    A comfortable and safe store atmosphere, coupled with excellent, high-quality service, are important factors that contribute to consumer satisfaction. Leng Coffee Pekanbaru, has strategically developed a safe and pleasant store atmosphere, and has implemented the best service which of course not only meets but also exceeds consumer expectations, as a strategy to face intense business competition. This research aims to assess the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Leng Coffee Pekanbaru. This research uses a descriptive statistical approach and quantitative statistics with an explanatory research model. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected through the incidental sampling method. The main research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this research found that store atmosphere and service quality have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously at Leng Coffee Pekanbaru

    This study aims to investigate how the size of a company and its adherence to good corporate governance affect its value, with a focus on food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the period from 2020 to 2022. The research sampled 37 companies using purposive sampling. It employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through literature review and web searches, primarily from official agency websites providing relevant reports. Data analysis was conducted using the Econometric Views (E-Views) 12 application. The findings indicate that while company size and good corporate governance do not directly impact financial performance, they do influence company value when financial performance serves as an intermediary variable

    This research aims to determine the effect of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) technology on employee performance. This research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. Analyze causal relationships using hypothesis testing. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires. All 54 employees of KCU Pos Bandung were the population in this study. Data analysis uses validity, reliability, normality and simple linear regression test procedures, correlation coefficients, determining factors and hypothesis testing.     The purpose of this research is to find out whether board commissioners size and company size have an effect on social disclosure. The population of this study are companies listed on LQ45 on IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This research data uses secondary data in the form of financial reports from IDX. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square). The test results show that board commissioners size has a positive and significant effect on social disclosure. Likewise, company size has a positive and significant influence on social disclosure

    This research aims to determine the effect of brand reputation and hedonic motive on customer satisfaction through the buying decision variable. Using quantitative research methods. Respondents totaled 230 Suzuki brand motorbike users in Serang City. Data analysis tools use Smart PLS and SPSS. The research results show that partially there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and buying decision variables on customer satisfaction, but there is no significant influence between the hedonic motive variable on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously and partially, there is a significant influence between the brand reputation and hedonic motive variables on buying decisions. Indirectly, there is a significant influence between buying decisions through brand reputation and hedonic motives on customer satisfaction with Suzuki Motorbike products in Serang City

    This research aims to analyze the variables e-trust, e-service quality in influencing the e-loyalty variable either directly or through the mediating role of the e-satisfaction variable. on sharia banking e-banking users. This research developed 20 question items and distributed them via Google form to customers using sharia banking e-banking in DKI Jakarta. A total of 104 data were collected and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool. The research results show that the variables e-trust, e-service quality have an influence on e-satisfaction. Likewise, e-loyalty can be influenced by e-loyalty and e-satisfaction, while e-service quality fails to influence e-loyalty. In this research, it was also found that the e-satisfaction variable can play its role as an intervening variable between e-trust and e-service quality on e-loyalty

    Audit committee size is used as a moderating variable in this study to see how deferred tax expense affects indications of tax avoidance after being moderated and to see the effect of internal control, investment in fixed assets, and deferred tax expense affecting indications of tax avoidance before being moderated. Tax is a mandatory contribution that must be given to the state. This study used 100 observational samples from 20 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2021. Panel data regression analysis and moderation regression were used as analytical methods in this study. The findings show that the indicator of tax avoidance is simultaneously influenced by internal control variables, fixed asset investment, and deferred tax expenses. The fixed asset investment variable has a negative impact on indications of tax avoidance. However, indications of tax avoidance are not affected by internal control variables and deferred tax expense. In addition, deferred tax expense for indications of tax avoidance is not affected by the size of the audit committee

    This study aims to determine the effect of murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah financing on profitability with NPF as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The location of this research was conducted at BMT UGT Nusantara which is addressed at 8RMQ+52C, Jl. West Sidogiri, RT.03/RW.02, Sidogiri, Kec. Kraton, Pasuruan, East Java 67151. The population in this study is BMT those in Sidogiri, BMT UGT Nusantara and BMT Maslahah. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The sample that has been determined by the researcher BMT in Sidogiri, namely BMT Maslahah and BMT UGT Nusantara for the 2015-2021 period and BMT in Sidogiri, namely BMT Maslahah and BMT UGT Nusantara for the 2015-2021 period which issued mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, murabahah financing, Non-Performing Financing for 7 consecutive years. The data used by researchers on mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, murabahah financing, NPF, and the existing profitability of BMT UGT Nusantara from 2015-2021 with a total of  N = 35. With the dependent variable mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing, murabahah financing, independent profitability. And NPF moderation. To answer the problem the researcher uses classical assumptions and multiple linear regression with the SPSS analysis tool. Mudharabah Financing has no effect on Profitability at BMT UGT Nusantara. Musyarakah financing has a positive effect on profitability at BMT UGT Nusantara. Murabaha financing has no effect on profitability BMT Archipelago UGT. NPF does not moderate the effect of Mudharabah financing on Profitability of BMT UGT Nusantara. NPF does not moderate the effect of Musyarakah Financing on Profitability at BMT UGT Nusantara. NPF moderates the effect of Murabahah Financing on Profitability at BMT UGT Nusantara

    Meminimasi Waste pada Distribution Center Area Non Food dengan Pendekatan Lean Warehousing di Perusahaan Retail PT XYZ

    PT. XYZ is a minimarket retail company that sells various needs of the community. PT One of the DCs is located in the city of Batam, this DC still has some waste that occurs in its warehousing activities so research needs to be carried out to eliminate this waste. To eliminate problems, an approach was taken using lean warehousing with the tools used being Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Process Activity Mapping (PAM), Gemba shikumi, 5 whys, Lean matrix 2 in the activity mapping process (Process Activity Mapping/PAM) in a warehouse which identified 18 Non-Value Added activities and after processing it with Gemba Shikumi, 4 critical wastes were obtained, consisting of errors in handover evidence, re-inputting data, errors in picking goods, and looking for replacement goods due to incorrect picking. The 4 (four) wastes were given proposals for improving employee training, restructuring the issuing flow, making product labels, internal audits and receiving automation systems. These improvement recommendations are estimated to reduce warehousing process time by 6720 seconds or the equivalent of 1.87 hours. This figure is quite significant because it represents a time reduction of 19.83% from the previous total warehousing process time which reached 33,887 seconds or 9.42 hours

    Pada era digital ini, dimana dalam aktivitas sehari-hari semua orang seringkali bergantung pada digital membuat teknologi terus berkembang pesat. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya, teknologi juga telah banyak digunakan di berbagai industri. Paradigma sistem perdagangan tradisional bergeser menjadi sistem perdagangan elektronik sebagai akibat dari perubahan penggunaan media informasi dalam operasi perdagangan. E-commerce yang kerap digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia, antara lain aplikasi marketplace berupa shopee, tokopedia, dan lazada. Ketiga aplikasi marketplace ini merupakan aplikasi marketplace yang memiliki peminat yang banyak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI) pada aplikasi marketplace yang dimediasi oleh brand image (BI) di kota Batam. Pengguna aplikasi marketplace di kota Batam menjadi sampel penelitian ini, dan 330 orang merespons survei. Hasil studi ini menampilkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan positif dari brand image (BI), social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI). Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa brand image (BI) dapat memediasi hubungan signifikan antara social media marketing (SMM), electronic word of mouth (e-WoM), celebrity endorsement, corporate social responsibility (CSR), dan advertising terhadap purchase intention (PI)
