Argonauta Video Database: Projection and Homography matrices. Homography Right Camera
Description of the Annotation files:
Annotation files are supplied for each video, for benchmarking. Annotations correspond to ground truths of peoples' positions in the image plane, and also for their feet positions, when they were visible.
Annotations were performed manually, with the aid of a code developed by (Silva et al., 2014; see the Thesis for details). Targets (people or feet) are marked at variable frame intervals and then linearly interpolated

Modelagem de funções críticas de segurança de reatores nucleares utilizando fild programmable gate array
This paper proposes the development of a method using FPGA for critical security functions of a nuclear reactor. It was implemented two critical safety functions in VHDL, which is a way to describe, through a program, the behavior of a circuit or digital component. Which is one way to describe, through a program, the behavior of a digital circuit or component. They were implemented two critical security functions, FCS Core Cooling, responsible for cooling the reactor core in the charts of the plant and also in the event of accidents involving loss of coolant and FCS Heat Transfer, responsible for cooling the reactor core in the event an accident with loss of coolant. In this Dissertation was the use of FPGA chosen because, due to the effects of aging, obsolescence issues, environmental degradation and mechanical failures, nuclear power plants need to replace their older systems by systems based on results digitais.
Modelling performance variabilities in oil spill response to improve system resilience
The Environmental Defense Centers (EDCs) of Brazil provide response services following oil spill accidents.
EDCs near affected areas rapidly organize and execute emergency response activities in order to minimize the environmental and economic impacts of spills. The current research applied ergonomic principles and methods (interviews, direct observation and focus groups) to describe common EDC system operations, and to identify constraints and conflicting procedural practices. Results of ergonomic field studies were modeled and analyzed using the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM), which can show how functional variability in planning, preparedness, execution, resources, economic and human factors affect the quality of emergency response activities. The FRAM analyses provide guidance for improving the resilience of oil spill emergency response systems
Assessment Team Decision-Making: One Way to Assess the Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Based on Observation.
Decision-making has been a subject actively investigated in several areas of knowledge such as Philosophy,
Economics, Psychology, Computer Science, among others. This paper explores the potential opportunities
offered by two methodologies to assess the team decision-making at the end of a simulated exercise (training). We present a case study showing how to measure the team decision-making combining both methodologies to assess a team of three experienced Officers from the Military Fire Brigade of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The simulated exercise was carried out within the Integrated Center of Command and Control of Rio de Janeiro. We intend this study provide a pathway that can be helpful in reducing the subjectivity generated during the observation of the team decision-making in Emergency Management environments

Scenes for Spectrography experiment
Scenes were recorded following the tasks involved in spectrography experiments, which are carried out in front of "J9" output radiadion channel, the latter in open condition. These tasks may be executed by one or two persons. One person can do the tasks, but requiring him to crouch in front of "J9" to adjust the angular position the experimental appartus (a crystal to bend the neutron radiation to the spectograph), and then to get up to verify data in a computer aside; these movements are repeated until achieving the right operational conditions. Two people may aid one another in such a way one remais crouched while the other remains still in front of the computer. They may also interchange tasks so as to divide received doses.
Up to now, there are available two scenes with one person and one scene with two persons. These scenes are described in the sequel:
- Scene 1:
Comprises one of the scenes with one person performing spectography experiment.
