Hasil penulisan artikel ini menunjukan bahwa sistem kerja yang dibangun oleh kepala sekolah SMPIT Banten Islamic School dengan tagline Sakinah mawadah warahmah mendapatkan respon positif dari semua elemen yang ada di sekolah, baik dari tenaga pendidik, staff dan juga siswa yang memang merasakan dampak dari penerapan lingkungan kerja tersebu

In the Islamic context, the Koran provides clear instructions regarding the duties and functions of parents in the education of their children. These two verses, At-Tahrim verse 6 and Luqman verse 13, emphasize the role, responsibility and function of parents in guiding their children. This article aims to explore this concept and its relevance to modern education from a Quranic perspective. Through analysis of these two verses, this article explores the role of parents as spiritual guides, their responsibility for the religious, moral and physical education of their children, as well as as role models, supporters and guides. This article also highlights the relevance of these concepts in the context of inclusive education and parent-school collaboration. Therefore, this article examines the important role of parents in giving birth to a quality generation based on the teachings of the Koran.Peran penting orang tua ketika mendidik anak lahir dan batin. Dalam konteks Islam, Al-Quran memberikan petunjuk yang jelas tentang tugas dan fungsi orang tua dalam pendidikan anak-anaknya. Kedua ayat tersebut, At-Tahrim ayat 6 dan Luqman ayat 13, menekankan peran, tanggung jawab dan fungsi orang tua dalam membimbing anak-anaknya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep ini dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan modern dari perspektif Al-Quran. Melalui analisis kedua ayat tersebut, artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran orang tua sebagai pembimbing spiritual, tanggung jawab mereka terhadap pendidikan agama, moral dan jasmani anak-anak mereka, serta sebagai teladan, pendukung dan pembimbing. The Nature of Allah in the Perspective of Shia, Mu'tazilah and Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah
No full textThis research aims to find out more about the attributes of God and their division in terms of similarities and differences between Shia, Mu'tazilah and Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. These three schools recognize that God has properties based on God's revelation, such as qudrat, hayat, iradah, bashar, sama, qadim, wujud, and kalam. The division of God's attributes is based on reason. Although there are differences, they do not interfere with the basis of Islamic faith, such as Mu'tazilah rejecting the existence of God's attributes but recognizing the existence of God's Substance and its division. Shia divides the nature of God into two things: the nature of Tsubutiyah and Salbiya. Mu'tazilah has three properties of God's Substance, namely the Fi'li nature of God, the nature of God's Substance, and God's Body. Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah has three attributes: obligatory nature, impossible nature, and Jaiz nature of God. The difference is used as knowledge and God's mercy and should not fade the unity of Islam

This advice aims to provide clear and specific legal references. Then, the latest regulation regarding UUS issued by the OJK. The Sharia Financial Services Authority (OJK) has issued a regulation regarding the spin-off of Sharia Business Units from Conventional Commercial Banks (BUK). This study aims to analyze OJK regulations regarding Sharia Business Units that have undergone spin-offs from the perspective of the legal system according to Lawrence M. Friedman, focusing on structural, substance, and cultural aspects, as well as the perspective of Islamic law regarding sharia compliance and ethical considerations. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with a sociological juridical approach that evaluates regulations based on legal principles and ethical considerations. Data was collected by means of documentation from Indonesian laws related to spin-offs, including Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking. This regulation has a positive impact on the development of Sharia Business Units during the spin-off by increasing budget transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency leading to sustainable growth and compliance with Islamic principles
The Impact of Indonesia Netizens on Justice and Law Enforcement: Maslahah Mursalah Perspective
Get PDFLaw has the aim of creating order and regularity which includes elements of law enforcement, and society. While harmonization is expected to proceed smoothly, the actual situation differs. People as justice seekers who have no authority and power, they can only rely on social media to get the attention of the government and the wider community to uphold justice from irregularities that occur in the realm of public law and courts. The research methodology involves using qualitative methods with an empirical approach. The results of the study will reveal from some public realities negative hashtags for law enforcement and courts that are deliberately viralized by the public to get justice. Public efforts using social media are very effective and able to change normative matters that are slow and not transparent, so that they become fast and build criticism for law enforcement for irregularities that occur in public spaces. It can even help and reveal some facts that occur and are experienced by the community in order to avoid abuse of authority over conflicts of interest in the legal realm in order to create just legal goals. The hashtag no viral no justice has emerged as a public response to legal irregularities. It is evaluated based on national law and the principles of Islamic law, playing a crucial role in assessing the boundaries of legal norms in Indonesia
The Law Enforcement of Guarantees Halal Products in Indonesia
No full textLaw No. 33 of 2014 concerning GUARANTEES Halal Products states that products that enter, circulate, and are traded in the territory of Indonesia must be halal certified, except for products with ingredients that are prohibited. Business actors who do not carry out their obligations in halal certification can be subject to administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions. Based on the provisions above, law enforcement for Halal Product Guarantee must at least look at the factors of legal certainty, enforcement officers, facilities, culture and society. The main problem in this research; First, how is the JPH law enforcement process considering that until now there are still many industrial products that have not carried out halal certification. Second, how are the procedures for applying criminal or administrative sanctions applied to products that violate the provisions of halal certification. This study aims to determine the law enforcement of halal product guarantees in Indonesia in terms of the aspects of legal certainty, justice and benefits for all economic actors in Indonesia. This study uses the method of literature review (library research), namely research based on the opinions of legal experts. The research results conclude that; first, in the process of enforcing the law on halal product guarantees, it refers to other provisions that have been presented by the government, such as PP No. 31 of 2019, PP no. 39 of 2021, Minister of Religion Regulation No. 26 of 2019, Law no. 21 of 2000, Law no. 8 of 1999. As of October 17, 2024, the imposition of sanctions on business actors who do not yet have halal certification has not been enforced, however, products that already have halal certification but commit serious violations by using illegal substances can be subject to criminal provisions since Law Number 33 of 2014 was declared effective (5 Years after stipulation). Second, criminal provisions for violations of halal-certified products can refer to Article 4a, Article 7, Article 8f, and Article 62 paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Law. Settlement of the criminal case also refers to the provisions of the criminal procedural law which are the territory of the general court
Dekonstruksi Filosofi Pendidikan Pesantren Salafiyah: Studi Analisis Konsep Sanad Keilmuan Pesantren Al-Haqiqi Sidosermo Surabaya
Get PDFScholarly sanad is one of the concepts in the philosophy of education of pesantren salafiyah centrally and fundamentally. This research attempts to deconstructively examine this concept from the perspective of Pesantren Al-Haqiqi Sidosermo Surabaya, identified as pesantren salafiyah. It employs a qualitative method with a philosophical approach. Data were collected through interviews and participatory observation, involving caregivers, teachers, and students from the pesantren. The data was analyzed using Derrida’s deconstruction theory. The results reveal that the Pesantren Al-Haqiqi emphasizes the urgency of scholarly sanad in the teaching-learning process, believing it preserves the purity of Islamic teachings from Prophet Muhammad, ensures continuity of knowledge with the Prophet, and brings blessings. However, considering the human dimension in education, which includes subjective and contextual factors, this raises ambiguities and oddities in its meaning and assumptions. The same applies to the guarantee of knowledge continuity and blessings. Recognition of the plurality of knowledge sources, critical examination of traditional authorities, and the development of contextual and innovative skills emerge as reconstructive responses to these ambiguities and oddities. This strengthens the assumption that Islam is a doctrine for all times and places that has momentarily been shaken.Sanad keilmuan merupakan salah satu konsep dalam filosofi pendidikan pesantren salafiyah yang begitu sentral dan fundamental. Penelitian ini berupaya mengkaji sanad keilmuan perspektif Pesantren Al-Haqiqi Sidosermo Surabaya yang teridentifikasi sebagai pesantren salafiyah secara dekonstruktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan filosofis. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi partisipatif. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup pengasuh, pengajar, dan santri dari pesantren tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teori dekonstruksi Derrida. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Al-Haqiqi menekankan urgensi sanad keilmuan dalam proses belajar-mengajar. Hal ini dilakukan dengan anggapan dapat menjaga kemurnian ajaran Islam dari Rasulullah SAW, menggaransi ketersambungan ilmu dengan Rasulullah SAW, dan memperoleh keberkahan. Namun, berbicara untuk menjaga kemurnian jika turut meninjau dimensi kemanusiaan manusia sebagai pelaku pendidikan yang tidak luput dari faktor subjektif dan kontekstual, memunculkan kejanggalan dan ambiguitas dalam makna dan asumsinya. Demikian pula berkaitan dengan garansi ketersambungan ilmu dan keberkahan. Pengakuan terhadap pluralitas sumber pengetahuan, pemikiran kritis terhadap otoritas tradisional, dan pengembangan keterampilan kontekstual dan inovatif menjadi tawaran rekonstruktif merespons ambiguitas dan problematika tersebut. Based on its meaning, diction in this research is separated into two categories: denotational meaning and connotative meaning. This research aims to describe the types of diction found in the novel A Good Girl's Guide to Murdered by Holly Jackson. In this research we used qualitative methods to obtain data, in this qualitative approach, we used a case study approach. The data collection technique in this method is by describing or investigating the subject or object. Descriptive methods are also used for research procedures or solving problems that are investigated by describing subjects or objects as well. Based on the results of the data analysis, there are two types of diction based on meaning. The novel also succeeded in making readers feel what was written in the novel. For this reason, the author has also succeeded in making readers enjoy the plot of the story while the most dominant meaning is that the research is widely used because it fits the context of the story in the novel
Verbal Humor in American Situational Comedy the Office: Semantics View
Get PDFThe semantic analysis attempts to define and completely comprehend the word’s meaning. The purpose of this study was to delve into the types of lexical relations in verbal humor and investigate the humor styles of the American sitcom The Office. This study used a qualitative design to collect data on verbal humor. The findings revealed that The Office frequently uses homonym, polysemy, hyponym, antonym and synonym in the construction of humor and potentially creates a humorous effect. Additionally, the humor style of the sitcom is sarcastic humor. It can be concluded that linguistically the use of homonym, polysemy, hyponym, antonym and synonym in the punchline provides an amusing effect and generates a comical situation. On the other hand, it also creates an ambiguity effect which results in a double interpretation of certain jokes due to the multiple meanings of a single word
