Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of providing people's business credit (KUR) on the performance of UMKM in North Luwu Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used purportive sampling, the analysis method used was simple regression analysis. The research findings indicate that the provision of KUR (Kredit Usaha Rakyat, or People's Business Credit) has a positive and significant impact on the performance of UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Luwu Regency. The study demonstrates that access to KUR financing has enhanced the operational efficiency, growth, and sustainability of local UMKM, helping them overcome financial constraints and improve their overall business performance. This highlights the importance of targeted financial support for small businesses, particularly in rural areas, to drive economic development and entrepreneurship

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Internal Communication and Teamwork on Employee Work Productivity at the Toraja Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The data collection procedures for this research are: observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this research is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 26 The technique that researchers use in sampling is the census method (total sampling), namely a sampling method using all members of the population a total of 31. The results of calculations using the t test on the Internal Communication variable t count > t table with a value of (3.090) > (2.04841) and on the Team Collaboration variable t count > t table with a value of (10.280) > (2.04841). The conclusion of this research is that Internal Communication and Teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Toraja Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency

Get PDFGovernment Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) through e-purchasing with e-catalog is expected to be as a more reliable method for PBJ officer, specifically for Commitment-making officer (PPK) and Procurement Officer (PP) due to the process has become faster and easier to choose between providers, as well as all transaction recorded in the LKPP e-catalog and therefore the process is transparent in nature. Procurement method with e-catalog expected can prevent fraud or human error. This study uses juridical normative approach by going through reference book, regulations, and related literature. Results of this research proof that Procurement of Government Goods and Services through e-katalog, has benefit in term of clarity, speed of the process and the simplicity, however in term of fraud resistance there is still loophole in the system. Through e-catalog prices can be see by anyone, selection process and also all transaction are recorded in the LKPP e-catalog therefore transparent in nature. However, price set in the LKPP e-catalogue are the highest in the government, therefore PP still has to negotiate the price

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Bank Muamalat KCU Fatmawati partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique from a population of 60 as samples. The method used to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously uses hypothesis testing (t test and f test). This study investigates the significant impact of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. Data analysis reveals that work discipline has a substantial influence on performance, with a contribution value of 0.933. This suggests that adherence to rules and punctuality play a crucial role in enhancing employee output, as supported by reinforcement theory and time management principles. Additionally, work motivation shows a significant effect on performance, with a contribution value of 0.672, highlighting the importance of intrinsic motivation factors, such as achievement and recognition, in driving employees to excel. The findings underscore the need for a comprehensive approach in performance management, emphasizing both the establishment of strong disciplinary practices and the cultivation of high motivation levels to optimize employee performance

Get PDFThe software helps solve things faster, e.g., Epanet software, Pipe Flow Expert, WaterCAD, SAP2000 planning software, etc. Likewise, in the field of calculating traffic volume with the development of artificial intelligence technology, using video recording, volume, and speed calculations can be done easily. At this time, the classification of traffic counting is only up to 3 (three) types of vehicles classified by YOLO V8, so in this research, the classification is added to be 6 (six) types of vehicles, namely mini cars, mobile passengers, small buses, big buses, small trucks, and large trucks, according to vehicle classification established in Indonesia. The research method is done by recording the traffic on the road and then video recording with the help of the software developed with the Python program so that the volume of the vehicle according to its classification is obtained. The result obtained from this research is compared to the manual traffic counting. The comparison between vehicle counting by the software and manual counting is mini-car 97.02%, passenger car 99.49%, small bus 96.94%, large bus 97.34%, small truck 93.21%, and large truck 97.18%

The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company's website. The population in this study is the Sri-Kehati Company Listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 Period. While the sample of this study was determined by the purposive sampling method so that 20 sample companies were obtained. The analysis method used is Panel Data Model Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance and green innovation have an effect on sustainability performance, good corporate governance has an effect on sustainability performance, green innovation has no effect on sustainability performance
