OPTIMIZING DIGITAL MARKETING FOR MSMEs THROUGH CREATIVE DESIGN AND VISUAL BRANDING OF PALIMA FOODS
The digital transformation of the marketing landscape presents significant opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) seeking to expand reach and enhance competitiveness. This literature-based research analyzes the integration of creative design and visual branding as an innovative digital marketing strategy, assessing its impact on increasing brand awareness and strengthening MSME market identity. Creative design shapes initial perceptions, while visual branding builds a consistent narrative and differentiates businesses. Leveraging digital platforms, the synergy between design creativity and visual coherence expands exposure, stimulates interaction, and builds emotional connections. Literature analysis indicates MSMEs strategically integrating these elements are better positioned for visibility, customer loyalty, and a strengthened competitive position. This study contributes to existing scholarship by offering a comprehensive analysis of the synergistic integration of creative design and visual branding as a strategic innovation for MSMEs, a dimension often underexplored in favor of individual components or broader digital strategies. The research emphasizes design-based innovation as vital for MSME sustainability. The implications are twofold: theoretically, it enriches literature by highlighting the critical role of visual integration; practically, it provides a vital guide for MSMEs to reframe visual branding as a strategic investment, ultimately enhancing competitiveness and fostering sustainable consumer loyalty
ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION TO REDUCE CARBON EMISSIONS TOWARDS INDONESIA\u27S SDGS
Indonesia’s carbon dioxide emissions continue to rise despite its emission reduction commitments, highlighting a gap between policy and implementation. The country’s reliance on fossil fuels, limited penetration of renewable energy, and the varied effects of foreign direct investment and industrialization highlight the importance of empirical analysis of the key drivers of emissions. This study strengthens the ARDL-based empirical evidence on the nexus among FDI, industrialization, energy consumption, and carbon emissions in Indonesia by incorporating the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC), the Pollution Haven Hypothesis, the Energy–Emissions Nexus Theory, and the Sustainable Development Theory. Using annual data from 1984 to 2023, the analysis evaluates the impacts of foreign direct investment, manufacturing value added, oil consumption, coal consumption, and low-carbon energy use on carbon dioxide emissions in both the short and long run. The results indicate that foreign direct investment initially increases emissions but has an insignificant adverse effect in the long run. Industrialization, oil, and coal consumption significantly raise emissions in both periods, while low-carbon energy consumption reduces emissions only in the long run. These findings suggest that Indonesia’s clean energy transition requires more substantial policy commitment, greater green investment, and improved industrial efficiency to achieve sustainable decarbonization
PENGARUH LAMA WAKTU PENGERINGAN CALON BENIH JAGUNG (Zea mays L.) DI DALAM RUMAH PENGERING TERHADAP MUTU FISIOLOGIS BENIH
Pengeringan yang tidak optimal disebabkan oleh penanganan pascapanen yang kurang tepat dan cuaca yang tidak stabil dapat menurunkan mutu benih. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama waktu pengeringan calon benih jagung menggunakan rumah pengering dengan efek rumah kaca terhadap mutu fisiologis benih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal dengan taraf lama waktu pengeringan, yaitu 8 jam (W1), 16 jam (W2), 24 jam (W3), dan 32 jam (W4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengeringan selama 32 jam (W4) memberikan hasil terbaik dengan kadar air 11.3%, kecepatan tumbuh 24.97%/etmal, daya kecambah 95.90%, indeks vigor 85,50%, susut bobot pengeringan 11.70%, dan laju pengeringan 0.3594%/jam. Secara umum, semakin lama pengeringan menurunkan kadar air dan meningkatkan kecepatan tumbuh, daya kecambah, serta indeks vigor benih. Penggunaan rumah pengering berbasis efek rumah kaca dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan mutu fisiologis benih jagung. Namun pemeliharaan dan pengaturan komponen rumah pengering sangat penting diperhatikan agar proses pengeringan berjalan optima
PENGARUH VARIETAS BATANG ATAS DAN BENZIL AMINO PURIN (BAP) TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN SAMBUNG PUCUK BIBIT MANGGA
Mangga (Mangifera indica.L) merupakan komoditas buah-buahan yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi, untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman mangga diperlukan bibit dengan cara perbanyakan secara vegetatif agar cepat berproduksi. Namun, salah satu tantangan dalam perbanyakan vegetatif seperti sambung pucuk adalah rendahnya persentase keberhasilan karena faktor pertumbuhan tunas yang tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh benzil amino purin (BAP) dan varietas batang atas terhadap keberhasilan sambung pucuk bibit mangga. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan dua faktor. Fakor pertama 4 taraf perlakuan perbedaan perbedaan varietas batang atas (entres) yaitu mangga Arumanis, Manalagi, Gedong dan Garifta dan fakor kedua yaitu 4 taraf perlakuan perbedaan konsentrasi BAP 0 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm dan 200 ppm dengan 4 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dengan satuan percobaan 64 tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi antara varietas dan konsentrasi BAP tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase keberhasilan, pecah tunas, tinggi batang atas, diameter batang atas, jumlah tunas dan jumlah daun pada sambung pucuk mangga. Varietas terbaik diperoleh dari perlakuan varietas mangga Arumanis dan Manalagi. Konsentrasi BAP terbaik pada konsentrasi 200 ppm
The Influence of GCG On Financial Distress Of State-Owned Companies On The IDX In 2021-2024
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of GCG (Good Corporate Governance), consisting of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee variables on financial distress. This study is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data, including the financial statements of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2024, obtained through the IDX website at www.idx.co.id. Data were collected using documentation techniques. The research sample consisted of state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2024, selected using a purposive sampling method , resulting in a sample size of eight companies. The results of the study show that institutional ownership and independent board of commissioners variables partially have no effect on financial distress, and managerial ownership, board of directors, and audit committee partially have an effect on financial distress
Implementasi PSAK 201 Dalam Penyajian Laporan Keuangan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energi
PSAK 201 merupakan standar akuntansi yang mengatur penyajian laporan keuangan perusahaan. Standar ini menjadi pedoman penting bagi perusahaan dalam menyajikan informasi keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel kepada stakeholder dan shareholder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data laporan keuangan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk periode 2022-2024. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk periode 2022-2024 terhadap PSAK 201, yaitu penyajian dan pengungkapan laporan keuangan. PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk secara umum telah menyajikan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar PSAK 201, mulai dari laporan posisi keuangan, laba rugi, laporan arus kas, hingga catatan atas laporan keuangan. Namun, perusahaan masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan dalam penyajian pos-pos, judul dan subtotal tambahan dalam laporan laba rugi dan penghasilan komprehensif lain. Kelengkapan pengungkapan informasi keuangan pada laporan keuangan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk periode 2022-2024 telah memenuhi syarat minimal yang terdapat dalam PSAK 201, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam klasifikasi beban tertentu dan penyajian analisis rinci untuk setiap komponen penghasilan komprehensif lain dalam laporan perubahan ekuitas maupun catatan atas laporan keuangan
Pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Arus Kas Operasi, Firm Size terhadap Financial Distress Perusahaan Tekstil dan Garmen
Penurunan kontribusi sektor tekstil dan garmen terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia dalam satu dekade terakhir, yang diperparah oleh meningkatnya tekanan persaingan akibat liberalisasi impor, meningkatkan risiko financial distress pada perusahaan di sektor ini. Kondisi tersebut menuntut adanya deteksi dini berbasis indikator keuangan yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh current ratio, return on assets, arus kas operasi, dan firm size terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model regresi linear berganda terhadap data perusahaan pada periode pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio, return on assets, dan firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan arus kas operasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan skala perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam memprediksi potensi financial distress. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajemen perusahaan tekstil dan garmen dapat memanfaatkan indikator-indikator tersebut sebagai dasar evaluasi kesehatan keuangan dan perumusan strategi preventif untuk menjaga keberlanjutan usaha di tengah dinamika persaingan industri
Optimalisasi Deteksi Tingkat Kematangan Tanda Buah Segar Kelapa Sawit Menggunakan YOLOV8 Dengan Platform Web
Oil palm represents one of Indonesia’s principal commodities. Traditionally, farmers manually monitor the ripeness level of palm oil, but this method is neither effective nor efficient for large-scale harvests. Therefore, a system that can automatically detect the ripeness level of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) is needed. In this study, the YOLOv8 algorithm was used which was integrated into a web-based application. The system is designed to improve accuracy and efficiency in the grading process of oil palm fruits, which directly impacts the quality of processed products and palm oil production. The dataset used consists of 6.592 images obtained through the Roboflow platform, covering various ripeness categories. The system development follows the CRISP-DM approach, consisting of business understanding, data understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment. The model training process approximately 3,1 hours, with evaluation results showing a precision of 94,5%, recall of 94,7%, and a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 98%. The model’s performance is further supported by an F1-confidence curve of 95% and a precision-recall curve of 98%, indicating stable and accurate classification capabilities. The model is deployed through a Streamlit-based web interface, allowing users to perform real-time detection from images or videos without requiring additional installations
Implementasi Metode CNN Berbasis Transfer Learning dengan Arsitektur MobileNetV2 dalam Klasifikasi dan Pemetaan Tempat Wisata
The growth of tourism in the digital era encourages the use of social media as a source of visual data for destination analysis. This study aims to classify and map tourist attractions in West Kalimantan using a transfer learning-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the MobileNetV2 architecture. A total of 454 images were collected through web scraping from the Instagram account @enjoykalbar, then through a process of elimination, augmentation, normalization, and manual labeling based on the West Kalimantan Disporapar tourism categories, namely Hills, Beaches, Cascades, Culture, Lakes, Rivers, Caves, and Forests. The dataset was divided into training data (70%), validation (20%), and test (10%). The model was built by freezing the initial layers of MobileNetV2 and adding a classification head, then drilled for 20 epochs using the Adam Optimizer and EarlyStopping and ReduceLROnPlateau callbacks. The training results showed a training accuracy of 95.8%, validation accuracy of 88.1%, and test accuracy of 80%. Further evaluation using the classification report yielded an overall accuracy of 89%, with an average precision of 0.93, a recall of 0.86, and an F1-score of 0.88. The model was then integrated into a category- and coordinate-based interactive mapping system to display the distribution of tourist attractions across 12 districts and 2 cities. The results demonstrate that the CNN transfer learning approach is effective for tourism image classification and supports spatial visualization in tourism promotion and planning
STRATEGIC MODEL FOR IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE AND GROWTH OF LOCAL FOOD SME’s IN EAST NUSA TENGGARA
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) in the local food sector in East Nusa Tenggara play an important role in driving regional economic growth while preserving local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the influence of market sensing, innovativeness, knowledge, motivation, partnership quality, and IT capability on the growth of local food SME’s. The research method employed is a quantitative approach through a survey of 165 SME’s operators, with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The analysis results indicate that market sensing, knowledge, motivation, and partnership quality have a significant impact on SME’s growth. Conversely, innovativeness and IT capability do not have a significant impact. These findings emphasize that the ability to understand market needs, manage business knowledge, maintain entrepreneurial motivation, and establish quality partnerships are the primary determinants of the growth of local food SME’s. Meanwhile, limited resources, low digital literacy, and local consumer preferences for traditional products are factors that explain the weak contribution of innovation and information technology. This study contributes to the development of literature by reaffirming the relevance of the Resource-Based View and Dynamic Capabilities View theories in the context of SME’s in island regions. Practically, business actors need to strengthen market sensing, enhance knowledge capacity, and build strategic partnership networks. Further studies are recommended to examine the role of mediating factors, policy support, and the dynamics of SME’s growth in the long term
