PERANAN FINANCIAL TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN MARKET PLACE SERTA ONLINE CUSTOMER REVIEW TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DAMPAKNYA PADA LOYALITAS KONSUMEN (Studi Empiris Pengguna Marketplace UMKM Kota Tangerang Selatan)
The role of financial technology is considered to be at the forefront of digital market developers through market places to increase the income of MSMEs in South Tangerang City. The objectives of this research are 1.) To test and analyze whether financial technology influences purchasing decisions 2). analyzing Online Customer Reviews on purchasing decisions 3). testing financial technology and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions 4). To test and analyze whether purchasing decisions have an impact on consumer loyalty in South Tangerang City MSMEs. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs using the market place. Population of all business actors in South Tangerang City. The sample uses questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used is a random sampling technique. The analysis tool in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) processed through the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program. The research results can be concluded as follows: (1). There is a partial effect of financial technology on purchasing decisions using a value of 52.5% obtained from the determinant test. (2) Online Customer Reviews influence purchasing decisions (3). financial technology and Online Customer Reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions (4). Purchasing Decisions that impact Consumer Loyalty
PENGARUH PENERAPAN E-FILING, E-BILLING DAN SANKSI PERPAJAKAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK
This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing e-filing, e-billing and tax sanctions systems on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Serpong using a quantitative approach. The research population is registered taxpayers at KPP Pratama Serpong. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires to respondents. Samples were taken using the convenience sampling method using the Slovin formula, resulting in 110 samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the implementation of the e-filing system had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance, while the implementation of the e-billing system had no effect, and the application of tax sanctions had an effect on taxpayer compliance
ANALISIS BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA SEPAKAT KECAMATAN PLAMPANG (STUDI KASUS DI DESA SEPAKAT KECAMATAN PLAMPANG)
This study aims to determine Direct Cash Assistance to Community Income. The variables of this study are Direct Cash Assistance and Community Income. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test. The Adjusted R value is 0.099 or 9.90%, which means a very weak correlation between cash transfers and people's income. For an Adjusted R value of 0.010 or 1.00%, the distribution of direct cash assistance is influenced by people's income, while 99.00% is influenced by other variables. The results of the t-test test between direct cash assistance to community income obtained a significance value of 0.276 or 27.6% is greater than 0.05 or 5%. So it can be concluded that direct cash assistance has no effect on people's income in Sepakat Village, Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency
PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN SEDERHANA BAGI UMKM GADING BERSINAR
The main goal of the company is to analyze the financial reports of Gading Bersinar MSMEs and examine the financial reports of Gading Bersinar MSMEs using a Spreadsheet. The research method employed is qualitative with data analysis based on the Miles & Huberman model. Data collection techniques involve observation and interviews. The research findings indicate that Gading Bersinar MSMEs currently do not have financial reports compliant with MSME Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). Upon inputting the data into the spreadsheet system, the financial reports become more organized. One inhibiting factor is the lack of accounting understanding among MSME practitioners
ANALISIS DUKUNGAN MASYARAKAT UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN
Tourism will develop if the views of local communities are taken into account in the tourism development process itself. Therefore, understanding tourism development from the perspective of local communities will deepen understanding of the long-term success of tourist destinations. This research aims to understand community support for tourism development based on social exchange theory and Bottom Up Spillover using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to communities around tourist attractions. The number of respondents was 200 people. The analytical tool used is SEM PLS. The research results found theoretical and empirical evidence about the relationship between variables. Based on the structural equation model, it shows that the benefits felt by residents from tourism development have a positive effect on satisfaction with material and non-material life domains, thus this will contribute to the overall quality of life. Then overall quality of life is an effective predictor to support tourism development
THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLE AND RGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH JOB SATISFACTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Cilegon City Food and Agriculture Security Agency. The population in this study were all employees of the Cilegon City Food and Agriculture Service. The sampling technique in this study was the saturated sampling technique, where the entire population was used as a research sample (census sample), so the sample size used in this study was 100 respondents. The research will be tested using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis tool. PLS can also be used to explain whether there is a relationship between latent variables and to analyze constructs formed with reflective and formative indicators. Based on the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance; 4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and 6) Job satisfaction can mediate between the variables of leadership style and work culture on employee performance variables
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA PT. AIRMAS PERKASA
The quality of products on consumer satisfaction at PT. Airmas Perkasa is good both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The population consists of consumers who purchase IT & Electronics products, with a sample collection technique using the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 98 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that service quality partially influences positively and significantly on consumer satisfaction with a determination coefficient value of 80.6%, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results where the t-value > t-table (19.961 > 1.985). Product quality partially influences positively and significantly on consumer satisfaction with a determination coefficient value of 83.9%, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results where the t-value > t-table (22.361 > 1.985). Service quality and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 4.289 + 0.263X1 + 0.494X2. The determination coefficient value is 85.9%, as evidenced by the hypothesis test results where the F-value > F-table (289.216 > 3.091). Therefore, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted. This means that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on consumer satisfaction

Workload, organizational culture, work discipline, and job performance are some of the topics that this bibliometric review hopes to go into. The study finds trends, patterns, and gaps in the existing literature by using bibliometric analytic approaches. It utilizes co-citation and keyword analysis to uncover patterns of research collaboration and creates a publishing map according to year, author, journal, institution, and country. Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers can benefit from the analysis by better understanding the most recent breakthroughs and trends in organizational behavior, specifically related to employee performance. Furthermore, it addresses voids in the existing literature and pinpoints topics that require additional research. The results can help improve organizational policy initiatives and direct future research in the fields of human resource management and organizational behaviour. Job interview phrases and corporate culture were the subjects of an online poll that ran from 2019 through 2024. Beyond highlighting three ways these approaches could be enhanced to increase data quality, the research tries to demonstrate the benefits of online testing beyond its convenience. These recommendations for enhancing the quality of data can be applied to online organizational surveys and experiments
KUALITAS PRODUK BERPENGARUH POSITIF DAN SIGNIFIKAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN
The research was conducted at the LN shop in CV. NB which is located on Jl. Semboja, Kebon Kopi Village, Bogor Tengah District, Bogor City for 6 months with the analytical approach used is quantitative. The population is 130 people. The sample for this research was 99 people. The results of the research show that the t test (Partial Test) on the product quality variable is 1.990 with a sig value of 0.005 and ? = 5%, obtained t table = 1.985 so it can be said that the product quality variable has a positive effect and a significant effect. influence on purchasing decisions at Lazada Nairastore. The service quality variable has a significant value of 2.316 with a sig value of 0.003 and ? = 5%, obtained ttable = 1.985 so it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada Nairastore. Meanwhile, simultaneously product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the F test results obtained by fcount = 4.710 which is greater than the ftable for ? = 5% of 3.088 and a significant value of 0.011 which is less than 0.05

The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the effect of management changes, complexity of company operations, KAP size together on audit report lag. (2) to determine the effect of management changes on audit report lag. (3) to determine the effect of company operational complexity on audit report lag. (4) to determine the effect of KAP size on audit report lag. This research is research that uses a quantitative approach. Furthermore, this research is a type of associative research. The data collection technique is a purposive sampling method. The data analysis methods in this research are descriptive statistical tests, research model tests, classical assumption tests, panel data regression tests and hypothesis tests. The results in this research are as follows: (1) management changes, complexity of company operations, KAP size together have a significant effect on. (2) change of management does not have a significant effect on audit report lag. (3) the complexity of company operations has a significant effect on audit report lag.
