Early Warning System Technology Innovation Study in Flood Disaster Mitigation in Aren Village Area Bontang Disability
Get PDFAWLR with the application of I Am Aren is been CSR program of PT Pupuk Kaltim that was developed as a flood disaster mitigation in order to be able to minimize the loss of society cause of flooding. Obtaining data used black-box testing techniques, surveys, and interviews which are then analyzed inductively. Respondents involved as many as 40 people for the survey and 20 people for the interview. The research approach used qualitative research. The results showed that the black-box testing for the recording feature was following the procedure and could provide accurate information. Respondents did not undergo problems in the using and the results of the implementation of the tool were able to reduce losses to 74.4% from the previous loss

Get PDFLaw Number 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Levies, is the basis for implementing tax collection. The authority to impose local taxes and levies collected from the public is used to pay for services provided to the community. The potential for collecting local taxes and levies as one of the components of regional original revenue (PAD) revenue. PAD is regional revenue originating from resources within the region itself, used to finance development. Therefore, the role of local taxes and levies as one of the elements of regional original income must be optimized in their collection according to the prevailing laws and regulations.The Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency Office of Palangka Raya City is one of the agencies that manage local taxes. Basically, the tendency of the regions to create various levies that are not in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and that are against the public interest can be overcome by the government by supervising each regional regulation that regulates such taxes and levies. Based on the foregoing, this study aims to describe the quality of tax services at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency Office of Palangka Raya City and to describe the tax service process in increasing the realization of the target achievement of Regional Taxes and Levies at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency Office of Palangka Raya City.The research method used in this research is an exploratory research method with an inductive approach. The author goes to the field to look for facts where the object to be studied is located. Researchers describe the problems that occur in the field in general, accompanied by facts and data so that the description of the existing problems becomes valid and deserves a solution. Data collection methods with in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation study. Research informants are all office employees regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for Palangka Raya City and some tax and retribution payers in Palangkaraya City. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, and concluding.The results of research by the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency (BPPRD) of Palangka Raya city were formed in 2016 based on Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 11 of 2016, the Palangka Raya City BPRD Office according to the provisions manages 9 types of local taxes consisting of Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Parking Tax, Groundwater Tax, Swallow's Nest Tax, Non-Metal Mineral, and Rock Tax, Taxes Rural and Urban Land and Buildings, Fees for Land and Buildings. In providing services to taxpayers, the Office of the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the City of Palangka Raya implements tangible service standards, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. the Development of Assessment Instruments Non-Cognitive by Teachers
Get PDFThis study aims to (1) describe clearly and comprehensively about the quality of non-cognitive assessment instruments made by elementary school teachers, (2) develop procedures for developing non-cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers, (3) develop non-cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers. To realize this goal, researchers used three structured research designs. The first design is survey research to describe the quality of non-cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers. The instruments studied are survey data, which are illuminated by non-cognitive instruments constructed by the teacher in the Lesson Plan (RPP). Furthermore, from the results of a review of the teacher's non-cognitive assessment instruments, a guidebook on the procedure for developing cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers will be developed. The development of the guidebook uses development procedures (R & D). In the third draft, the researcher and the teacher developed a non-cognitive assessment instrument in the workshop. This workshop is the application of the guidebook that has been prepared. The procedure for preparing instruments uses steps (a) development of instrument specifications, (b) instrument writing, (c) instrument review, (d) instrument assembly (for testing purposes), (e) instrument testing, (f) results analysis trial, (g) instrument selection and assembly, (h) printing instruments, (i) administration of instruments, and (j) preparation of scales and norms. The whole series of studies will produce outputs (a) research reports, financial reports, and logbooks, (b) articles that have been discussed, (c) guidelines for preparing non-cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers that can be used as teaching materials and alternative materials for drafting training assessment instruments, (d) scientific publications in accredited journals, (e) a collection of validated non-cognitive assessment instruments made by teachers
the Concept of the Street Vendors’ Management in the Border Area
Get PDFThis study aims to determine how the concept of street vendors in Bengkayang Regency, so as to improve the image of the region. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Research location in Bengkayang Regency. The object of this study is the street vendors, which is one of the jobs using the roadside area to sell, as well as the street vendors in Bengkayang Regency. Initially, the street vendors sell at night in the terminal area, but because the terminal will build a shop, the street vendors moved to the Dekranasda area. In these areas it was felt rather quiet of the buyer, so the street vendors moved to sell at the edge of the roadside shophouse that was closed. Thus actually disturbing the view of Bengkayang Regency city planning. But it cannot blame these street vendors either, because it is their livelihood and indirectly adds to regional income. The results of this study are a form of business facilities that harmonious and memorable transparent street vendors so as not to interfere with the visual aesthetics of the corridors on the road, so as to make the road neat and attractive
Implementation of Literacy Management in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang
Get PDFEfforts to make schools as learning organizations whose citizens have lifelong literature by utilizing their resources. The main supporter of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) has been owned, namely the SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang library that provides a variety of quality reading books, but in real interest in reading and intensity of borrowing books by students is still minimal. The information obtained is the existence of various things that are considered as obstacles, including (1) the availability of quality books in the neighbourhood, (2) the distance between classes to the library room that is not close, (3) the complexity of the procedure for borrowing books in the library, (4) the time limit for borrowing at the library, (5) there is reluctance towards library staff. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe literacy planning in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang, (2) describe the implementation of literacy activities in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang, (3) describe the literacy supervision activities in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang. The Research Method used descriptive qualitative research. The study was conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang. The research subjects were students of class X in the academic year 2017/2018, data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation study. As well as triangulation of sources and techniques to ensure the validity of the data. Evaluation results Implementation of the reading corner policy beginning in June 2018 in class X students in the academic year 2017/2018 was that all students (100%) have borrowed library books, all students (100%) have read books non-subjects, 100% of students have made a resume of the contents of at least 1 non-text reading book that they read, 69.6% of students felt that the presentation of the results of resume books can improve the ability to speak in front of the crowd. This study concluded that (1) The planning of the liberation movement in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang was realized by the formation of the GLS team, Cadre Officers and library classes/reading corners. (2) The implementation of literacy activities in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang has shown progress shown by the enthusiasm of students to read to increase. (3) The supervision of the literacy movement in SMK Negeri 3 Singkawang is jointly conducted between the GLS team and Indonesian language teachers

Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman guru sekolah dasar Kabupaten Melawi Kalimantan Barat dalam menulis kalimat bahasa Indonesia sesuai dengan strukutur dan pola kalimat. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitiatif deskriptif. Data berupa kontruksi kalimat bahasa Indonesia yang didapat dari hasil kuisioner yang diberikan kepada guru-guru sekolah dasar Kabupaten Melawi yang mengikuti Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) daerah khusus yang berjumlah tiga puluh satu peserta. Instrumen penelitan adalah berupa soal. Keabsahan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitan menunjukan bahwa pemahaman menulis guru Kabupaten Melawi Kalimantan Barat termasuk dalam kriteria “cukup baik”. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari persentase jawaban yanng benar sebanyak 64% sedangkan yang tidak sesuai dengan instruksi adalah 36%. Kesalahan yang dilakukan para guru meliputi: (1) Ketidakpahaman Konsep Subjek; (2) Kesalahan Pemahaman Objek; (3) Kesalahan Penempatan Keterangan; (4) Kesalahan Fungsi Pelengkap
Alih Fungsi Hutan Sumatera dalam Novel Luka Perempuan Asap Karya Nafi’ah Al-Ma’rab
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dampak alih fungsi hutan dan upaya menjaga lingkungan dalam novel Luka Perempuan Asap karya Nafi’ah Al-Ma’rab dengan perspektif ekokritik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh diuji secara validitas semantik dan reliabilitas melalui kegiatan membaca secara berulang-ulang. Data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan, reduksi data, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran sebagai berikut. Pertama, dampak yang ditimbulkan dari alih fungsi hutan menjadi perkebunan sawit, seperti berkurangnya kandungan air tanah, tanaman di sekitar sawit mati, pemanasan global, kebakaran hutan, kabut asap, gangguan pernapasan dan kematian. Kedua, upaya mencegah kerusakan lingkungan dari alih fungsi hutan menjadi perkebunan sawit adalah dengan mengubah pola pikir masyarakat kembali kesistem pertanian agraris, memperketat perizinan, melaksanakan uji kelayakan dan analisis lingkungan oleh lembaga kredibel. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut novel Luka Perempuan Asap mengajakarkan kepada pembaca agar tidak melakukan bentuk-bentuk pengintimidasian terhadap alam secara berlebihan. Pengintimidasian terhadap alam secara tidak langsung menimbulkan banyak masalah yang berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan dan makhluk hidup di sekitarnya
Penerapan Model Project Based Learning Berbantuan Media Pop Up Book Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Kelas V
Get PDFPenelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui penerapan model Project Based Learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri Banaran 5 yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan, yang diupayakan melalui Project Based Learning antar siklus, yakni sebanyak (50%) dari seluruh siswa mencapai kategori kemampuan berpikir kreatif cukup di pra siklus, meningkat menjadi (58,3%) kategori berpikir kreatif tinggi di siklus I dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi (91,7%) kategori berpikir kreatif tinggi. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan pada setiap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan menerapkan model Project Based Learning, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif
Description of Scientific Normality, Attitudes of Investigation and Interested Career On Physics in Senior High School
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the description of students' attitudes towards physics in Senior High School 8 Jambi City of Indonesia. This research is quantitative-qualitative research with survey research procedures. The subjects of this study were 170 students. The instruments used were questionnaires and interview sheets. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistics while qualitative data analysis using data analysis techniques model Miles and Huberman. The results of the 3 aspects of attitude indicators discussed in this study are on the indicator of normality of scientists as much as 60% are categorized quite good. While the attitude towards investigation in physics is 51% in the good category. Then in the indicator of interest in a career in the field of physics as much as 58% of students are categorized well
Development of Physics Laboratory Manual: Characteristic of Resistors Circuit
Get PDFThis study aimed to produce a physics laboratory manual characteristic of a single, series, parallel and series-parallel series of resistors; found out the quality of the physics laboratory manual characteristics of a single, series, parallel and series-parallel series of resistors. This research is a research development. Data collection in this study used suggestion and input sheets, quality assessment sheets for laboratory manual and student response sheets. Laboratory manual quality data obtained from three assessors, student response data for the limited trial I involving six students, and limited trial II involving 28 students. The physics laboratory manual characteristics of a single, series, parallel and series-parallel circuit of resistors have been produced with the criteria of "very eligible" based on final validation by media expert with a percentage of 97% and declared "very eligible" based on final validation by material expert with a percentage amounting to 83.90% and stated to be "very eligible" based on the final assessment by lecturer of electromagnetics courses with a percentage of 80%. This physics laboratory manual received a "very good" response from students with a percentage reaching 82% in limited trial I and received a "very good" response with a percentage of 82.60% in limited trial
