    Penelitian ini,diharapkan dapat membuktikan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu E-servis quality,  e-satisfaction dan online repurchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden pengguna Tokopedia di Sleman. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa semua variabel saling mempengaruhi.Penelitian ini,diharapkan dapat membuktikan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu E-servis quality,  e-satisfaction dan online repurchase intention. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden pengguna Tokopedia di Sleman.     Penelitian ini bertujuan  menguji pengaruh risiko bank terhadap disiplin pasar pada  pada Bank Umum Milik Pemerintah dengan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Risiko kredit, Risiko likuditas dan variabel dependen yaitu disiplin pasar. Risiko kredit yang diukur dengan non performing loan dan risiko likuiditas yang diukur dengan loan to debt ratio dan disiplin pasar diukur menggunakan deposit growth. Sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan perbankan yaitu Bank Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) dan Bank Umum Milik Swasta (BUSN) yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh negative terhadap disiplin pasar dan resiko likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap disiplin pasar.  Pengaruh resiko bank lebih tinggi pada Bank BUSN dibandingkan pada Bank BUMN

    This research aims to determine : (1) the influence of perceptions of usability on the interest in using E SPT application (2) the influence of ease of use on the interest in using E SPT application (3) the influence of literacy of technological on the interest in using E SPT application (4) the influence of perceptions of usability, ease of use and literacy of technological on the interest in using E SPT application. This research includes associative research or relationship by using a quantitative approach. The population in this research are individual taxpayers in Yogyakarta. The technique used in data collection is the prerequisite analysis test, simple and multiple linear regression.     The research aims to find out: 1) the influence of leadership on job satisfaction; the influence of leadership on performance; 3) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction; 4) the effect of compensation on performance; 5) the effect of job satisfaction on performance; 6) indirect effect of leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction; and 7) indirect effect of compensation on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction. The study was conducted on employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, with a population of 500 employees. The sample in this study was set at 200 using accidental sampling. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a CR of 3.942 and p of 0.000 (p <0.05). Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 2.327 and p of 0.020 (p <0.05). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with CR of 2.432 and p of 0.015 (p <0.05). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 2.876 and p of 0.004 (p <0.05). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, with CR of 3.800 and p of 0.000 (p <0.05). Leadership has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction, with Sobel's Z of 2.732911 and p of 0.006277732 (p <0.05). Compensation has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of Waroeng SS Yogyakarta, mediated by job satisfaction, with Sobel's Z of 2.040175 and p of 0.041332877 (p <0.05)

    The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of profitability, leverage on value of the company with capital structure as intervening variable. This study classified as a quantitative research. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in periode 2012 to 2016. Sample was determined by purposive sampling, there are 15 manufacturing companies. The data is secondary. Data was collected by IDX: www.idx.co.id. Analysis of the data was use as Path Analysis, Correlation of Parcial test, R square, and the classical assumption test of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The data collection is done directly by using a questionnaire containing35 questions. Using data analysis tools and multiple regression.
