Pengaruh Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Terhadap Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kemampuan Menulis Karya Ilmiah
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan kemampuan penulisan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah guru terhadap Kegiatan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) untuk memperoleh fakta-fakta dari gejala-gejala yang ada dan mencari keterangan secara factual dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai tumpuan analisis teknik regresi untuk menguji hipotesis yang menyatakan ada atau tidak pengaruh variabel bebas (X1) dan (X2) dengan variabel terikat (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) anggota KKG Gugus 1 dan 2 Kecamatan Ciampea sebanyak 95 orang dengan jumlah Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 25 guru. Hasil dari penelitian, pertama, terdapat pengaruh positif kegiatan KKG (Y) terhadap pengingkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru (X1), dengan indeks korelasi r y1 = 3,27 dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi yang signifikan pada α = 5 % serta diperjelas bahwa 80 % variasi Y dipengaruhi oleh X1. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh kegiatan KKG (Y) dengan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah (X2), dengan koefisien korelasi r y2 = 3,32 dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi yang signifikan pada α = 5 % serta diperjelas bahwa 80 % variasi Y dipengaruhi oleh X2. Ketiga terdapat pengaruh positif kegiatan KKG (Y) dengan pengingkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru (X1) dan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah (X2), dengan koefisien korelasi ganda Ry.12 = 4,76 dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi yang signifikan pada α = 5 % serta diperjelas bahwa 80 % variasi Y dipengaruhi oleh X1 dan X2. Melalui analisa pengujian diperoleh bahwa koefisen korelasi dan koefisien regresi tersebut sangat signifikan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah dengan kegiatan KKG
Modification of Triangle Run Exercise to Improve the Endurance of Cricket Athlete

The population and sample in this study were all male cricket athletes with 14 people. The researcher used the total sampling technique or the whole to be sampled. The results of this study indicate that the factor of triangle run training can have a significant effect on endurance in male cricket athletes in Bekasi with the results of tcount = 5.24 in p > 0.05
ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS V SDN 12 SINGKAWANG
Get PDFKesulitan belajar merupakan sebuah permasalahan yang menyebabkan seorang siswa belum dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran dengan baik dan belum mampu untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Empat kompetensi dasar yang harus dimiliki siswa pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia tingkat sekolah dasar mencakup aspek: menyimak, berbicara, membaca dan menulis. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas V SDN 12 Singkawang. Artikel ini merupakan hasil analisis dengan mengkaji literature yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan topik pembahasan. Model yang digunakan adalah studi literatur atau lirature riview. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar siswa masih tidak faham ketika guru menyampaikan materi Bahasa Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan siswa kesulitan belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas V SDN 12 Singkawang masih berkesulitan dalam mempelajari pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia
Correlation between Self-Efficacy with Activity of Daily Living on Post-Stroke Patients in TMS Clinic RSUD Dr. R. Koesma of Tuban
Get PDFThe Activity of Daily Living (ADL) is important for post-stroke patients. The study aims to identify the correlation of Self-efficacy with ADL on post-stroke patients in TMS Clinic Dr. R. Koesma Hospital of Tuban. Correlative analytic research design with a cross-sectional time approach. The study took a sample of 34 respondents by using Simple Random Sampling. Instrument research used questionnaires. Statistical tests used Spearman Rank. The dependent variable of the study is ADL and the independent variable self-efficacy. The results of the study found that ADL respondents were highly dependent 17.7% were found in respondents with low self-efficacy, independent ADL 23.5% were obtained in respondents with moderate self-efficacy. Data analysis used the Spearman Rank with the significance of α = 0.05. Statistical test results p = 0.03 < α = 0.05 showed there is a correlation between self-efficacy with ADL of patients after stroke. Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Tunas Bangsa Primary School (SD Tunas Bangsa) in Kubu Raya Regency
Get PDFThe implementation of TQM at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya does not always run smoothly. There are things that hinder the implementation. However, even though there are obstacles to the implementation of the TQM, the number of students has increased in the last 5 years. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) Quality leadership at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya; (2) Quality teamwork at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya; (3) Efforts to build a quality culture at SD Tunas Bangsa, and (4) Supporting and inhibiting factors for TQM implementation at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation techniques, direct communication techniques, and documentation techniques. The results of this study include (1) Quality leadership carried out by school leaders namely Principal, Deputy Principal, and PYP Curriculum Coordinator based on teamwork, namely the leadership team and the teacher team; (2) Teamwork at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya consisting of a leadership team and teacher team is considered good because team members develop favorable team behavior and work collaboratively both in making plans and implementing them; (3) Efforts to build a quality culture are sought by leaders and teachers; (4) The supporting factor for the implementation of TQM at SD Tunas Bangsa Kubu Raya is a strong commitment from the leadership and senior teachers. While the inhibiting factor is new teachers need time to understand and be able to perform according to IB quality standards and school standards
The Participation of Society and Students’ Parents in Education Organizing at State 2 Sekayam Senior High School
Get PDFThe importance of community and students’ parentsparticipation should be a serious concern for schools because without the support of participation from relevant parties (stakeholders), the quality and objectives of education as desired by all parties will not be easy to realize properly. This research is qualitativeresearch with the type of case study. In this study, a number of data collection techniques will be used, namely participant observation techniques (participant observations), in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research that has been done, the following results are obtained (1) School work program to encourage community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education in Sekayam 2 High School; (2) The forms of community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education in Sekayam 2 High School are physical and non-physical; (3) The supporting factors for community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education at Sekayam 2 High School, is the existence of a forum or access to participation, the willingness and ability, hopes of obtaining good and quality education, trust in schools, and positive response from the school; (4) The inhibiting factors of community and students’ parentsparticipation in administering education at State 2 Sekayam Senior High School, are places of residence that are far from school, the economic level is still relatively low, the view that education is the responsibility of the school, the socialization of work programs is not optimal school, and busyness of parents with their work; and (5) The level of community and students’ parentsparticipation in the implementation of education at Sekayam 2 High School, classified as low or passive
the Effect of Problem-Posing and Think-Pair-Share Learning Models on Students’ Mathematical Problem-Solving Skills and Mathematical Communication Skills
Get PDFThe main purpose of this study was to compare and examine the effectiveness of problem-posing and think-pair-share cooperatives' learning models on mathematical problem-solving skills and mathematical communication skills. This study was experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The samples of the study were 41 students for classroom experiments and 40 students for classroom control. The instruments employed in this study were pre-test and post-test. The instruments were made in essay forms which design to measure students’ mathematical problem-solving skills. The result of the study showed that problem-posing and think-pair-share are very effective to improve students’ mathematical achievements. However, between the problem-posing and think-pair-share, the think-pair-share is more effective than problem-posing, view from the standards of mathematical problem-solving skills and mathematical communication skills of Junior High School students
ANALISIS KESULITAN MAHASISWA DALAM PENYUSUNAN PROPOSAL PENELITIAN PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis jenis kesulitan dan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyusun proposal penelitian pendidikan matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika STKIP Soe yang mengambil matakuliah seminar proposal sejumlah 21 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengikuti model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis-jenis kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyusun proposal penelitian pendidikan matematika adalah kesulitan dalam menuangkan ide ke dalam bentuk tulisan ilmiah, membuat latar belakang masalah, mencari literatur/bahan pustaka, mengkaji keterkaitan teori yang digunakan menentukan metodologi penelitian serta membagi waktu kuliah dengan penyusunan proposal penelitian. Faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan tersebut berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi masih rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami setiap konten dalam proposal penelitian, masih terdapat mahasiswa yang belum memiliki komputer atau laptop sendiri serta beberapa mahasiswa kurang termotivasi dalam menyelesaikan proposal penelitiannya. Faktor eksternal meliputi terdapat mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial maupun kerohanian di lingkungan rumahnya, mahasiswa yang sudah berkeluarga sulit berkonsentrasi karena gangguan dari keluarganya serta kesibukan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas di rumah karena tinggal bersama pengampuh/orang tua wali
PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA NOVEL REMAJA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING SMP NEGERI 12 SINGKAWANG
Get PDFTujuan dilaksanakan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan keterampilan membaca novel siswa baik sebelum diberikan model pembelajaran mind mapping, melihat peningkatan keterampilan membaca novel siswa sesudah diberikan model pembelajaran mind mapping, dan mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan membaca novel siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Singkawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini tidak menarik sampel sebab jumlah populasi relatif sedikit dan masih dapat dijangkau oleh peneliti dalam suatu penelitian. Hasil pra siklus yang diberikan oleh guru Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia sebelumnya masuk dalam kategori tidak tuntas hal ini dibuktikan bahwa rata-rata nilai membaca novel sebesar 58,79% dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 70. Perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca novel dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Singkawang, pada siklus I mencapai 69,10% dan pada siklus II mencapai 89,40% mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20,30%. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca novel dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Singkawang, pada siklus I mencapai 79,25% dengan kategori baik dan pada siklus II mencapai 81,67% dengan kategori sangat baik mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,42%. Hasil pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca novel dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Singkawang, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 51,82 sebanyak 10 siswa yang tidak tuntas dengan persentase 45,46% dan sebanyak 12 siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 54,54% termasuk kategori kurang baik. Hasil pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa 69,46 sebanyak 4 siswa yang tidak tuntas dengan persentase 18,18% sedangkan sebanyak 18 siswa yang tuntas dengan persentase 81,82% termasuk kategori baik
