Analisis Efektivitas E- Learning Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract The impact of Covid-19 affects psychological conditions and changes in the lifestyle of human behavior over a longer period of time.This has an impact on education in Indonesia. Lecturers, teachers and students must familiarize themselves with long-distance learning (PJJ). Almost all campuses in Indonesia apply the WFH (Work From Home) policy for lecturers / employees, and study from home for students as well as the STIB Banyuwangi campus. This study aims to analyze e-learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods in which the informants consisted of lecturers and students in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Islamic religious education department through virtual applications in the form of: meet google, zoom, telegram, youtube, teamlink, messenger, google classroom, whatsapp.Online implementation is fairly smooth, though less than ideal. The evaluation of student learning outcomes varies, from very unsatisfactory to good. There are several obstacles that are felt by students and lecturers in virtual learning, including: insufficient internet quota, unstable signal networks, and media such as androids and laptops.Online learning has indeed become one of the steps considered effective during the Covid-19 pandemic, but it also requires learning models and teaching materials that are easily understood by using more varied applications to make them attractive if used in the long term
Pengaruh Komunikasi Pimpinan dan Bawahan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Restoran Ayam Bawang Cak Per Cabang Malang
Abstract: This research aims to understand: 1) The communication intensity level at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; 2) The employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch; and 3) To know the communication influence between branch managers to employees on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch. This research used quantitative methods in the process and consist of two variables, dependent and independent. Communication is the independent variable and employee performance is the dependent variable. The research sample was taken 99% of the total population 50 people. Sampling in the study using the population sample method. Where in this case the researcher made the entire population as the research sample.The result showed that: 1) The communication intensity level between branch managers and subordinates was at a moderate level with a percentage of 75% of 30 employees; 2) The employee performance level was at the medium category with a percentage of 65% of 24 employees; and 3) There is a significant influence between communication on employee performance at Ayam Bawang Cak Per Restaurant, Malang Branch.The effective contribution or predictive power is shown by a coefficient (R2) of 0.256, which means that communication has an effect of 25.6% on employee performance, and the rest is due to variables not mentioned in this study
Dampak Covid-19 bagi Pembelajaran Sekolah Serta Alternatifnya
Abstract The impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has on the fabric of life in society is enormous. Apart from the impact on health, the economy and education have also experienced tremendous turmoil. The government has made various policies to deal with these impacts, including by means of independent isolation and the surrounding area. The government also made policies specifically for the budget budget for Covid-19. The research uses qualitative methods which focus on understanding the phenomenon of the Covid-19 Pandemic that is happening in society. The research results produce an overview of Covid-19 and the use of online media in implementing the learning system in schools
Etika Normatif dan Terapan: Urgensi Etika Ilmiah, Profesi dalam Pendidikan
Abstract Ethical issues are problems related to human existence in all its aspects, both as individuals and society, both in relation to God, fellow humans, and the natural environment as well as covering various fields. In relation to all that - especially between fellow humans, conflicts often arise. The conflict could result in differences in interests, as well as ideological views. However, humans as intelligent creatures always long for goodness for themselves, others and the environment. Intellect is what makes humans able to create ethics. That is the ideal value of an interpersonal and social interaction, the highest good which is used as a standard for behavior. A rule is made, the principle of goodness so that it is not only a reference for himself, but also the behavior of others. This paper generally describes theoretical ethics and practical ethics. Emphasizes the benefits, usefulness of ethics in its application to the social and state dimensions. Finally, practical social ethics is needed in a plural society to solve the various problems at hand. So that plurality is no longer a threat, but becomes the glue to enrich the literacy of social relations from various backgrounds of social groups.
 
Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Resiliensi Peserta Didik Di Smk Mansyaul Huda
Kehidupan setiap peserta didik mempunyai berbagai macam permasalahan pribadi yang berbeda-beda. Lingungan peserta didik yang memberikan contoh dalam setiap perilaku yang dapat direkam oleh peserta didik kemudian untuk diikuti dalam kehidupan peserta didik. Internaliasi nilai-nilai Islam menjadi kunci pendidik dalam membiasakan periku peserta didik supaya menjadi lebih baik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan resiliensi peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik, dengan lokasi di SMK Mansyaul Huda yang berada di bawah yayasan Pondok Pesantren Mansyaul Huda desa kedungasri kecamatan Tegaldlim kabupaten Banyuwangi. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan metode observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Dalam pengujian keabsahan data diukur dengan menggunakan teknik trianggulasi sumber, metode, melakukan perpanjangan waktu pengamatan, pengecekan dengan teman sejawat melalui diskusi, dan member-check. Analisis data dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, display data dan pengambilan kesimpulan
Keberagaman problem peserta didik yang diimbangi dengan internaliasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan mempunyai peran yang signifikan dalam peningkatan resiliensi peserta didik. Peserta didik yang mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang nilai-nilai Islam semakin menyadari bahwa setiap permasalahan yang dihadapi peserta didik mempunyai cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan resiliensi untuk mengatasi setiap permasalahan yang ia hadapi. Hail dari internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam yang diterapkan di SMK Mansyaul Huda ialah mengalami peningkatan resiliensi bagi peserta didik
Internalisasi Nilai Moderasi Islam dalam Membentuk Moral Santri Milenial (Studi Kasus di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Diwek Jombang)
Abstract: Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are still developing from all changes. Manifestation of the development of the pesantren which he carried had the principle of Islamic moderation in the process of developing Indonesia. As is the case with the internalization of Islamic moderation values in shaping the morale of santri in the Tebuireng boarding school in Diwek Jombang, where the boarding school strongly upholds the values of tolerance or tasammuh. Because we know that in the millennial era at this time, it is very important to maintain moral values in aligning morals with the progress of the times, therefore the value of Islamic moderation must be maintained or applied to every human being and especially the students. Such as implementing and empowering the values of moderation in Islamic boarding schools to uphold these values, due to the depletion of morals in the millennial era. The objectives of this study are: 1) to describe the value of Islamic moderation in the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang, 2) to describe the moral formation in the Jombang Islamic Boarding School, 3) to describe the process of internalizing Islamic values in shaping the morality of the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. . It is also expected to provide benefits in the development of science in the field of Islamic education and moral formation in both formal and non-formal education such as pesantren. The approach and type used is a qualitative descriptive method approach. What is meant by descriptive qualitative is looking for a picture or describing observations directly looking at phenomena and reality. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The conclusions of the focus of the problem above: 1) the rise of extreme understanding that emerged in Indonesia in Muslims, especially among students. And encourage the students to instill and actualize moderate values in the main students themselves. Therefore, the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school instills the value of Islamic moderation through the five basic values of the santri: sincerity, honesty, hard work, responsibility and tasammuh / tolerance. From these five basic boarding schools apply tasammuh or tolerance which is very important in the teachings of Islam and life. 2) shaping the morality of millennial students is a must that must not be forgotten, because educating children or santri is a necessity to become a civilized and moral person, where the position that is very important at this time is a child who has manners and morals. 3) shows that the process of internalizing the values of Islamic moderation in shaping the morality of millennial students in Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, especially in Pondok Tebuireng Putra, is something that requires a very long process. In this process what is very important is himself and his environment
Revitalisasi Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Organisasi
Abstract: Organizations can apply organizational behavior if there are human resources who run it, by the knowledge and abilities possessed. Humans are still vital determinants and controllers of an organization in carrying out its work or business processes so that positive interactions between its human resources and the organizations that shelter it can make a symbiotic relationship of mutualism. Although, in this era of disruption some human roles have been replaced by machines and robotics. To produce and deliver the desired quality of human resources and be able to compete and compete comprehensively and holistically in this global competition. Of course, it takes the ability and knowledge of the organization in its management. Some factors affect organizational productivity to be able to compete and compete in their fields optimally, namely, the revitalization factor of the performance of human resources in the organization. The revitalization process of human resource performance greatly influences the success of organizational productivity in facing challenges and competition in various sectors and as an indicator of the existence of the organization in the future. Success and failure in the process of revitalizing the performance of human resources depend on the extent to which the organization treats its human resource assets. A good organization will always update and upgrade all the needs of its human resource assets to be able to provide complete services and become a productive, effective organization that has an output value both in quality and quantity.  
Implementasi Kebijakan dalam Modernisasi Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung dan Relevansinya bagi Pengembangan Pendidikan Formal di Pesantren
Abstract There are three essential points from the final results and conclusions in this research that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely: First, examining the policy model applied by the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School Foundation. Second, reviewing the application process, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of policy implementation at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The two points above are analyzed to produce a complete concept related to policies in modernization which are applied at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The results of the analysis provide a conceptual basis for developing the theory of pesantren policies in developing formal educational institutions. The goal is for the next point, Third, to formulate a prototype of a boarding school policy that can be applied at other Pondok Peesantren Foundations that establish or develop formal education from SD / MI to Higher Education (PT). Education that integrates Islamic knowledge and general knowledge which is accommodated by the Indonesian government
Peran Perempuan pada Resiliensi Anak (Kegiatan Keagamaan)
Abstract Activities that are followed by each child in their environment, have an impact that will be remembered until adulthood. The women who surround the children's environment have a role in shaping the character of a child, leading to adolescent life to adulthood. This study aims to explain the resilience of a child in participating in religious activities. In this study, using a naturalistic qualitative approach, with locations in Rejomulyo Hamlet, Sarimulyo Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency. To collect the data used observation methods and document analysis. In testing the validity of the data, it was measured using the triangulation technique of sources, methods, extending observation time, checking with peers through discussion, and member-checking. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction steps, data display and conclusion drawing. The various kinds of situations and conditions that children have in the environment guided by the intensive role of women in increasing children's resilience are very significant. Children get knowledge about obligations and sunnah in Islamic teachings and also socialize with the environment. A child is able to understand that every problem that every child has has a way to increase resilience so that he is able to overcome every problem at hand. The result of the role of women in accustoming religious activities to children is that they have increased resilience for a child.
 
Peranan Kecerdasan Spiritual dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa
Abstract: Saturation of learning can strike students if they have lost motivation and lose consolidation of one particular skill level before the student reaches the next skill level. In addition, saturation can also occur because the learning process of students has reached the limits of physical abilities, because of boredom (boring) and fatigue (fatigue). Students' fatigue can be categorized into three types, namely: 1) student's sensory fatigue; 2) students' physical fatigue; 3) students' mental fatigue. Among the three types of fatigue, mental fatigue was seen as the main factor causing the emergence of learning saturation.
Motivation as anfactor inner functions to cause, underlie, direct the act of learning. Motivation is one of the spiritual factors of students who are generally seen as more essential which can affect the quantity and quality of student learning. This means that motivation can determine the good or not in achieving the goal so that the strong weakness of one's learning motivation also influences its success. A person who learns with strong motivation, will carry out all his learning activities seriously, full of passion or enthusiasm, actively trying to read books to improve his performance to solve his problem, seeming persistent not to give up. Conversely, learning with weak motivation, attention is not focused on the lesson, does not want to do tasks related to the lesson, indifferent, easily discouraged, lazy, like to disturb the class.
