The Maccera Manurung Tradition in the Labuku Village Community: A Perspective of Maslahah
No full textThis study examines how the Maccera Manurung tradition in Labuku Village combines cultural practices with Islamic principles, focusing on its values. The primary goal of this study is to uncover and analyze the spiritual, social, and cultural values, specifically examining the impact on social cohesion and community structure. This study uses field research with descriptive qualitative models, considering normative, historical, phenomenological, and sociological perspectives. The findings reveal that Maccera Manurung functions as a mechanism to achieve social and spiritual well-being for the community by integrating Islamic values with local culture. This tradition maintains a balance between worldly and spiritual needs through rituals such as animal sacrifices following Islamic guidelines, visiting graves, and engaging in prayers. The people of Labuku preserve their cultural identity by participating in annual rituals, maintaining traditional customs, and upholding ancestral practices, which strengthen social solidarity and reinforce spiritual and moral values. Maccera Manurung emphasizes simplicity, self-control, and responsibility, serving as a means to draw closer to Allah and enhance the spiritual character of the communit

Abstrack
Paper aims to find out the criticism of Ibn Ashur on the book of al Muwatta' Imam Malik starting from discussing the biography of Ibn Ashur, the opinion of scholars about Ibn Ashur, the views of hadith scholars about the book of AThis l-Muwatha, and the last one discusses Ibn Ashur's views on the book of Al-Muwatha. This research is purely library research using the book Kasyful Mughoti as the main reference along with other books related to 'Ulum al-Hadis' as supporting data. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research using various approaches to hadith science. The results showed that according to Ibn Ashur there was no one among the people who had a hadith that was more authentic than Malik bin Anas Malik. According to Ibn Assyria in the book Al Muwatha' Ibn Malik made a comprehensive chapter in it at the end he mentioned what was not included in the special chapter. Al-Muwatta' is a book of Hadith revealed from the Prophet with a chain of narrators from Malik to the Rasullah.

Penelitian ini adalah murni penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan kitab Kasyful Mughoti sebagai rujukan utama bersama dengan kitab-kitab terkait 'Ulum al-Hadis' lainnya sebagai data pendukung. Adapun jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan pendekatan ilmu hadis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Menurut Ibnu Asyur tidak ada seorang pun di antara orang orang yang memiliki hadits yang lebih shahih daripada Malik bin Anas Malik. Menurut Ibnu Asyur dalam kitab Al Muwatha' Ibnu Malik membuat bab yang komprehensif di dalamnya di bagian akhir dia menyebutkan apa yang tidak termasuk dalam bab kusus. Kitab Al-Muwatta' adalah kitab Hadits yang di wahyukan dari Nabi dengan rantai periwayat dari Malik sampai Rasullah.

SUSUNAN NAMA SURAT AL-QUR’AN DALAM NAẒAM IBRĀHĪMIYAH KARYA DURAID IBRAHIM AL-MUṢALI
Get PDFThe Quran consists of a compilation of verses and chapters. Each chapter of the Quran is given a specific name as an identifier. The naming of the chapters follows the sequence in the Mushaf, totaling 114 chapters beginning from Al-Fatihah to An-Nas, facilitating memorization and study. One study that emphasizes the names of these chapters is conducted using Nazam Ibrāhīmiyah. This research delves into the arrangement and names of the chapters found in Nazam Ibrāhīmiyah, which are written differently from their original names to conform to the system and the variety of chapter names based on whether they are tauqifi or ijtihadi.
In this study, the author employs a qualitative research method using library research. The findings of this research indicate that the arrangement of chapters in Nazam Ibrāhīmiyah is based on tauqifi, aligning with the Uthmani Mushaf and beginning from Al-Fātiḥah to An-Nās. As for the naming of the chapters, the majority adhere to tauqifi principles, while some exhibit an ijtihadi approach. Nazam Ibrāhīmiyah facilitates Quran memorizers and scholars in quickly and accurately memorizing the names of the Quranic chapters based on the Mushaf's arrangement in 15 verses.Al-Qur’an terdiri dari susunan ayat dan surat. Setiap surat Al-Qur’an diberikan nama khusus sebagai tanda dari surat tersebut. Penyebutan nama surat Al-Qur’an sesuai dalam mushaf yang berjumlah 114 surat yang diawali dari surat Al-Fatihah hingga surat An-Nas supaya mudah diingat dan dipelajari, salah satu kajian yang mengemaskan nama-nama surat tersebut yaitu menggunakan Nazam Ibrāhīmiyah. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai susunan dan nama surat yang terdapat dalam Naẓam Ibrāhīmiyah yang ditulis berbeda dari namanya dalam menyesuaikan naẓam maupun ragam nama surat berdasarkan sumbernya apakah tauqifi atau ijtihadi.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa susunan surat yang terdapat dalam Naẓam Ibrāhīmiyah yaitu berdasarkan tauqifi, susunannya sesuai dengan mushaf Uṣmani yang diawali surat Al-Fātiḥah hingga surat An-Nās. Adapun dalam penyebutan nama surat-suratnya sebagian besar tauqifi dan beberapa Ijtihadi. Naẓam Ibrāhīmiyah memudahkan para penghafal Al-Qur’an maupun para pengkaji Al-Qur’an untuk menghafalkan nama-nama surat Al-Qur’an secara cepat dan tepat berdasarkan susunan mushafi dalam 15 bait

Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the effect of Operational Costs on Operational Income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Financing To Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Operating Margin (NOM) on profitability as measured by Return On Equity as a research variable. The sample in this research is Bukopin Syariah's quarterly financial report for the 2015-2022 period. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling method so that 32 samples were obtained. The method used in this research uses the Error Correction Model method with a quantitative approach. The results of this research state that partially the Ratio (FDR) variable does not have a significant effect on ROE at PT. KB Bukopin Syariah, Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) has a positive influence on ROE. PT. KB Bukopin Syariah, then the CAR (CAR) variable does not have a positive effect on PT's ROE. KB Bank Bukopin Syariah, the NOM variable has a positive influence on ROE, while overall the FDR, BOPO, CAR, NOM and ROE variables have a significant influence

What is the maqashid shari'ah perspective on the role and contribution of women in the development of the sakinah family? This study uses a descriptive analysis method, namely to analyze and describe the role of women in family development from a maqashid shari'ah perspective. Based on the results of the description in this study, several positive and negative impacts of women who participate actively and participatively in the career world and the implications that the role and contribution of women are very positive in the development of the sakinah family and in accordance with the purpose of marriage, namely those contained in QS. al-Ruum (30) paragraph 21 and Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 Chapter I Article 1 (forming a happy and eternal family based on the One and Only God), and in accordance with maqashid shari'ah (the purpose of shari'ah), namely hifz ad-din which is to maintain religion in several forms of activities, which include carrying out mahdhah and ghair mahdhah worship, Hifz Al-Nafs is to maintain the soul and body of the family harmoniously and humanely while still paying attention to the needs of a decent life and staying away from unhealthy life habits., Hifz Al-Aql is able to maintain family sense while still paying attention to education both religious education and general education such as implementing government recommendations that send children to school as high as compulsory education for at least 12 years, Hifz an-nasl is to maintain offspring by making family planning programs only used to manage the distance between one child and another, and not only have two children for financial reasons because the sustenance of every child born is guaranteed, and the last hifz al-mal is to maintain property, both her husband's property and hers, because her role and contribution as a career woman can only help the husband to meet or meet the needs family, if not sufficient needs in daily life.Seiring dengan berkembangnya perubahan pola fikir perempuan yang turut aktif dan berpartisipatif dalam dunia karier perempuan, memberikan dampak positif dan negatif, yaitu berakibat dengan berkurangnya perhatian dan kewajiban perempuan dalam rumah tangganya. Akan tetapi perlu diingat, bahwa peran perempuan juga dapat memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar terhadap kesejahteraan dan keharmonisan dalam keluarga. Apa dampak positif dan negatif perempuan yang turut aktif dan berpartisipatif dalam dunia karir? Bagaimana perspektif maqashid syari’ah tentang peran dan kontribusi perempuan dalam pembangunan keluarga sakinah? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yaitu untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan peran perempuan dalam pembangunan keluarga sakinah perspektif maqashid syari’ah. Berdasarkan dari hasil uraian dalam penelitian ini, bahwa ditemukan beberapa dampak positif dan negatif perempuan yang turut aktif dan berpartisipatif dalam dunia karir dan implikasi bahwa peran dan kontribusi perempuan sangat positif dalam pembangunan keluarga sakinah dan sesuai dengan tujuan perkawinan yaitu yang terdapat dalam QS. al-Ruum (30) ayat 21 dan Undang-undang Perkawinan No. 1 Tahun 1974 BAB I Pasal 1 (membentuk keluarga yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa), serta sesuai dengan maqashid syari’ah (tujuan pensyariatan), yakni hifz ad-din yaitu menjaga agama dalam beberapa bentuk kegiatan, yang meliputi melaksanakan ibadah mahdhah dan ghair mahdhah, hifz al-nafs yaitu menjaga jiwa dan raga keluarga dengan harmonis dan humanis dengan tetap memperhatikan kebutuhan hidup yang layak dan menjauhi kebiasaan hidup yang tidak sehat., hifz al-aql yaitu dapat menjaga akal keluarga dengan tetap memperhatikan pendidikannya baik pendidikan agama dan pendidikan umum seperti melaksanakan anjuran pemerintah yakni menyekolahkan anak setingginya dengan wajib belajar minimal selama 12 tahun, hifz an-nasl yaitu menjaga keturunan dengan menjadikan program KB hanya digunakan untuk mengatur jarak antara anak yang satu dengan yang lainnya, dan tidak hanya memiliki dua anak dengan alasan finansial karena rezeki dari setiap anak yang dilahirkan sudah terjamin, dan yang terakhir hifz al- mal yaitu menjaga harta, baik harta suaminya maupun harta miliknya, karena peran dan kontribusi sebagai sebagai wanita karier hanya dapat membantu suami untuk memenuhi atau mencukupi terhadap kebutuhan keluarga, jikalau tidak mencukupi kebutuhan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
The Concept of Protecting Human Rights After the of Amendment 1945
Get PDFThe Amendment 1945 to the Basic Law was an important milestone in Indonesian fundamental law changes. One of the most striking changes is a more comprehensive and clear human rights provision in the constitution. The new articles, Articles 28A to 28J, explicitly regulate human rights, including civil and political rights, economic, social and cultural rights, as well as the right to the living environment. These changes raise questions about the implications and role of these changes in strengthening the protection and promotion of human rights in Indonesia. The constitutional amendment of Indonesia emphasized its status as a law-based state, a concept embodied in the 1945 constitution. The amendment gives greater legal power to protect and promote human rights, and also establishes a national committee on human rights principles and implementation. This article examines the impact of these changes and how these new articles have provided a stronger legal basis to ensure respect for and promotion of human rights. In addition, the article also discusses the country's commitment to human rights principles and efforts to implement them. The study suggests that changes in the constitution have provided a stronger foundation for the protection of human rights in Indonesia, although challenges in its implementation remain

Get PDFThis research explores the views of Taqi Misbah Yazdi in criticizing the theory of human freedom according to Jean Paul Sarte. The discourse of human freedom has indeed been widely discussed, especially in modern times, especially in philosophy. Even in the West, this freedom is central to the discussion. The emergence of existentialism proves that the question of freedom has become a polemic among existentialist philosophers such as Soren Kierkegaard, Martin Haidegger, Karl Jasper and others. Researchers will focus on discussing Sartre's existentialism about human freedom. The method for this research is qualitative because this research is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are emphasized in qualitative research. The theoretical base is used as a guide so that the research focus is in line with the facts in the field. In this research, in terms of the existence of values, all the freedom that Sartre does certainly has weaknesses, namely it leads to anxiety, whereas in essence Sartre's freedom begins with human awareness of "being" and then acts in a conscious "nothingness". In Yazdi's study, awareness in noting this will make man detached from divine will in value and spiritually, meaning that the understanding of an absolute being that is conscious with a temporary form like man cannot be understood and studied, because the feeling of not noting it blackens and empties oneself into something that in the end, man will never find his own essence.Keywords: Responsibility, Circle of Freedom, Fear, Facticity.Riset ini mengeksplorasi pandangan Taqi Misbah Yazdi dalam mengkritik teori kebebasan manusia menurut Jean Paul Sarte. Diskursus tentang kebebasan manusia, memang telah banyak dibicarakan terutama di era modern khususnya pada bidang filsafat. Bahkan di Barat, kebebasan menjadi topik sentral yang dibicarakan. Munculnya eksistensialisme membuktikan isu kebebasan menjadi salah satu yang menjadi polemik di kalangan filsuf-filsuf eksistensialis, seperti Soren Kierkegaard, Martin Haidegger, Karl Jasper dan lainnya. Peneliti akan fokus pada konsep Eksistensialisme Sartre tentang kebebasan manusia yang diulas melalui pandangan Taqi Mizbah Yazdi mengenai kebebasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena penelitian ini bersifat dekriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Proses dan makna (perspektif subjek) lebih ditonjolkan dalam penelitian kualitatif. Landasan teori dimanfaatkan sebagai pemandu agar fokus penelitian sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara eksistensi nilai, konsep kebebasan menurut Sartre terdapat kelemahan, yakni berujung pada kecemasan, sedangkan secara esensi, kebebasan Sartre diawali dari kesadaran manunsia dari “ada”, kemudian bertindak dalam “menidak” secara sadar. Dalam kajian Yazdi, kesadaran dalam menidak ini, akan menjadikan manusia terlepas dari kehendak ilahi secara nilai dan spiritual, artinya pehamahan tentang wujud mutlak yang sadar dengan wujud yang sementara seperti manusia, menjadi tidak bisa di pahami dan dikaji, karena rasa dari menidak tersebut, menghitamkan dan mengkosongkan diri menjadi apapun yang pada akhirnya, seorang manusia tidak akan pernah menemukan esensi dirinya
