Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch which has been compiled in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards Number 31 and Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 14/26/BKDU. The method used is descriptive method that is by comparing the prevailing theory, in this case the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards Number 31 concerning Banking Accounting and Circular Letter of Bank Indonesia Number 14/26/BKDU Compared with credit procedures at PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch. The results of this paper indicate that credit accounting procedures on the provision of productive credit to customers/debtors of PT. Jambi Regional Development Bank Muara Bulian Branch has been carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with applicable principles and regulations

Get PDFDecentralization is a tool to achieve one of the objectives of the state, especially providing public services. Decentralization is often called granting autonomy. The formation of autonomous regions, including through regional expansion. During the 16 years of the decentralization era, the rate of increase in DOB was very fast. In addition to the growth of new autonomous regions, transfers of central revenue to regions have also increased. Following the national phenomenon, the implementation of decentralization in Jambi Province was also marked by regional expansion. Jambi Province is one of the provinces that has significantly expanded regions. Regional expansion is deemed necessary given the development of the population and the increasing workload and work volume in each district. On that basis, I would like to carry out research related to the impact of pemekaran on financial performance and public services. This study aims to analyze the impact of regional expansion in Jambi Province on parent regions and new autonomous regions in terms of regional and public financial aspects in the post-division period. Analysis of the data in this study used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Get PDFThe title of this study is the Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Employee Work Achievement at Village Aro Health Center, Muara Bulian District. The Effect of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment is treated as an independent variable and Employee Work Performance is treated as the dependent variable. This study aims to (1) To clarify the description of leader behavior (2) To clarify the picture of employee commitment (3) To clarify the description of employee work performance (4) To analyze the influence of Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment on Work Performance of Village Aro Community Health Center Muara Bulian District . The method used is the survey method. The population as well as samples in this study were 43 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis involving the determination of the regression coefficient correlation test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leader behavior variables based on questions the average value of the 5 indicator indicators amounted to 3.48, it can be seen the respondent answered agree. (2) The leader behavior variable based on the question of the average value of the 5 question indicators is 3.34 so that the respondents can answer neutral. (3) Work performance variables based on the questions of the average value of the 5 question indicators amounted to 3.48, so the respondents answered neutral. (4) Leader Behavior and Employee Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aro Village Health Center, Muara Bulian District, which is 76.6%

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Tanjung Jabung Barat District Education Office. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using t test and F test. The magnitude of the effect is known through testing the coefficient of determination. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) together on Performance (Y) is 13.275%. In the t test, the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) has a partial effect on Performance (Y). in the F test, Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a simultaneous influence on performance (Y)

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence on the impact of good corporate governance, free cash flow, and leverage ratio on earnings management. Good corporate governance is measured by audit committee’s size, the proportion of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. Discretionary accrual is the proxy of earning management. This research used 28 consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. Data were analyzed using panel data with random effect model. Based on the result of analysis concluded that all components of good corporate governance (audit committee’s size, the proportion of independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership), have no significant effect on earnings management, on other hand leverage ratio has a negative effect and no significant on earning management, and free cash flow has a positve and no significant effect on earnings managemen

Get PDFThis research was conducted on AnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat with the aim to determine the effect of Location and Service Quality to Consumer Loyalty atRengatPhotocopy in Rengat. Sampling was done by random sampling method with 98 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is a quantitative descriptive method, data analysis with partially and simultaneously act (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Stastic program version 21.0). From the results of the research, obtained a regression equation that is Y = 9,881 + 0,243X1 + 0,321X2, it can be seen that Location and Service Quality has a positive influence to Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has been obtained F count> F table that is equal to 6.311> 3.09. So that the two independent variables namely location and service quality together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty atAnugrahPhotocopy in Rengat. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that location variables significantly influence to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat, t arithmetic> t table of 2.554> 1.98525. Variable service quality is more dominant significant effect to Consumer Loyalty at Anugrah Photocopyin Rengat namely t arithmetic> t table of 3.447> 1.98525. In addition, the results of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.742 which shows the level of relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this research is in the criteria of high relationship closeness. The magnitude of the effect caused by these three variables together affect the consumer loyalty variable with a percentage of 55.1%. While 44.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Get PDFThe performance of organization can be seen to the extent of work productivity has been produced. Generally, productivity is defined as the influence between real and physical results with actual input. This study discusses the influence of leadership style and intensive on motivation and its impact on performance in the Bungo District Livestock and Fisheries Office. Data were obtained using questionnaire and literature review methods, with 54 respondents. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive and statistical methods through path analysis. This study resulted in a leadership style, incentives, motivation and performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office, both for the leadership style with a score of 1930, for incentives with a score of 1438, for motivation with a score of 804 and performance at a score of 2342 in the very high category. Leadership style towards the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office has a direct or indirect influence with a value of 20.35%. The incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 0.205%. The leadership style and incentives for the motivation of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have a direct or indirect influence with a value of 2.86%. There is an influence of leadership style on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 1.43%. There is an incentive effect on the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office with a value of 2.65%. The leadership style and incentives for the performance of the Bungo Regency Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an influence of 2.471%. The influence of motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office is at 4.057%. Leadership styles and incentives through motivation on the performance of the Bungo District Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Office have an effect of 1.478%

Get PDFThis research was conducted to find out how the development of Batang Hari Regency Advertising Tax revenue, how the Development of Batang Hari Regency's Original Revenue, and how the Effect of Advertisement Tax Receipts Against the Local Revenue of Batang Hari Regency for the period 2006-2015. Research results show (1) Development of Batang Hari Regency advertisement tax receipts for 2006-2015 The most significant increase in percentage occurred in 2010, which was 46.34%. (2) The development of the original revenue of the Batang Regency in 2006-2015 experienced fluctuations. Realization of the largest Revenue of Regional Original Revenue was achieved in 2014. (3) Admission of Advertising Taxes had a positive effect on the Local Revenue of the Batang Hari Regency. When the Advertising Tax is deemed constant, the Regional Original Income is 146,218,304. Every increase in Advertising Tax revenue will increase Regional Original Income by 8 percent. The determination coefficient (R2) is 0.547. This figure shows that the Regional Original Income is influenced by sebaar Advertising Taxes 54.7 percent. While the remaining 45.3 percent is influenced by other variables not used in this study

Model Performance Supported SMEs Strategy-Based Applications Through E-Money Gofood Business Customer Satisfaction and Grabfood
Get PDFAdvances in technology and modern lifestyle makes many emerging companies based financial technology (fintech), which offers various facilities through the application of e-based money where consumers are increasingly spoiled for culinary choice is especially promising business. This study aimed to determine the effect of the use of marketing strategies culinary SMEs belonging to the culinary application providers gofood and grabfood on its business performance through customer satisfaction service user business applications. Gofood and grabfood is a leading provider of Indonesia's biggest culinary applications so that users of these applications are very many in number. This study uses a sampling method in which samples used were 110 respondents business owners (business customers), which are small and medium businesses that have joined and cooperated with gofood and grabfood applications. This study has found that there is a direct or indirect effect of a positive and significant marketing strategy in which direct influence on the performance of SMEs has a percentage of 15.76%, while the influence of marketing strategies on the performance of SMEs through business customer satisfaction by 11.46%, while the influence overall 84.9%. From the research, it is recommended businesses (SMEs) can be more creative in creating a product presentation, updating prices, and provide promotional package that is more diverse and this strategy was evaluated in a certain period of time, other than that businesses can utilize the features of merchant review to assess the results business in the eyes of end consumers and improve the brand image of their business
