    Model Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir melalui Inovasi Kewirausahaan Digital dan Sistem Informasi Potensi Lokal

    This community service program was carried out in Tekolabbua Village, Pangkep Regency, with the primary objective of exploring and mapping local potentials through digital entrepreneurship innovation and the development of a local potential information system. The program responds to the lack of structured documentation of local resources and limited digital competence among coastal communities. The approach includes participatory mapping, digital training, community organizing, and system development. The results show the creation of a digital-based local potential mapping platform, improved community understanding of local assets, and increased digital skills among participants. This model supports evidence-based planning and strengthens socio-economic resilience in coastal areas.Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tekolabbua, Kabupaten Pangkep, dengan tujuan utama menggali dan memetakan potensi lokal melalui inovasi informasi kewirausahaan digital dan pengembangan sistem potensi lokal. Program ini menjanjikan kurangnya dokumentasi yang terstruktur mengenai sumber daya lokal dan keterbatasan kompetensi digital masyarakat pesisir. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi pemetaan partisipatif, pelatihan digital, pengorganisasian masyarakat, dan sistem pengembangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan terciptanya platform pemetaan potensi lokal berbasis digital, peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap aset lokal, dan peningkatan keterampilan peserta digital.     Language Club as the Medium to Maximize Students’ Speaking Ability

    Speaking, as one of four language skills, is vital in people interaction and communication. Since speaking is the foundation of communication, which develops as a result of learning, it is the most crucial part of language learning. This study intends to: 1) describe the implementation of Language Club to maximize students’ speaking skills, and 2) characterize students' responses to certain speaking communities, such as the Learning Club. This study used a descriptive qualitative design. The researcher conducted direct interviews with members and supervisors using a questionnaire to gather data. The questionnaires were given to the Language Club tutors and students. The results show that the Language Club enhances students’ speaking skills supported by the latest media and technology. Besides, positive responses about the language club arise from students. They enjoy the activities and find the club more effective for practicing speaking skills than regular classes. Challenges, such as lack of vocabulary, confidence, and occasional laziness, can be solved by students and they are motivated to overcome these obstacles. Overall, the language club plays an important role in improving students’ speaking skills by providing a dynamic and supportive environment that complements traditional language learning methods

    Banyaknya kasus mengenai sengketa keluarga yang tidak kunjung selesai secara litigasi akan tetapi secara non litigasi bahkan lebih banyak lagi permasalahan keluarga yang diselesaikan khususnya di Indonesia yang mana jalur non litigasi menggunakan beberapa peran dan pihak yaitu mediator, toko agama, adat, menariknya dalam beberapa kasus dapat diselesaikan dengan banyak mengacu pada ajaran agama yang kembali diperkuat dan mediator pun dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan kesepakatan dari pihak yang berperkara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka dan lapangan melalui wawancara, hasil dari tulisan ini bahwa sengketa keluarga secara non litigasi di Indonesia sudah banyak dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan juga cara penyelesaiannya sesuai dengan tuntunan agama islam baik dari Al qur'an maupun Hadis, Akan tetapi perlu dibenahi lagi sedikit tentang non litigasi ini seperti tidak berat sebelah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dan sengketa secara non litigasi belum menunjukkan terselesaikannya permasalahan keluarga secara tuntas.The number of cases about family disputes that have not been resolved in litigation but in non-litigation even more family problems are resolved more specifically in Indonesia where the non-litigation path uses several roles and parties, namely mediators, religious shops, customs, interestingly in some cases it can be resolved by referring only to religious teachings which are re-strengthened and the mediator can also solve problems with the agreement of the litigants. The result of this paper is that non-litigation family disputes in Indonesia have been widely practiced by the community and also the way of settlement is in accordance with Islamic religious guidance from both the Qur'an and Hadith, but it needs to be addressed a little more about this non-litigation such as not being one-sided in solving problems and non-litigation disputes have not shown the complete resolution of family problems

    This research aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the sorogan method in improving yellow book reading skills, as well as analyzing the sorogan method in improving mechanical skills and understanding meaning at the Al-Chikmatul Muballigoh Islamic Boarding School. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach with the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The data in this research are the sources in the form of observations, interviews, and information contained in various activities at the Al-Chikmatul Muballigoh Islamic Boarding School which is located at Kp. Sindanghuela District. Pabuaran District. Serang – Banten. The theories used in this research are the theory of learning effectiveness, the sorogan method, and reading ability. The results of this research indicate that learning uses the walking method effectively. It is said to be effective because the students showed a good increase in understanding, speed and accuracy in reading the yellow book after applying the sorogan method as the results of interviews conducted by researchers showed that there was an increase in grade promotion this year after using the sorogan method compared to the previous year. Thus, the slogan method has proven to be effective in improving yellow book reading skills because it shows that learning activities are carried out in a scheduled and structured manner, and students also get the opportunity to discuss directly with their ustadz/ustadzah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca kitab kuning, serta menganalisis metode sorogan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mekanik dan pemahaman makna di Pondok Pesantren Al-Chikmatul Muballigoh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumbernya berupa hasil pengamatan, hasil wawancara, dan keterangan-keterangan yang terdapat dalam berbagai kegiatan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Chikmatul Muballigoh yang terletak di Kp. Sindanghuela Kec. Pabuaran Kab. Serang – Banten. Adapun teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori efektivitas pembelajaran, metode sorogan, dan kemampuan membaca. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan metode berjalan secara efektif. Dikatakan efektif karena para santri menunjukkan peningkatan yang baik dalam pemahaman, kecepatan, dan ketelitian membaca kitab kuning setelah menerapkan metode sorogan. Sebagaimana hasil wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti bahwa terdapat peningkatan dalam kenaikan kelas di tahun ini setelah menggunakan metode sorogan dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Dengan demikian, metode sorogan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca kitab kuning karena menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara terjadwal dan terstruktur dan santri juga mendapatkan kesempatan untuk bisa berdiskusi langsung dengan ustadz/ustadzahnya. &nbsp

    Kesetaraan gender bukan semata-mata menjadi tanggung jawab perempuan, melainkan merupakan perjuangan kolektif demi terciptanya keadilan sosial yang menyeluruh. Di Indonesia, ketidaksetaraan gender masih mengakar kuat, diperparah oleh dominasi budaya patriarki yang telah berlangsung lama. Meskipun selama ini gerakan berbasis gender cenderung didominasi oleh perempuan, dalam dua dekade terakhir mulai terlihat peran laki-laki yang mendukung nilai-nilai feminisme dan turut menantang konstruksi maskulinitas yang merugikan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka yang menggunakan kerangka teori Gerakan Sosial Baru dari Alberto Melucci untuk memahami bagaimana kelompok seperti Aliansi Laki-Laki Baru berkontribusi dalam membentuk relasi gender yang lebih adil. Dengan mengkaji data kekerasan terhadap perempuan serta jejaring organisasi yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara laki-laki dan gerakan perempuan, artikel ini menekankan bahwa keterlibatan laki-laki dalam perjuangan kesetaraan merupakan langkah strategis menuju perubahan budaya yang lebih egaliter dan berkelanjutan

    This article examines the discourse of Free Nutritious Meals (FNM) in Indonesia through the lens of media ecology, focusing on the transformation of public space, digital identity, and cognitive patterns in the social media era. Using a qualitative approach and critical discourse analysis of social media content, this study reveals how digital platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok not only serve as information channels but also shape symbolic ecosystems that influence how society perceives issues of health, nutrition, and public policy. The findings indicate that social media has shifted the authority of nutrition discourse from experts and the government to the public, creating participatory dynamics that are vulnerable to misinformation and polarization. Digital identity is constructed through personalized narratives and visual campaigns, while public cognition is driven toward preferences for short, emotional, and viral content. This article offers policy recommendations based on ecological media literacy and sustainable platform design to support inclusive and evidence-based FNM discourse

    This study dissects the complexity of the polemic surrounding nightlife entertainment businesses (discotheques, pubs, and karaoke) in Serang City by juxtaposing the theoretical frameworks of Urban Ecotheology and Political Philosophy analysis. Serang City, characterized as a religious city and a government center, faces a dilemma between the imperative of economic development in the tourism sector and the pressure to maintain a socio-cultural-ecological order imbued with religiosity. A qualitative research method with a critical-philosophical approach was applied through policy studies, media discourse analysis, and in-depth interviews with multi-stakeholders. The findings reveal that this polemic is not merely a simple moral conflict but a manifestation of a larger discursive struggle between the ideological concept of “halal tourism” and conventional capitalist tourism. Political philosophy analysis identifies the role of local government as both an arena and an actor experiencing internal contradictions: on one hand, it seeks to regulate in the name of public order and morality, while on the other, it is compelled to accommodate capital interests and tax revenue. From the perspective of urban ecotheology, this conflict indicates a spiritual-ecological disorientation in urban spatial governance, where space is reduced to mere economic commodity, detached from the context of community sacrality and sustainability. This study concludes that sustainable solutions require the reconstruction of tourism policies based on an “ecotheological urban planning philosophy,” a paradigm that integrates spatial justice, environmental sustainability, and local cultural resilience within a deliberative and inclusive policy framework

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemikiran Fatima Mernissi tentang relasi antara Islam, perempuan, dan dakwah dalam konteks transformasi sosial masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan sumber primer berupa karya-karya Mernissi, seperti The Veil and the Male Elite dan Beyond the Veil, serta sumber sekunder dari buku, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan teologis-normatif dan historis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fatima Mernissi menolak pandangan patriarkal yang menempatkan perempuan pada posisi subordinat, dengan menegaskan bahwa ketimpangan gender bukan berasal dari ajaran Islam yang autentik, tetapi dari interpretasi yang bias terhadap teks-teks keagamaan. Ia menafsirkan Islam sebagai agama yang mengandung nilai-nilai kesetaraan, keadilan, dan kemanusiaan universal. Pemikiran ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi pengembangan dakwah Islam kontemporer agar lebih berperspektif gender dan kontekstual terhadap perubahan sosial. Dakwah feminis berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dapat menjadi sarana transformatif untuk membangun kesadaran kritis, keadilan sosial, dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam masyarakat Muslim

    Child protection policies in accordance with the Child Protection Law guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights in accordance with human dignity and respect, as well as protection from violence and discrimination. This is mandated by the Child Protection Law through the provisions of Article 59, which states that the government and other state institutions are obliged and responsible for providing special protection. One form of special protection is for children in conflict with the law, including children accused of violating the Criminal Code and children who are victims of criminal acts. Children in conflict with the law can be defined as children who are suspected, accused, or admitted to having violated the Criminal Code. The Child Protection Law, through the provisions of Article 59, states that the government and other state institutions are obliged and responsible for providing special protection. One form of special protection is for children in conflict with the law, both children who are in conflict with the law and children who are victims of criminal acts. Children in conflict with the law can be defined as children who are suspected, accused, or admitted to have violated the Criminal Code (Article 40 paragraph (1) of the Convention on the Rights of the Child). In the Convention on the Rights of the Child, children in conflict with the law are categorized as children in special circumstances. UNICEF refers to children in this group as children in especially difficult circumstances (CEDC) because their needs are not met, they are at risk of experiencing violence, becoming perpetrators of crime, or being outside the family environment. Children in conflict with the lawKebijakan perlindungan anak sesuai dengan Undang Undang perlindungan anak menjamin terpenuhinya hak – hak anak sesuai harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan serta mendapat perlindungan dari tindak kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Hal ini diamanatkan oleh Undang Undang Perlindungan Anak melalui ketentuan Pasal 59 yang menyatakan bahwa pemerintah dan lembaga negara lainnya berkewajiban dan bertanggung jawab  untuk memberikan  perlindungan khusus. Salah satunya perlindungan khusus adalah kepada anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum, baik anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum maupun anak sebagai korban tindak pidana. Anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum dapat didefisinikan anak yang disangka, dituduh, atau diakui  telah melanggar Undang -Undang Hukum Pidana. Undang Undang Perlindungan Anak melalui ketentuan Pasal 59 yang menyatakan bahwa pemerintah dan lembaga negara lainnya berkewajiban dan bertanggung jawab  untuk memberikan  perlindungan khusus. Salah satunya perlindungan khusus adalah kepada anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum, baik anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum maupun anak sebagai korban tindak pidana.     Using Technology to Improve English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Assessment

      Abstract: Technology is now a key component of the assessment process used in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) instruction, helping to increase student performance. A more thorough and precise technique to develop students' speaking and listening abilities is through the use of technology in EFL assessments. This study aims to investigate how much the use of technology in EFL assessments can affect students' speaking and listening skills development. It also seeks to define the benefits and difficulties of applying such technology. The research approach employed was a thorough literature analysis, which included an examination of numerous books, journal articles, and other pertinent materials about the application of technology to the evaluation of speaking and listening abilities in an EFL setting. The purpose of this analysis was to collect empirical data regarding the advantages and disadvantages of using this technology. The findings demonstrate that using technology into EFL assessments can greatly enhance the standard of evaluating students' speaking and listening abilities. Via e-learning apps and platforms, students can receive timely and organized feedback that helps them improve their English communication skills and fix errors. But there are still problems to be solved, like digital skills, technology preparedness, and adjusting to new techniques. The study's conclusion is that using technology into EFL assessments helps students' speaking and listening abilities. Educational institutions may fully utilize the potential of technology to enable more efficient and integrated English language learning by giving teachers the proper training, building the necessary technological infrastructure, and putting the right techniques into practice.                 &nbsp
