    Achieving sales targets is not easy, it takes hard work, for example providing friendly service, so consumers feel happy. The logic above is a fact that must be realized, considering that consumers are sensitive. This research was conducted to find out how service efforts have an effect on satisfaction and the impact on repeat purchases. The scientific method uses a quantitative method with 84 respondents. The sample technique uses incidentals, where respondents are asked to provide their responses to the services of a modern retail. To test this, linear regression analysis is used and the findings are found that service contributes to customer satisfaction, especially the attitude of the waiter is very closely related to customer emotions. Furthermore, the empathy indicator gets a good rating, consumers see the friendliness and responsiveness of employees affect the attitude of purchas

    The task of educational institutions is to carry out a quality teaching and learning process, and the key is in the teacher. Therefore, the institution should be ensure the quality of teacher performance is maintained. This study aims to identify several factors that affect teacher performance, but the measure is job satisfaction. This is intended, to find out how the treatment of a teacher to carry out the task as well as possible, which is influenced by mood. To test the validity of the research, quantitative methods and structural equation modeling analysis were used. As for data collection techniques, researchers used a questionnaire, which was given directly to the respondent (teacher). The results showed, 1) Motivation to be a good mediator in influencing job satisfaction. 2) A good work culture can influence work behavior and shape work morale. 3) Low stress levels can affect teacher behavior to work better, because they are in a good mood (satisfied). This means that there are many non-physical factors that significantly affect teacher performance, including work culture, stress, and motivation.     It is not easy to get the best results consistently, because employee performance has limits. However, the company can maintain it, by presenting good leaders, encouraging the strengthening of a humanist work culture, and providing appropriate compensation, as a reward for the performance given. In fact, this research was conducted to see the causal relationship mathematically, so that the possible value of improving performance is known. The research method uses a survey with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The number of samples as many as 160 respondents, and the technique of taking it using a simple random sample. The results of the study confirm that employee performance is very sensitive to increasing the role of leadership, culture, and compensation. In the partial analysis, it is proven that the compensation factor is more dominant in influencing performance. This implies that maintaining performance requires many factors, especially compensation variables. The reason is that compensation is an instrument that has a major impact on the lives of employees, so the size of the change in compensation is closely related to the increase or decrease in performance

    The level of competition between online motorcycle taxis cannot be avoided. Therefore, building relationships with consumers through providing satisfaction with service is absolute. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on Gojek customer satisfaction in the South Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive explanations. The sample technique used is Accidental Sampling with 96 respondents. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, simple linear regression test, determination coefficient test and research hypothesis test. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In other words, to be able to win the competition, one of thing should to do is making satisfaction on consumers. Therefore, Gojek needs to take concrete action in developing the driver's personality, namely friendly and helpful drivers.     KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA HYPERMARKET KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on Carrefour consumer satisfaction. The object of analysis in this study is Carrefour Pamulang. While the units of analysis are consumers who were found shopping at the time the study was conducted. The research method uses quantitative, descriptive and survey. The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis with 84 samples and the sampling technique used is accidental sampling and the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. Furthermore, the study was tested with the stages of analysis that included a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, a validity test, a reliability test, a classic assumption test, a linear regression test and a coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.435 and determination of 18.9%, while the remaining 81.1% is explained by other variables outside this study, for example location, price, promotion, image and others. This finding proves that consumer satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The better the services provided will increase customer satisfaction, thus loyalty will be born

    Compensation problems have become talks between employees, and the impact of motivation and employee performance decreases. To answer this problem, analysis and research are needed, so that a solution is found. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of employees is 50 people, so the technical sample used is the census. Furthermore, the research was carried out by testing the stages of analysis which included descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the regression analysis show that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Imperial Club Golf employees with a regression coefficient of 0,618 and Tcount of 7,156

    THE IMPACT OF DEVELOPMENT POLICY ON SUPPLY AND DEMAND SOYBEAN IN INDONESIA

    This research discusses of developing soybeans on supply and demand in Indonesia. To answer these objectives, the goal of econometrics is to use system model of equations with estimation using the 2SLS method. The results show that amount of national soybean demand is strongly influenced by soybean prices at the wholesalers, population and per capita income. The amount of soybean demand is very responsive to changes in population. While the number of bids is influenced by soybean production, imports, and supplies. Policy simulation results 10 percent increase in soybean prices at the farmer  will have an impact on increasing soybean production by around 9.58%. This increase caused by increasing in harvested area of ??7.71%. Eliminating urea subsidies by 60% will have an impact on declining soybean productivity by 42.79%, then decreasing agricultural land of oybean which is 38.62% and productivity of 5.02%. &nbsp

    THE EFFECT OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, FIRM SIZE AND FINANCIAL LEVERAGE ON INCOME SMOOTHING AND ITS IMPLICATION ON STOCK RETURN

    This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, company size and financial leverage on income smoothing and it’s implication on stock returns. The study population was 555 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2015, by using the purposive sampling method, obtained 40 companies. The analysis method uses penel data and Eviews 9.0 software. The research method used is quantitative by using secondary data, namely the company's annual financial statements. The results of the analysis show that good corporate governance, company size and financial leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on income smoothing. Partially, good corporate governance-independent commissioners and financial leverage have a positive and significant effect on income smoothing. But the variable size of the company has a negative effect and is significant for income smoothing. While income smoothing has a negative and significant effect on stock returns

    Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a manifestation of correct financial statements. The goal is stakeholders giving trust on the company. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze Voluntary Disclosure. This study aims to examine the influence of audit committees, firm size and profitability to voluntary disclosure. This study uses secondary data from manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange 2012-2016. This research use purposive sampling method and get sample as many as 19 companies. Thereafter, the audit committee, firm size, profitability and voluntary disclosure were tested using multiple linear regression analysis using panel data contained in SPSS. Prior to the regression test, the data were first tested using the classical assumption test with a predetermined standard level of significance ie by 0.05. The results show that: (1) Audit Committee has no significant influence on Voluntary Disclosure, (2) Company size has significant effect on Voluntary Disclosure, (3) Profitability has no effect on Voluntary Disclosure, (4) Audit Committee, Company Size and Profitability simultaneously affect Voluntary Disclosur
