Pembentukan Kepribadian Diri Yang Pro-Lingkungan Berbasis pada Prinsip-Prinsip Akhlak Tasawuf
Pro-Environmental Self-Personality is a concept that refers to the level of concern and responsibility for the environment. Pro-environmental behavior is an individual action in an effort to protect the environment or minimize the impact of environmental damage, as well as improve environmental conditions. Factors influencing pro-environmental behavior include knowledge, attitudes, motivations, effectiveness of consumer perception, childhood experiences, knowledge and education, personality, locus control, and awareness of pro-environmental behavior. Pro-environmental approaches shape behaviors that aim to preserve nature, such as energy saving, mobility and transportation, waste prevention, recycling, consumerism, and behaviors aimed at preserving nature The formation of pro-environmental behavior must be done early so that it can become a habit in life. Without a pro-environmental approach, the formation of a good personality will be impossible. The moral principles of Sufism are one approach that can be used to form a good and pro-environment personality. In this article, we will elaborate on the formation of a pro-environment personality based on the moral principles of Sufism.Kepribadian Diri Pro-Lingkungan adalah sebuah konsep yang mengacu pada tingkat kepedulian dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan hidup. Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah tindakan individu dalam upaya menjaga lingkungan hidup atau meminimalisir dampak kerusakan lingkungan, serta memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pro-lingkungan termasuk pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, efektivitas persepsi konsumen, pengalaman masa kecil, pengetahuan dan pendidikan, kepribadian, locus control, dan kesadaran perilaku pro-lingkungan. Pendekatan pro-lingkungan membentuk perilaku yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan alam, seperti penghematan energi, mobilitas dan transportasi, pencegahan limbah, daur ulang, konsumersime, dan perilaku yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan alam Pembentukan perilaku pro-lingkungan harus dilakukan sejak dini agar bisa menjadi kebiasaan di dalam kehidupan. anpa adanya pendekatan yang pro-lingkungan, pembentukan kepribadian yang baik akan menjadi tidak mungkin. Evolusi Filsafat Islam: Menjembatani Kearifan Kuno dan Pemikiran Kontemporer
The development of Islamic philosophy is often claimed as a golden bridge by some orientalists, as a result of which many assumptions conclude that Islam has no philosophy and is even considered irrational. However, Islamic philosophy has its own originality and has undergone a long development and experienced the ups and downs of debates between groups. Therefore, this research aims to: (1) trace the main factors in the development of Islamic philosophy; (2) explore the development, differences, and changes in Islamic philosophical thought; (3) examine the shift in Islamic philosophical thought. The method applied is a qualitative method, with a literature-based data collection method, and analysed by content analysis or context. The results showed that; (1) the main factor that became the initial foundation and even provided ammunition for the development of Islamic philosophy was the process of translating Greek monumental works starting from the Umayyad caliphate, especially during the time of Abdul Malik (685-705) to the Abbasid caliphate which reached its heyday during the time of al-Makmun (813-833); (2) the development of Islamic philosophical thought was supported by a number of figures who had integrated philosophy with religion, such as al-Kindi (806-875), al-Farabi (872-951), Ibn Sina (980-1037), and Ibn Rushd (1126-1198); (3) On the other hand, Islamic philosophical thought also experienced rejection and criticism by a number of fiqh scholars, such as Ahmad Ibn Hanbal (806-875), al-Ghazali (1058-1111), and Ibn Taymiyyah (1263-1328).Perkembangan filsafat Islam seringkali diklaim sebagai jembatan emas oleh sebagian kalangan orientalis, alhasil banyak asumsi yang menyimpulkan bahwa islam tidak memiliki filsafat bahkan dinilai tidak rasional. Kendati demikian, filsafat islam memiliki orisinalitas tersendiri dan telah mengalami perkembangan yang cukup panjang serta mengalami pasang surut perdebatan antar golongan. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) melacak faktor utama perkembangan filsafat islam; (2) mengeksplorasi perkembangan, perbedaan, dan perubahan pemikiran filsafat islam; (3) menelaah pergeseran pemikiran filsafat islam. Adapun metode yang diterapkan merupakan metode kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berbasis kepustakaan, serta dianalisis dengan analisis isi atau context. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) faktor utama yang menjadi fondasi awal bahkan memberi amunisi terhadap perkembangan filsafat islam adalah proses penerjemahan karya monumental Yunani mulai masa kekhalifahan Umayyah, khususnya pada masa Abdul Malik (685-705) hingga masa Khalifah Abbasiyyah yang mencapai masa kejayaannya pada masa al-Makmun (813-833); (2) perkembangan pemikiran filsafat islam didukung oleh segenap tokoh yang telah mengintegrasikan antara filsafat dengan agama, seperti al-Kindi (806-875), al-Farabi (872-951), Ibnu Sina (980-1037), dan Ibnu Rusyd (1126-1198); (3) di sisi lain, pemikiran filsafat islam juga mengalami penolakan dan pengkritisan oleh segenap tokoh ulama fiqh, sebagaimana Ahmad Ibnu Hanbal (806-875), al-Ghazali (1058-1111), dan Ibnu Taimiyyah (1263-1328)
Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Generasi Milenial dalam Menggunakan Produk Asuransi Syari’ah
Sharia insurance is one of the sharia financial products chosen by the public, especially the millennial generation who are Muslim. This is because there is awareness regarding insurance that does not contain usury, gharar and maisir, so sharia insurance is chosen because it is guided by sharia principles. Basically, the millennial generation in Bengkalis is interested in using sharia insurance products. However, there are many reasons why this desire is not realized, one of which is because the number of sharia insurance agents or companies in Bengkalis is very small. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection tools in the form of interviews and literature studies. The research results show that the millennial generation, especially those who adhere to the Islamic religion, are interested in using sharia insurance products. However, in Bengkalis it is still very rare to find sharia insurance companies or agents so that the desire of the millennial generation to use sharia insurance cannot be realized optimally. There are several factors that can influence the millennial generation's interest in using sharia insurance, including religiosity (religion), promotional factors, social factors, personal factors, financial literacy factors, and income factors. The author also provides advice to the parties concerned, especially on Bengkalis Island, to provide outreach to the millennial generation regarding sharia insurance products and expand the target market by increasing the number of sharia insurance companies or agents to accommodate the interests of the millennial generation in Bengkalis towards sharia insurance products
Tasawuf dan Psikologi Positif Menjembatani Spiritualitas dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis
This research aims to understand how the combination of Sufism and positive psychology can bridge the gap between spiritual and psychological aspects in achieving optimal psychological well-being. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, which is a research method that elaborates on the content of findings so that they can serve as research examples by summarizing or clarifying the discussion of the issues to be investigated, through articles or journals and also references from books to provide a strong foundation in the content or discussion. The results of this study indicate that spirituality plays an important role in supporting psychological well-being, as it can provide deeper meaning and purpose in life, helping individuals face life's challenges in a more positive and hopeful manner. In many traditions, including Islam, spirituality is associated with practices that help individuals draw closer to God and develop inner awareness, such as through prayer, dhikr, and self-introspection (muhasabah). It also shows that spiritual practices can complement modern psychological therapy by offering holistic solutions that encompass mental, emotional, and social aspects. The combination of these spiritual practices with modern psychology creates a framework for enhancing psychological well-being amidst the complex challenges of life.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kombinasi tasawuf dan psikologi positif dapat menjembatani antara aspek spiritual dan psikologis dalam mencapai kesejahteraan psikologis yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode literatur review merupakan cara penelitian dengan menjabarkan isi dari temuan sehingga dapat dijadikan contoh penelitian dengan cara merangkum atau memperjelas pembahasan isi masalah yang ingin diteliti, melalui artikel atau jurnal dan juga referensi dari buku supaya bisa dijadikan suatu dasar yang kuat dalam isi atau pembahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis, karena dapat memberikan makna dan tujuan hidup yang lebih dalam, membantu individu menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan cara yang lebih positif dan penuh harapan. Dalam banyak tradisi, termasuk Islam, spiritualitas terkait dengan praktik-praktik yang membantu individu mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan dan mengembangkan kesadaran batin, seperti melalui doa, zikir, dan introspeksi diri (muhasabah) juga menunjukkan bahwa praktik spiritual dapat menjadi pelengkap terapi psikologis modern, dengan menawarkan solusi holistik yang mencakup aspek mental, emosional, dan sosial. Kombinasi praktik spiritual ini dengan psikologi modern menciptakan kerangka untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis di tengah tantangan hidup yang kompleks
Comparison of Hajj Fund Investment Policies Between Indonesia and Malaysia: Analysis Study of Management, Governance, and Global Challenges
The Hajj pilgrimage has a high spiritual value and is obligatory for Muslims who are physically and financially able. The implementation of the Hajj pilgrimage requires significant costs, both for departure and services in the holy land, so the management of Hajj funds is a crucial aspect to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of services. In Indonesia, Hajj funds are managed by the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH), which uses sharia-based investment instruments to optimize investment returns and support the financing of the Hajj pilgrimage. In contrast, Malaysia through the Hajj Savings Institution (TH) manages Hajj funds with a more integrated approach, which includes not only investment, but also savings and subsidies for Hajj pilgrims. The management and investment of Hajj funds in Indonesia focus on investment diversification in sharia capital market instruments, while Malaysia emphasizes real asset-based management such as property and agribusiness. These differences reflect differences in the economic context, regulations, and institutional capacity of each country. Good governance plays an important role in building public trust in the management of Hajj funds. This study aims to examine the differences in hajj fund management and investment policies between Indonesia and Malaysia, the role of good governance in building public trust, and the opportunities and challenges in aligning the hajj fund investment policies of the two countries to face global challenges. The method used in this study is a literature study. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the development of transparent, accountable, and sharia-compliant hajj fund investment policies
Enhancing Javanese Speaking Skills In First Grade Students Through Series Picture Media: A Study In Indonesian Primary Education
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of series picture media in enhancing Javanese Serang speaking skills among first-grade students at SDIT Bina Insan. To achieve this, a qualitative research method was employed, involving observations and interviews with both students and teachers to gather comprehensive data on the media’s impact and effectiveness. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' speaking abilities in Javanese Serang, as well as an increased interest in Javanese language lessons. The series picture media, characterized by its vibrant and varied images, effectively engaged students and contributed to a more interactive and enjoyable learning experience. The study concludes that series picture media is a valuable educational resource for enhancing language acquisition and fostering enthusiasm for learning among young students. Based on these findings, it is recommended that educators integrate series picture media into their curriculum to support language development and maintain high levels of student engagemen
KONTEKSTUALISASI KEADILAN DALAM HUKUM QISASH : (PERSPEKTIF QS. AL-MAIDAH AYAT 45)
The law of qisas is one part of Islamic criminal law, also known as fiqh al-jinayah. Islamic criminal law or fiqh al-jinayah encompasses all legal provisions regarding criminal acts committed by humans, especially accountable individuals, and as jurisprudence, it is the result of understanding the detailed legal evidence in the Quran and Hadith. Qisas is one of God's rules that must be implemented. Despite the disagreements among legal experts regarding the procedures for implementing qisas, there are principles of justice that should be considered and cannot be found in the implementation of other laws. This is part of God's Justice, which always seeks the welfare of humanity. The qisas law we examined uses the perspective of the Quran, specifically Surah al-Maidah verse 45, focusing on the contextualization of justice in qisas law.Hukum qisash merupakan salah satu bagian dari hukum pidana dalam Islam atau biasa diistilahkan dengan fiqh al-jinayah. Hukum pidana Islam atau fiqh al-jinayah adalah segala ketentuan hukum mengenai tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh manusia khususnya mukallaf, dan sebagai fikih ia merupakan hasil dari pemahaman atas dalildalil hukum yang terinci di dalam al-Qur’an dan hadis. Qisash merupakan salah satu aturan dari Tuhan yang wajib dilaksanakan. Terlepas dari pertentangan yang terjadi di kalangan pakar hukum tentang tata cara pelaksanaan hukum qisas tersebut, terdapat nilai-nilai keadilan yang patut dipertimbangkan dan tidak akan didapati dalam pelaksanaan hukum selainnya. Hal itu merupakan bagian dari ke-Mahaadilan Tuhan yang senantiasa menginginkan kemaslahatan bagi manusia. K.H. Djamaludin Ahmad dan Pemikirannya Tentang Rebo Wekasan
This research aims to analyze the thoughts of KH. Djamaludin Ahmad regarding the Rebo Wekasan tradition. The research method involves a literature review of the works of KH Djamal, including an analysis of the understanding and application of this concept in the context of daily life. This study employs a religious sociology approach to identify the religious values contained in Rebo Wekasan as proposed by KH Djamal's thoughts. The research discusses KH Djamal's persona, including his biography, contributions, and role in society, as well as his thoughts on Rebo Wekasan. Additionally, the study explores Rebo Wekasan in the daily practices of society and how the community responds to the ritual within Rebo Wekasan. There are differing opinions among scholars regarding the celebration of Rebo Wekasan. In this regard, KH Djamal believes that Rebo Wekasan should be celebrated with mandatory prayers, prayers for safety, and the recitation of Surah Yasin
Analisis Perbandingan Efisiensi Pada Bank Syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia Dengan Pendekatan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)
This study analyzes the efficiency of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia from 2019 to 2022 using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The input variables include total assets, equity, and operational costs, while the output variables are financing and net profit. By analyzing data from five Islamic banks in each country, this study compares efficiency levels, highlights changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, and identifies factors contributing to inefficiency. The analysis shows that some banks maintained full efficiency, while others experienced a decline due to increased operational costs and lower profitability, especially during the pandemic. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The study uses financial data from Islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia from 2019 to 2022. The results show that Islamic banks in Indonesia have lower efficiency levels than those in Malaysia.Penelitian ini menganalisis efisiensi bank syariah di Indonesia dan Malaysia dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022 menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Variabel input meliputi total aset, ekuitas, dan biaya operasional, sementara variabel output adalah pembiayaan dan laba bersih. Dengan menganalisis data dari lima bank syariah di masing-masing negara, penelitian ini membandingkan tingkat efisiensi, menyoroti perubahan selama pandemi COVID-19, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap inefisiensi. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa beberapa bank mempertahankan efisiensi penuh, sementara yang lain mengalami penurunan efisiensi karena peningkatan biaya operasional dan profitabilitas yang lebih rendah, terutama selama pandemi. EFEKTIVITAS TAHAPAN FASILITAS SEBAGAI SISTEM PENGAWASAN DAN PENATAAN TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN PERATURAN KEPALA DAERAH BERKUALITAS DI KOTA AMBON
Hakekat negara hukum terletak pada keabsahan tindakan pemerintah berdasarkan regulasi. Pemerintah wajib berlandaskan peraturan perundang-undangan, meskipun terdapat ruang kebebasan bertindak. Penelitian ini membahas ketidaksesuaian tahapan fasilitasi oleh gubernur terhadap Peraturan Kepala Daerah kabupaten/kota dengan peraturan yang berlaku, serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pemerintah daerah dalam pembentukan dan penetapan Peraturan Kepala Daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fasilitasi oleh gubernur tidak sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan peraturan perundang-undangan, yang berdampak pada kepatuhan pemerintah daerah. Hal ini menghambat proses pembentukan dan penetapan Peraturan Kepala Daerah secara efektif. Kesimpulannya, pelaksanaan tahapan fasilitasi memerlukan evaluasi agar lebih sesuai dengan prinsip hukum yang berlaku, dengan rekomendasi pelimpahan kewenangan fasilitasi kepada Perancang Peraturan Perundang-Undangan dari Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM untuk memastikan harmonisasi dan kualitas regulasi daerah
