So that the spearhead of the village is one of them is the Village Device is required to improve the quality of self reflected in human capital, social capital, Intelectual capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research aims to find out the Influence of human capital and social capital on Intelectual capital Village Devices With Organizational Citizenship Behaviour as a Mediation Variable on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency. Respondents in this study were Village Devices in Kerinci Regency by taking samples of village devices located in Gunung Raya and Bukit Kerman districts so that 174 respondents were obtained. The Model Testing Technique in this study used the Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Human capital and social capital had an effect of 98.1% on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency and Human capital, social capital and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had an effect of 15% on Intelectual Capital on Village Devices in Kerinci Regency

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Word Of Mouth (WOM), Product Quality (PQ), Brand Image (BI) on Purchase Intention (PI) on the Shopee application. The data collection technique uses a non-probability sampling method, which is a data or sample collection technique so that all data may not be selected as a sample of the same size. Based on the policy of the researcher in determining the sample elements to be used. In this non-probability sampling, the element to be used has an uncertain nature. This research is a type of quantitative research and uses primary data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (PI). Product Quality (PQ) has no significant positive effect on Purchase Intention (PI). Brand Image (BI) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (PI). Get PDFThis study was conducted to examine the leverage ratio as well as the benchmark for the company's stock returns with dividend regulations as an intervening variable for companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2019. This observation has a total sample of 57 samples using the purposive sampling method with a standard explaining dividend payments for 5 consecutive years. The first result is that the debt to equity ratio does not have a negative impact on stock returns, the second result is that the size of the company does not have a negative effect while the dividend payout ratio does not have a negative impact on stock returns. company size on stock returns. This study aims to see the level of compliance of corporate taxpayers with corporate action consisting of merger, consolidation, expansion or takeover of taxpayers' businesses on tax revenues. The research design approach used is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that aims to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and characteristics of the research population. The data collection tool used in this research is document study. The results of this study indicate that the level of taxpayer compliance in corporate actions related to mergers, consolidations, expansions or takeovers is still low so that state tax revenues are not optimal

No full textConsumption is an important instrument in the economic development of a country. The high level of consumption reflects that the income of the people in the country is also high. However, the fulfillment of these consumption goods also comes from imported goods, so this condition is not very good for the domestic economy because imports can reduce the exchange rate and reduce national foreign exchange. This study aims to estimate the effect of per capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP), rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar, inflation, and taxes on imports of Indonesian consumer goods in 2000-2021 using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) regression analysis. The results showed that per capita GDP had a positive effect on imports of consumer goods and a negative exchange rate on imports of consumer goods. Meanwhile, inflation and tax revenues were found to have no effect on the value of imports of consumer goods in Indonesia. It is hoped that the government together with the national monetary unit will be able to maintain stabilization of the rupiah exchange rate so that the inflation rate is in line with the needs of the national economy. It is hoped that public consumption can be maintained and the expected national economic growth can be achieved

Get PDFThis study aims to identify the factors that encourage women's interest in entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and discussions. Based on the sampling technique using purposive sampling method and snowball sampling, it obtained 30 respondents. Data analysis using data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The results showed that (1) as many as 56.7% of women entrepreneurs who have run their businesses for more than 3 years, (2) as many as 80% of women entrepreneurs are engaged in the culinary field, (3) as many as 30% of informants got the initial idea to open a business to distribute hobbies, as well as (4) factors that encourage women's interest in entrepreneurship are seeing business opportunities as much as 40%, the desire to improve self-efficacy by 23.4%, having flexibility in time and opening employment opportunities as much as 13.3%, and the desire to manage finances itself as much as 10%. The implications of this research are (1) business owners need a strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment in running a business as one of the keys to success in developing a business (2) people who want to be entrepreneurial can increase their discernment to see and seize business opportunities, (3) the government, especially government agencies. related needs to be more active in empowering and fostering women entrepreneurs, especially in terms of business management capabilities

No full textThis research aims toaanalyze the causal relationshipbbetween several variables including economiccgrowth using the value of PDRB at constant prices, the variable humanndevelopment index (HDI) and capitaleexpenditures in Jambi Province during 2010-2020 period. The data used in this research is secondary data with a database obtained from BPS Jambi Province and Regional Financial Statistics Jambi Province. The method used in this research is the Granger causality analysis method, which was previously tested using unit roots and cointegration methods to see the long-termrrelationship betweenrresearch variables. The results showed that there was a long-term relationship between the research variables. Economic growth has a one-way causal relationship with HDI. Economic growth increases the supply of resources needed for human development which in turn will encourage better human development. The capital expenditure variable has a one-way causal relationship with the economic growth variables. The allocation of capital for the implementation of various community economic activities and become an economic stimulus in Jambi Province

No full textEarnings manipulation is an interesting phenomenon to study where corporate governance (GCG) can reduce management behavior that is opertunistic in manipulating earnings and through related transactions can motivate companies to make profits. LQ45 companies for the 2016-2019 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange become this object. Samples were selected based on certain criteria so as many 20 sample companies. This study is a descriptive study with multiple linear regression analysis tools performed classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study confirm that companies that implement good corporate governance have good governance and can suppress opportunistic behavior. Related party transactions show that it is not directly proportional to the practice of profit. Companies can reduce opportunistic management by implementing good governance and obtaining more information about relationships in making investment decisions
