      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Latifa Melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Queen Latifa. Metode Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian. Sampel sebanyak 100 karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Analsisis jalur menggunakan SPSS 18.0 dan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian: variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan,  Variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja  variabel Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.   Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerj

    Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction  of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo.     Pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

    ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how much influence teh Work Life Balance has on improving the performance of PT. Muara Tunggal production staff, the method used in this study is a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique, with 46 respondents consisting of 46 using s survey through a quesionnaire to 46 employees of PT. Muara Tunggal, the results of this study can show that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. the total effect is 61,6%, the remaining 38,4% is influenced by variables not examined in this study

    This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress, debt default, and audit tenure on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion in the period 2015-2017. This study uses secondary data from manufacturing companies financial report which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling method obtained 28 companies that are feasible so that the sample from the study amounted to 84 samples. Statistical tests were performed using SPSS ver 23.0 using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that financial distress variables have a significant negative effect while debt default and audit tenure have a positive effect on the acceptance of going-concern audit opinion

Sampling techniques are saturated samples by taking all samples of 97 employees.     This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on stock return and is moderated by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). Stock return is the level of profits obtained by investors on the results of the investment in shares it does. Profitability ratio to measure how much profit the company can get. Indicators of profitability ratios used in the study are return on asset (ROA) and net profit margin (NPM). The dividend payout ratio (DPR) variable is used to see whether it is able to moderate the relationship of profitability to stock returns. The consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018 were selected as the population used in this study. Purposive sampling technique was used to obtain the number of samples in this study. Based on this technique 13 companies were obtained as samples.Partial least square analysis technique was used in this study. This study shows the results that the higher the value of ROA will affect the rate of return to shareholders, while the NPM has no effect on stock returns, and the DPR is able to moderate the relationship of profitability to stock returns.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap return saham dan dimoderasi oleh dividen payout ratio (DPR). Return saham merupakan tingkat keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh para investor atas hasil investasi saham yang dilakukannya. Rasio profitabilitas digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar tingkat keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh oleh perusahaan. Indikator rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu return on asset (ROA) dan net profit margin (NPM). Variabel dividend payout ratio (DPR) digunakan untuk melihat apakah mampu memoderasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap return saham. Perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2016-2018 dipilih sebagai populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk mendapatkan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut 13 perusahaan diperoleh sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis partial least square digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa semakin tinggi nilai ROA akan mempengaruhi tingkat pengembalian terhadap para pemegang saham, sedangkan NPM tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham, dan  DPR mampu memoderasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap return saham

    The purpose of this study was to analyze consumer satisfaction Borobudur Central Java Temple Tourism Park. This study uses service and facility quality variables to analyze customer satisfaction at Borobudur Tourism Park. The sampling technique used by multiplying 5 times the number of question items, then the sample results obtained by 155 people. The result was that 150 questionnaires were answered by visitors to Borobudur Temple Tourism Park while 5 questionnaires were not filled out by visitors so they were not included in the data analysis. Then the response rate in this study was 96.77%. The analytical tool used to test the research instrument uses the validity and reliability test while to test the hypothesis is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test and F.     EFEKTIVITAS KOMPENSASI PELENGKAP UNTUK PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA PDAM TIRTA MUKTI KABUPATEN CIANJUR)

    The provision of trapping compensation is very positive applied in a company, and is designed not only for the benefit of employees but also for the benefit of the company, among others for employees to prevent problems arising from employees such as employee turnover and absenteeism. Companies must be able to carry out positive policies so that existing employees are encouraged to develop and improve employee performance in terms of quality and quantity, so that they are able to meet the demands of work that ultimately achieves the company's goals. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is the employees of PDAM Tirta Mukti. The population is sixty respondents in PDAM Tirta Mukti. The ups and downs in employee performance at PDAM Tirta Mukti are affected by complementary compensation while others are influenced by other variables. Have a positive and significant effect between the relationship of pencer compensation on employee performance. The results of the complementary compensation t test partially affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Mukti.Pemberian kompensasi pelangkap sangat positif diterapkan dalam suatu perusahaan, dan dirancang tidak hanya untuk kepentingan karyawan namun juga untuk kepentingan perusahaan, antara lain bagi karyawan untuk mencegah agar tidak timbul mengenai permasalahan karyawan misalnya seperti turn over karyawan dan absensi. Perusahaan harus dapat melakukan kebijakan yang positif agar karyawan yang ada terdorong untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dari segi kualitas dan kuantitasnya, sehingga mereka mampu memenuhi tuntutan pekerjaan yang pada akhirnya tercapailah tujuan perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini Populasinya adalah karyawan PDAM Tirta Mukti. Populasi berjumlah enam puluh responden pada PDAM Tirta Mukti. Naik turunnya kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Mukti dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi pelengkap sedangkan yang lainnya diperngaruhi oleh variabel lain. Berpengaruh positif dan signifikat antara  hubungan kompensasi pelangkap terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari uji t kompensasi pelengkap berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PDAM Tirta Mukti

    Fraud of financial statements is intentional misstatement or disclosure with the intention of deceiving the users of the report with the aim of benefiting a party. Detection of financial statement fraud does not always get a bright spot due to various underlying factors and many methods to conduct financial statement fraud. One way to measure fraudulent financial statements is the Beneish M-Score Ratio. Beneish M-Score can be calculated using eight ratios, namely from DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, TATA, and LVGI. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, TATA, and LVGI on fraudulent financial statements in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 period. The theories used in this study are theories relating to DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, TATA, and LVGI. The type of research used is descriptive statistics with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection is a documentation study method with a logistic regression analysis method. The population used is the financial statements of consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The results showed that simultaneously DSRI, GMI, AQI, SGI, DEPI, SGAI, TATA, and LVGI had an effect on detecting fraud. Partially GMI, DEPI has no effect on fraud detection.     The research was conducted in order to test the variable influence Transformational Leadership and Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at CV. Wiraboga Nusantara Yogyakarta. Was used in this research the independent variable is, Transformational Leadership and Intrinsic Motivation, the dependent variable is Employee Performance, and the intervening variable that is Job Satisfaction.The sampling technique used is census. Samples are employees of CV. Wiraboga Nusantara Yogyakarta, in the 50. The procedure data collection using a questionnaire distributed to be filled by employees. The analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS 18.0 and SmartPLS 3.2.8. Based analysis of the data and the results of the testing of hypothesis to research it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.280. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.415. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.143. Intrinsic motivation has a negative effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.788.
