    Eco Laundry Bin From Used Gallons: Evironmentally Friendly Plastic Waste Processing Innovation On Campus

    The management of plastic waste has become a significant challenge amidst the rising consumption of single-use plastic products. The community partner, the mosque environment at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, faces the issue of increasing plastic gallon waste. This community service project aims to reduce this waste by innovatively repurposing used plastic gallon containers into Eco Laundry Bins (environmentally friendly laundry bins). The project involves 50 students and 30 mosque youth in a creative training program based on community collaboration. The implementation method includes environmental needs observation, product design for recycling, participatory training, and evaluation of the implementation results. This project aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and Goal 13 (Climate Action), by employing upcycling as a sustainable solution. The outcomes of the project show increased environmental awareness, waste management skills, and the creation of functional products that can be directly used in public facilities. The activity also strengthens the role of students as change agents who are capable of integrating sustainability values into daily life.Eco Laundry Bin Dari Galon Bekas: Inovasi Pengolahan Limbah Plastik Ramah Lingkungan Di KampusABSTRAKPengelolaan limbah plastik menjadi salah satu tantangan besar di tengah meningkatnya konsumsi produk berbahan plastik sekali pakai. Mitra pengabdian, yaitu lingkungan Masjid Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, mengalami permasalahan dalam pengelolaan limbah plastik galon bekas yang semakin banyak. Proyek pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah plastik tersebut melalui inovasi pemanfaatannya menjadi Eco Laundry Bin (tempat baju kotor ramah lingkungan). Kegiatan ini melibatkan 50 mahasiswa dan 30 remaja masjid Sela dalam sebuah pelatihan kreatif berbasis kolaborasi komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan lingkungan, desain produk daur ulang, pelatihan partisipatif, dan evaluasi hasil implementasi. Proyek ini selaras dengan prinsip Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya tujuan ke-12 (Konsumsi dan Produksi yang Bertanggung Jawab) dan tujuan ke-13 (Penanganan Perubahan Iklim), melalui pendekatan daur ulang (upcycling) sebagai solusi berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan pengolahan limbah, serta terciptanya produk fungsional yang dapat digunakan secara langsung di fasilitas publik.     Penelitian ini membahas dampak pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Palu 3 terhadap kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Lero Tatari, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala. PLTU ini merupakan proyek strategis nasional yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara sosial, keberadaan PLTU membawa perubahan pada pola interaksi sosial, struktur masyarakat, serta masuknya budaya baru akibat pekerja dari luar daerah. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan dan infrastruktur desa.     The purpose of this study is to reveal whether students' problem-solving abilities have changed in solving problems, especially Open-ended problems . The application of Open-ended type questions is used as an effort to train students' problem-solving abilities in mathematics learning. This study is a combination of descriptive research and Pre-experiment with a one group pre-test-post-test design . The conclusions of this study are 1) The problem-solving abilities of class XI IPA 5 students of SMAN 1 Kota Solok who have been trained using Open-ended type problem-solving ability questions in learning, have changed towards the better compared to before. 2) The application of learning using Open-ended questions helps students to play an active role during learning activities because it can help students be more open in developing various answers in solving problem

    Narasi Futuristik Lingkungan dalam Novel Cerita Bumi Tahun 2683 Karya Aesna

    This study examines the structure of futuristic environmental narratives as represented in the novel Cerita Bumi Tahun 2683 by Aesna. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of the narrator, the focalization or point of view, and the sequence of the fabula contained in the novel, based on Mieke Bal’s narratology theory. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach within the framework of narratology. The data source in this research is a science fiction novel that explicitly addresses futuristic environmental issues, namely Cerita Bumi Tahun 2683 by Aesna. The research data consist of narrative excerpts that represent futuristic environmental narration. Data collection was conducted using the reading and note-taking technique to obtain data relevant to the research topic. Data analysis employed content analysis based on Mieke Bal’s narratology theory. The findings reveal that the narrator plays roles such as enlivening the story, deepening the content, and influencing the interpretation of the narrative. Furthermore, three types of focalization were identified: zero focalization, internal focalization, and external focalization. In addition, the sequence of the fabula was found to be constructed through events, time, and setting

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji penerapan metode langsung yang dipadukan dengan media audiovisual dalam pembelajaran berbicara Bahasa Indonesia di kelas XII ESGP De Suai, Timor-Leste. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimen dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes kemampuan berbicara (pretest–posttest) dan angket respons siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode langsung berbantuan media audiovisual terbukti lebih efektif daripada metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia bagi penutur asing di ESGP de Suai, Timor Leste. Penerapan metode langsung mampu menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang komunikatif, sedangkan penggunaan media audiovisual memberikan rangsangan visual dan auditori yang membantu pemahaman serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode langsung berbantuan media audiovisual dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam pengajaran BIPA pada konteks pendidikan yang memiliki keterbatasan sumber belajar

    This study aims to describe the types and contextual meanings of interjections founded in two French-language comics, Classe Tout Risqué and Au Pieds J’ai Dit by Raoul Cauvin. Comics were selected as the object of study due to their multimodal nature, effectively conveying emotions through the integration of images and language. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of interjection frequency and qualitative interpretation through referential analysis. The results identified 54 interjection forms categorized into onomatopoeia, nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and minor sentences, each expressing various emotional or communicative functions. These findings contribute to linguistic studies in multimodal discourse and offer pedagogical insights for French language education, especially in understanding spontaneous verbal expressions in illustrated literary texts

    Transformational Leadership Strategies of the School Principal in Implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 7 Dedai, Sintang Regency

    This study aims to explore the transformational leadership strategies of the school principal in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 7 Dedai, Sintang Regency. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with participants including 1 principal, 4 vice-principals, and 1 administrative staff, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s model through data reduction, presentation, and verification, with triangulation of sources and techniques. The results indicate that the principal applied transformational leadership strategies by emphasizing the development of a vision and mission aligned with the Independent Curriculum, motivating teachers through support, training, and constructive supervision, and empowering all stakeholders, including administrative staff and parents. The strategies also included a personal approach to teachers to develop their competencies, creativity, and innovation, while fostering a collaborative, adaptive, and innovative school culture. The implementation of these strategies positively impacted the school environment and work culture, evident in increased teacher participation, project-based learning methods, professional competency development, and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile values in curricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities. The success of implementing the Independent Curriculum is reflected in both quantitative indicators, such as improved student average scores and competition participation, and qualitative indicators, including student independence, self-confidence, and critical thinking skills. The study concludes that the principal, as a pedagogical leader, inspires, facilitates innovation, and creates a learning environment that supports the goals of the Independent Curriculum. These findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions to educational leadership studies and practical recommendations for principals to enhance teaching quality and teacher empowerment in secondary schools.Strategi Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Mewujudkan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 7 Dedai Kabupaten SintangABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam mewujudkan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 7 Dedai, Kabupaten Sintang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian meliputi 1 kepala sekolah, 4 guru wakil kepala sekolah, dan 1 staf administrasi, yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data dengan triangulasi sumber serta teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan transformasional dengan menekankan pembentukan visi dan misi yang selaras dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, motivasi guru melalui dukungan, pelatihan, dan supervisi konstruktif, serta pemberdayaan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk staf administrasi dan orang tua. Strategi ini juga mencakup pendekatan personal terhadap guru untuk mengembangkan kompetensi, inovasi, dan kreativitas, sekaligus menciptakan budaya sekolah yang kolaboratif, adaptif, dan inovatif. Implementasi strategi tersebut berdampak positif pada lingkungan sekolah dan budaya kerja, terlihat dari peningkatan partisipasi aktif guru, pengembangan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, peningkatan kompetensi profesional, serta penerapan nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah ini juga tercermin pada pencapaian indikator kuantitatif, seperti peningkatan rata-rata nilai siswa dan partisipasi dalam kompetisi, serta indikator kualitatif, seperti kemandirian, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin pedagogis yang menginspirasi, memfasilitasi inovasi, serta membangun lingkungan belajar yang mendukung tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka.     Correlation between Learning Readiness and Learning Motivation with Mathematics Learning Outcomes in SPLDV Material

    This study aims to determine the correlation between learning readiness and learning motivation with students' mathematics learning outcomes in the Two-Variable Linear Equation System (SLSDV) topic. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study were all eighth-grade students of SMP Takhassus Al-Qur'an Ngabang. The research sample was selected from classes VIII D and VIII E, totaling 57 students selected using simple random sampling. The instruments used in this study included a learning readiness questionnaire, a learning motivation questionnaire, and a descriptive test on the SLSDV material. Data analysis was performed using SPSS for Windows version 23 using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test and multiple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between learning readiness and mathematics learning outcomes with an r value of 0.967, which is classified as very strong. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes with an r value of 0.849, which is classified as very strong. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant correlation between learning readiness and learning motivation with mathematics learning outcomes with an R value = 0.983 which is classified as a very strong category and an Adjusted R2 value = 0.965 which means that 96.4% of mathematics learning outcomes can be explained by learning readiness and learning motivation, while the remaining 3.6% is influenced by other factors.Korelasi antara Kesiapan Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Materi SPLDVABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kesiapan belajar dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Takhassus Al-Qur’an Ngabang. Sampel penelitian dipilih kelas VIII D dan VIII E dengan jumlah sebanyak 57 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi angket kesiapan belajar, angket motivasi belajar, dan tes uraian materi SPLDV. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS for Windows versi 23 menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika dengan nilai r = 0,967 yang tergolong ke dalam kategori sangat kuat. Kemudian, terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika dengan nilai r = 0,849 yang tergolong ke dalam kategori sangat kuat. Secara simultan, terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika dengan nilai R = 0,983 yang tergolong ke dalam kategori sangat kuat serta nilai Adjusted R2 = 0,964 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 96,4% hasil belajar matematika dapat dijelaskan oleh kesiapan belajar dan motivasi belajar, sedangkan 3,6% sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain.Kata Kunci :Kesiapan belajar; motivasi belajar; hasil belajar matematik

    Physical Conditioning Training for DKI Jakarta Archery Coaches: Performance Optimization and Injury Prevention

    Physical conditioning training is an important component in improving athlete performance and preventing the risk of injury, especially in archery, which requires stability, muscle strength, and endurance. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of archery coaches in DKI Jakarta in designing and implementing physical conditioning programs that suit the needs of archery athletes. The implementation methods include lectures, interactive discussions, and practical training covering physical condition evaluation, training program planning, and injury prevention techniques. The subjects of this activity were 100 archery coaches from various clubs in the DKI Jakarta area. The results of the community service showed an increase in coaches' understanding of the importance of physical conditioning in supporting athlete performance, as well as their ability to develop structured and scientifically-based training programs. Post-activity evaluations showed that 92% of participants experienced a significant increase in understanding, and 88% felt capable of implementing the material in their training programs. This activity is expected to be the first step in building a more holistic and sustainable training system for archery athletes in DKI Jakarta.Pelatihan Kondisi Fisik untuk Pelatih Panahan DKI Jakarta: Optimalisasi Performa dan Pencegahan CederaABSTRAKPelatihan kondisi fisik merupakan komponen penting dalam meningkatkan performa atlet dan mencegah risiko cedera, khususnya dalam cabang olahraga panahan yang menuntut kestabilan, kekuatan otot, dan daya tahan tubuh. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pelatih panahan DKI Jakarta dalam merancang dan menerapkan program kondisi fisik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet panahan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, serta pelatihan praktis yang mencakup evaluasi kondisi fisik, perencanaan program latihan, serta teknik pencegahan cedera. Subjek kegiatan ini adalah 100 pelatih panahan dari berbagai klub di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pelatih terhadap pentingnya kondisi fisik dalam menunjang performa atlet, serta kemampuan mereka dalam menyusun program latihan yang terstruktur dan berbasis prinsip ilmiah. Evaluasi pasca-kegiatan menunjukkan 92% peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman secara signifikan, dan 88% merasa mampu mengimplementasikan materi dalam program latihan mereka.     Optimizing the Osanna Beach Resort Website as a Digital Foundation to Enhance Promotional through Digital Marketing

    Osanna Beach Resort, one of the most tourist destinations in Pacitan Regency, does not yet have an official website. This condition results in the resort lacking a strong digital foundation to support sustainable marketing efforts. This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to develop the official Osanna Beach Resort website as a digital promotional medium. The implementation method uses a participatory approach combined with WDLC, through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation with CMS WordPress, testing, launch, maintenance, socialization, and content management training for resort managers. The implementation results show that the website www.osannabeach.com has met partners' needs in providing destination information, facilities, reservations, and integration with social media. The questionnaire analysis of six assessment indicators obtained an average score of 95.35%, with details of color (98.69%), typography (95.74%), layout (90.49%), image quality (97.05%), ease of navigation (97.05%), and user comfort (93.11%). These findings confirm that the developed website design is able to provide a good user experience while enhancing the resort's professional image.Optimalisasi Website Osanna Beach Resort sebagai Fondasi Digital untuk Meningkatkan Promosi melalui Digital MarketingABSTRAKOsanna Beach Resort yang merupakan destinasi unggulan di Kabupaten Pacitan tidak memiliki website resmi, sehingga hal ini menyebabkan Osanna Beach Resort belum memiliki pondasi digital yang kuat untuk mendukung pemasaran berkelanjutan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website resmi Osanna Beach Resort sebagai media promosi digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang dipadukan dengan WDLC, melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, implementasi dengan CMS WordPress, pengujian, peluncuran, pemeliharaan serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan konten kepada pengelola resort. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa website www.osannabeach.com telah memenuhi kebutuhan mitra dalam menyediakan informasi destinasi, fasilitas, reservasi dan integrasi dengan media sosial. Analisis kuesioner terhadap 6 indikaotr penilaian memperoleh rata-rata 95,35% dengan rincian aspek warna (98,69%), tipografi (95,74%), tata letak (90,49%), kualitas gambar (97,05%), kemudahan navigasi (97,05%) dan kenyamanan pengguna (93,11%). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa desain website yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik sekaligus meningkatkan citra profesional resort.Kata Kunci:pariwisata; digital marketing; website; WDLC; Osanna Beach Resor
