REVIEW OF COFFEE MARKETING STRATEGIES IN BUSINESS COMPETITION
Increasing competition tension cannot be avoided. Information disclosure and the rapid pace of technology are the way. Developing a digital marketing strategy is a necessity. For those reason, this study aims to analyze several marketing strategies were compatible with the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using three-stage decision, namely EFE Matrix, Competitive Matrix (CPM), IFE Matrix. Then the second stage is matching; SWOT Matrix and Big Strategy Matrix. The last stage is the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The position of companies located in quadrant II needs to seriously evaluate their approach to the market. Even though their industry is growing, they cannot compete effectively, and they need to find out why the company's current approach is not effective and how companies can improve their competitiveness. MENINJAU KINERJA GURU ISLAM: ADVERSITY QUOTIENT DAN SPIRITUAL QUOTIENT
Bad attitude, behavior, and low national exam scores (UN) are a reflection of the teacher's low performance. Improving fundamental aspects, such as intelligence is a good effort. This research was conducted, to review and analyze performance, by looking its determinant. The research method is quantitative with primary data. Sampling using saturated sample. The Respondents in this study are 120 teachers at Al-Madinah Islamic School Cininong Bogor. The results of the study show, Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on Performance with contributions 35,8%. Spiritual Quotient has a positive and significant effect on Performance with contributions 36,5 %. THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, WORK MOTIVATION AND COMPENSATION ON JOB SATISFACTION AT DARUL QUR'AN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL MULIA BOGOR
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation and work compensation on job satisfaction of employees of the Integrated Islamic Boarding School Darul Qur'an Mulia Bogor. This research is a quantitative analysis study using simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The type of primary data in this study is in the form of a questionnaire given to 100 respondents. The data obtained is then processed using the help of the SPSS For Windows 24 Program. The analysis shows organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Low public trust in public services became a warning to the regional government, especially the Tigaraksa religious court to organize a good governance system, and one of the efforts is to improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. Moral degladation is evidence of educational failure. Therefore, Islamic education is present as a solution. As an effort to organize quality education it is necessary to improve teacher performance. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work experience and job satisfaction on teacher performance in the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Lebak-Banten. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and inferential explanations. The population in this study was 50 teachers in Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, Lebak - Banten, with 50 samples using saturated samples. DETERMINAN TAX AVOIDANCE PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES DI INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the effect of accounting conservatism and inventory intensity on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies of food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The population in this study were food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013 to 2017 as many as 21 companies. The type of research used in this study is associative - quantitative research. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the site www.idx.co.id. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained 40 financial report data manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector that meet the criteria. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression analysis model and using SPSS version 24. THE ANALYSIS OF SELECTION AND TRAINING MODEL IN EFFORTS TO INCREASE EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE PT. ARZURO HR PERFORMANCE
The study conducted at PT Arzuro Kinerja SDM aims to prove empirically the effect of selection and training on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in the study was descriptive quantitative, with multiple regression analysis. The independent variable of the study uses Selection (variable X1) and Training (variable X2), while the dependent variable of the study uses Employee Performance (variable Y). The sample used in the study was 100 saturated samples, which were taken directly through a questionnaire of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing shows that selection and training have significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. THE EFFECT OF INFLATION, EXCHANGE, INTEREST RATES, AND WORLD CRUDE OIL PRICES ON JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX AND ITS IMPLICATION AGAINST DEVELOPMENT OF PORTFOLIO INVESTMENT IN INDONESIA, PERIOD 2004-2015
The Jakarta Islamic Index is expected to increase investor confidence in developing Islamic investment. This study uses a quantitative, panel data and regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the independent variables have a influence on the changes in the Jakarta Islamic Index (Y). While the independent variables that have a real effect on changes in Portfolio Investment (Z) through the Jakarta Islamic Index (Y) variable are the variables of inflation, the exchange rate of Rupiah and the world crude oil price. However, the Interest Rate variable does not have a real effect on changes in Portfolio Investment. The results of the combined coefficient of determination of structural equations obtained a value of 89%, meaning that the information contained can be explained by the model formed, while the rest, which is equal to 11% percent is explained by other variables
