    Are The Link Between Institutional Quality, Human Development, And Poverty?

    This research investigates the influence of institutional quality and human development index  on poverty in ASEAN-5 Countries from 2015 to 2022. Using data from the World Governance Indicator (WGI) and World Bank. This study empirically examines how institutional quality factors, such as government effectiveness, political stability, and control of corruption, contribute to poverty reduction in ASEAN-5 countries. The findings show that the human development index, as a proxy for the quality of human resources, supports the reduction of poverty in ASEAN-5 Countries. Furthermore, the political stability and control off corruption have a negative and significant relationship with poverty. The government effectiveness, on the other hand, has no significant effect on the poverty. These findings can be used as the foundation for state government as the policymaker to solve poverty. Keywords: Poverty, Institutional Quality, Human Development Index

    A superior factor that can become a competitive advantage is the quality of service the company provides to its customers. Service companies such as event organizers (EO) are companies that prioritize service. To determine strategies for improving service quality, you can use the service quality method. This measurement method measures service quality from the attributes of each dimension including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and concrete evidence to obtain a gap value. The gap value is the difference between expectations and the actual service received. At the event organizer service company CV Brother Indonesia.     The Role Of Entrepreneurship Training In The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Spirit And Self-Efficacy On Business Success

    This study explores the impact of entrepreneurial spirit and self-efficacy on business success, with entrepreneurship training as a moderating variable, in the Youth Entrepreneurship Program of Tegal Regency. Using purposive sampling, 90 program participants were involved as samples. Primary data were collected directly from participants via questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The results show that entrepreneurial spirit and self-efficacy positively and significantly affect business success, while entrepreneurship training does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy on business success.     Social media marketing is currently a very popular media in the community both in promoting products or services. This has finally become a hot topic of discussion in conducting promotions in the digital field. Content marketing is a step in planning to create interesting content that aims to attract consumer attention. The growth of umkm, which is increasing every year, has made business owners start to explore the digitalization of promotion. This study aims to analyze the effect of content marketing, brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Culinary MSMEs in Cilacap. This study uses a quantitative method with the data collection process by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Culinary MSMEs in Cilacap Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis with the independent variable content marketing, the dependent variable purchasing decisions and also brand awareness as a mediating variable. After analyzing, the results obtained are content marketing has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing has a significant effect on brand awareness, and brand awareness can mediate the relationship between content marketing and purchasing decisions.Keywords: Content Marketing, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decision, MSME

    Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises have a number of human resource-related difficulties, among them is the poor caliber of their labor force. Employee performance suffers as a result of this inadequate quality, which further impacts MSMEs\u27 overall performance. Each employee\u27s performance plays a major role in determining the success of these businesses. The goals and objectives of MSMEs are more easily attained when employees work effectively. This study aims to determine the variables that influence employee performance. The study\u27s factors include female leadership, perceived organizational support and organizational justice. The survey method was employed in this study. A questionnaire was used as a tool to gather data. Employees of female-led Banyumas Regency\u27s Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises made up the research population. The purposive sampling approach, a non-probability sampling methodology, was employed in the sample process. A sample size of 100 was calculated using the Cochran formula; however, only 81 were processed. According to the findings, female leadership significantly influence employee performance, perceived organizational support does not significantly influence employee performance, organizational justice significantly influences employee performance.Keywords: Female Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Justice, Employee Performanc

    This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing strategies on marketing performance by analyzing the mediating role of branding variables in MSMEs at the Berkah Rindang Kinasih Cooperative. This research is a type of survey research with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms to MSME owners. The sample used in the study was 109 respondents determined based on the probability sampling method, and the analytical tool used was SEM with SmartPLS software. Based on the research results, conclusions were obtained, namely: (1) Social media marketing strategy has a positive effect on marketing performance; (2) Social media marketing strategy has a positive effect on branding; (3) Branding has a positive effect on marketing performance; (4) Branding mediates the relationship between social media marketing strategy and marketing performance.Keywords: Social Media Marketing Strategy, Marketing Performance, Branding, MSMEs

    Risk Taking In Conventional Bank Indonesia Reviewed From Capital Regulations, Corporate Governance, And Market Discipline

    The COVID-19 pandemic has had a real impact on the banking sector in terms of risk-taking. Excessive risks taken by banks in the form of lending risky assets can increase default in bank returns and impact on customers and shareholders. This research aims to examine bank risk-taking, which is influenced by capital regulations, good corporate governance, and market discipline. We use a panel data regression covering 58 banks in 2019-2022, total 232 observations. Overall, our research results show that market discipline as proxied by funding liquidity has a positive effect on bank risk taking. The influence of and corporate governance on bank risk taking appear to be statistically insignificant.     Analysis Of The Impact Of Equalization Funds On Tax Effort In Districts And Cities In Central Java Province From 2018 – 2022

    This study aims to analyze the impact of equalization funds, which consist of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund, on local tax efforts in 35 regencies and cities in Central Java Province from 2018 - 2022. This study uses the panel data regression method to analyze data from all regencies and cities in Central Java Province during 2018–2022. The research findings are expected to provide insights into how the transfer funds, namely the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Revenue Sharing Fund, affect local tax effort, as well as to offer policy recommendations for enhancing local fiscal autonomy by improving the effectiveness of local tax collection. This study is expected to contribute to understanding the dynamics of local finance and provide a basis for formulating more effective policies to enhance local fiscal autonomy. After conducting regression analysis, the research results conclude that general allocation funds have a positive but not significant effect. Meanwhile, revenue sharing funds have a positive and significant effect, and special allocation funds also have a positive and significant effect on the tax efforts of 35 regencies and cities in Central Java from 2018 to 2022.Keywords: General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Shared Revenue Fund, Tax Effort, Fiscal Decentralizatio

    Determinants Of Fiscal Stress In Central Java 2015-2023

    This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue growth, growth in expenditure on goods and services, and tax effort on fiscal stress in 35 district/cities in Central Java province for the 2015-2023 fiscal year. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Statistics Indonesia and the Ministry of Finance. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis with hypothesis testing tools using Eviews 12 software. From the test results it was found that simultaneously the growth of local revenue, the growth of expenditure on goods and services, and tax effort had an effect on fiscal stress.     Panel Seemingly Unrelated Regression on Employment in Tourism Sector: Evidence in Central Java Province

    Job opportunities are the main problem faced by Indonesia because the large of population, high population growth rate and large workforce. The tourism sector has a large multiplier effect on employment and become a potential sector as a source of income for a country or region. By combining cross-section and time-series data in 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province from 2016-2020 and the Seemingly Unrelated Regression Panel approach. The results showed that supporting infrastructure for the tourism sector, such as the number of hotel rooms and the number of restaurants, had an effect on employment in the tourism sector, and a positive effect was shown by the variable number of tourist objects and tourist visits. The coefficient value on the wage variable which is quite large indicates that the elasticity of employment related to wages is quite high. The implication of the research is increasing the quality and quantity of sustainable tourist objects can attract an increase in foreign and domestic tourist visits so as to increase the workforce through the tourism sector. The implication of the study to strengthen among government, private sector and local community to develop sustainable tourism sector
