    THE IMPACT OF THE SPA BUSINESS MODEL ON UNIQLO'S FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND GLOBAL COMPETITIVENESS

    The global fast fashion industry has witnessed tremendous growth in recent years, driven by consumer demand for affordable, trendy, and widely available clothing. This study investigates how key operational factors—Operating Profit, Store Expansion, and Inventory Turnover—affect Uniqlo’s financial performance and global market competitiveness. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, we analyzed secondary data from Fast Retailing’s quarterly financial reports spanning 2014 to 2023. Statistical analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression to identify the strength and direction of relationships among variables. The results reveal that Operating Profit has a significant positive impact on both Revenue Growth and Profitability, suggesting that operational efficiency is a major driver of sustainable growth. Store Expansion shows a direct and strong effect on Market Share, reinforcing the importance of global physical presence in the retail industry. Additionally, Inventory Turnover plays a vital role in enhancing both financial outcomes and operational responsiveness, positively influencing Revenue Growth, Market Share, and Profit Margins. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how the SPA (Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) business model supports Uniqlo’s competitive positioning.     PENGARUH PERSEPSI HARGA DAN ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH (E-WOM) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK BUNDLING DI TIKTOK SHOP PADA GEN Z DI JAWA TIMUR

    Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara persepsi harga dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian Gen Z Wilayah Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi yang mencakup individu yang lahir pada tahun 1997-2012 (gen Z) di Jawa Timur, yang datanya dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling untuk mengambil responden yang berjumlah 100 orang melalui kuesioner/survey. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Temuan dalam penelitian membuktikan bahwa dari hasil uji parsial persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk bundling (sig. 0,262 > 0,05; t=1,127). Koefisien negatif juga mengindikasikan harga bukan faktor penentu utama dalam pembelian produk bundling di TikTok Shop bagi konsumen Jawa Timur, melainkan lebih dipengaruhi faktor lain seperti rekomendasi sosial. Sementara dari hasil uji secara simultan, persepsi harga dan e-WOM diketahui memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk bundling, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel secara bersama-sama mampu menjabarkan perubahan dari perilaku konsumen. Namun, secara parsial, persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan (sig. 0,262 > 0,05) dengan koefisien negatif, menunjukkan jika harga bukanlah faktor utama penentu keputusan pembelian

    RACE AGAINST THE DEADLINE : ANALISIS FAKTOR KETEPATAN WAKTU PENYAMPAIAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN INDEKS LQ-45

    This study aims to examine the effect profitability, leverage, Good Corporate Governance, and firm size and the timeliness of reporting for companies in the LQ-45 index during the 2020–2024 period. The method employed is logistic regression using secondary data from annual reports. The results indicate that profitability, leverage, and firm size do not significantly impact reporting timeliness, while Good Corporate Governance does have a significant effect. The model explains only 12.3% of the variance in reporting timeliness, suggesting that many other factors beyond those studied are at play. These findings underscore the need to balance internal oversight with reporting process efficiency.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, Good Corporate Governance, serta ukuran perusahaan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan perusahaan indeks LQ-45 selama periode 2020–2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik dengan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan, sementara Good Corporate Governance justru menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Model yang digunakan hanya menjelaskan 12,3% variasi ketepatan waktu pelaporan, menandakan masih banyak faktor di luar variabel penelitian.     Tujuan dari penelitian mengevaluasi dampak akuntabilitas daerah, belanja daerah, serta ukuran pemerintahan terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian diterapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang diambil dari  LKPD (laporan keuangan pemerintahan daerah) Provinsi Jawa Tengah selama rentang waktu 2019 hingga 2023, dengan total 35 sampel. Pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, akuntabilitas daerah terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan daerah, demikian pula dengan belanja daerah dan ukuran pemerintahan yang juga menunjukkan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah

    THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON PATIENT SATISFACTION AT HATI KUDUS LANGGUR HOSPITAL

    This study explores the relationship between the quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction at Hati Kudus Langgur Hospital. The main aim is to assess whether service quality has a significant impact on how satisfied patients are with the hospital's services. A quantitative method is utilized, using a structured questionnaire to collect data. The research targets all patients of the hospital, with a sample size of at least 123 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis methods include descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, as well as the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings indicate: (1) Tangibility has a significant positive influence on patient satisfaction; (2) Reliability does not significantly influence satisfaction; (3) Responsiveness has a meaningful effect on satisfaction; (4) Assurance significantly contributes to satisfaction; and (5) Empathy does not show a significant impact on patient satisfaction at the hospital

    UNDERSTANDING CONSUMER SWITCHING INTENTIONS TOWARD TELKOMSEL ONE IN WEST JAVA : A PUSH-PULL-MOORING MODEL APPROACH

    In the Society 5.0 era, seamless digital connectivity is essential. Telkom, through its “Five Bold Moves” transformation agenda, integrated IndiHome into its mobile subsidiary, Telkomsel, to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Following this, Telkomsel launched Telkomsel One, a Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) product that combines mobile and fixed broadband into a single platform. The service offers a bundled package of internet, voice, and entertainment for a unified experience at home and on the go. Despite its strategic potential, adoption has not yet reached its potential in West Java, highlighting the need to understand consumer behavior better. This study applies the Push – Pull – Mooring (PPM) model to examine switching intentions toward Telkomsel One. Push factors include dissatisfaction, pull factors reflect perceived benefits and convenience, and mooring factors involve loyalty and switching costs. The study also explores generational differences among Generation Z, Millennials, and Generation X. Using SEM-PLS with 300 respondents in West Java, findings show that pull factors have the strongest influence on switching intentions, followed by moderate push effects, while mooring factors act as a significant barrier, particularly for older users. Gen Z is digitally open and engaged, but they are not typically the main decision-makers when it comes to household connectivity products. Millennials show a strong intent to adopt customizable services that offer clear value and fairness. Gen X is the most resistant due to attachment and complexity, requiring trust-driven and personalized support

    ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA CHANNEL DIGITAL DALAM MENDORONG BRAND AWARENESS PT. GOJEK INDONESIA AREA BALI

         The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital media channels used to increase brand awareness at PT. Gojek Indonesia Area Bali with a digital community based marketing strategy amid increasingly competitive on-demand services. Bali, as an international tourist destination, has heterogeneous consumer characteristics, including local residents and domestic and foreign tourists. Gojek, in the midst of digitalization, leverages social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and utilizes community based content tailored to promotional campaigns that align with the characteristics of local users, culture, and tourists in Bali to build closer relationships and strengthen the brand image among consumers. The research approach uses a sequential exploratory mixed-method combining in depth interviews and participatory observation (qualitative) with a Likert scale survey of active social media users in Bali (quantitative). The effectiveness of digital media channels is then analyzed through three marketing effectiveness indicators by Smith et al. (2023), namely outcome-based (final results in the form of increased brand awareness, new users, and subscription transaction conversions), process-based (content strategy and digital campaign management), and impact-based (engagement rate).      The research results indicate that community marketing integrated with digital media and local culture can significantly increase Gojek's brand awareness. User-generated content (UGC) and digital word-of-mouth marketing (eWOM) have proven to expand campaign reach and enhance user emotional engagement. This study contributes to the development of community-based digital marketing strategies in on-demand services and offers practical implications for Gojek to optimize a more personalized, relevant, and contextual digital approach in the Bali region.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas saluran media digital yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan brand awareness pada PT. Gojek Indonesia Area Bali dengan strategi pendekatan strategi pemasaran komunitas digital di tengah arus persaiangan layanan on-demand  yang semakin kompetitif. Bali sebagai destinasi wisata internasional memiliki karakteristik konsumen yang heterogen, mencakup penduduk lokal dan wisatawan dalam negeri maupun mancanegara. Gojek di tengah arus digitalisasi memanfaatkan sosial media seperti Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube serta menggunakan konten komunitas yang menyesuaikan kampanye promosi dengan karakteristik pengguna lokal, budaya dan wisatawan di Bali untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat dan turut memperkuat citra merek di kalangan konsumen. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan mixed-method ekploratoris sekuensial yang mengggabungkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif (kualitatif) serta survei berbasis skala linkert pengguna aktif sosial media di Bali (Kuantitatif). Efektivitas Media Channel Digital kemudian di analisis melalului tiga indikator efektivitas pemasaran oleh Smith et al. (2023) yakni Outcame-based (hasil akhir berrupa peningkatan kesadaran merek, jumlah pengguna baru dan konversi transaksi berlangganan), process-based (strategi konten dan pengelolaan kampanye digital) dan impact-based (engagement rate).      Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran komunitas yang terintegrasi dengan media digital dan budaya masyarakat lokal  mampu  meningkatkan brand awareness Gojek secara signifikan.  Konten berbasis pengalaman pengguna (User Generated Content) dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut berbasis digital (eWOM) terbukti memperluas jangkauan kampanye dan meningkatkan keterlibatan emosional pengguna.     IMPLEMENTATION OF ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS TO CHOOSE RISK MITIGATION PLAN FOR CO-LIVING SPACE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

    This study comprehensively assesses and proposes mitigation strategies for critical risks within a specific co-living development project in Haji Nawi, set against the backdrop of Jakarta's increasing housing deficit. The research integrates the ISO 31000:2018 risk management framework, supplemented by PESTLE, VRIO, and SWOT analyses for environmental scanning. Its primary objective is to identify, accurately measure, prioritize, and formulate actionable mitigation plans for significant project threats. Qualitative data gathered from expert interviews and focused group discussions informed the risk assessment process. The study identified 37 distinct potential risks, categorized into Strategic, Financial, Operational, Legal & Compliance, and Reputational domains. Through rigorous measurement and prioritization aligned with the development firm's risk appetite, 11 risks were classified as High to Extreme, demanding urgent treatment. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was then applied to evaluate and select the most suitable mitigation plans for the three highest-priority, extreme risks: Permit Delay, Community Rejection, and Contractor Failure. Results strongly recommend implementing Contingency Buffers in Project Timelines for Permit Delay. The Establishment of a Grievance Redress Mechanism emerged as the preferred strategy for Community Rejection, while Collaborative Contract Models (e.g., Alliancing) proved optimal for mitigating Contractor Failure. This research provides a robust framework and data-driven recommendations, crucial for ensuring project stability and success in dynamic urban property markets.Studi ini secara komprehensif menilai dan mengusulkan strategi mitigasi untuk risiko-risiko kritis dalam proyek pengembangan ruang co-living di Haji Nawi oleh sebuah perusahaan pengembang, di tengah meningkatnya defisit perumahan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan kerangka manajemen risiko ISO 31000:2018, dilengkapi dengan analisis PESTLE, VRIO, dan SWOT untuk pemindaian lingkungan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi, mengukur secara akurat, memprioritaskan, dan merumuskan rencana mitigasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk ancaman proyek yang signifikan. Data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dari wawancara ahli dan diskusi kelompok terfokus menginformasikan proses penilaian risiko. Studi ini mengidentifikasi 37 potensi risiko yang berbeda, dikategorikan ke dalam domain Strategis, Keuangan, Operasional, Hukum & Kepatuhan, dan Reputasi. Melalui pengukuran dan prioritisasi yang ketat sesuai dengan selera risiko perusahaan pengembang, 11 risiko diklasifikasikan sebagai Tinggi hingga Ekstrem, yang memerlukan penanganan segera. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) kemudian diterapkan untuk mengevaluasi dan memilih rencana mitigasi yang paling sesuai untuk tiga risiko ekstrem dengan prioritas tertinggi: Penundaan Izin, Penolakan Komunitas, dan Kegagalan Kontraktor. Hasil penelitian sangat merekomendasikan penerapan Contingency Buffers in Project Timelines untuk risiko Penundaan Izin. Establishment of a Grievance Redress Mechanism muncul sebagai strategi yang disukai untuk Penolakan Komunitas, sementara Collaborative Contract Models (misalnya, Alliancing) terbukti optimal untuk memitigasi Kegagalan Kontraktor.     PENGARUH FASHION PAKAIAN BANGKOK DAN MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK TERHADAP TREND FAST FASHION PAKAIAN DAN PERILAKU KONSUMTIF PADA GENERASI Z

    This study was conducted to determine "The Influence of Bangkok Fashion Clothing and Tiktok Social Media on Fast Fashion Clothing Trends and Consumer Behavior in Generation Z". The strategy used in this study is a quantitative approach, with questionnaires as a data collection technique. The sampling method uses non-random sampling, namely each population does not have the same possibility of being sampled. The sample used was 100 respondents through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study was using the Partial Least Square (PLS) test tool. The results of this study indicate that Bangkok Fashion has a significant influence on Fast Fashion Clothing Trends. Based on P Values ​​0.000 <0.05. then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that Bangkok Fashion is one of the fast fashion models that is popular with the public which is effective in influencing consumer attitudes and encouraging purchasing decisions. The results of this study provide important implications for generation Z to be wiser in shopping, in order to control consumer behavior in adolescence. Keywords: Social media, Consumer behavior, Fast fashion, Generation Z.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Fashion Pakaian Bangkok dan Media Sosial Tiktok Terhadap Trend Fast Fashion Pakaian dan Perilaku Konsumtif Pada Generasi Z”. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif , dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel tidak acak atau Nonrandom Sampling yaitu setiap populasi tidak mempunyai kemungkinan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan alat uji Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Fashion Bangkok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Trend Fast Fashion Pakaian. Berdasarkan P Values 0.000 < 0.05. maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fashion Bangkok merupakan salah satu model fast fashion yang digemari masyarakat yang efektif untuk mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi para generasi Z untuk lebih bijak dalam berbelanja, agar dapat mengendalikan perilaku konsumtif pada usia remaja.
