Get PDFThis study examines the factors which influences disclosure of corporate social responsibility in sustainability report on mining companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. disclosure of corporate social responsibility in sustainability report on mining companies is important issue because mining companies that are closely related to the use of natural resources directly start to engage in a balance between the purpose of obtaining profits and environmental preservation. The sample was all mining companies that disclosure of corporate social responsibility in sustainability report for three years from 2015 until 2017 periods. The factors are profitability, liquidity, leverage, audit committee, board of directors. This study uses purposive sampling to select the sample. This research analyzed using multiple linear regression. Going concern opinion is significantly influenced by profitability, liquidity, audit committee, and board of directors. In the other hand, leverage don’t give effect to disclosure of corporate social responsibility in sustainability report on mining companies
EVALUASI KINERJA KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH KOTA YOGYAKARTA PERIODE ANGGARAN 2013 - 2017
No full textThis research aims to evaluate financial performance of Yogyakarta City Government in fiscal period of 2013 to 2017 by using the specific Government Financial Ratios. Yogyakarta City Government’s liquidity performance, as seen in the results measured by using Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, has been in highest peak from its minimum-good-standard. The settlement for its current debts by using current assets is indicated risk-free though there found some non-optimum managements of current assets (assets components are too liquid). Government’s leverage performance, as seen in the results measured by using Debt to Regional Income Ratio and Debt to Regional Tax Ratio, has been in lowest peak from its maximum-good-standard. The settlement for its debts by using regional income and regional task is indicated risk-free. Government’s income management analysis, as seen in the results measured by Decentralization Degree is categorized in “acceptable” to be in “medium” stage. Meanwhile, the results measured by Regional Independence Ratio show us some moving-trends of local financial ability from “low” to be in “medium” level and relationship-pattern from “consultative” to be in “participatory” stage . Both ratios ensure that independence level of Yogyakarta City Government is still low though it keeps showing us increase as the years went by. The results measured by using Regional-Owned Enterprises Contribution Degree shows us that the contributions counted by Regional-Owned Enterprises are still very low. Government’s expenditure analysis, as seen in the results measured by using Capital Expenditure to Total Expenditure Ratio, shows us that Government’s capital expenditure through the fiscal years are still in the reasonable and fairness limit. The results measured by using Efficiency Ratio are both lower than the maximum standard of 100%. The governmental-budget-using is in “efficient” stage. There is no over-financing indicated
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT NSC FINANCE CABANG BANTUL
Get PDFThis study aims to study transformational leadership style on employee performance; the effect of work motivation on employee performance; the influence of work discipline on employee performance; and understand the most dominant variable between transformational leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Primary data were collected using questionnaire assistance from 53 employees of PT NSC Finance, Bantul Branch. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis is proposed by the t test, the F test and the questionable variable are dominantly supported by a comparison of standardized regression coefficients. The results of the analysis show all the independent variables namely transformational leadership style, work motivation and positive and significant work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at α = 5%. The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is work motivation variable.

This research uses the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) Method, using the Silver Meal Technique and EPP Technique (Economic Part Period) to calculate lot size and minimize cost.
The results of the study are using the EPP method, which can produce orders with optimal lot size. The total cost generated is Rp.57,034,745, and it is also known that the right re-order point for each reorder. The total cost using the Silver Meal technique is Rp.61,354,371. Therefore, the EPP technique is more economical compared to the Silver Meal technique. Because it has a difference in the total cost of Rp. 4,319,626

The aims of this research have tested the influence of factors based on modified TAM theory. This testing used a regression model which distributed online. The total of the sample that meets the criteria was 210 respondents. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norm were proven positively influence the intention of using the electronic wallet in an online buying. Perceived ease of use gained the highest impact toward the intention of using electronic wallet than the others factor. Therefore, startup businessman should provide innovation in a payment system which easies to understand so that the customer more interested in using electronic wallet service

The purpose of this study is to determine communication as an intervening variable influence individual characteristics on employee performance. Sample used by all civil servants (PNS) at UPT SDA Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya, dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara Jl. Asahan Km. 3,5 Pematangsiantar which numbered 96 employees. The analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple regression.
The results of the study found results: (1). There was a signi fi cant effect of individual character on communication: (2). There is a significant influence of individual character and communication on performance: (3). For the results of intervening path analysis shows that individual characters can have a direct effect on employee performance and can also indirectly influence from individual character to communication (as intervening) and then towards employee performance. To assess the company’s activities in a certain period of time to interested parties and one of the factors that can show how the company’s performance is good or not, namely with the analysis of financial statements.
The technique used in this research is documentation technique, is a source of data obtained by researchers indirectly, through intermediary media.
The results of this study indicate that the development of financial performance can be measured by analysis of financial statements or financial ratios.
