現場レベルでの利益責任と会計情報の利用

Profit management at low level means that an organization empowers lower managers and employees and gives them accountability to achieve profit targets. For example, Micro-Profit Center (MPC) is one of the representatives. Here, four topics are explored based on reviews of previous studies. First, what areas are set to research the low levels? Second, what does the deference of interdependence influence ramifications of profit center at low level? Third, what effect is expected when profit responsibility is given to a ramified center? Last, what role is requested using accounting information at low level? Periodic Motion of a physical pendulum verified experimentally using PSD (position sensitive detector)
No full textapplication/pdf微小角度から広角度領域（約60°以下）におよぶ実体振り子の振れ角度を1次元位置検出器（Position Sensitive Detector，以下PSD）で測定し，このデータをADコンバーター経由でパソコンに収集して実体振り子の周期運動を検証した。実験システムの制御，データ処理プログラムおよびシミュレーションプログラムは汎用表計算ソフトを用いて製作した。ルンゲ･クッタ法によるシミュレーションの値と実験で得たデータを最小自乗法で評価して実体振り子の回転軸の摩擦係数を求め，振り子運動における推進力や制動力（空気抵抗や回転軸摩擦など）の時々刻々と変化するようすを定量的に解析する試みをおこなったので報告する。この論文は「福岡教育大学紀要」（第62号第3分冊2013年p1–13）に掲載された論文を査読により加筆修正し、「九州地区国立大学教育系・文系研究論文集」Vol.1, No.1(2013/10）に採択されたものである。journal articl
A Study on the Formation and Development of School Events in Japan : Focusing on A Formation Process of the Framework and the Function for School Events in Today
No full textapplication/pdf我が国の小学校，中学校，高等学校等の各学校において，学校行事は児童生徒への有効な教育活動とみなされ実施されてきた。第二次世界大戦後は，『学習指導要領』等で教育課程に位置付けられるようになり，実施の在り方も変化しながら今日に至っている。しかし，単に「学校行事」と言っても，立場や見方で随分異なってくる。今日の小学校，中学校，高等学校に勤務する教員であれば，教育課程編成上遵守すべき『学習指導要領』の特別活動の領域における捉え方を余儀なくされる。これが，学校関係者であっても保護者等，教職員以外の立場になると，参観日等が加わり，学校種が幼稚園等にまで広がると誕生会や栽培の収穫活動等も位置付けられる。また，学校行事の定義や概念についても確立されているとは言えず(1)，第二次世界大戦前から戦後にかけての変化を踏まえた分析もほとんどなされていない。特に，学校行事の枠組みの捉え方の形成過程や，教育課程に位置付けられる上での学校行事の機能の形成過程を検討した研究は見当たらない。そこで，本稿では，学校行事の今日的な枠組みや，第二次世界大戦後の教育課程に位置付けられた学校行事の特質や働き，即ち機能はどのようなものかを検討する。そして，それらは学校行事の形成過程でどのように教育的な価値付けが成されてきたのかを考察したい。まず，学校行事の概念を，今日的な枠組みとして２点から整理する。なお，今日的な枠組みの事例として，例えば「各学校の実施時数が明確化された教育課程上の学校行事」の捉え方等も指摘される(2)が，本稿では後述する一般的な２つの捉え方を中心に論考する。１つ目は「学校の年間計画に基づいて折々に実施される教育活動」，即ち，計画的な学校の諸行事としての枠組みである。「教育的行事」や「学校の年中行事」，「『学校の行事』であり，学校で恒例としてとり行う催しごと」，「広義の学校行事」等，様々な用語で表現されてきた(3)。２つ目は「第二次世界大戦後の『学習指導要領』で小学校，中学校，高等学校の各学校の教育課程に位置付けられた学校行事」の枠組みである。さらに，第二次世界大戦後，教育課程に位置付けられた学校行事の特質とも言うべき「機能」が，どのように形成され，『学習指導要領』のどの改訂時期に登場し位置付けられたのか，その過程を明らかにする。これらの究明に当たり，第二次世界大戦期までは，『小学校事彙』をはじめとして，明治期から大正，昭和期における，個々の行事或いは学校行事全体の指導体系や実施の在り方に言及した種々の文献等を調査する。調査の主たる学校種の対象は小学校とした。また，大戦後は，小学校を中心とした『学習指導要領』の変遷を中心に，学校行事の特質としての機能が位置付けられた過程を明らかにする。本論文は「九州地区国立大学教育系・文系研究論文集」Vol.1, No.1(2013/10）に査読を経て受理された。journal articl
The guideline system of the Japanese minimum wage law and the regional economy – Does it have a statistical validity? –
No full textapplication/pdfThe Japanese minimum wage system adopts the guidelines system. Under this system all prefectures are classified into several groups, with considering the regional social and economic conditions. A standard of the rise of minimum wage width is also shown for each group, and the minimum wage of the prefecture is determined by referring the standard. Therefore, in which group each prefecture is ranked has an important economic and political implication, because it determines the regional minimum wage indirectly. In this paper, by adapting the more analytical and statistical technique than the method the current guideline depends on, we examine the validity of the current ranking system. It was shown that, under the guideline system, some prefectures are ranked more higher or lower than the real economic condition suggests. Analyzing Studies about Mid-Level Positioned Teachers in School Management Research: Focusing on Its Role Expectation
No full textapplication/pdfThis study aims to clarify studies about mid-level positioned teachers in school management researches through the perspective of its role expectation. Because of rapid environmental changes whichpublic schools are now faced, many studies have recently focused on mid-level positioned teachers as a key person for school management. Although each definition of such teachers’ role expectation varies and sometimes confused in its use, those studies have become a mainstream in school management research, and now need to be organized and analyzed. Using of the frameworks for defining the changes of role expectations, this study adopts the distinctive characteristics of managers and leaders. Business administrations generally recognize managers as problem-solvers in their organizations and leaders as generators of ideas. These definitions are applicable to examine the nature of mid-level positioned teachers in school management. In conclusion, the role expectation for mid-level teachers was described as a manager in the 1980s to the mid-1990s. In addition to that, their role as a leader becomes more popular from the second half of the 1990s to the early 2000s. Today, the mid-level positioned teachers are expected as managers and leaders; moreover, its role expectation is being concreted.
