No full text仕組債はデリバティブを組み込んだ債券である。金融庁による個人投資家への販売自粛指導が続けられてきたが、仕組債は証券会社が販売する主力投資商品の一つであった。そのうち自社仕組債は販売証券会社が自ら発行体となりデリバティブを提供する。大手証券会社は販売手数料への追加収益を求めて自社仕組債に注力してきた。そのビジネスの主たるリスクは販売リスクと内製化リスクである。前者の中で世代交代リスクは大きく、仕組債は自然淘汰される可能性が高い状況にあった。後者に関しては収益性を確保できない場合の内製化からの撤退も選択肢であった。金融庁の強力な圧力から、2022年以降大手証券会社はじめほとんどの金融機関が仕組債の販売自粛に踏み切った。大手証券会社の収益への影響は小さくなかったが、ストック型ビジネスへの転換を強化して対応した。相場の好転も相俟って翌年以降は業績が大きく改善した。しかし、自社仕組債に関連して未解決課題もあり今後の対応が注目される。departmental bulletin pape

Daily focusing attitudes leading to adaptive emotion regulation
Get PDF本研究の目的は，常日頃からフォーカシング的態度で自分の内面に向き合おうとする姿勢が，問題状況に遭遇した際により適応的な感情制御を可能にしているという仮説を非臨床群である大学生（n = 355）を対象に，質問紙調査によって確かめてみることにある。日常的フォーカシング態度尺度（Daily Focusing Manner Scale; DFMS），感情調節尺度日本語版（Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Japanese version; ERQ-J），精神健康調査票（GHQ-28）の３種類の質問紙尺度を使用した。相関分析とパス解析の結果， DFMSの全ての要素が適応的な感情制御方略である「再評価」方略の使用に関わっていた。その中でも「awareness」「objectiveness」「acting-out」要素がとくに「再評価」方略の使用に寄与していた。さらに，「再評価」方略の使用はうつ傾向の緩和に作用することが判明し，これらの点は当初の仮説を裏づけるものであった。他に，臨床的視点から下記の２点について論述した。１点目はERQ尺度に内在する「受容なき再評価」の問題，２点目はClearing a Space 技法を用いるさいの「体験的距離」の個人差を考慮する必要性についてであった。The objective of this study was to test the hypothesis that a daily Focusing attitude towards one's inner self enables more adaptive emotion regulation when encountering problematic situations. This hypothesis was tested using a questionnaire administered to a non-clinical group of university students （n = 355）. Three questionnaire scales were utilized: the Daily Focusing Manner Scale （DFMS）, the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Japanese version （ERQ-J）, and the General Health Questionnaire （GHQ-28）. The correlation and path analysis results indicated that all elements of the DFMS were implicated in the implementation of the ‘reappraisal’ strategy, an adaptive emotion regulation strategy. Among these elements, the awareness, objectiveness and acting-out factors notably contributed to the use of the ‘reappraisal’ strategy. In addition, the utilization of the reappraisal strategy was found to alleviate depressive tendencies, thereby corroborating the original hypothesis. Two further points were discussed from a clinical perspective. The first of these is the issue of ‘reappraisal without acceptance’ that is intrinsic to the ERQ scale.
