    PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN GUNUNG AGUNG SENAYAN CITY MALL JAKARTA PUSAT

    This research aims to determine the effect of compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) together on employee performance (Y), the effect of motivation (X2) on (Y) employee performance and the effect of compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y). The type of research carried out was a quantitative research method by distributing and collecting questionnaires about employee compensation, motivation and performance to 58 respondents. The analysis technique carried out is using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Determination Coefficient Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that providing compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall. This is proven by the value obtained for the regression equation Y = 8.463 + 0.668X1. Hypothesis test results were also obtained for the Compensation variable (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05 or a calculated t value of 5.736 > t table 2.003. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall). This is proven by the value obtained for the regression equation Y = 9.822 + 0.610X2. Hypothesis test results were also obtained for the Motivation variable (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000 < 0.05 or a calculated t value of 5.063 > t table 2.003. And providing compensation and motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Gunung Agung Senayan City Mall. This is proven by the value obtained for the regression equation Y = 3.500 + 0.489X1 + 0.389X2, for the influence of the compensation variable (X1) and the motivation variable (X2) on the employee performance variable (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05

    This study aims to analyze the problem of network failure which causes the barcode scanner not to function normally at SPBT Mabesal, calculation of depreciation and sounding of land storage tanks at SPBT Mabesal and weaknesses in the E-BMP application in terms of BMP distribution at SPBT Mabesal. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method type research approach. Data sources consist of two kinds, namely, primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews with research subjects and documentation studies. Data processing can be done using the NVivo software. The data analysis technique used in this study is the SSM (Soft Systems Methodology) method, which is an action research process, namely CATWOE (Clients, Actors, Transformation, Weltanschauung, Owner, Environment).     In era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is marked by a world that is increasingly borderless and full of uncertainty, these challenges are becoming increasingly complex. potential threats in the Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI II), particularly in the East Kalimantan region. Developments in the global, regional and national strategic environment have had a significant impact on the conditions and situation at ALKI II. One of the national strategic developments is the establishment of East Kalimantan as the new National Capital (IKN), which makes ALKI II an area vulnerable to military threats. Optimizing the empowerment of the potential of national resources in this region is very important in maintaining stability, sovereignty and state security in the maritime area, especially in ALKI II. To achieve this, steps are needed to be implemented by the central and regional governments to deal with maritime challenges more effectively and ensure the integrity and security of the maritime area. Changes in Indonesia's Center of Gravity (CoG), which was previously based in Jakarta, moved to the East Kalimantan region. In addition, the IKN location is at the ALKI II crossing which is an international waterway passed by military and civilian ships, and is close to the Flight Information Region (FIR) of a neighboring country and within the cruising radius of a neighboring country.     The rapid development of technology has resulted in changes in consumer behavior from initially choosing to purchase offline face-to-face at physical stores to choosing to purchase goods and services online. This phenomenon has a major impact on human life, namely technology in the field of information and smartphones. Increasing the number of sales of digital goods in Indonesia also indicates an increase in consumer behavior in Indonesia. Therefore the purpose of this observation is to find out and understand how much influence the quality of the website and hedonic shopping have on the impulse buying of Blibi e-commerce in Surabaya. This observation uses a quantitative research method by adopting the SEM analysis technique on the SmartPLS analysis tool. This analysis uses primary data collected by distributing purposive sampling questionnaires to 130 respondents who are the object of research, namely users of the Blibi e-commerce platform in Surabaya. The results showed that website quality had a significantly positive impact on impulse buying at Blibli e-commerce in Surabaya, while hedonic shopping had a negative impact and had no effect

    The increasing demand for medical gloves during covid 19 pandemic has made PT. X decided to make an investment by buying a machine worth a total of 6.7 billion Rupiah for the business of producing lubricant gloves with particles of 100 nanometers in 2020. With the end of the pandemic, the need for lubricants has decreased dramatically in 2022, making PT. X faces a feasibility problem for the investment in the lubricant machine that has been made. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of financial aspects, namely the assessment with the Discounted Payback Period (DPP), Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Profitability Index (PI). The analysis was carried out with pessimistic, moderate and optimistic versions of probability. The results of research using the DPP, NPV, BCR, PI methods are not feasible for pessimistic probabilities and are feasible for moderate and optimistic probabilities

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Current Ratio (CR) on the stock prices of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. Return on assets (ROA) is measured by profit before interest tax, depreciation and amortization of total assets. The debt-to-assets ratio (DAR) is measured by total liabilities divided by total assets, and the current ratio (CR) is measured by total current assets divided by total current liabilities. So far, the stock price is measured by the closing price. The method used is purposeful sampling. The samples used in this study were 31 real estate and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2020. The type of data is secondary data from financial reports and annual reports. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that simultaneously return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR) and current ratio (CR) have a significant effect on price.share. Partly, only return on assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the partial Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Current Ratio (CR) have no significant effect on stock prices

    This study aims to find out what strategies are carried out by the company in this case the human resource management department to increase work motivation at PT Garuda Karya Mandiri. The findings of this study are expected to be able to find out the strategies and steps taken by the company's human resource management to increase work motivation for employees in running the company's organizational wheels. Where we know that in the era of free competition that is so tight today, work motivation that remains high and well maintained will have an impact on achieving optimization of company performance. If this is realized in a company, it can be said that the company will be able to continue to grow, compete and survive very well. In an effort to always maintain employee work motivation so that it is always optimal, a certain strategy is needed by the company's human resource management to make the right steps in increasing employee motivation in the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using the motivational theory of Abraham Maslow in seeing and explaining the human need to live. The results of this study found that there were at least three main strategies carried out by the Human Resources Management of PT Garuda Karya Mandiri in increasing employee motivation, namely (1) Compensation Stability Strategy, (2) Firmness Strategy in the Application of Rewards and Punishments, (3) Clarity of Planning Strategy Career path

    Institutional ownership is the ownership of shares of a company by institutions or institutions such as insurance companies, banks, investment companies, and other institutional ownership. Debt policy is a company policy in determining how much the company's funding needs are financed by debt. Based on the research results, institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. This is evidenced by the results of the t test obtained tcount of -3.417562 and ttable of 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.0013. In this study, with a significance <0.05 (0.0013 <0.05) and tcount <ttable (-3.417562 <2.01174). Based on the research results, debt policy has no effect on firm value. This is evidenced by the results of the t test obtained tcount of 1.465681 and ttable of 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.1494. In this study, with a significance > 0.05 (0.1494 > 0.05) and tcount <ttable (1.465681 <2.01174). Based on the results of the study simultaneously showed that the significant value was less than 0.05 (0.004589 <0.05) where the value of Fcount > Ftable (6.050832 > 3.20). The result of Adjusted R Square (R2) is R Square which has been adjusted, a value of 0.170920 or 17.09% indicates the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable
