    This research is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Education, Health, Sanitation and Average Number of Family Members per Household on Poverty in Indonesia in 2013-2020. The location used in this study is Indonesia and the population in this study is 34 provinces. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2013-2020 as well as journals related to this research. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression with Panel Data approach which is processed using Eviews-10 software. The results of this study indicate that the fixed effect model is the best model with results showing that partially education and sanitation variables have a negative and significant effect. The results of this study support the poverty circle theory and the theory of human capital. Education is one of the human capital to increase productivity, with good productivity it will affect work and income which can later be used as a reference to get out of poverty. The sanitation variable supports the theory of human capital and has a relationship with public health which will also affect the quality of community productivity. Meanwhile, health variables and the average number of family members per household have no effect on poverty in Indonesia in 2013-2020. The implication of this research is that the government is expected to provide adequate educational facilities and provide counseling about the importance of sanitation to health in reducing poverty. The limitations of this study are that it only uses four independent variables and the period of time used is only 8 years

    This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital, regional minimum wages and labor force on economic growth of the manufacturing sector in Central Java Province in 2011-2019. This type of research is quantitative. The research method uses multiple linear regression with panel data approach. The results showed that human capital and regional minimum wage have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of the manufacturing sector in the province of Central Java. The labor force has not significant on the economic growth of the manufacturing sector in the province of Central Java.     This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop). The population of this research is AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) customers who have used the services of AP Garage (Paint & Custom Workshop) at least twice. The sample of this study was determined using non-probability sampling so as to produce 50 respondents. The results in this study indicate that trust contributes positively to AP Garage's customer loyalty, the higher the customer's trust in a service, the higher the level of customer loyalty to the service. For customer satisfaction, it is known to contribute positively to customer loyalty. If the customer is satisfied, the customer will not move to another place and will not be reluctant to take advantage of the services that have satisfied him

    This research aims to empirically prove the influence of zakat accountability, transparency, and literacy on muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution channels. The dependent variables in this study are muzakki preferences as measured by the nominal scale categorized, 1 (one) for muzakki who choose to distribute zakat through zakat management organizations (OPZ) and 0 (zero) for muzakki who choose to distribute zakat through non OPZ. The independent variables in this study are accountability, transparency, and zakat literacy. Accountability and transparency are measured on a 5-point likert scale and zakat literacy is measured using the Zakat Literacy Index developed by the BAZNAS Center for Strategic Studies in 2019. The population in this study is all educators and education personnel who have ASN status in the Andalas University environment. Based on the simple random sampling method, the sample obtained as many as 252 samples that meet the research criteria. The analysis method used is binary logistic regression analysis. The results showed that accountability, transparency and zakat literacy affected muzakki preferences in choosing zakat distribution channels. Respondents' preferences are dominated by choosing to distribute directly to individual zakat recipients or non-OPZ

    The success or failure of an organization in achieving a goal is largely determined by human resources. Although other factors are also important, such as capital and equipment, in the end it is humans who will act as managers and implementers, so that organizational goals can be achieved properly. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between leadership and organizational commitment to work morale and to confirm the variables of these relationships and also the effect of the influence of these variables. This study uses a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique (census), with a sample of 72 people from the entire population. Spearman rank correlation analysis, determination, t test, and test were used as data analysis techniques, and SPSS Version 22.0 was used to test the data obtained in this study.     The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work facilities on teacher performance in online learning at Erlangga Private Junior High School Pematangsiantar. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method and documentation method. The data analysis technique started from normality test, simple linear analysis, correlation coefficient and determination and hypothesis testing with the help of the IBM SPSS Version 21 program. The results of the simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a positive influence of facilities on teacher performance. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis show that there is a strong and positive relationship between facilities and teacher performance. The results of the partial test with the t test H0 were rejected, meaning that there was a positive and significant influence between the facilities on the teacher's performance

    The Influence of Capital and Labor Factors on Coffee Production In The Regency of Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra Province

    Coffee has been a leading commodity in Pesisir Selatan Regency however it has not been able to provide high economic value for the community. This is due to coffee production which has decreased during the 2016-2020 period. So as an effort to improve, it is necessary to optimize production factors in order to maximize production. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence coffee production in Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study uses primary data which was analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the Cobb-Douglas production function and multiple linear regression (OLS) processing methods for 113 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling. The variables of capital and labor will be analyzed to see their effect on coffee production. Based on the results of the study, it was found that partially the capital variable had a significant effect on the amount of coffee production, while the labor variable had no significant effect. But together the variables of capital and labor affect the coffee production produced in Pesisir Selatan Regency

    A brand that is widely known to the public is a very important asset for the company. Therefore, maintaining and increasing brand equity is a serious and challenging job, because what is faced is customer expectations. This study aims to describe consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000. This type of research is a descriptive survey method. The population of this study are consumers or buyers of vitamin You-C 1000 beverage products in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City. The sample was determined by accidental sampling technique, so 38 respondents were obtained in Indomaret Broni Jambi City from June 2022 to July 2022. Data collection techniques were by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. The data processing technique used is data processing with the help of SPSS version 26 software and using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions of brand associations can be seen from several dimensions, namely: the dimension of assurance, the dimension of personal identification, the dimension of social identification, the dimension of status, the dimension of willingness to accept brand extension, and the dimension of willingness to recommend a brand. The findings of the analysis on all these dimensions state that consumer perceptions of the brand association of beverage products containing vitamin You-C 1000 in Indomaret Broni, Jambi City are perceived positively

    This study aims to determine how the effect of service perception, benefits and location on mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia, for research methods using quantitative methods with field research and Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools, the source of data in this study is BAZNAS Healthy House mustahik. in Indonesia, as well as a tool to determine respondents using the Slovin formula as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study with the Simultaneous test have a positive impact of 46% on the decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia which is influenced by other exogenous variables that are not used in this study, then knowledge of service perception on mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value is 0.097 and P-Values 0.160 means 0.160 > 0.05 means Rejected, knowledge moderates the perception of benefits on the mustahik decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value of 0.330 and a P-Values value of 0.001, it means 0.001 < 0.05, accepted, and knowledge of location perception of mustahik's decision to choose a BAZNAS Healthy Home in Indonesia with a Path Coefficient Value of -0.229 and a P-Values value of 0.008, meaning 0.008 < 0.05 accepted
