    URBAN AGRICULTURE AND INCOME CONTRIBUTION: EVIDENCE ACROSS HOUSEHOLD INCOME GROUPS IN YOGYAKARTA

    This study investigates how urban farming contributes to household income and the factors shaping income disparities among urban farmers in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Despite Yogyakarta’s status as a cultural and educational hub, urban poverty and unemployment persist, prompting the exploration of urban farming as an alternative livelihood strategy to enhance household resilience. Using data from 217 urban farming households, the research employs descriptive statistics and income contribution analysis to measure urban farming’s relative role within household earnings, complemented by multiple linear regression to assess the influence of income group and other income sources. The findings reveal substantial variation, with net income ranging from IDR 1.7 million to IDR 123 million after deducting input costs. Urban farming’s contribution to total income was lowest among low–middle income households (1.38%) and highest among middle–high income households (50.06%), with an overall average of 30.98%, indicating a moderate aggregate role. Regression analysis confirms that higher-income households gain more from urban farming, whereas other income sources reduce its relative importance. These results suggest that while urban farming serves as a key income generator for wealthier households, it remains supplementary for poorer ones, underscoring its broader value in strengthening urban food security and supporting targeted policy initiatives to improve productivity and cost efficiency across socioeconomic group

    Aircraft engine maintenance strategies have evolved from schedule-based approaches toward condition-driven systems that emphasize actual component health conditions. The TPE331 turboprop engine used on the CASA 212-200 aircraft is critical in supporting both military and civil aviation operations. However, its maintenance process faces challenges related to high operational intensity, diverse operating environments, spare part availability, and turnaround time. This research was conducted at PT Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi (NTP) to analyze the existing maintenance system and to propose the implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) as an optimization strategy. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using maintenance records, engine performance parameters, and operational cost data. The results show that CBM+ implementation has the potential to reduce unexpected downtime, improve cost efficiency by approximately 8–12%, and enhance fleet readiness through early detection of component degradation. This research demonstrates that CBM+ provides not only technical benefits but also strategic value in supporting the transformation of the national MRO industry toward data-driven maintenance practices

    Sektor energi memiliki peran strategis dalam menopang perekonomian Indonesia, bahkan tetap menunjukkan ketahanan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Dominasi sektor energi juga menjadi penyumbang utama kerusakan lingkungan dan emisi gas rumah kaca akibat aktivitas operasionalnya. Oleh karena itu, penerapan praktik pengelolaan energi dan pertambangan yang bertanggung jawab, berkelanjutan, serta didukung oleh regulasi yang kuat menjadi sangat penting untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, pelestarian lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Capital, Green Structural Capital, Green Relational Capital, dan Carbon Emission Disclosure terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2020–2024. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, dengan sumber data sekunder yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi masing- masing perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 9 perusahaan yang diamati selama 5 tahun berturut-turut. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Capital dan Green Structural Capital berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, sedangkan Green Relational Capital dan Carbon Emission Disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan

    The growing demand for modern network services, including multimedia applications, real-time communications, and the Internet of Things (IoT), necessitates Quality of Service (QoS) evaluations that extend beyond high data transmission rates to encompass network stability and performance consistency. This study investigates the relationships among QoS parameters, with a particular focus on the correlation between throughput and network consistency, as well as the association between latency and service stability. A quantitative, non-experimental correlational approach was adopted using secondary QoS data derived from the open NordicDat dataset, which reflects real-world network measurements. The analyzed parameters comprise throughput, latency, jitter, and a derived consistency metric computed as an inverse function of jitter. Statistical analyses were performed using descriptive statistics and Pearson and Spearman correlation methods, supported by data visualizations in the form of scatter plots and boxplots. The results reveal that throughput exhibits a strong negative correlation with latency, while demonstrating only a weak positive relationship with network consistency. In contrast, latency and jitter show a more pronounced impact on service stability. The very strong negative association between jitter and consistency confirms that delay variation is a dominant factor in determining network performance stability. These findings indicate that high throughput alone does not ensure network consistency, underscoring the importance of a multidimensional QoS evaluation framework that simultaneously accounts for both transmission speed and stability-related parameters.     Padi (Oryza savita) merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan yang dapat dibudidayakan di berbagai wilayah dengan kondisi lahan yang berbeda. Lahan salinitas yaitu lahan di wilayah pesisir yang memiliki kandungan garam tinggi sehingga menyebabkan hasil tanaman pertanian menurun, khususnya budidaya tanaman padi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adaptasi berbagai varietas unggul padi di lingkungan spesifik pantai Desa Girirejo, Kecamatan Ngombol, Kabupaten Purworejo. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh jenis varietas unggul padi tahan salin, yakni varietas Inpari 34 Salin Agritan, Inpari 35 Salin Agritan, Inpari 47 WBC, IPB 12S, IPB 13S, TP-Padi 1, TP-Padi 2 dan dua varietas pembanding yaitu Ciherang, dan Cilamaya Muncul. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan faktor tunggal yaitu varietas. Masing-masing varietas ditanam pada plot ukuran 4 m x 5 m dengan jarak tanam 25 cm x 25 cm dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan varietas Inpari 34 Salin Agritan merupakan varietas padi paling adaptif dan layak dibudidayakan di lahan tersebut, karena memiliki tinggi tanaman, berat kering tajuk, nisbah tajuk dan akar, umur berbunga 50%, jumlah gabah isi/malai, bobot 1,000 butir gabah isi, berat gabah isi, berat gabah hampa, dan fertilitas gabah tertinggi dibandingkan dengan varietas lainnya

    This study aims to apply data mining techniques using the Naïve Bayes algorithm to classify student learning outcomes as an early warning system. The classification model was developed using 90 student score records and grouped into two categories, namely “Good” and “Poor”. The experimental results show that the Naïve Bayes model achieved 100% accuracy, precision, and recall. These findings indicate that the proposed model is capable of consistently classifying student learning outcomes and has the potential to serve as a decision support tool for teachers and school administrators

    In today\u27s employment, Generation Z has taken centre stage in almost every industry.  Examining the effects of information sharing, employee engagement, and transformational leadership on the creative work practices of Generation Z employees in Cikarang was the goal of this study.  A sample of 320 respondents was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Generation Z employees in the area using an associative design and quantitative approaches.  The results showed that knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and transformational leadership all had a favourable impact on the creative work practices of Cikarang\u27s Generation Z workforce

    Bayam merah (Amaranthus tricolor L.) adalah komoditas hortikultura yang populer di Indonesia. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksinya termasuk penggunaan pupuk, baik yang padat maupun cair. Pupuk cair lebih diutamakan karena cepat diserap oleh tanaman dan mudah diproduksi menggunakan limbah rumah tangga organik, seperti air cucian beras (leri), yang mengandung nutrisi yang bermanfaat bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak pupuk organik cair yang berasal dari campuran air leri, kotoran kambing, dan sayuran yang terdekomposisi terhadap kinerja pertumbuhan bayam merah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari delapan perlakuan dengan masing-masing tiga ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut mencakup satu perlakuan kontrol (tanpa aplikasi pupuk) dan tujuh taraf perlakuan formulasi pupuk organik cair yang berbeda. Setiap formulasi POC dibuat dari kombinasi air leri, sayuran busuk, dan kotoran kambing dengan persentase yang bervariasi. Pupuk ini diaplikasikan pada tanaman bayam merah selama 30 hari. Pupuk organik cair yang telah difermentasi kemudian diuji untuk kandungan fosfor, kalium, besi, dan pH. Penerapan pupuk organik cair memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan panjang akar. Di antara semua perlakuan, formula F (100% kotoran kambing) memberikan hasil terbaik di semua parameter pertumbuhan

    In the digital era, corporate document security has become a major challenge due to the increasing risk of data breaches and cyberattacks. CV. Karya Eksklusif Nusantara, a company that provides goods and services, still stores important documents in digital formats such as .pdf, .docx, and .xlsx without a special protection system, making them vulnerable to illegal access or data corruption. This study aims to implement the AES-256 algorithm in CBC mode on a web-based system to encrypt and decrypt digital documents, as well as to test its performance based on different file sizes. This research uses the Waterfall method, which includes stages of data collection through interviews and literature review, system requirement analysis, design using UML, implementation with the Laravel framework, and black-box testing. The result of the study is a web-based application capable of securely encrypting and decrypting digital documents. Performance testing shows that the encryption and decryption operations are very fast, with an average encryption time of 0.2924 seconds and a decryption time of 0.3309 seconds, while functional testing ensures that all functions work according to requirements

    Segmentasi Konsumen E-Commerce Menggunakan Algoritma K-Means Berbasis Dashboard Interaktif

    The rapid expansion of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia has led to a substantial increase in consumer behavioral data. This condition highlights the need for analytical approaches capable of identifying transaction patterns and supporting meaningful customer segmentation. This study aims to segment e-commerce customers using the K-Means clustering method and to present the results through an interactive dashboard. The research process includes data cleaning and standardization, followed by the construction of derived variables such as average basket, spend per month, and paylater share to represent customer transaction behavior. The optimal number of clusters was determined by evaluating several metrics, including the Sum of Squared Errors (SSE) graph, Silhouette Score, Calinski–Harabasz Index, and Davies–Bouldin Index. Although the custest Silhouette Score and Calinski–Harabasz Index were obtained at k = 2, the overall evaluation indicated that k = 3 produced a more balanced and interpretable clustering structure. Consequently, three customer segments were identified: customers with moderate shopping activity, high-value customers with a tendency to use Paylater services, and customers with high transaction frequency but relatively low purchase value. The analytical results were subsequently implemented in a Streamlit-based interactive dashboard to support data-driven decision making
