Marketplace in Indonesia
Get PDFThe number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia has increased significantly in the past decade. Many entrepreneurs expand their business into digital by using marketplace platform. Although, there are a lot of entrepreneur use digital landscape to scale up their business, many online business ended in failure. This research aims to answer the following questions; what is the success factor of smartphone campaign in the Indonesia marketplace platform? Is there any difference success factor between each marketplace platform? The researcher uses secondary data, simple random sampling, and binary logistic regression modeling for the purpose to answer research questions. Interestingly, this research shows that there are no relationship between seller reputation and sales acquirement. Also, there is no difference behaviour between each marketplace platform. Therefore, to be succeed in marketplace competition, each seller should pay attention to their price competitiveness while at the same time find the best option to increases their number of store page views.

Metode yang dilakukan yaitu tahap persiapan dan pembekalan, pelaksanaan, dan rencana keberlanjutkan program. Observasi serta wawancara dilakukan guna pengumpulan informasi yang lebih konkrit. Evaluation of Learning Outcome Assessment System in Health and Sports Physical Education Subject in Junior High School
Get PDFResearch aims to find out: (1) context of learning outcome assessment system, (2) input evaluation of the results assessment system, (3) component of the assessment system implementation process, (4) product learning outcomes assessment system. This study includes evaluation research with the CIPP M\model (context, input, process, product) with a qualitative and quantitative approach and using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. Data collection techniques used are (1) questionnaires, (2) observation, (3) interviews and (4) documentation. Data analysis techniques for quantitative data are (1) editing, (2) coding, and (3) tabulating. For qualitative data are: (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) draw conclusions. Results of the study: (1) the target of assessing learning outcome in PJOK subjects in Ketapang Junior High School is still lacking, such as in the assessment instrument between friends, journal, projects. (2) preparation of the semester program is not prepared a special time for daily tests. In the preparation of the RPP which small teachers were still not included in the problem text, key answers, and assessment guidelines. (3) the assessment process is not in accordance with the time specified, the teacher has not optimally discussed midterm exam questions. (4) reports on the assessment of student learning outcomes include affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects, as well as the report, contains descriptive notes that are useful for parent and a follow up in efforts to improve the learning process in general. The assessment system of learning outcomes in PJOK subjects in Ketapang Junior High School is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum assessment guidelines. In the implementation of the assessment, it is expected that the participation of principals, supervisors and relevant agencies, in order to provide technical guidance to teachers in the assessment process so that the assessment process is carried out maximum in accordance with the 2013 curriculum
