    The development of digital technology provides convenience and innovation in various sectors, including banking. Bank NTT, as part of the Indonesian banking industry, faces tight competition and strives to maintain customer trust through the implementation of Financial Technology (FinTech). This study aims to examine the influence of FinTech and customer satisfaction on the financial performance of Bank NTT. The results of the study are expected to provide insight for academics and banking practitioners in optimizing technological innovation to increase profitability and customer satisfaction. This study examines the financial performance of Bank NTT Kupang with a population of all bank customers. Primary data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from literature and official websites. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and statistical tests.The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Technology has a significant effect on Financial Performance; and (2) Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Banking Financial Performanc

    The primary aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between demographic factors and the investment experience of stock investors. Specifically, it explores how factors such as gender, age, educational level, income level and occupation are related to the duration of an investor’s experience in the stock market.   This study is quantitative and employs a purposive sampling technique, focusing on stock investors in Surabaya City with a sample size of 110 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire created on Google Forms. The data acquired was analyzed using SPSS Version 29 software, employing two statistical tests, Chi-Square test and ANOVA.  The Chi-Square test was used to examine the relationships between demographic factors - gender, age, occupation, educational level and income level - are significantly related to an investor’s investment experience. Based on the ANOVA test, which was used to compare differences, it is shown that only gender had a significant impact on investment experience.&nbsp

    This research investigates how profitability, liquidity, and leverage impact the value of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector over the period 2017-2021. This research seeks to investigate and clarify the impacts, both singularly and jointly, of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on the valuation of companies within the pharmaceutical subsector throughout the period from 2017 to 2021. This study utilized secondary data, specifically the Financial Statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The impact of independent variables, including Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage, on the dependent variable, represented by the company's value measured by the price-to-book value (PBV) metric, was evaluated using SPSS software version 25. This research's findings indicate that the profitability variable does not partially impact the Value of the Company. The Value of the Company is demonstrated to remain unaffected by profitability levels, as determined through the Return On Assets metric. Conversely, the liquidity variable is found to have a positive partial effect on the Value of the Company. Almost all business sectors need to use social media to boost customer trust, brand equity, and market expansion. Social networking has a role in the operation of the transportation industry. There hasn't been much study about social media advertising in the transportation sector throughout the years, particularly when it comes to bus transportation. In an effort to improve purchase decisions via the use of SMMS, this study yielded a novel perspective.     This research aims to determine the influence of people and physical evidence on interest in visiting Betawi Babeh Sadeli Restaurant, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang, Banten Province. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple analysis methods. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population in the research were all consumers who visited the Babeh Sadeli Betawi Restaurant, Pondok Aren. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The results of partial research on people and physical evidence influence interest in visiting. Research shows that service and the physical environment influence the customer experience at a restaurant. A friendly and professional attitude increases visitor satisfaction and influences their interest in returning. An attractive interior and cleanliness are also important in providing a positive first impression to customers. The combination of the two creates an overall positive experience, encouraging customers to return and recommend the restaurant to others. Restaurant practitioners are advised to provide employee training for friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. Then also interior design, cleanliness and food presentation to create a positive impression

    This study aimed to know the calculation of raw material costs, calculation of labor costs, and calculation of Overhead costs based on the order cost method in determining the cost of production at UD Adi Prima Karsa in 2018. This study classified as quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this study was UD Adi Prima Karsa while the research object was a report on the cost of the product with samples of Counter Interior, Library Interior and Kitchen Interior products to determine the cost of production using the job costing method. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, namely: (1) Primary data is data obtained or sourced from first hand or data obtained from research subjects.The results showed that UD Adi Prima Karsa used the calculation of cost of goods manufactured based on orders but there was an error in determining the overhead costs. The calculation results show a significant difference where the cost of production calculated by UD Adi Prima Karsa is greater than the cost of production using the Job Order Costing method. The difference in the cost of production certainly affects the selling price and profit and loss of the company where the selling price is determined and the profits obtained by the company are too low.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan biaya bahan baku, perhitungan biaya tenaga kerja, dan perhitungan biaya Overhead berdasarkan metode harga pokok pesanan dalam menentukan harga pokok produksi pada UD Adi Prima Karsa tahun 2018. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah UD Adi Prima Karsa sedangkan objek penelitian adalah laporan harga pokok produk dengan sampel produk Counter Interior, Library Interior dan Kitchen Interior untuk menentukan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan metode job costing. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yaitu: (1) Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh atau bersumber dari tangan pertama atau data yang diperoleh dari subjek penelitian, (2) Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber lain yang tidak langsung memberikan data kepada peneliti, (3) Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh dari sumber pertama atau data yang diperoleh dari subjek penelitian, (4) Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber lain yang tidak langsung memberikan data kepada peneliti, (5) Data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber lain yang tidak langsung memberikan data kepada peneliti. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dimana harga pokok produksi yang dihitung oleh UD Adi Prima Karsa lebih besar dibandingkan dengan harga pokok produksi yang menggunakan metode Job Order Costing. Perbedaan harga pokok produksi tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap harga jual dan laba rugi perusahaan dimana harga jual yang ditentukan dan laba yang diperoleh perusahaan terlalu rendah

    Coffee grounds waste briquettes are charcoal blocks, lumps, or sticks that can be burned, manufactured from coffee grounds waste that has been printed in such a shape and size with a certain pressure strength and mixed with a fuel adhesive such as tapioca flour. Coffee grounds waste as biomass waste has the potential to be used as a raw material in the production of bio briquettes due to its calorific value of 5,764 kcal/kg, which is higher than that of medium-rank coal (5,141 kcal/kg). PT. Energia Kopi Kreasindo is a biofuel briquette manufacturer that processes biomass. The surplus of coffee grounds produced by the instant coffee processing industry and their underutilization in 2022 inspired the conception of this product.     This research aims to analyze the factors that cause fraudulent behavior in student organizations. Using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological methods. Data collection techniques include observation methods and in-depth interviews. Therefore, this research makes it possible to obtain broader information and is based on the experience of the sources regarding how and why fraudulent behavior occurs within the scope of student organizations. The characteristics of the resource persons have been determined, namely students who have experience in managing student financial organizations. The resource persons in this research were three students with different organizational backgrounds, and each resource person had experience as a policy maker, directly managing and supervising the finances of their respective organizations. The results of the research show that there is a condition (fraud) in student organizations, in the form of damage to organizational assets and manipulation of the presentation of financial reports. The factors that encouraged this incident to occur were situational pressure, the opportunity to commit the incident (fraud), the action of the incident which was entrenched and considered normal and permitted and the ability of the students who carried out the incident to identify the situation and determine decisions within the organization

    The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the factors influencing service quality and communication at PT. Agung Solusi Trans, focusing on efforts to enhance relationships with customers, effectively resolve arising disputes, and strengthen customer loyalty. The research methodology employed at PT. Agung Solusi Trans utilizes a qualitative approach with a post-positivist stance. This study aims to comprehend the natural conditions within the company and analyze emerging issues. Data collection involves participatory observation and interviews with company employees, which are subsequently analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This approach allows researchers to gain a deep understanding of the company's services and existing issues from an internal perspective. The findings reveal that the primary challenges faced by PT. Agung Solusi Trans include difficulties in managing relationships with the general public and ineffective communication. Consequently, these challenges lead to decreased customer loyalty and suboptimal satisfaction levels. This indicates the need for the company to improve customer understanding of the services offered, provide comprehensive and accessible information, and enhance communication processes to better meet customer expectations. By addressing these issues, PT. Agung Solusi Trans aims to enhance its reputation, gain customer trust, and achieve sustainable business growth

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana pengolahan datanya dilakukan secara statistik. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 65 responden dengan metode Sampling Jenuh, kelompok dari Non Probability Sampling, yaitu dilakukan secara sensus dimana populasi dijadikan sampel yang terdaftar di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampung. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah dengan uji analisis linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia (SDM) pada Fakultas Hukum Universitas Lampun
