PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, HARGA PRODUK BUTTONSCARVES TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN MINAT BELI MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS PELITA BANGSA
This research aims to determine the influence of the Mere Image of Buttonscarves products on demand to buy and the price of Buttonscarves products on buying interest of Pelita Bangsa University Students. The Population in this study were Pelita Bangsa University students in Cikarang. The sampling technique used is validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using classic assumption testing techniques, multiple linear regression anallsis. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between price on buyinginterst and a positive influence between brand image on buying interest. The results of this research show that brand image and product price have a positive influence on purchase intention.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Mere produk Buttonscarves terhadap minta beli dan harga produk Buttonscarves terhadap minat beli Mahasiswa Universita Pelita Bangsa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa di Cikarang. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-probability sampling, sehingga diporoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesoner, teknis analisi data yang digunakan adalah validitas dan reabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi liner berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ahwa terdapat pengaruh posotif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap minat bei dan terhadap pengaruh positif antara citra merek terhadap minat beli. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa citra merek dan harga produk berpegaruh positif terhadap minat beli
PENGARUH KUALTAS PRODUK TERHADAP MINAT BELI MELALUI KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA MIE GACOAN DI PAMULANG, TANGERANG SELATAN, PROVINSI BANTEN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli melalui kepuasan konsumen pada Mie Gacoan di Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menerapkan analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1-5. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah selurung pengunjung yang datang pada Mie Gacoan di Pamulang, Sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli melalui kepuasan konsumen. Mie Gacoan di Pamulang dikenal dengan kualitas produk yang memuaskan dan berdampak positif pada kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen, serta mempengaruhi minat beli, baik konsumen saat ini maupun potensial, melalui rekomendasi dari konsumen yang puas. Ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas produk menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen yang berkelanjutan
Unveiling the Power of Fairness: Exploring Organizational Justice and Positive Behavior for Future Insights
This paper aims to focus on research configuration and to create a conceptual framework on the influence of salience oforganizational justice (OJ) dimension and salience of positive organizational behavior (POB) based on 5.530 articles from the Digital library. The method used in this study is a systematic review covering OJ and POB publications from the 2011up to 2019. This is the first paper to jointly analyze the influence of OJ and POB using systematic review method, which may enrich academic discussion. Findings: Distributive and procedural justice has the most weighted of evidence in influencing the salience of positive organizational behavior, followed by interpersonal and informational justice. While the highest sequences of salient outcome include organizational commitment, OCB, job satisfaction, organizational trust, job performance, and pay satisfaction. Interpersonal justice does not affect pay satisfaction, and informational justice only has salient outcome towards OCB, job performance, and pay satisfactio
ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN PADA KELURAHAN SIDOREJO, KECAMATAN GODEAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN
This research aims to examine the leadership style of the Head of Sidorejo Village, Godean District, Sleman Regency. The object of the research is the leadership style of the Head of Sidorejo Village. The problem addressed in this study is how the leadership style of the Head of Sidorejo Village is applied. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Based on the research findings presented and developed in the discussion, it can be concluded that the leadership style of the Head of Sidorejo Village is reflected in his behavior in leading the daily governance at the Sidorejo Village Office. This leadership style encourages village officials to perform their responsibilities as public servants more effectively. This positive condition is created through cooperation between the village head and all village officials to achieve the organizational goals that have been set, both in accordance with the laws and government regulations that guide the governance of Sidorejo Village
ANALISIS STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS TERHADAP TOKO BINTANG MANDIRI DITINJAU DARI ASPEK PEMASARAN DAN ASPEK KEUANGAN
Pada saat ini, perekonomian Indonesia menuntut para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah atau UMKM untuk mampu menurunkan tingkat keterpurukan ekonomi serta pengangguran di Indonesia serendah-rendahnya. Salah satu dari sekian banyak jenis UMKM yang selalu berkembang dengan berbagai inovasi dari keragaman komoditas lokal yaitu dari sektor makanan ringan atau dikenal dengan snack, seperti pada Toko Bintang Mandiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan secara kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Sukasari Kecamatan Serang Baru Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan narasumber yang terkait. Toko Bintang Mandiri, yaitu pemilik usaha dan pelanggan. Hasil analisis studi kelayakan bisnis makanan ringan Toko Bintang Mandiri dari aspek pemasaran dikatakan layak dengan melakukan pemantauan banyak promosi ke pasar, harga yang bersaing, letaknya strategis, dan mudahnya akses untuk distribusi. sejauh ini tidak hanya di wilayah kabupaten Bekasi tetapi merambah ke Pulau Sumatera. Berdasarkan evaluasi dari aspek keuangan yang kami lakukan. evaluasi dari usaha makanan ringan Toko Bintang Mandiri melalui standar studi kelayakan bisnis menyampaikan PP yaitu selama 7 bulan 3 minggu dengan nilai PI sebesar 1,36%
PENGARUH TAX PLANNING, DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LABA DENGAN KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
This research was conducted to see whether tax planning has a positive effect on earnings management, to determine whether leverage has a negative effect on earnings management, to determine whether managerial ownership strengthens or weakens the influence between tax planning and earnings management and also to determine whether managerial ownership strengthens or weaken the influence between leverage and yield management.
In this study, the collection, processing, analysis, and presentation of data are carried out systematically and objectively to solve a problem or test a hypothesis to develop general principles.
Based on the results it was concluded that tax planning has a positive effect on earnings management, leverage has a positive effect on earnings management, the higher the company's leverage level, the higher the company's potential to manage earnings. management ownership variables weaken the impact of tax planning on income management. Tax planning is one way that is used by taxpayers in managing their business or income taxation. This research aims to determine the effect of activity ratios on profitability at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk. This type of research is associative.
The research instrument used is a list of tables consisting of sales data, total assets, cash at the beginning of the year, cash at the end of the year, average cash, total fixed assets and net profit at PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk has been listed on the IDX from 1990 to 2022, which is 23 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Mayora Indah, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use documentation and literature study. The sata analysis technique uses the t test and f test.

GREEN REPURCHASE INTENTION: PERAN GREEN PERCEIVED RISK DAN GREEN PERCEIVED VALUE PADA KONSUMEN HIJAU
Perkembangan keberlanjutan lingkungan menjadi tantangan dan prioritas utama dunia dalam membangun segala sesuatunya. Hal ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah Sustainable Development Goals. Perilaku konsumen pun sudah mulai pelan-pelan beralih pada ketertarikan mereka akan produk produk yang peduli pada keberlanjutan lingkungan. Konsumen yang peduli lingkungan ini kemudian disebut dengan konsumen hijau. Makin bertambahnya konsumen hijau, maka pelaku UMKM di Indonesia sebaiknya juga perlu untuk mengarahkan produk dan usaha mereka berbasis triple bottom line. Salah satunya Pasar Wiguna, hadir sebagai wadah untuk memastikan UMKM yang termasuk dalam anggotanya adalah UMKM yang juga berperilaku hijau. Penelitian ini mendapatkan 130 responden konsumen hijau yang melakukan pembelian ulang pada Pasar Wiguna dengan memperhatikan aspek green perceived risk dan green perceived value. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan bantuan PLS sebagai alat bantu uji pengaruh. Hasilnya bahwa terdapat pengaruh green perceived risk dan green perceived value terhadap green repurchase intention. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha perlu tetap konsisten membangun usaha nya berbasis triple bottom line sehingga selasas dengan upaya menuju Sustainable Development Goals. The development of environmental desires has become a challenge and a top priority for the world in building everything. This is better known as the Sustainable Development Goals. Consumer behavior has also begun to slowly shift towards their interest in products that care about environmental interests. Consumers who care about the environment are then called green consumers. As green consumers increase, MSMEs in Indonesia should also direct their products and businesses based on the triple bottom line. One of them is Pasar Wiguna, which is present as a forum to ensure that MSMEs that are included in its members are MSMEs that also behave green. This study obtained 130 green consumer respondents who made repeat purchases at Pasar Wiguna by paying attention to the aspects of green perception risk and green perception value. The quantitative research method with the help of PLS as a tool to influence tests. The results show that there is an influence of green perception risk and green perception value on the intention to repurchase green. Therefore, business actors need to remain consistent in building their businesses based on the triple bottom line so that they can achieve the goals of Sustainable Development
PENGARUH PERSEPSI PEMBAYARAN CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) DAN GRATIS ONGKIR TERHADAP MINAT BELI PADA MASYARAKAT PENGGUNA APLIKASI SHOPEE ( STUDI KASUS MASYARAKAT DESA SELOGUDIG WETAN)
In making a purchase, customers weigh the advantages and disadvantages of the available options and choose a course of action based on their evaluation “ Free shipping and Cash On Delivery (COD) are two of the many elements that influence customer shopping. Researchers aim to find out whether there is an influence of free shipping and Cash On Delivery (COD) on people's buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 593 residents of Selogudig Wetan village aged 20-29 years. With a sample of 240 respondents selected using the Slovin formula sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, used for data processing and analysis with the SPSS application. The results of data analysis show that the questionnaire test instrument is declared valid and reliable and there are no violations in the classical assumption test. Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that Cash On Delivery (COD) payments and free shipping have a significant effect on purchasing interest, as shown by the F test, calculated F is greater than F table. In addition, the partial T test produces a significance value of less than 0.05, which indicates that the two independent variable factors partially influence buying interest
PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS, MODAL KERJA, TOTAL ASET TERHADAP NET PROFIT MARGIN PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BEI
This study aims to test the influence of cash turnover, working capital turnover, also total asset turnover on NPM. By using NPM as the dependent variable. The study method applied is descriptive and quantitative research. This study was processed using SPSS 16.0 as a hypothesis testing tool. The research period starts from 2020-2022, with research samples from 10 food and beverage sub-sector companies written on the IDX. With data analysis techniques consisting of the Classical Assumption Test and the Coefficient of Determination Test also the study model used is multiple linear regression. Research findings show that the working capital turnover variable has a significant impact on NPM. Meanwhile, the cash turnover also total asset turnover variables have no influence on NPM in food and beverage companies on the IDX.Riset ini bermaksud menguji pengaruh dari perputaran kas, modal kerja, serta total aset pada NPM. Dengan mempergunakan net profit margin menjadi variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan yakni deskriptif serta penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini diproses menggunakan SPSS 16.0 sebagai alat uji hipotesis. Periode penelitian mulai dari tahun 2020-2022, dengan sampel penelitian di 10 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di BEI. Dengan teknik penganalisisan data yang terdiri atas Uji Asumsi Klasik serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi serta model penelitian yang dipergunakan yakni regresi linear berganda. Temuan riset meunjukkan bahwasanya variabel perputaran modal kerja memberi pengaruh signifikan pada NPM. Sementara variabel perputaran kas serta perputaran total aset tidak memberi pengaruh pada NPM di perusahaan makanan dan minuman di BEI
