ANALISIS KINERJA BERBASIS MOTIVASI STAF MEDIS RSUD UMBU RARA MEHA WAINGAPU, SUMBA TIMUR, NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR
Improving the quality of hospitals is a vision that must be fulfilled to meet the health needs of the general public. The quality of the hospital will be fulfilled with good quality and available human resources and supporting facilities, a phenomenon which is inevitably the responsibility of many parties, both the government, the health department and also mainly hospital staff, who have the responsibility answers that have a direct impact on the quality of hospital services, current conditions have not shown maximum expectation so that appropriate efforts and strategies are still needed to improve the performance of medical staff in the hope that it will have an impact on improving hospital quality, organizational culture, discipline, motivation. factors that can influence the performance of employees of the ara rara meha waingapu hospital, east sumba, NTT. To study it, this research was carried out by formulating the following problems: (1) whether organizational culture influences the motivation of medical staff (2) whether the discipline influences the motivation of medical staff (3) whether the organizational culture influences the performance of medical staff (4) whether the discipline influences medical staff performance (5) whether the influence of motivation on the performance of medical staff.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Deskripsi Pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja Kota Sukabumi dengan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2020. Variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi pekerjaan sebagai X dan kinerja karyawan sebagai Y. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi sederhana untuk teknik analisis data, dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 36 karyawan dengan populasi PT. Jaya Bakti Raharja. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi pekerjaan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 21,3% dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan
Pengaruh Promosi, Harga, Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Sepeda Motor Honda Di Kota Yogyakarta
Purchasing interest in consumers is a very important factor in marketing activities. There are several variables that can affect consumer buying interest, including promotions, prices and product quality. But the results of each study conducted by several researchers have different results. So this needs to be further investigated. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, price and product quality on buying interest.
The method used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear analysis, partial t test and coefficient of determination. Furthermore, the results of this study are that promotion does not affect buying interest, while the price and quality of products have a significant positive effect on buying interest.Purchasing interest in consumers is a very important factor in marketing activities. ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) PEGAWAI
This study aims to determine the behavior of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the employees of CV.Setia Damai Kendari. This research is a quantitative study, with the study population are employees of CV Setia Damai Kendari, amounting to 34 respondents who will be taken by census. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study found that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees in the Office of CV. Setia Damai Kendari, on average, a value of 19.52. The magnitude of this value, indicates that employees in the Office of CV. Setia Damai Kendari has Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. This indicates that employees at CV. Setia Damai Kendari has ethical behavior that refers to behavior to help colleagues, supervisors or organizations and includes actions such as helping coworkers, trying to improve morale, volunteering for work that is not part of the job description, talking positively about the organization to people as well as suggesting improvements in organizational functions. Organizational Behavior Citizenship Behavior (OCB) employees at the Office of CV. Faithful Damai Kendari, can not be separated from the role of each behavior that forms the behavior of OCB, namely: civic virtue (civic virtue), conscientiousness (conscience) and courtesy (courtesy) which in the result has been owned by employees. As for the other case for alruism (alruis) and sportmanship (sportsmanship) behavior which in the results indicate that employees at CV. Setia Damai Kendari does not yet have altruism and sportsmanship behavior. The low behavior of employees in terms of altruism and sportsmanship at the same time shows that employee behavior in the CV. PERSPEKTIF PEMBELAJARAN BERINVESTASI PASAR MODAL DENGAN STIMULUS FREE OPENING ACCOUNT DI GALERI INVESTASI UNIVERSITAS SARJANAWIYATA TAMANSISWA
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keputusan berinvestasi dengan perspektif pembelajaran pasar modal melalui pembukaan akun di galeri Investasi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel terhadap 50 mahasiswa secara acak yang menerima fasilitas pembukaan akun secara gratis yang didanai oleh hibah DIKTI 2015 yang diperoleh Dr. Sri Hermuningsih, SE, MM. Metode analisis yang digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu SEM yang berbasis variansi dengan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran pasar modal tidak signifikan 0.967, (2) Pengetahuan akan produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.113, (3) harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berinvestasi dengan signifikani 0.034, (4) Tempat tidak berpengaruh dengan signifikansi 0.394, (5) Pembelajaran Pasar Modal, Pengetahuan Produk, Harga pembukaan rekening, serta tempat galeri investasi BEI UST secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi saham sebesar 0.0006, (6) Moderasi Stimulus Fasilitas Pembukaan akun gratis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelajaran pasar modal dengan keputusan berinvestasi mahasiswa UST sebesar 0.328.

ANALISIS LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DARI PERSPEKTIF KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN TELLER PT BPD DIY CABANG SENOPATI
The research was conducted to test variable influence, compensation , workplace and career development on employee loyalty them through job satisfation at PT BPD DIY Branch Senopati. This study using the independent variable, compensation ,workplace, and career development, the dependent variable, employee loyalty and the variable job satisfaction is intervening. Sampling technique used is census. Namely research technique census was taken of all subjects or population. Sample were using the procedure 36 koesioner data collection. The analysis used the technique analysis 18.0. spss a walker And smartpls 3.2.8. The hypothesis testing in research, it can be concluded that compensation and workplace have had a positive impact on the job satisfaction and employee loyalty. But compensation not significantly and work place to the job satisfaction and employee loyalty. To career debelopment significant work on the job satisfaction and insignificant on employee loyalty. For job satisfaction have had a positive impact and significant employee loyalty.

ANALISIS KINERJA BERBASIS MOTIVASI PEGAWAI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 4 SLEMAN
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style variables, organizational culture on employee motivation and performance. This research was conducted at MAN 4 Sleman. The number of samples set is 54 respondents with sampling using the census method. Measurements in the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data is processed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, which is SEM with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect partially on employee motivation, this was proven by the P-Value value of 0.001 and the parameter coefficient value was 0.378 so that it supports the first hypothesis. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect partially on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the P-Value value of 0.034 and the parameter coefficient value of 0.233 so that it supports the second hypothesis. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect partially on Motivation, this is evidenced by the P-Vaue value of 0.015 and the parameter coefficient value of 0.347 so it supports the third hypothesis, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence partially on employee performance, this is evidenced by P-Vaue value is 0.035 and the parameter coefficient value is 0.346 so it supports the fourth hypothesis, Motivation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance, this is evidenced by the P-Vaue value of 0.028 and the parameter coefficient value is 0.362 thus supporting the fifth hypothesis. The results of the path analysis show that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect partially on motivation by 0.378, while on employee performance by 0.233, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect partially on motivation by 0.347, while on employee performance is 0.346 and Motivation has a positive effect and partially significant towards employee performance of 0.36

This research aims to find out more about the influence of the use of information technology, internal control and organizational commitment to organizational performance. Increasing organizational performance can build employee confidence in carrying out their tasks within the organization. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaire results. Respondents in this study are the Regional Work Unit of Gunungkidul Regency. The sampling method uses Purposve Sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the use of information technology affects the organizational performance of Gunungkidul Regency while internal control and organizational commitment do not affect the performance of Gunungkidul Regency organizations
