The relationship of self-affirmation with daily focusing manners
Get PDF本研究の目的は、適応的self-esteem の本質的な部分をなす自己肯定意識と日常的フォーカシング態度との関連性を確かめることにあった。日常的フォーカシング態度とは、日常的に自分自身の内面に注意を向け、そこに湧き起こる気持ちや感じ、そして考えにとらわれることなく距離をおきつつ、受容し、それに沿って誠実に振るまい、行動したり、それを言葉やイメージで表現したりするように努めることである。326 名の大学生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。使用した質問紙尺度は、平石（1990）の自己肯定意識尺度と中谷・杉江（2014）のDFMS であった。相関分析の結果、両尺度の合計得点の間に中程度の正の関連性が見いだされた。さらに自己肯定意識はDFMS の「受容」と「行動」の両要素（下位尺度）と比較的強いつながりを示した。共分散構造分析の結果によれば、自己肯定意識尺度の「自己受容性」の側面がフォーカシングのプロセスモデルの適応的ルートととくに関連があることがわかった。結論として、自分自身を受容的かつ肯定的に評価する傾向の強い個人は、日常生活において自然にフォーカシング的態度をとる傾向が高いといえた。これらの結果を踏まえて、最後に臨床的支援のあり方について言及した。This study aimed to ascertain the relationship between a sense of self-affirmation, which is an essential part of adaptive self-esteem, and daily focusing habits. Daily focusing habits（or attitude）involve paying attention to one’s inner self on a regular basis, being open to and accepting the feelings, sensations, and thoughts that arise, while maintaining a distance from them without being bound by them, and trying to behave and act authentically in accordance with their inner selves, or express themselves through words and images. 326 university students were surveyed using a questionnaire（i.e., a cross-sectional study）. The questionnaire included Hiraishi’s（1990）Self-affirmation Scale and Nakaya and Sugie’s（2014）DFMS. Correlation analysis revealed a moderate positive association between the total scores of both scales. Additionally, self-affirmation exhibited a relatively strong correlation with both the ‘Acceptance’ and ‘Behavior’ components（subscales）of the DFMS. The results of the covariance structure analysis indicate that the aspect of ‘Self-acceptance’ in the Self-affirmation Scale was particularly related to the adaptive route of the focusing process model. In conclusion, individuals with a strong tendency to evaluate themselves acceptably and positively were more likely to adopt a focusing attitude in their daily lives. Support for Children and Families in Finland 【Ⅰ】: Focusing on Initiatives at the “House for Families”
Get PDFフィンランドの子どもと家族を取り巻く施設と専門職へのフィールド調査、および、フィンランドで乳幼児を育てる親に対して、子育てに関するインタビューを実施した。本稿では、フィンランドの子どもと家族を支援する施設「Perheiden Talo：家族の家」の専門職へのインタビュー内容の報告を中心に、日本の子育て支援の課題抽出の視点を含めて検討することを目的とした。「家族の家」の取り組みでは、相談へのハードルが低い支援、神経発達症の子どもと家族への支援、夫婦セラピーと離婚家庭の子どもへの支援、デジタルサポートの展開、「Let's talk about children」の考え方に根付いた子どものニーズに応える支援、他機関とのネットワークの重要性が示された。日本においては、フィンランドの国民に浸透している社会全体で子どもを育てる意識、子どもを中心に据えた家族支援、および、各専門機関の連携が課題であることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
An Analysis of Laterality: Focusing on Jumping Movement
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to find strategies to clarify the perspective when determining the leg laterality through researching considerations previous studies related to leg laterality that focused on the movement of jumping movements caused by single-leg takeoffs. Therefore, eight academic papers were extracted using a literature search tool using keywords such as laterality.
The following findings were obtained from the paper review.
① If the take-off leg for long jump and high jump is the same, it can be said that it is the dominant leg for exerting power.
②The leg that kicks the ball must be the dominant leg for its operational function.
It is also necessary to pay attention to the roles and functions of the movements of other body parts in the process of a series of movements, and it was hypothesized that among the functions of these movements, the leg used is determined by the tryer's intention.departmental bulletin pape
