ADAT KAWIN TANGKAP MASYARAKAT SUMBA SEBAGAI BENTUK NYATA KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP PEREMPUAN: Bride-Napping Tradition by Sumbanese as A Real Form of Sexual Violence Against Woman
Laryngeal tuberculosis, a form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis is prevalent less than 2% in Indonesia. Indonesia continues to be the second-highest tuberculosis-endemic country in the world, with more than 700,000 cases in 2022 and more than 600,000 cases in 2023. Of these cases, only 8% are extrapulmonary. In head and neck tuberculosis, laryngeal tuberculosis is the second most common manifestation after cervical lymphadenopathy tuberculosis. However, these numbers are expected to be underreported and underestimated in Indonesia. Misdiagnosis often occurs in highly contagious laryngeal tuberculosis due to lacking pathognomonic signs and symptoms. Furthermore, the high frequency of tuberculosis in productive age groups, particularly those aged 15 to 54 years, results in enormous catastrophic expenses for affected individuals, as well as a financial burden on the government. Considering the fore mentioned, a comprehensive systematic review of such rare case is required. This review aims to facilitate and provide an update on early detection and diagnosis of laryngeal tuberculosis to appropriate and prompt management

The research evaluates the effectiveness of these interventions in improving Polukids\u27 digital engagement and product standards. Key findings indicate that while the program led to significant improvements in online visibility and product quality, sustained support and adaptation to industry trends are essential for long-term success. This paper highlights the role of academic institutions like Binus University in facilitating SME development and provides practical insights into the application of empowerment programs in the fashion industry. The results offer valuable lessons for other SMEs seeking to leverage academic partnerships to address business challenges and drive growth
THE GENESIS OF JAKARTA AS A "BAY CITY" IN THE QUATERNARY PERIOD AND ITS IMPLICATIONS
Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, is a coastal city shaped by geological and environmental processes over the past two million years of the Quaternary Period. The Jakarta Plain was formed by a mix of land sediments from the Cisadane and Citarum Rivers and marine sediments from the Java Sea. The southern region is a volcanic highland, while the city lies on lowlands with elevations ranging from 0 to 40 meters above sea level. Aims: to investigate the geological origin and sedimentary structure of the Jakarta Plain as a bay city situated between two major river deltas and to understand the implications of its geological development for spatial planning, environmental management, groundwater utilization, land subsidence, flood control, and coastal resource management, especially in the Jakarta Bay area, which features coral reef island ecosystems. Methodology and results: the research was conducted through field observations of geological outcrops and coral reef islands in Jakarta Bay, complemented by secondary data sources. The results indicate that the plain is filled by alternating layers of terrestrial and marine sediments, with strong geological connections to the surrounding Bodetabek region (Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). Conclusion, significance, and impact study: The study concludes that a thorough understanding of Jakarta’s sedimentary history is essential for mitigating geological risks and supporting sustainable urban development. Furthermore, Jakarta Bay’s coral reef islands hold considerable potential for tourism, underscoring the importance of integrated coastal and environmental planning based on sound geological insight
THE USE OF ECO ENZYME-BASED MUDBALLS IN REDUCING COD AND TSS POLLUTANTS IN POLLUTED RIVERS
Aim: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Eco Enzyme and EM1-based mudballs in improving river water quality by reducing COD and TSS. Methodology and Results: The study was conducted using an experimental method in the laboratory with four variations of mudballs, i.e. mudballs without additions, mudballs with Eco Enzyme, mudballs with effective microorganisms (EM1), and mudballs with a combination of Eco Enzyme and EM1. Artificial river water samples were made using glucose and kaolin solutions, and water quality was measured using the closed reflux method for COD, the gravimetric method for TSS, and pH measurements. Conclusion, significance and impact study: The results showed that all variations of mudballs were able to reduce COD and TSS values, but only the variation with a combination of Eco Enzyme and EM1 showed the most significant reduction in COD even though it had not reached the quality standard according to Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. This variation was also effective in removing 100% TSS, and all variations managed to maintain the pH value within a safe range (6-9). The conclusion of this study is that the combination of Eco Enzyme and EM1 in mudballs provides the best results in improving river water quality, especially in TSS removal. However, further optimization is needed to remove COD to meet water quality standards
The contribution of price and pharmacy location to loyalty: Mediated by satisfaction and patronage in retail pharmacy
This study aims to examine the influence of perceived service quality, perceived price competitiveness, and store location on customer loyalty intentions in pharmacies, considering customer satisfaction and patronage as mediators. This research employs a quantitative approach, surveying pharmacy consumers in Indonesia. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is utilized to analyze the data and test the relationships between variables. The findings suggest that perceived price competitiveness and store location have a significant impact on both customer satisfaction and loyalty intentions. Meanwhile, perceived service quality directly influences satisfaction but does not directly affect loyalty intention. Neither patronage towards the rated pharmacy nor other pharmacies (disloyalty) shows significant effects on customer loyalty. This study offers insights into the factors that influence customer loyalty in the Indonesian pharmacy sector, a developing market. It reveals that besides service quality, price and location factors play crucial roles in shaping customer satisfaction and loyalty, offering new perspectives for stakeholders to design more effective marketing strategies
Unraveling the complexity of fintech adoption: A multidimensional analysis of sustained digital wallet usage by Generation Z in Greater Jakarta
This study investigates the factors influencing Generation Z\u27s intention to reuse digital wallets in the Greater Jakarta area, focusing on perceived ease of use, brand image, e-service quality, and the mediating role of trust. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey methods, with data collected from 230 Generation Z respondents who have been active digital wallet users for at least one year. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationships between variables. The results reveal that perceived ease of use and brand image have positive effects on reuse intention, while e-service quality indirectly influences reuse intention through trust. Trust plays a significant mediating role in the relationships between brand image and e-service quality with reuse intention. However, contrary to previous studies, perceived ease of use did not significantly affect trust, nor did trust mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and reuse intention. These findings highlight the importance of building a strong brand image and providing high-quality electronic services to enhance trust and promote continuous use of digital wallets among urban Indonesian youth. The study contributes to the understanding of digital wallet adoption and usage dynamics in emerging markets, offering valuable insights for service providers targeting young urban consumers in Indonesia. It also opens avenues for future research on the evolving perceptions of digital financial technologies among Generation Z users

The Consistency of Using Brand Guidelines in Private University\u27s Promotional Materials. Brand identity consistency is a crucial factor in building brand image and consumer loyalty. This study examines the implementation of brand guidelines at Pradita University by analyzing promotional materials based on visual elements such as typography, color, and graphic elements. Observations reveal inconsistencies with the brand guidelines, particularly in the use of typefaces, background colors, and graphic elements. Titillium, the designated standard font, is not consistently applied and is often replaced by decorative and script fonts. The university’s signature green color is also frequently substituted with orange. These inconsistencies risk weakening the university\u27s brand identity. Strict adherence to brand guidelines is essential to maintain visual identity uniformity, enhance memorability, and strengthen the university\u27s image and reputation in the long term

PERBEDAAN HASIL VISUM ET REPERTUM DALAM SATU OBJEK TERHADAP PEMBUKTIAN PIDANA (PUTUSAN NOMOR 796/PID.B/2022/PN.JKT.SEL): Differences Of Visum Et Repertum In One Object Regarding Evidence Of Criminal (Decision Number 796/Pid.B/2022/Pn.Jkt.Sel)
In 2022, a criminal case involving the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat by Ferdy Sambo was brought before the court. In its ruling Decision Number 796/Pid.B/2022/PN Jkt. South Jakarta District Court found Ferdy Sambo guilty, basing the verdict on written evidence and expert testimony, including a visum et repertum, which was treated both as documentary evidence and expert opinion. The core issue examined in this study is whether the judges legal reasoning particularly in evaluating two differing visum et repertum reports concerning the same object aligns with prevailing legal standards, and whether basing the decision on only one of the reports adheres to legal requirements. The research adopts a normative legal method, relying on secondary data comprising primary and secondary legal sources. Data analysis is qualitative, with conclusions drawn through deductive reasoning. The study concludes that inconsistencies exist between the judge’s decision and the applicable legal framework, especially concerning the evaluation of evidence. According to Article 183 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a judge may only convict a person if there are at least two valid pieces of evidence and the judge is convinced of the defendant’s guilt
