    The objective of the research is to examine the variables of emotional intelligence, organizational support and organizational culture at organizational citizenship behavior at PMI Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by the non-probability method with saturated samples. Of the 55 questionnaires distributed, 49 returned. The results of the study indicate that the variable Emotional Intelligence does not have a positive and significant effect on OCB, and there is a positive and significant influence on the variable Organizational Support with OCB, and there is a positive and significant effect of the variable Organizational Culture with OCB.Tujuan peniliti adalah untuk menguji variabel kecerdasan emosional, dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi  terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PMI Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil dengan metode non-probabilitas dengan sampel jenuh. Dari 55 kuesioner yang didistribusikan, 49 kambali. Hasil penelitin menunjukan bahwa variabel Kecerdasan Emosional tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel Dukungan Organisasi dengan OCB, dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi dengan OCB

    As the relationship management perspective has been criticized and contradicting for focusing too much on individual entities, two parallel research tracks encourage business practices to view relational exchanges from a systems perspective. These two literary streams exist across the performance domain, sales force customization, sales force management, and sales to domain. The sales process can be seen as an episodic and non-linear exchange involving a large number of stakeholders. Our systematic review of the sales literature reveals a rich science that parallels the above characteristics. At the same time, this research fails to integrate management school perspectives or to identify links that illustrate the foundations of neoliberalism and improved the welfare states.     Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana faktor-faktor variable indipenden (PDB, Inflasi, Kurs dan Tingkat Suku Bunga) mempengaruhi variable dependen (Realisasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN)) dalam kurun waktu 20 tahun terakhir. penelitian kuantitatif bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh variable PDB, Inflasi, Nilai Tukar dan Tingkat Suku Bunga terhadap Realisasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), dan juga menguji hipotesis guna memperkuat atau bahkan menolak hipotesis. In this study, human resource development is divided into two, namely competency-based and talent-based. The development of competency-based human resources carried out by the organization will make the quality of employees better and more profitable for the organization itself. Talent-based human resource development is very important for companies if their talents are managed, placed in the right position and developed properly by the organization, then the performance within the organization will be good.Pada saat ini  persaingan global sangat ketat sehingga terjadi kopetensi dalam mengembangkan sumber daya pada organisasi perusahaan atau institusi.     The purpose of the research is to describe the effect of career development and self efficacy on the performance of employees of CV. Danagung D'briquetess Bntul Yogyakarta. This method of study uses saturated samples due to the small number of populations in the company. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire distributed through the company owner. Data analysis techniques using SPSS application version 20 include quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination.. the study found that the career development and Self Efficacy variables have positive and significant impact on employee performance.     The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of risk late payment of taxes,tax service innovation and notification due. The data used are primary data which result from distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents who were processed. The method used is incidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression techniques. The result showed that risk of late payment of taxes and notification due had no effect on motivation to pay taxes on time, and tax service innovation had a positive effect on motivation to pay taxe on time. The effect oh the three independent variables on the dependent variable is only 20,1%

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of student motivation, ability, and behavior on student interest in taking the CPA exam. This research is a quantitative type of research. The population of this research is all Accounting Study Program Students in DIY. Stamped in this study were accounting study program students (Test Center DIY), amounting to 95 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, while testing the research data used a validity test, a reliability test, while a hypothesis test with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the application of SPSS version 16.0.     This study aims to determine the capital structure used by PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk in increasing profits. This type of research is descriptive by using research instruments in the form of a list of tables containing data on total debt, total assets, total equity and net profit after tax at PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk. The population used in this study were all financial statements of PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk  since being listed on the IDX from 1988 to 2020, for 32 years. The sample in this study is the financial statements of PT. Lotte Cemical Titan, Tbk for 10 years, from 2011 to 2020 using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses data analysis by component ratios used to measure capital structure, namely Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), as well as ratios to measure profit, namely Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), in this study also used one-party t-test data analysis (One Sample t-test).
