A problem that often arises and has the potential to disrupt Indonesia's national economy in utilizing fisheries and marine resources is the practice of fish theft or what can be called Illegal Fishing which is part of IUUF Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported Fishing Practices by foreign fishermen and local fishermen who use fleet of foreign fishing vessels and fishing gear that can damage marine ecosystems. The fisheries potential that is owned is an economic potential that can be utilized for national economic development. Many problems that arise and have the potential to disrupt the Indonesian national economy in utilizing fisheries and marine resources are the practice of illegal fishing or IUU Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported fishing practices by fishermen using Fleets of foreign fishing vessels and fishing gear that can damage marine ecosystems are the ones that cause the most harm to the country. Analisis SWOT InsurTech Produk Wakaf Asuransi Syariah
Insurance companies in Indonesia, especially sharia insurance, are currently increasingly developing with various strategies. One strategy is through an InsurTech approach to sharia insurance waqf products that will be offered to the public. Based on the background above, how to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Branch Cilegon Prov. Banten. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of InsurTech Sharia Insurance Waqf Products at PT Asuransi Jiwa Bersama Bumi Putera 1912 Cilegon Branch, Banten Province. This type of research is field case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source in this research comes from interviews with stakeholders. Meanwhile, secondary data in this research comes from books, several journals and the company's official website. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the condition of the Bumi Putera Muda 1912 Cilegon Branch is in an unfavorable position. However, there are several strategies that can be an alternative choice for companies in developing digital technology. Among them are: First, the SO (Strength Opportunity) Strategy, such as creating various contemporary innovations in modern applications in order to attract digital markets and collaboration. 
Analisis BPJS Kesehatan Ditinjau dari Perspektif Asuransi Syariah
Analysis of BPJS Health from a sharia insurance perspective is an important topic in studying the effectiveness of the health system in Indonesia. This research aims to understand the extent to which the implementation of BPJS Health can be aligned with sharia insurance principles, as well as its impact on public health services. The analysis method includes literature studies related to sharia insurance principles and evaluation of BPJS Health's performance in providing health protection for participants. The results of the analysis show that although BPJS Health has succeeded in providing wider access to health for the Indonesian people, there are still several aspects that are not in line with sharia insurance principles. Some of these include fund management, payment mechanisms, and uncertainty of benefits for participants. This study provides insight into the importance of harmonization between the national health insurance system and sharia values. The implication of this analysis is the need for reform in the structure and operations of BPJS Health to pay more attention to sharia principles in order to increase the effectiveness, fairness and sustainability of the national health system. Further research could focus on implementation strategies that are more in line with sharia insurance principles to improve the health system as a whole
KEWENANGAN PENJABAT KEPALA DESA DALAM MENGANGKAT PERANGKAT DESA (STUDI KASUS DESA MEKARJAYA KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG)
Asas proporsionalitas merupakan salah satu asas penting dalam hukum perjanjian. Pemerintahan desa dipimpin oleh seorang kepala desa, namun dalam sebab tertentu, kepala desa tidak dapat lagi melaksakan tugasnya , maka kepemimpinan di pemerintahan desa diambil alih oleh penjabat kepala desa. dalam pelaksanaan tugas memerintah desa, penjabat kepala desa dibantu oleh perangkat desa. dalam hal ini dilakukan analisis terhadap kewenangan penjabat desa teradap pengangkatan perangkat desa dengan dilakukan penelitian normative melalui studi Pustaka, dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undanfan terhadap pokok masalah yang diteliti. Adapun hasil analisis penetian ini adalah penjabat kepala desa memeiliki kewenangan yang sama dengan kepala desa secara definitive berdasarkan pasal 4A ayat 2), tentang peraturan menteri dalam negeri nomor 83 tahun 2015, yaitu pengangkatan dan pemberhentian perangkat desa.
Fenomenologi Proses Pembelajaran Program BTQ melalui Metode Al-Baghdadi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Bustanul Huda Langsa
This research aims to find out the phenomenology of the BTQ Program Learning Process Using the Al-Baghdadi Method at the Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bustanul Huda Langsa. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The data sources obtained came from literature studies, events or activities, and various informants (teachers and students at MTsS Bustanul Huda Langsa). The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model.The results of the research concluded that, (1) There was a change in students' reading and writing of the Al-Qur'an, previously they were unable to pronounce the hijaiyah letters correctly due to the teachers' lack of desire to focus on pronouncing these letters. And now they are better able to pronounce the hijaiyah letters, especially letters that are classified as difficult, such as ط ظ ع غ ض ح ق. (2) The application of the Al-Baghdadi method in the learning process of the BTQ program has progressed to the point that students are able to understand the rules contained in the Al-Qur'an such as Makharijul Letters, Tajwid and writing rules. (3) This learning process activity is carried out by spelling each letter, this method also makes it easier for students to practice the spelling of the letters in the Al-Qur'an. The introduction of hijaiyah letters starts from alif, ba, ta and so on.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Fenomenologi Proses Pembelajaran Program BTQ Melalui Metode Al-Baghdadi Di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Bustanul Huda Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sumber data yang diperoleh berasal dari studi Pustaka, peristiwa ataupun aktivitas, dan berbagai informan (guru dan siswa MTsS Bustanul Huda Langsa). Teknik analisi data yang digunakan yaitu model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat perubahan pada siswa-siswi dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an yang sebelumnya mereka tidak mampu melafalkan huruf hijaiyah dengan benar dikarenakan kurangnya kemauan guru-guru dalam memfokuskan penyebutan huruf-huruf tersebut. Dan sekarang mereka sudah lebih mampu dalam melafalkan huruf-huruf hijaiyah, khusus nya huruf-huruf yang tergolong sulit seperti, ط ظ ع غ ض ح ق. (2) Penerapan metode Al-Baghdadi pada proses pembelajaran program BTQ ini mengalami kemajuan yang dimana siswa-siswi sudah dapat mengetahui kaidah-kaidah yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an seperti Makharijul Huruf, Tajwid dan Kaidah penulisan. (3) Aktifitas proses pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan cara eja per hurufnya, cara ini juga mempermudah siswa-siswi untuk melatih ejaan huruf-huruf dalam Al-Qur’an. PENERAPAN METODE “ROLE PLAYING” MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL DI PERGURUAN TINGGI
This research aims to examine the application of the "role playing" method through digital learning media in English and Mathematics courses at universities. This type of research is classroom action research carried out to improve students' communication skills and understanding of mathematical concepts. The target of this research is second semester students taking English and Mathematics courses at a university in Indonesia. The subjects of this research are lecturers and students who are directly involved in the learning process, while the research object is the application of the "role playing" method and digital learning media. The population in this study were all students who took these two courses, and the sample was taken by purposive sampling of 60 students. Data collection techniques include observation, test and questionnaires to obtain qualitative and quantitative data. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The research results show that the application of the "role playing" method through digital learning media significantly improves communication skills in English and understanding of concepts in Mathematics. Students also show increased learning motivation and active participation in class. Implementation of this method is recommended to enrich learning strategies in higher education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode "role playing" melalui media pembelajaran digital dalam mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika di perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dan pemahaman konsep matematika mahasiswa. Sasaran dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester dua yang mengambil mata kuliah Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika di sebuah perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dosen dan mahasiswa yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah penerapan metode "role playing" dan media pembelajaran digital. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang mengikuti kedua mata kuliah tersebut, dan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 60 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, test dan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode "role playing" melalui media pembelajaran digital secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dan pemahaman konsep dalam Matematika. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar dan partisipasi aktif dalam kelas. Implementasi metode ini direkomendasikan untuk memperkaya strategi pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi
Epistemologi Sebagai Metodologi Landasan Ilmiah Untuk Pengembangan Teori Baru Bidang Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
Epistemologi atau teori ilmu pengetahuan merupakan kajian yang berguna, karena ia membahas aspek kehidupan manusia yang amat fundamental yaitu ilmu pengetahuan. Epistemologi mengkaji secara filosofis tentang asal, struktur, metode, validitas dan tujuan ilmu pengetahuan. Artikel ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Ilmu pendidikan Islam bukanlah merupakan bangunan abadi, karena ilmu sebenarnya merupakan sesuatu yang tidak pernah selesai. It is a never-ending process. Epistemologi sebagai landasan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan Kendati ilmu didasarkan pada kerangka objektif, rasional sistematis, logis, empiris, dan wahyu sumber-sumber ilmu pengetahuan: (1) pancaindra yang telah menghasilkan pengetahuan, dimana hakikat pengetahuan ini adalah "a phenomena or a show of the object known"; (2) rasio atau verstand, suatu konsep atau pengertian dari objek yang ingin diketahui, maka pengetahuan di sini sama dengan kognisi(kesadaran); (3) otoritas atau penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan; dan (4) wahyu, di mana pengetahuan yang didapatinya tidak lagi berdasarkan penalaran melainkan kepada keyakinan dan kepercayaan dirinya tentang sesuatu yang diyakini
Keterwakilan Perempuan di Birokrasi: Fenomena Glass Ceilling Pada Kementerian Republik Indonesia
As time progresses, the involvement of women becomes significantly apparent in various aspects of life such as education, healthcare, economy, and politics, as well as being crucial within bureaucracy. Despite the importance of women's involvement in bureaucracy, there still exists gender inequality particularly in occupying certain positions. The phenomenon known as the glass ceiling inhibits the career advancement of female workers. In Indonesia, this glass ceiling phenomenon is further reinforced by the patriarchal culture, making it difficult for women working in government ministries to attain promotions or higher positions. Research conducted using qualitative methods, employing books, journals, articles, and other sources as data, indicates that in Indonesia, there are still several obstacles hindering women from advancing in their careers. These obstacles include a lack of awareness and understanding about the importance of gender equality among leaders within the ministry environment. Data also indicates a very low representation of women in crucial positions within Indonesian ministries. However, there are several ways to address the glass ceiling phenomenon, such as setting examples for society that women can be leaders, empowering female employees, and providing skill training to instill knowledge and confidence for them to become leaders.

RELEVANSI POSITIVISME AUGUSTE COMTE DALAM KEMAJUAN SISTEM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MODERN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis relevansi pemikiran positivisme Auguste Comte dalam mendukung kemajuan sistem pendidikan islam modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi positivisme Auguste Comte dalam kemajuan sistem pendidikan islam modern. Metode ini melibatkan pengumpulan, analisis, dan sintesis literatur yang relevan, termasuk buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel dari sumber tepercaya yang membahas positivisme, pemikiran Auguste Comte, serta penerapannya dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa positivisme yang dikembangkan oleh Auguste Comte mempengaruhi pendidikan Islam modern dengan menekankan pengukuran dan evaluasi berbasis data, yang terlihat dalam kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Teknologi seperti Learning Management Systems (LMS) mendukung pendekatan ini, memungkinkan evaluasi belajar yang lebih akurat dan berbasis bukti. Namun, pendekatan positivistik dikritik karena mengabaikan aspek sosial dan emosional, yang juga penting dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Fokus berlebihan pada aspek kognitif dapat mengurangi penekanan pada nilai moral dan keterampilan sosial yang sulit diukur secara kuantitatif. Banyak institusi pendidikan kini menggabungkan pendekatan positivistik dengan metode humanistik untuk mendukung perkembangan karakter dan keterampilan sosial, menciptakan pendidikan yang lebih seimbang dan holistik.The purpose of this study is to analyze the relevance of Auguste Comte's positivism thinking in supporting the progress of the modern education system. This research uses the library research method to explore the relevance of Auguste Comte's positivism in the advancement of the modern education system. This method involves collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing relevant literature, including books, scholarly journals, and articles from reliable sources that discuss positivism, Auguste Comte's thought, as well as its application in the educational context. The results of this study show that positivism developed by Auguste Comte influenced modern education by emphasizing data-based measurement and evaluation, which is seen in the competency-based curriculum. Technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) supports this approach, enabling more accurate and evidence-based evaluation of learning. However, the positivistic approach is criticized for neglecting social and emotional aspects, which are also important in the formation of student character. An excessive focus on cognitive aspects can de-emphasize moral values and social skills that are difficult to measure quantitatively. Many educational institutions now combine positivistic approaches with humanistic methods to support the development of character and social skills, creating a more balanced and holistic education
ANALISIS EMPAT TINDAKAN SOSIAL WEBER DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS PROYEK DI SMAN 1 AMPEK ANGKEK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keempat jenis tindakan sosial Weber dalam proses PBL di SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai dinamika sosial yang terjadi antara siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) di SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek menggabungkan tindakan rasional instrumental dan berorientasi nilai, yang berperan penting dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Tindakan rasional instrumental terlihat dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proyek yang sistematis, sementara tindakan rasional berorientasi nilai membangun integrasi sosial melalui nilai-nilai kerja sama, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, tindakan afektif dan tradisional juga memainkan peran penting dalam dinamika kelompok dan pembentukan kebiasaan belajar, dengan tindakan afektif yang mendukung kerja sama dan motivasi, serta tindakan tradisional yang menanamkan nilai-nilai budaya seperti gotong royong dan disiplin. Meskipun tantangan teknologi dapat menguji keberlanjutan nilai tradisional, integrasi antara tradisi dan inovasi dapat menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam mengelola kedua dimensi ini secara sinergis.. This study aims to analyze the role of Weber's four types of social action in the Project-Based Learning (PBL) process at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to provide an in-depth understanding of the social dynamics between students and teachers during the learning process. The findings indicate that the implementation of PBL at SMAN 1 Ampek Angkek integrates instrumental-rational and value-oriented actions, which play a vital role in achieving learning objectives. Instrumental-rational actions are evident in the systematic planning and execution of projects, while value-oriented actions foster social integration through values of cooperation, tolerance, and responsibility. Additionally, affective and traditional actions also contribute significantly to group dynamics and the development of learning habits. Affective actions support collaboration and motivation, while traditional actions instill cultural values such as mutual assistance and discipline. Despite technological challenges that may test the sustainability of traditional values, integrating tradition and innovation can create effective and relevant learning experiences. The teacher’s role as a facilitator is crucial in managing these dimensions synergistically
