    Aktualisasi Moderasi Beragama Pada Masyarakat Multi Etnis Di Kota Surabaya

    This study aims to understand how religious moderation is actualized in the social life of multiethnic communities in Surabaya City, the role of government and religious leaders in maintaining harmony between religious communities, and the influence of digitalization and social media on people's religious perspectives. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore people's experiences and meanings of religious moderation practices in everyday life. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation, with informants selected purposively and developed through snowball sampling. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles-Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results show that religious moderation in Surabaya's multiethnic community grows contextually and practically, but requires strengthening digital literacy and ongoing collaboration between the government, religious leaders, and the community to remain relevant and adaptive amidst social and digital dynamic

    An Need of Analyze for Developing Interactive Multimedia Based on Local Wisdom in The Teaching of "Senjang" as Part of Cultural Arts Education in Elementary Schools

    This research aims to analyze the need for developing interactive multimedia based on local wisdom in the teaching of Senjang within Cultural Arts education at the elementary school level. The novelty of this study lies in its specific focus on Senjang as a form of local oral literature that has received limited attention in the development of elementary school learning media, positioning it as both cultural heritage and an instructional resource. The research was motivated by students’ low understanding of local cultural arts content, declining interest in Senjang, and the absence of adequate and engaging instructional media. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires administered to 32 participants consisting of 30 students and 2 teachers. The results indicate a strong demand for interactive multimedia learning media, with students reporting increased interest, understanding, and engagement, while teachers found such media helpful in delivering the material. The needs analysis showed that students’ needs reached 96.8 percent, teachers’ needs 98.33 percent, and media needs 93.33 percent, all categorized as highly needed. These findings emphasize the importance of developing interactive, culturally rooted learning media to support the preservation of Senjang as local oral literature and to improve the quality of cultural arts education in elementary school

    Analisis Pengaruh Citra Destinasi, Kualitas Atraksi Wisata Budaya dan Experiential Marketing terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Kembali pada Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali pada Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Festival Cap Go Meh di Kota Singkawang dalam kurun waktu empat tahun terakhir. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria pernah mengunjungi festival tersebut dalam kurun waktu empat tahun. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali. Nilai t-hitung setiap variabel lebih besar daripada t-tabel dengan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05, sehingga seluruh hipotesis penelitian diterima. Hasil pengujian secara simultan (uji f) menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung kembali. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan R² sebesar 0.519, menunjukkan bahwa 51.9% variasi yang diamati dalam keputusan berkunjung kembali dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel citra destinasi, kualitas atraksi wisata budaya, dan experiential marketing, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini

    Exploring the Dynamics of Academic Achievement in End of Semester Assessment Based on Class and Gender Using a Two Way ANOVA Approach

    The evaluation of learning outcomes is an essential component of higher education because it reflects learning achievement and the effectiveness of the instructional process. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of students’ academic performance in the final semester examination of the Basic Statistics course based on class (A, B, C) and gender (male, female). The study employed an explanatory quantitative approach with a factorial design and was analyzed using a two-way analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA). Assumption testing indicated that the residuals were normally distributed (Shapiro–Wilk p = 0.0854) and that variances across groups were homogeneous (Levene p-value = 0.6468), confirming that the ANOVA prerequisites were satisfied. The ANOVA results showed that class had a statistically significant effect on final examination scores (F(2,104) = 2.956; p = 0.00562) and that gender also had a statistically significant effect (F(1,104) = 0.704; p = 0.0032), whereas the class × gender interaction was not statistically significant (F(2,104) = 1.355; p = 0.0626). Post hoc analysis using Tukey’s HSD revealed that differences across classes were primarily driven by the contrast between Class C and Class A (p-adj = 0.0443), while gender-based differences showed a consistent pattern across classes (p-adj = 0.0069). These findings were supported by boxplots and interaction plots that displayed score distributions consistent with the inferential results. Overall, the study indicates that variation in students’ academic performance in the final semester evaluation is independently influenced by class and gender. The findings are expected to inform more data-driven academic decision-making and contribute methodologically to the application of statistical analysis. Based on these results, the study program is advised to standardize instructional implementation and evaluation across classes and to provide more targeted learning support for groups of students who consistently demonstrate lower achievement, so that learning gaps can be reduced in a data-driven manner.Eksplorasi Dinamika Prestasi Akademik pada Evaluasi Akhir Semester Berdasarkan Kelas dan Gender Menggunakan Pendekatan ANOVA Dua ArahABSTRAKEvaluasi hasil belajar merupakan komponen penting dalam pendidikan tinggi karena mencerminkan capaian pembelajaran serta efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika prestasi akademik mahasiswa pada ujian akhir semester mata kuliah Statistika Dasar berdasarkan faktor kelas (A, B, C) dan gender (laki-laki, perempuan). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan desain faktorial dan dianalisis melalui Analisis Varians Dua Arah (two-way ANOVA). Uji asumsi menunjukkan residual berdistribusi normal (Shapiro–Wilk ) dan varians antar-kelompok homogen (Levene p-value = 0.6468), sehingga prasyarat ANOVA terpenuhi. Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa faktor kelas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap skor ujian akhir semester  dan faktor gender juga berpengaruh signifikan , sedangkan interaksi kelas×gender tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan . Uji lanjut Tukey HSD mengungkapkan bahwa perbedaan capaian antar kelas terutama didorong oleh perbedaan Kelas C dan Kelas A (p-adj = 0.0443), sementara perbedaan berdasarkan gender menunjukkan kecenderungan yang konsisten di seluruh kelas  Temuan ini diperkuat oleh boxplot dan interaction plot yang menampilkan pola distribusi skor sejalan dengan hasil inferensial. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi prestasi akademik mahasiswa dalam evaluasi akhir semester dipengaruhi secara independen oleh faktor kelas dan gender. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan akademik yang lebih berbasis data, serta memberikan kontribusi metodologis dalam penerapan analisis statistik.  Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, program studi disarankan melakukan standardisasi implementasi pembelajaran dan evaluasi antar kelas serta menyediakan dukungan belajar yang lebih terarah bagi kelompok mahasiswa yang konsisten menunjukkan capaian lebih rendah agar kesenjangan hasil belajar dapat ditekan secara berbasis data.Kata Kunci :Prestasi akademik mahasiswa; Statistika dasar; Evaluasi pembelajaran; ANOV

    Developing Children's Social Skills Through Traditional Games (A Case Study on Children Aged 4-6 Years in Developing Social Skills at ABA 1 Kindergarten, Sukabumi City)

    This study aims to examine the impact of traditional games on the development of social skills in children aged 4–6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 1 Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. This study used a qualitative methodology with a case study design. This study included 17 children aged 4-6 years who were actively engaged in learning activities centered on local content. Data collection was conducted through participant observation, teacher interviews, and documentation of educational activities. The analysis involved the triangulation of sources and methodologies to guarantee the validity of the data. The study findings indicate that the traditional game of engklek significantly improves the social skills of children aged 4–6 years at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal (ABA) 1 Kindergarten in Sukabumi City. Children demonstrated improvements in collaboration, communication, empathy, turn-taking, adherence to game rules, and conflict resolution. Furthermore, hopscotch encouraged active participation, cooperative behavior, and improved social relationships among peers. These findings confirm that integrating traditional games into early childhood education preserves local culture and effectively enhances the development of social skills in early childhood.Humans were divinely designed as social beings, necessitating the companionship of others in daily existence. Moreover, individuals necessitate social competencies for everyday interpersonal engagements. Social skills enhance an individual's ability to articulate feelings and address challenges, thereby promoting the identification of suitable solutions and averting potential harm to themselves and others. Childhood is a critical moment for stimulation across all aspects of development; the early stages of a child's existence are essential for their growth. The advancement of children's social competencies and skills is intrinsically linked to their growth and development. Traditional games can serve as a means to cultivate social skills in early infancy. In childhood, numerous traditional games can be engaged in, including jump rope, hide and seek, sorodot gaplok, bebentengan, galah asin, langlayang, and congklak. Children residing in housing typically favor modern games such as Lego, digital games, and PlayStation (PS), which generally engage only 2-3 participants. This study utilized a qualitative approach with a case study design, including data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis approaches employed triangulation methods. The findings indicated that traditional games offer substantial advantages in all aspects of early childhood development, encompassing cognitive, affective, socio-emotional, and social competencies. Moreover, traditional games significantly contribute to character development in children and promote their engagement in social activities and peer relationships, so indirectly enhancing social capacities and shaping social skills during early infancy

    Utilization of Digitalization as Support for Pregnant Women in Preventing Anemia in Majungan Village

    Anemia in pregnant women is a public health problem that remains high in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Based on data from the 2018 Basic Health Research (RisKesDas), the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women reached 48.9%. One cause of anemia is the low level of knowledge of mothers about the importance of consuming iron tablets (TTD). The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and behavior of pregnant women in preventing anemia through a digital approach. The media used is the WhatsApp application, namely by creating a special group to assist pregnant women in consuming iron tablets, which is monitored and reminded regularly. The measurement tool used in this assistance is a questionnaire on knowledge about anemia and compliance with iron tablets. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in pregnant women's knowledge about anemia and the importance of iron tablets (TTD). Pregnant women became more compliant and routine in consuming iron tablets. Digital-based assistance has proven effective in providing ongoing support to pregnant women, especially in areas with limited access to health facilities.Pemanfaatan Digitalisasi Sebagai Pendampingan Ibu Hamil Dalam Pencegahan Anemia Di Desa MajunganABSTRAKAnemia pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang masih tinggi diindonesia,terutama wilayah pedesaan. Berdasarkan data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RisKesDas) tahun 2018, prevelansi anemia pada ibu hamil mencapai 48,9%. Salah satu penyabab anemia adalah rendahnya tingkat pengetahunan ibu tentang pentingnya konsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan penegtahuan dan perilaku ibu hamil dalam mencegah anemia melalui pedekatan digital. Media yang digunakan adalah aplikasi whatsapp yaitu dengan membuat grup khusus pendampingan pada ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah yang dipantau dan diingatkan secara berkala. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam pendampingan ini berupa kuesioner pengetahuan tentang anemia dan kepatuhan minum TTD. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang anemia dan pentingnya tablet tambah darah (TTD). Ibu hamil menjadi lebih patuh dan rutin dalama mengkonsumsi TTD. Pendampingan  berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam memberikan dukungan berkelanjutan pada ibu hamil terutama pada daerah dengan keterbatasan akses terhadap fasilitas kesehatan.Kata Kunci :Anemia;Ibu Hamil; Pendampingan; Digitalisas

    Increasing the Competency of Guidance and Counseling Teachers Through Preparing Basic Service Materials with the Assistance of Artificial Intelligence

    The rapid development of digital technology requires guidance and counseling (BK) teachers to enhance their competencies and adapt to technological advancements, particularly in designing engaging and contextual service materials. This community service program aimed to improve the professional competence of BK teachers through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically ChatGPT, as a tool for developing basic guidance service materials. The activity was conducted from October 22 to 25, 2025, at SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan, involving 23 BK teachers from 20 schools in Palembang City. The implementation methods included workshops, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation through pretest and posttest. The results revealed an increase in participants’ average scores from 112.17 to 139.57, with an N-Gain score of 0.72 (high category). These findings indicate that AI-based training effectively enhanced teachers’ understanding and skills in developing creative and relevant basic service materials. Supporting factors included participants’ enthusiasm and institutional support from the Palembang BK Teachers Association (MGBK), while challenges such as late attendance and technical difficulties during the pretest were successfully addressed by the organizing team. Overall, this program contributed to strengthening digital literacy and professional competence among BK teachers in facing educational transformation in the era of artificial intelligence.Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru BK Melalui Penyusunan Materi Layanan Dasar Berbantuan Artificial IntelligenceABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru bimbingan dan konseling (BK) agar mampu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi, khususnya dalam penyusunan materi layanan yang menarik dan kontekstual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru BK dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis ChatGPT sebagai alat bantu penyusunan materi layanan dasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 22–25 Oktober 2025 di SMA Negeri Sumatera Selatan, diikuti oleh 23 guru BK dari 20 sekolah di Kota Palembang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan (workshop), praktik langsung (hands-on training), pendampingan, serta evaluasi berbasis pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor peserta dari 112,17 menjadi 139,57, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,72 (kategori tinggi). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pemanfaatan AI efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru BK dalam menyusun materi layanan dasar yang kreatif dan relevan.     Kontribusi Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Pembentukan Perilaku Hijau di Kalangan Karyawan

    This study is motivated by environmental changes that drive organizations to demonstrate greater concern for their surroundings, which has become a global challenge, particularly in Southeast Asia. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) is regarded as a strategic approach to promoting sustainability through human resource practices that encourage environmental awareness. The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between GHRM, environmental knowledge, and employee green behavior. A quantitative research method was employed, with respondents comprising employees from both private and public sectors in West Kalimantan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that discriminant validity was achieved (HTMT < 0.9), with R² values of 0.470 for employee green behavior and 0.353 for environmental knowledge, both categorized as weak. All hypotheses were supported (p-value < 0.05), and environmental knowledge was found to partially mediate the relationship between GHRM and employee green behavior (p-value = 0.000). These results suggest that implementing GHRM within organizations can enhance employees’ environmentally friendly behavior, even when their environmental knowledge is limited, providing strategic implications for fostering a strong sustainability-oriented organizational culture

    The Effect of Critical Thinking Skills and Mathematical Connection Skills on Students’ Ability To Solve Hots Problems

    This study was conducted to explore the extent of the impact of students' critical thinking skills and mathematical connections in solving HOTS-type problems. Using a quantitative approach with a causal relationship model, this study took the subjects of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sumber for the 2025/2026 school year period. From the total existing population, as many as 38 students were selected as a representative sample determined through the cluster random sampling method. All primary data were collected using a description test instrument that had passed validity and reliability tests to measure critical thinking competence, connection skills, and students' success in answering high-level questions. The data was then processed in depth through path analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 21 software.The main findings in this study reveal that critical thinking skills have a very strong direct influence on students' HOTS scores, which is evidenced by a beta value of 0.602 and a significance level of p < 0.001. However, quite contrasting results were found on the mathematical connection variable. This variable did not have a significant impact directly on students' ability to solve HOTS questions (beta = 0.115; p = 0.395). Furthermore, the results of the mediation test showed that no empirical evidence was found regarding the indirect influence of critical thinking on solving HOTS problems through the intermediary of mathematical connection ability. Simultaneously, the two independent variables tested in this model contributed 40.4% in explaining the variation in students' HOTS ability. This indicates that there are still around 59.6% of other factors outside of this study that also affect student achievement. In conclusion, these findings emphasize that the critical thinking factor is the most dominant and crucial element in supporting the success of junior high school students when facing complex mathematical problems.Pengaruh Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Kemampuan Koneksi Matematis terhadap Kemampuan Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal HOTSABSTRAKStudi ini dilakukan untuk mendalami sejauh mana dampak dari kecakapan berpikir kritis serta koneksi matematis siswa dalam menuntaskan soal-soal bertipe HOTS. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model hubungan kausal, penelitian ini mengambil subjek siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Sumber untuk periode tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Dari total populasi yang ada, sebanyak 38 peserta didik terpilih sebagai sampel representatif yang ditentukan melalui metode cluster random sampling. Seluruh data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen tes uraian yang telah melewati uji validitas serta reliabilitas guna mengukur kompetensi berpikir kritis, kemampuan koneksi, dan keberhasilan siswa dalam menjawab soal-soal tingkat tinggi. Data tersebut kemudian diolah secara mendalam lewat teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 21.Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis memiliki pengaruh langsung yang sangat kuat terhadap perolehan skor HOTS siswa, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai beta sebesar 0,602 dan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,001. Namun, hasil yang cukup kontras ditemukan pada variabel koneksi matematis. Variabel tersebut justru tidak memberikan dampak signifikan secara langsung terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal HOTS (beta = 0,115; p = 0,395). Lebih lanjut, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan bukti empiris mengenai adanya pengaruh tidak langsung antara berpikir kritis terhadap penyelesaian soal-soal HOTS melalui perantara kemampuan koneksi matematis.Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen yang diuji dalam model ini menyumbang andil sebesar 40,4% dalam menjelaskan variasi kemampuan HOTS peserta didik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa masih terdapat sekitar 59,6% faktor lain di luar penelitian ini yang turut memengaruhi capaian siswa. Sebagai kesimpulan akhir, temuan ini mempertegas bahwa faktor berpikir kritis merupakan elemen yang paling dominan dan krusial dalam mendukung keberhasilan siswa tingkat menengah pertama saat menghadapi persoalan matematika yang kompleks.Kata Kunci:Kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis; kemampuan koneksi matematis; soal HOT

    Evolusi Dialek Urban pada Masyarakat Multikultural di Kecamatan Jangkang sebagai Bahan Ajar di Prodi PAI FTIK IAIN Pontianak

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proses evolusi dialek urban dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi terbentuknya dialek tersebut di masyarakat multikultural Kecamatan Jangkang, khususnya di Desa Balai Sebut. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap tokoh adat, kepala desa, tokoh masyarakat, dan masyarakat lokal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pergeseran penggunaan kosakata lokal seperti tabe pak, iyok, dan kula ke bentuk bahasa yang lebih umum, modern, dan berorientasi urban seperti aku, maaf, serta kosakata gaul seperti bro, santuy, gercep, dan otw. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi perubahan ini adalah masifnya penggunaan media sosial serta proses urbanisasi yang memperluas kontak antarvariasi bahasa. Selain itu, munculnya gaya berbahasa generasi milenial yang cenderung lebih ekspresif dan informal turut membentuk tata krama bahasa yang berbeda dengan generasi sebelumnya. Fenomena ini berdampak terhadap perubahan nilai-nilai komunikasi, termasuk dalam aspek etika dan kesantunan berbahasa. Temuan ini kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam pengembangan bahan ajar kontekstual untuk Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) FTIK IAIN Pontianak, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap dinamika bahasa sebagai cermin perubahan sosial-budaya dan sarana dakwah yang kontekstual dalam masyarakat multikultural
