No full textThe birth of the Islamic Boarding School is an extraordinary gift from God. Why not, pesantren have now placed themselves on a par with formal education. As we know that previously pesantren were considered to be of poor quality educational institutions, pesantren graduates had difficulty competing with formal institution graduates, even though these had not been proven to be true. The Islamic Boarding School is a manifestation of democratization of Islamic Education. Islamic educational institutions are increasingly believed to be able to compete with formal education by the general public. As an effort to develop, pesantren must make new breakthroughs in order to adjust the demands of the times without losing the old culture

Anak merupakan aset masa depan, maju mundurnya sebuah peradaban tergantung dari genarasi berikutnya. Anak adalah amanah sekaligus karunia dari Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa pemilik kehidupan dimuka bumi ini serta dzat yang Maha Menghidupkan dan Maha Mematikan. Oleh karenanya keberadaan seorang anak harus senantiasa dijaga dan dilindungi harkat dan martabatnya sebagaimana manusia pada umumnya. Baik Agama maupun Negara memerintahkan supaya menjaga dan melindungi anak sampai ia mampu berdiri kokoh dan mandiri. Kewajiban orang tua terhadap anak adalah merawat, membesarkan dan mengawinkan. Aturan secara formal legalitas tercantum dalam UU No. 35 Tahun 2014 yang merupakan pembaharuan dari UU No. 23 Tahun 2002. PENGARUH KEDISIPLINAN GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH MUHAMMADIYAH LABAKKANG
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Bagaimana kedisiplinan guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, 2) Bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang, dan 3) Bagaimana pengaruh kedisiplinan guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan ex post facto. Adapun populasi/sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas tinggi. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner. Lalu, tehnik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik infrensial. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kedisiplinan guru pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang pada interval 61 – 65 yakni berada pada frekuensi 16 atau 40%. 2) Motivasi belajar peserta didik pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang berada pada interval 61 – 65 yakni berada pada frekuensi 20 atau 50%. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kedisiplinan guru terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang , hal tersebut dapat diketahui berdasarkan tabel coeeficiens (α) diperoleh nilai thitung = 6,952. Nilai ttabel dapat dicari diperoleh 1.684 sehingga membandingkan ttabel dan thitung ternyata thitung = 6,952 > ttabel = 1.684, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara kedisiplinan guru (x1) terhadap motivasi belajar (y) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Labakkang

Al-Quran has provided instructions regarding how and what education is like, including the issue of amtsal. Weaknesses in conducting a study of the main sources of Islamic law have resulted in a lack of research on the contents of the Qur'an, especially those related to education. al-Qur'an contains content that answers various problems of life so that exploration of the Koran must be encouraged and improved. This article uses a qualitative method with the type of library research. From the studies that have been done, it can be concluded that the objective: the purpose in the proverbs or the purpose of making the proverbs in the al-Qur'an is for people to think. This does not conflict with the goals of education, where the purpose of education is so that humans can think and become adults. Material: in Proverbs al-Qur'an, the existing materials include materials commonly taught in Islamic religious education, namely: the fields of faith, morals, worship, history, and science. Method: in this case, we can note that the method used is by explaining or expressing abstract things to be concrete by likening the properties contained in abstract things with the properties that are already known. general. Media: in paralleling this abstract matter, the Proverbs of the Qur'an uses a very real medium that we see every day, namely the universal medium (the universe). Evaluation: in this Proverbs al-Qur'an the writer does not find evaluation elements as well as components of the educational curriculum to assess the success that he has attempted

First, residents in Bekasi play a song using a sound system when residents of other religions perform worship in one of the buildings. The two Mojokerto Regency Governments, Bangsal District, Ngastemi Village sent a letter to one of its residents named Sumarmi living in RT 03 Dusung Karangdami regarding the prohibition of installing all forms of crosses in his house and the prohibition of Christian worship activities which are usually held at Sumarni's residence. The letter was signed by the Village Head of Ngastemi Mustadi and had a wet stamp on the village office as of September 21, 2020. The incident in Bekasi and Mojokerto was part of environmental disruption, namely a fundamental change from the interaction process of a more mature democratic transition stage so that systematic-structured decisions and policies were needed. from stakeholders to create a more democratic and civilized Indonesia. The research method in the article uses a qualitative method with the type of literature. The results of this article's literacy discussion concluded that the role of the family, educational institutions, the environment in strengthening the values of Pancasila is very large, especially when children have not entered 6 years, until adolescence, and parents. Strengthening the value of Pancasila from childhood to adolescence becomes a living asset for interacting with the environment, tolerance, help, and mutual respect, which is manifested in speech, attitude, behavior, and decisions taken

No full textBullying is an action carried out by a person or group by using powers that aims to hurt others to get satisfaction both verbally, physically and psychologically which causes the victim to feel depressed, afraid, traumatized and helpless. (sejiwa, 2008). Bullies are at risk of experiencing a variety of problems both physically and psychologically. Problems that arise include difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, depression, dizziness, abdominal pain and even a decrease in learning spirit which has an impact on academic achievement. The perpetrators of bullying are not only seniors or peers in school, many of the teachers do bullying practices without them being aware of which ultimately has an impact on students. To overcome this problem the school together with family and community must work together to always provide positive examples and provide knowledge about the dangers and effects of bullying. No full textAbstract Warung Microfinance is Bank financing to individual customers or business entities engaged in the MSME sector to finance their business needs through working capital financing or investment financing. This product is not only owned by banks, but other Islamic banks also own it. To face competition between banks, each bank must have a different competitive strategy. This description is a type of qualitative research that aims to find out the procedures for financing micro stalls, the competitive strategies used and the obstacles encountered in implementing the competitive strategy. Data analysis using descriptive methods. To obtain valid data, the author uses several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that the procedure for financing a micro shop at the Bank is very easy. Customers come to the bank office with the requirements for financing a micro shop and then the paperwork will be taken care of by the administration. If it is complete and meets the requirements, it will be continued by signing the agreed contract. The competitive strategy used by the Bank is to provide a low mark up rate, more varied products and a low repayment rate. Constraints faced in the implementation of this competitive strategy are disbursement that is not timely (disbursement of funds stretched), other banks offer lower prices / mark-ups and lack of employees
