    PENGARUH GREEN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA LINGKUNGAN PERAN MEDIASI GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PADA HOTEL

    The hotel pays attention to the environment as a form of the hotel's responsi-bility and concern for the environment. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of green intellectual capital on environmental performance mediat-ed by environmentally friendly human resource management of star hotels in Madiun. The approach in this research uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 60 respondents, the measuring instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research analysis uses the Part Least Square (PLS) measurement approach version 3.0. The research results show that green intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on envi-ronmental performance. Green Intellectual Capital has a positive and signifi-cant effect on environmentally friendly human resource management. Green Human Resource Management has a significant positive effect on hotel envi-ronmental performance. Green Intellectual Capital has a positive and signifi-cant effect on the environmental performance of star hotels in Madiun which is partially mediated by Green Human Resource Management.Hotel memberikan perhatian terhadap lingkungan sebagai wujud tanggungjawab dan kepedulian hotel  terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap kinerja lingkungan dimediasi green human resource management hotel berbintang di Madiun. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden, alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pengukuran pendekatan Part Least Square (PLS) versi 3,0. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan green intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan. Green intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap green human resources management. Green human resource management berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan hotel. Green intellectual capital berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja lingkungan hotel berbintang di Madiun  yang dimediasi Green Human Resource Management secara parsial

    Industri pengiriman barang mengalami lonjakan pertumbuhan yang signifikan seiring dengan maraknya bisnis e-commerce di Indonesia. Perkembangan ini membuka peluang besar bagi perusahaan logistik untuk menjadi bagian penting dalam rantai distribusi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis pengaruh fasilitas, tarif, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada start-up logistik Paxel yang berada di Cikarang, yang semakin dikenal sebagai solusi inovatif dalam layanan ekspedisi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 96 responden, yang merupakan pengguna aktif layanan Paxel. Data dianalisis melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta asumsi klasik sebelum diolah menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan software SPSS 24 untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa fasilitas dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, variabel tarif tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan lebih mengutamakan kualitas layanan, khususnya terkait fasilitas dan ketepatan pengiriman, dibandingkan harga. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi Paxel dalam menyusun strategi layanan yang lebih efektif untuk memenangkan persaingan di industri logistik yang semakin kompetitif

    Environmental performance has become a focus for investors because it reflects the company's responsibility towards the natural ecosystem and its surroundings. Environmental performance has become one of the components that influences investment decisions. One of the components that influences environmental performance is governance and gender diversity. This study examines the role of gender diversity in strengthening the relationship between the audit committee and managerial ownership on the company's environmental performance. This study covers all companies from various sectors listed on Bloomberg in 2015 - 2022. The analysis method used in this study uses a quantitative method using secondary data. The results of the study indicate that management ownership significantly affects social and environmental performance. In addition, gender diversity will strengthen the relationship between managerial ownership and environmental performance. These findings highlight the importance of women's inclusion in supervisory and managerial positions to improve the company's environmental responsibility.     Persaingan industri coffee shop semakin ketat sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran seperti membangun kepedulian terhadap lingkungan, serta menciptakan gaya hidup sehat berkonsep hijau agar dapat mempengaruhi minat beli dan bersaing dengan produk kompetitor. Starbucks melakukan promosi kreatif melalui program " Bring Your Own Tumbler " untuk melibatkan seluruh konsumen Starbucks dalam gerakan re-use wadah kopi bekas pakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Environmental Knowledge, Word Of Mouth, dan Green Marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Starbucks. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 responden yang mengetahui tetapi belum pernah membeli produk Starbucks. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil Uji Instrumen data penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel. Uji Asumsi Klasik dinyatakan terdistribusi secara normal dan menghasilkan model regresi yang bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Environmental Knowledge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Starbucks, Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Starbucks, dan Green Marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk Starbucks. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengeksplorasi variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini guna memperoleh pemahaman lebih mendalam yang mampu mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan.Competition in the coffee shop industry is getting tougher, so marketing strategies are needed, such as building awareness of the environment, as well as creating a healthy lifestyle with a green concept in order to influence buying interest and compete with competitors' products. Starbucks carries out creative promotions through the "Bring Your Own Tumbler" program to involve all Starbucks consumers in the movement to reuse used coffee containers. This research aims to analyze the influence of Environmental Knowledge, Word Of Mouth, and Green Marketing on consumer purchasing interest in Starbucks products. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who knew but had never bought Starbucks products. The data collection technique uses a survey with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The test results of this research data instrument were proven to be valid and reliable. The Classic Assumption Test is stated to be normally distributed and produces a regression model that is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this research prove that Environmental Knowledge has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing interest in Starbucks products, Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing interest in Starbucks products, and Green Marketing has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing interest in Starbucks products. Suggestions for future researchers are to explore other independent variables that were not examined in this research in order to gain a deeper understanding that can influence consumers' buying interest in environmentally friendly products

    This study aims to determine the effect of risk perceptions of tax collection, the role of information media, and intensification of supervision of taxpayer compliance. The data in this study uses primary data. The study population in question is an individual taxpayer in Playen District and Wonosari Subdistrict, Gunungkidul Regency and the sample in this study was 115 individual taxpayers in Playen District and Wonosari District, Gunungkidul Regency. The method used to determine the sample of this study was the convenience sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the risk perception of tax collection, the role of information media and the intensification of supervision partially had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. And the perception of risk of tax collection, the role of information media and the intensification of supervision simultaneously have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. Keywords: Perception of Tax Collection Risk, Role of Information Media, Intensification of Supervision and Taxpayer compliance.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi risiko penagihan pajak, peran media informasi, dan intensifikasi pengawasan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi penelitian yang dimaksud adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kecamatan Playen dan Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Gunungkidul dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kecamatan Playen dan Kecamatan Wonosari Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel penelitian ini adalah metode convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi risiko penagihan pajak, peran media informasi dan intensifikasi pengawasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Dan persepsi risiko penagihan pajak, peran media informasi dan intensifikasi pengawasan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.     The Lamota Pudding business is one of the new businesses that students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, are involved in. As a new business, before the business is developed or before carrying out a business expansion, it is better to carry out a feasibility analysis of the business so that there is an overview of the sustainability of the business in the future. There are several aspects of feasibility from an economic perspective including the Net Benefit Cost Ratio and Payback Period. The results of the analysis show that the B/C ratio of the Lamota Pudding business is 1.15. These results show a B/C ratio > 1, so the Lamota Pudding business is feasible to continue. Meanwhile, the Payback Period (PP) for the Lamota Pudding business was obtained for 1 year, meaning that the Lamota Pudding business was able to return investment costs after the business lasted for 1 year. This is of course relatively fast so that the business is feasible to run.Usaha Puding Lamota merupakan salah satu usaha baru yang digeluti oleh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Manajemen Universitas Samawa Sumbawa Besar. Sebagai usaha baru maka sebelum usaha tersebut dikembangkan atau sebelum melakukan perluasan usaha maka usaha tersebut harus dilakukan terlebih dahulu. sebaiknya dilakukan analisis kelayakan usaha agar ada gambaran keberlangsungan usaha dimasa yang akan datang. Terdapat beberapa aspek kelayakan dari sudut pandang ekonomi antara lain Net Benefit Cost Ratio dan Payback Period. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa B/C Ratio pada usaha Puding Lamota sebesar 1,15. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan B/C Ratio > 1 maka usaha Puding Lamota layak untuk dilanjutkan. Sedangkan Payback Period (PP) pada usaha Puding Lamota diperoleh selama 1 tahun, artinya usaha Puding Lamota mampu mengembalikan biaya investasi setelah usaha tersebut bertahan selama 1 tahun. Hal ini tentunya relatif cepat sehingga usaha tersebut layak untuk dijalankan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan teknologi e-commerce dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Bandar Lampung. E-commerce memungkinkan UMKM memperluas pasar tanpa biaya infrastruktur besar, sedangkan literasi keuangan membantu pengelolaan anggaran dan pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara variabel menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce dan literasi keuangan secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, mencakup peningkatan pendapatan dan daya saing. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dan edukasi keuangan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan UMKM di era transformasi digital

    This study aims to understand how skills and knowledge contribute to the success of students in entrepreneurship. Using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, the research reveals that entrepreneurial success is not solely dependent on financial capital but also on personal capital such as skills, knowledge, and determination, combined with external support like social relationships and business location. For instance, a student utilizing their cooking skills to start a small business demonstrates the importance of adaptability, perseverance, and time management. The study concludes that a combination of internal and external capital, along with a desire for continuous learning and innovation, can enhance entrepreneurial success among students.Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami bagaimana kemampuan dan pengetahuan berperan dalam mendukung keberhasilan mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa kesuksesan berwirausaha tidak hanya bergantung pada modal uang, tetapi juga modal pribadi seperti kemampuan, pengetahuan, dan tekad, ditambah dukungan eksternal seperti hubungan sosial dan lokasi usaha. Sebagai contoh, seorang mahasiswa yang memanfaatkan keterampilan memasak untuk memulai usaha kecil menunjukkan betapa pentingnya adaptasi, ketekunan, dan pengelolaan waktu. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi modal internal dan eksternal, serta keinginan untuk terus belajar dan berinovasi, dapat meningkatkan peluang keberhasilan wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie instan Lemonilo dengan minat beli sebagai mediasi pada masyarakat Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan SEM dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang ditentukan, yang mana sampel ini mencakup 3 Kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Umbulharjo, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 114 responden. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel Harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan dan juga Minat Beli. Sedangkan variabel Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, namun Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli. Selain itu variabel Harga dapat mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian melalui Minat Beli pada produk Mie instan Lemonilo dan juga Kualitas Produk dapat mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian melalui Minat Beli pada produk Mie instan Lemonilo.This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions of Lemonilo instant noodles with purchase interest as a mediation in the Umbulharjo community of Yogyakarta. This research method uses a quantitative method and uses the SEM approach with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with specified criteria, which included 3 sub-districts in Umbulharjo District, with a total of 114 respondents. This study concludes that the Price variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions and Interests. While the Product Quality variable does not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, but Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interests. In addition, the Price variable can influence Purchase Decisions through Purchase Interests on Lemonilo instant noodles and Product Quality can also influence Purchase Decisions through Purchase Interests on Lemonilo instant noodles
